This post is related to the kosa bill but it’s how it’ll effect me (this is just my understanding of it so don’t take this too seriously)

If this bill gets passed I might be fine cause my parents do trust me and even my mom has a tumblr after I mentioned it a few times, she has seen my posts and my account, and didn’t say anything about it, she doesn’t know I have online friends but she knows one of my siblings has a online friend, and frankly she also trusts that I won’t reveal personal information, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be fine

But if this bill gets passed, I might lose my friends on here which in all honesty is really the only thing keeping me from actually attempting sui again, and I’m extremely socially awkward and even just messaging people on here takes a lot of courage for me to build up

I can’t help support the fight against this bill by contacting the rep (or whatever their called cause I can’t remember and I’m honestly too tired to) but I can at least try and spread the word

STOP KOSA PLEASE, THIS WILL NOT HELP THE PRE-TEENS AND TEENS OF THIS GENERATION, IT’LL HARM MORE TEENS THAN WHAT ANYONE CAN IMAGINE. :33 < to anyone learning vocals, PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND LISTEN TO THIS ADVICE !!

:33 < straining your voice and lead to many vocal problems, (losing your voice is one of them !!) this is coming from an opera singer (yes, they are linked. straining your voice in any kind can damage your vocal cords. please take this advice seriously) pushing/forcing your vocal cords to do things it isnt capable of doing yet can hurt them !! :o((

:33 < instead, please make sure that you are doing vocal warm ups !! just like sports, if youre doing sports, eg football, dance, quads, you need to stretch !! otherwise youcould pull a muscle !! singing and sports are actually quite similar when it comes to this ^_^ literally any youtube vocal warm up works, i recommend "10 minute vocal warm up" by jacobs vocal academy its not like a really hard warm up, ive used it before, its a nice, quick and easy 10 minute warm up which should leave your voice fresh and ready to use !! ^_^

:33 < also, afterwards, when you start doing the vocals, start up with some easier ones, then slowly overtime build up your voice. its better to slowly build up your voice without any pain/loosing your voice than rushing into it and forcing your voice to do things it isnt capable of soing. start off with some vocals youcan do, then do some that you maybe havent done before/some that are SLIGHTLY harder than you usually do, and if your voice is hurting, take a break and drink water, maybe later on do some easier vocals, and take time to improve. theres no need to rush into it ^_^ :o))

:33 < also, very important one, DRINK WATER !! make sure to drink water to hydrate your voice, this is very important ^_^

What's quadrobics?

quadrobics (commonly abbreviated to “quads”) is the sport/act of moving on the ground on all four limbs the way a quadruped would.

some alterhumans practice quadrobics because it makes them feel closer to their (quadrupedal) ‘type(s).

quadrobics is a FANTASTIC way to exercise because it engages so many of the body’s muscles. it’s definitely not easy! and there are some INCREDIBLY talented quadrobists out there!

not all alterhumans are quadrobists, and not all quadrobists are alterhumans.
