Fvck I feel physically terrible rn like this is one of the worst things my body has ever done

I've been shaking nonstop for at least 1h if not 2h, I feel insanely lightheaded and thought I was gonna pass out on my way home AND I have this insane headache that sometimes makes me unable to hear my surroundings

I don't get why it is this bad this has never happend before

Not really much of a chance to eat today bc even during lunch break I won't have time bc I have an appointment lol
