•°•Hot Girl Tips•°•
Hydrogen peroxide removes period stains
Rubbing alcohol and/or hand sanitizer removes nail polish
The amount of water you need to drink= your weight÷2, then that number÷8 so for example 100÷2=50÷8=6.25 so if you weigh 100 pounds you would need at least six 8oz glasses of water per day
Sugar wax>>> here's a recipe: 1 cup of white sugar, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of lemon juice (lime works too) combine the ingredients in a saucepan and let them boil until golden brown. The easiest way to test the wax is to have a small bowl of ice water and drop a little bit of the wax into it. When the wax is ready, you'll be able to roll it into a soft ball and it will keep its shape. When this consistency is reached, put it in a glass jar (make sure the jar isn't cold otherwise it will crack) and let it cool off for at least an hour. Once cool, apply it in the opposite direction of hair growth and wax awayyyy
Diy cuticle oil: olive oil and vitamin E oil. You could add a drop or two of essential oil if you want. The amount of oil you need depends on your container so for mine it was a tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of vitamin E.
Diy dry shampoo: 3 parts cornstarch and 1 part baking soda.
Healthy drink to ease bloating and get in your vitamins and minerals: 1/2 cucumber, a few sticks of celery, kale or another dark green of your choice, lemon juice, turmeric (a little goes a long way) and ginger. Fresh is best but any ginger you have will work. Fill the blender to the max line with water, and blend until liquid. You can strain it if you want, but you don't have to. It doesn't taste great, but in the long run it is worth ittt
Smelling good is such a wonderful thing for so many reasons. First, pick a scent. Or at the very least a top 3 like I have: vanilla, Dior Blooming Bouquet, and Sol De Janeiro '68. I also use the classic scent from Soap and Glory (rose and bergamot). The first and most important thing is to find a good deodorant. Which one works for you depends on your body chemistry, but dove is always a safe bet :). Next, find a good shower routine. Having all of your shower products smell similar will keep the scent lasting longer. And, of course, shower at least every other day. Washing your hair is different bc your hair washing routine depends on your hair type. And of course you must find a body lotion that matches your other shower products.
Last and final tip for today: keep your nails and hands healthy and pretty by moisturizing your hands with hand cream. I like this one by Burts bees, this one from Eucerin, and this one from Dior (pricey I know but it's w o r t h itt).
That's it! Tysm

My favorite beauty tips ੈ✩‧₊˚
Mix body oil with lotion then apply to skin
My favorite oils are Rose Hip Oil, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil, and Vanilla Oil. Even baby oil gel works!
Double cleanse in the shower
My favorite brand of bar soap is Dove! Then I follow with a scented body wash. I’ve been using Native lately. Double cleansing makes me feel SO clean and keeps my skin soft.
Use exfoliating gloves or an African net sponge in the shower
Wash hands BEFORE doing skincare!
For some reason, this can be hard to remember lol
SPF! SPF! SPF!
You have to do this DAILY, rain or shine.
Match your scents!
If I am going for a certain smell, I ensure my body wash, bar soap, lotion, body oil, and perfume have hints of that smell. I get a lot of compliments for how I smell. The boys love it ⊹ ࣪
Don’t forget to wash your makeup brushes!
My goal is to wash them at least once a month
For body acne, use a tea tree oil soap!
This has been a game changer for me! My backne has diminished since I started implementing this a few months ago. My scaring is better now too!
'*•.¸♡ I hope these work out for you! ♡¸.•*'

Body Butter Recipe
This is the base for a basic body butter recipe, which is fairly quick, easy and cheap and good for those in the broom closet or (like me) are bouncing pay check to paycheck with low energy and money.
I love using recipe such as this one and my salt scrub recipe in self love rituals. Nothing screams decadence to me like spending extra time focusing on myself and my body. These types of spells are also great for glamours.
Basic Recipe:
3 cups shea butter of cocoa butter
1 cup carrier oil
a few drops of essential oil until desired scent is achieved
(optional) 1-2 tea spoons Vitamin E oil
(optional) 2 tablespoons cornstarch to thicken
Mix together the butter and oil, slowly ading your essential oils (or infused oils) until well mixed and you've achieved the desired scent - if your need to, you can heat up this mixture on a low heat to aid in mixing
If you desire a thick consistency, sift in your tablespoons of cornstarch into your cooled oil and butter mixture
Whip the mixture using an electric or hand whisk until desired consistency is reached and store in an airtight, wide rimmed container.
Self Seduction
3 cups shea butter
1 cup coconut butter
1 cup rosehip oil
a few drops of rose, lavender, ylang-ylang and sandalwood (or any other aphrodisiac oil or attraction/lust oils)
2 teaspoons vitamin E oil
1 teaspoon pink or red mica powder or food coloring (add more if needed, test on skin to ensure the colour doesn't transfer - optional)
Self Confidence Lotion
3 cups shea butter
1 cup carrier oil
1/4 cup aloe vera
2 teaspoons vitamin E oil (optional)
1-2 teaspoons water
a few drops of lemon balm, mint, jasmine, orange blossom (or other oils for confidence and prosperity)
As always, remember to adapt and change these recipe to fit your own practice and what you have on hand. Never feel like you have to follow exact recipes, diy your own spells and oils to what works best for you <3

