Blueberry Benefits:
High antioxidant levels:
Blueberries are one of the best natural sources of antioxidants. They're thought to have the highest levels of antioxidants of any common fruit or vegetable. Antioxidants help protect against free radicals, which are harmful molecules your body makes in response to things that can damage cells.

Stir-fried and simmered hijiki, shiitake mushrooms, and fried gluten (Prose, cooking)

All ingredients are dried. Rehydrate each ingredient in water. Heat a frying pan with sesame oil and add the hijiki (seaweed) and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for a little, then add water, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce and simmer. When the water has reduced, add the squeezed fried gluten and wolfberries for coloring and heat for a little. Sprinkle with oregano and remove from heat.
Stir-fry the hijiki and shiitake mushrooms in oil to improve vitamin A absorption.

全て乾物を利用する。食材をそれぞれ水で戻す。ゴマ油を引いたフライパンに火を付け、ヒジキとシイタケを投入する。少々炒め、水、砂糖、味醂、醤油を入れて煮る。水分が減ったら水を絞った油麩と彩り用のクコの実を入れ、少々加熱。オレガノを振り、火から降ろす。
ヒジキとシイタケを油で炒めるのは、ビタミンAの吸収を良くするため。
