finally at that point in my fast where i'm not hungry anymore so i'll probably go work out and do stuff until around 7:00 and then decide if i should have a little something, so far my blood sugar is really good though and i got through my first round of stretches better than normal even

Fvck I feel physically terrible rn like this is one of the worst things my body has ever done
I've been shaking nonstop for at least 1h if not 2h, I feel insanely lightheaded and thought I was gonna pass out on my way home AND I have this insane headache that sometimes makes me unable to hear my surroundings
I don't get why it is this bad this has never happend before

I completely forgot I have a big bag of these stashed away in my room — yummy nuts and dried fruit hello omega-3s and protein!!!
For brekki I have had this ^, an apple with a tbs of pb, and coffee with a 1/2 cup of almond milk and a tbs of sugar for a whopping total of 427 for just breakfast!!!!!!!
That number scares me for just one meal BUT I ate good food. Fiber, protein, omega-3s, and coffee! I’m ready to be a skinny and healthy queen tyvm

PLS GIVE ME ADVICE
I have lost about 40 lbs so far. I’m SO thankful that I was able to do so, and I still plan on doing more. I am still on the higher end of a “healthy weight” for my body type.
However, this loss happened within a year. So my skin wasn’t ready to snap back that soon. I lost so much elasticity in my chest and legs. I cannot stand to look in the mirror anymore. My breasts hang down so low and the shape is just awful.
What can I do?? Is there ANY option out there for me besides plastic surgery??

Breakfast idea 🤍

*TW numbers calorie counting
~ 2 servings egg whites ( 6 tbsp)
~ 1/2 breakfast sausage patty
~ 1/4 green bell pepper
~ 2 slices red onion
~ 1/4 jalapeño
~ 14g feta in brine (so much better to get the feta in brine!!!!)
~ Salt/pepper to taste, sprinkle onion & garlic powder
Egg whites 50 cals, sausage 70 cals, onion 11 cals, peppers 8 cals, jalapeño 1 cal, feta 35 cals
Cook sausage throughly. Set aside and drain the oil & wipe with a paper towel. Sauté veggies in a nonstick pan with no oil(same pan). Sprinkle with desired seasoning. Add in egg whites & cover with a lid. I used a small egg pan to make a lil quiche. Once cooked enough flip over & cook on the other side until the egg whites are fully cooked. Or just scramble it. Way easier!
Optional: add spinach, more veggies etc. You can spice the this recipe anyway you like!
Total 175 cals per my fitness pal. Different brands will alter the total calories. Jalapeño is optional if you don’t like spicy. The combo is bomb!! The sausage feta and jalapeño! It was so flavorful & satisfying 🤍