This isn’t my typical content, but we’re struggling in the US. When things like this happen, there’s an increase in posts that say things like “be sure to shower and eat something nutritious!” But when I do, I often feel like I’m just ticking off boxes, fulfilling my duty as a Depressed Brain Haver to do all the things the internet tells me will make me feel better.
It’s a hard thing to explain, but simply taking a shower won’t make me feel better. So I’m finding ways to do these daily “musts” that actually improve my mindset.
How to get ready/practice personal hygiene when it’s one of those days
1. Get naked. No, get REALLY naked. If you often forget to take off your jewelry, stand in front of the mirror and take out every piercing, pull off your rings, and unclasp those tricky necklaces. We’re making a blank canvas here.
2. Warm up the shower. Get some steam going. If your shower takes a long time like mine does, brush your teeth while you’re waiting. I HATE brushing my teeth so I choose to use yummy kid’s toothpaste (which, according to my dentist, has the same benefits as adult toothpaste).
3. Wet beast Wednesday time! Make sure you’re properly soaked. Watch the water bead up and roll down your arms because your skin can’t absorb any more.
4. Shampoo your hair. I don’t care if yesterday was a shampoo day, you’re doing it again. Scratch your scalp with your nails. Make suds and then rinse them all off.
5. Condition your hair. If it’s long, be sure to really work the conditioner all the way to your ends. Thread your fingers through the strands and coat every one evenly. Isn’t it crazy that a bit of water and product can turn your hair into silk?
6. Don’t rinse it. Let it sit while you wash your body. If you don’t have one, buy some sort of exfoliating brush or gloves. I got a three pack at TJ Maxx for $3.99. Pick some that are realllyyyy rough. Add your body wash, but take time to smell it. Take a deep breath that fills lungs entirely. Scrub every part of yourself. See how much of your back you can get. Scrub the back of your neck, under your breasts, and between each toe. Hell, even spend some time scrubbing each nail.
7. Wet beast Wednesday part two.
8. Dry yourself off with a CLEAN towel. I don’t care if you only used yesterday’s towel once. Get a new one out. When you dry your face, see if you can smell your laundry detergent.
9. This might be overkill, but I like to wash my face again with a specialized cleanser. Finish off with an SPF lotion made for your face and neck.
10. Put some deodorant on your pits I swear to god I will fight you if you don’t.
11. MOISTURIZE. You’d be amazed how much having dry skin changes your mood even if you don’t notice it is dry at the moment. I use a vitamin E skin oil I got from the dollar tree and pat off the excess with a towel. And I know it sounds ridiculous, but take the time to smell each product. Take deep breaths.
12. Use some sort of body spray or perfume if you aren’t sensitive to them. I smelled each of mine before deciding I liked the way my partner’s smelled better. I think we get so wrapped up in our routine that we forget we can change the products we use just like we can change our clothes to ones that better fit our mood.
13. Put on something that makes you feel better. You’re under no obligation to choose an outfit that makes you feel “powerful” or “put together.” Today, I chose something loose fitting and easy.
14. If it’s daylight, finish drying in the sun. I know that sounds a lil crazy, but even if you just sit on a sunspot coming through the window, DO IT.
15. Put on makeup if you want. Or don’t. I didn’t today.
Okay that’s all! Hope some of this helps. <3 Even if it didn’t help, it helped me to write it out. :)))

