Many vegans and vegetarians enjoy substituting non-animal products when cooking meals that would otherwise involve meat, but carnivorous cooks have lagged behind in the substitution field when it comes to finding suitable substitutes for vegetarian and vegan products that can be made with meat instead. Here are a few delicious and similar tasting, similar baking materials:
Tofu - Lard

Summer time salad
1 peach (pealed and sliced)
1 navel orange (supremed, this a slightly advanced technique that requires some practice but is beautiful and easy the more you do it)
2 basil leaves
2? Mint leaves
1/8 cup olive oil
2tsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of paprika and mustard powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Start by cutting you fruit because this takes the most time. Once done save the orange membrane and squeeze into a bowl with all other ingredients. Mix well with a fork until slightly light in color.
I did pick some herbs (mint and basil) from my garden because it added some freshness to everything and put it in my vinaigrette.
Pour as much of the vinaigrette as you like onto you fruit Salad and enjoy.
This would probably be amazing with some arugula or other green and maybe some avocado, but it was made with what I had laying about. And I stg if I ate another sandwich or more chicken I’d die😂

Energy Bars

 Μπορεί να είναι έτσι η εποχή, όμως εμείς μπορούμε να πάμε κόντρα σε αυτήν για να έχουμε καλή ζωή και σώμα. Αυτό θα γίνει αν συνδυάσουμε την σωστή γυμναστική με την ισορροπημένη διατροφή. Πάμε να φτιάξουμε τις πιο νόστιμες μπάρες γεμάτες υπερτροφές που θα σας γεμίσουν ενέργεια.
Υλικά:
300 γρ. βρώμη
100 γρ. Χαρουπάλευρο
Ιπποφαές
Αποξηραμένα Δαμάσκηνα,     Λίγες σταφίδες, Cranberries
Φουντούκια, Καρύδια
60 γρ. λιναρόσπορο
60 γρ. σπόροι chia
150 γρ. ταχίνι
100     γρ. μέλι (κατά προτίμηση ανθέων, γιατί είναι πιο ελαφρύ)
40 γρ. κακάο άγλυκο
60γρ. ηλιόσπορο
Λίγο χυμό πορτοκάλι
Εκτέλεση:
Σε ένα μεγάλο μπώλ βάζουμε όλα τα στερεά υλικά. Σε ένα κατσαρολάκι βάζουμε σε χαμηλή φωτιά το μέλι, το ταχίνι, τον χυμό και το κακάο. Αφού ζεσταθεί το μείγμα ρίχνουμε όλα τα υπόλοιπα υλικά. Ανακατεύουμε πολύ καλά με μία μαρίζ, μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθούν τα υλικά. Θα γίνει ένα ωραίο μείγμα που δεν θα κολλάει πολύ. Παίρνουμε ένα μικρό ταψάκι 30x20 και βάζουμε μία λαδόκολα στον πάτο του. Τοποθετούμε το μείγμα των energy bars και ψήνουμε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο για 12-15′. Βγάζουμε από τον φούρνο, αφήνουμε να κρυώσει καλά και κόβουμε σε ισομερή κομμάτια τις μπάρες.

Who doesn't love a veggie sheet pan? This makes the perfect idea dish to get in lots of veggie servings! 
Ingredients: 
1.1 pound of red potatoes/ 4-5 red potatoes
2.1 1/2 frozen corn
3. 2 head of broccoli 
4. 1 pound of baby carrots 
5. 1/4 cup of olive oil
6. 1 tsp of onion powder
7. 1 tbs of minced garlic 
8. 1/2 tsp of salt
9. 1/2 tsp of pepper 
10. 1 tsp of Italian seasoning 
11. Zest of 1 lemon 
Method: 
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2.Wash and chop the potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Boil them until fork tender. Then drain them and set aside.
3. Chop the broccoli. Set aside.
4. In a mixing bowl combine olive oil, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and lemon zest. 
5. Oil a baking sheet and put the potatoes, corn, broccoli, and carrots all on the baking sheet. Spread them out. 
6. Pour the olive oil mixture over the veggies and potatoes. Toss with your hands to evenly coat all the ingredients with the olive oil mixture. 
7. After everything is coated, spread out the ingredients and put the baking sheet in the oven to cook for 25-30 minutes.
8. Once everything has browned, you can serve and enjoy!
This dish makes 6-8 servings :)

Borani Banjan ( afghan eggplant dish) 
Enjoy a traditional Afghan dish that is completely vegetarian!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggplants
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp finely grated ginger
- ⅓ cup of olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp dried mint, ground
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and slice eggplants to about ¼ inch thickness. Lay flat on a baking sheet and spray about half of the olive oil, making sure to coat well. Bake for 20-30 minutes on 350, flipping half way through. Cooking times may vary, just make sure the eggplant is cooking and soft all the way. Prepare the topping while eggplant bakes.
Finely chop the onions and fry them in remaining olive oil until they are transparent, about 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
Add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and spices. Fry until tomatoes are cooked and oil releases to top. About 10 minutes. Make sure to keep stirring continuously.
In a bowl mix the yogurt with a clove of grated garlic.
Take out eggplants and layer them on a dish.
Put the onion and tomato masala on top, spreading it evenly.
Now spread yogurt on top. Sprinkle the dried mint on yogurt.
All done! Enjoy this delicious and scrumptious dish with some Rice, Naan or Kabuli pulau!

My Hybrid Tea Rose 💛💗 :
I bought her May 11th. She had so much hope and was very THICK. Zero leaves and very dark stems worried me. Now she’s flourshing with leaves and the stems are GREEN with babies.