This is my current routine/rules for keeping myself healthy-ish while having an ed (kind of harm reduction
Tw cals, food mention
I never eat less than 600 cals a day, it leads to binging and depression for me.
I don't do extremely intense workouts. For me, it raises my cortisol levels and leads to feeling weak and binging. I do a mobility exercise video in the morning and then I do a walking workout video in the afternoon. Though if I get a job that will change slightly, but still the same intensity.
I take vitamin d, vitamin e, folic acid, iron, and magnesium + zinc.
I use ogx's coconut miracle oil at least 1 hour before I shower, it protects hair from water fatigue
I use ogx's coconut oil serum, I spray an argon oil leave in conditioner on damp hair then a very small amount of serum.
I eat tuna and/or salmon 3 times a week. You can also take fish oil supplements or eat an omega 3 trail mix but I prefer fish because it has a lot of protein
Speaking of protein, I eat as much as I can. It can be hard because the diet foods I eat don't have a lot. Here's a list of foods I eat that have protein:
Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt (80 cals, 12g protein)
Protein powder in coffee (about 36-38 cals depending on the brand, I use 2 tablespoons and blend it with 4oz almond milk and pour it in my coffee. You can also buy it pre made, super coffee is 80 cals with 10g protein. They also sell creamer with 15 cals 1g protein)
Fish like salmon and tuna
Frozen meals. Healthy choice has power bowls that normally have about 20g of protein or more for 300+ cals. Most frozen meal brands have a protein line
Pb2. I use this when I have a banana so there's protein with it, 60 cals and 6g protein
Protein bars, my favorite is the quest white chocolate raspberry
__________________________________________________
Water, self explanatory. Try to use electrolyte packets, low calorie and very needed. Propel is the brand I prefer
I take naps. When I work I take naps on my days off, must be at least 30 minutes but preferably 90 minutes. Sleep is so important
If you struggle with sleeping too much, add more fruit/cals into your diet. Get a really loud alarm and the first thing you do when you wake up is eat a citrus fruit or a banana. I know bananas are scary but they work great. Cut one in half or get small ones and eat one a day. And of course coffee can help. Drink green tea with lunch, caffeinated.
Using a shampoo and conditioner that work well for my hair. No, drugstore haircare will not ruin your hair. If you have the trademark dry, brittle hair that comes with this, use a sulfate free shampoo, and a conditioner with silicones in it, use pre shampoo oil treatments and limit how much you wash your hair. Use a clarifying shampoo once a week or once a month depending on how dry your hair is. Try to get a satin bonnet to sleep in or spray leave in conditioner and use a hair oil then braid your hair before bed. Trust me, hair oil on your mids and ends can help. Ogx sells mists for fine hair, those work great. If you have thick hair use the coconut serum. Make sure you're using leave in conditioner after showering
Be insanely gentle with your hair, no elastics or tight hairstyles. Comb your hair with your fingers first, gently detangling with your fingers before brushing from the bottom up, very lightly. Use leave in conditioner before you brush. Use a wide tooth comb on wet hair and do not rub your hair with a towel. Gently squeeze until excess water is removed. Try to limit brushing with a hairbrush or comb to once or twice a day.
Use cuticle oil, ideally it has vitamin e in it. I got mine off Amazon. Make sure it's on your cuticles and nails
Use lotion on your body after every shower. I know it's annoying and tiring but it will help combat the dull skin that happens, try to find one with hyaluronic acid
For face skin, use a gentle cleanser or just water unless your skin is oily, then you can get away with more medicated options. Use a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid in it. My top picks are peach slices snail rescue moisturizers (regular for normal to dry skin, oil free for oily skin), vanicream daily facial moisturizer with hyaluronic acid and for very dry skin cerave moisturizing cream in a tub (you can find knockoffs, mine is Walmart brand)
Cleansers I like for when the 3d effects skin is vanicream gentle cleanser, cerave sa cleanser for if you still have oily skin, Cetaphil sensitive skin cleanser and CeraVe cream to foam cleanser (you can find knockoffs for most of these products)
Use a niacinamide serum if you can afford it and your skin can handle it, it will brighten up your face.
I use a body serum but it is not a necessity, but for anyone who wants to try it I use the b.fresh brightening body serum, you could also use their dull to dewy one, its also good
I eat healthy fats, this comes from peanut butter, fish, avocado, eggs, dark chocolate and chia seeds
I have one day a month that I can have a normal portion of food I really want but make me guilty normally (Chinese takeaway, taco bell, Wendy's, McDonald's etc) it cannot be a binge, but it would be more than I normally eat.
This is not intentional but on Friday and Saturday I do eat more because I am with my boyfriend. All normal portions for the most part. I just eat more and things I wouldn't normally have like regular peanut butter honey toast, poptarts, spaghetti, etc.
I try not to weigh myself every day. I don't weigh in on Sunday or Monday because I know I will be bloated from the increase in cals
I use a cavity preventing toothpaste and mouth wash. And I at least floss once a day. I use whitening toothpaste one day a week for both times I brush that day
These things help me stay healthy and sane while I am currently in the midst of my 3d. Not all of them will work, but maybe some may be useful to others.

If you’re on or starting Accutane/isotretinoin here are some tips I’ve picked up.
Jack Black’s Intense Therapy Lip Blam is the holy grail for dry or peeling lips. Aquafor alone didn’t work on my lips and neither did Vaseline.
For dry skin put on your moisturizer and seal it in with Aquafor or Vitamin E oil. You can use Aquafor to seal in your lip balm as well. I like to add an overnight face mask at night (I like the Clinique moisture surge) before sealing it.
Put on your lotion right after showering and use a body oil or spray Vaseline over it. Carry hand lotion everywhere. Apply it as much as needed. You will likely get dry red patches of skin.
I also started fish oil and vitamin E supplements to help with joints.

"your glowing"⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🎀
this post will be added to the doll hand-book and we'll be talking about how to look HYDRATED, glowy and in general healthy bcuz the compliment "ur glowing" is one of my favorites to hear ✨
HYDRATION ;
you need to be hydrating properly. hydration not only is rly good for ur skin (keeps it plump and glowy) but its also good for ur overall body health in general (cleans out ur body). so drink lots and lots of water. plus walking around with a cute water bottle is actually such an adorable accessory and lowkey a look...
SLEEP + SKINCARE ;
sleep 8-10 hours a day and if ur feeling extra princessy sleep for 12 hours or take naps throughout the day bcuz beauty sleep is real!! and for skincare i rly rly recommend korean skincare. and ofc keep skincare SIMPLE and be consistent. plus when u dont sleep ur skin will look dull.
and a hot tip...from me to you, in the morning as soon as u wake up have a glass of lukewarm water and before bed drink a cup of spearmint/peppermint tea. also another good drink for skincare is chlorophyll. i drink a 16oz of chlorophyll a day or sometimes i'll just have a little chlorophyll shot and its good for ur skin.
MOISTURE ;
when u get out of the shower apply lotion onto slightly damp skin, not completely dry skin. also if u have, use a body oil before the body lotion. i like to use body butter (i use the coco-shea butter and it makes me glow like no OTHER) additionally we wanna protect our skin from the sun so make sure to use sunscreen on ur face and body every single day.
RADIATE ;
your most glowy and radiant when u have a smile on ur face. nothing radiates like a genuine smile. when ur energy is radiant, then you'll radiate so make sure to do things that make you happy. prioritize ur healing and ur self and you'll GLOWW.
SHIMMER ;
you can create a shimmer effect on urself by using body glitter on key points like ur collarbones. use highlighter on ur nose too <3 we shimmer not only with glitter but also jewelry. invest in cute accessorizes like bracelets, nail gems, rings etc.
SHINE ;
lets talk about ur inner health cuz that plays a huge role in looking glowy and like a goddess. take ur vitamins/supplements. i recommend collagen for hair skin and nails and other vitamins like vitamin C and E. take ur wellness shots and dont eat garbage.

A Natural Oasis for My Skin: A Review of NATURAL ARGAN OIL
For years, I experimented with various skincare products, searching for that elusive "holy grail" that would truly nourish and revitalize my skin. Many promised miracles but delivered underwhelming results. Then, I discovered NATURAL ARGAN OIL, and let me tell you, it's been a revelation.
Liquid Gold: Rich in Nutrients and Benefits
NATURAL ARGAN OIL is exactly what the name suggests – a completely natural product extracted from the kernels of the Argan tree. What truly impressed me was the richness of its ingredients. Packed with vitamins A and E, essential fatty acids, and antioxidants, this oil offered a potent blend of benefits for my skin. The information leaflet mentioned improved hydration, reduced wrinkles, and enhanced elasticity – all concerns I was battling.
Fast Absorption, Lasting Hydration
One of the biggest worries I had with facial oils was the dreaded greasy residue. Many left my skin feeling slick and uncomfortable. However, NATURAL ARGAN OIL surprised me. The oil absorbs incredibly quickly, leaving a soft, dewy finish. This meant I could use it both morning and night without feeling greasy or worrying about makeup sliding around. The best part? My skin felt hydrated all day long, with a noticeable reduction in tightness, especially during the dry winter months.
A Multipurpose Marvel: Beyond the Face
NATURAL ARGAN OIL's versatility is another aspect I love. It's not limited to just facial care. I've found it to be a wonder product for other areas as well. A few drops on my dry cuticles softened them instantly. Adding a pump to my body lotion provided an extra layer of nourishment, leaving my skin feeling silky smooth. Even my hair has benefited! Using a small amount on the ends after showering helps tame frizz and adds a healthy shine.
A Gentle Touch: Suitable for Sensitive Skin
Having sensitive skin, I'm always cautious about trying new products. However, NATURAL ARGAN OIL is free from harsh chemicals, fragrances, and artificial ingredients. This gentle formula has been a godsend. There's no irritation, redness, or breakouts – just happy, healthy skin.
A Natural Choice for a Radiant Future
Since incorporating NATURAL ARGAN OIL into my routine, I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall complexion. My skin feels softer, smoother, and more supple. Fine lines appear less noticeable, and my skin has a healthy glow I haven't seen in years. It's a natural product that delivers real results, and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a way to nourish, protect, and revitalize your skin, look no further than NATURAL ARGAN OIL.
