it’s so obvious

the boys’ best friend joins them for a stream, and fans notice a vibe between her and Matt
vibe check: best friends that don't realise they like each other etc you get the vibe
1k words
A/N: for the anon that wanted best friends with tension <3 this is super super simple but i kinda like it? lmk what you guys think. im gonna post my drafts here and there so you guys don’t forget about me whilst im being an academic weapon. LOVE U
love and cigs, merc
Matt and Chris had been streaming everyday this week, and today wasn't any different. You'd been hanging out at theirs all day, showing up unannounced as you always did and making yourself at home in whatever room they were hanging out in.
Today, it was Matts room, and you were lounging on his bed, mindlessly scrolling on your phone as the boys sat at Matts desk, talking about nothing important into their camera. They were about half an hour in, and the comments were flooded with your name from the moment they went live.
"chat wants you to come sit up here with us, girlie" Chris said, turning round to you and pulling his headphones off to rest on his neck.
"me? why? I'm so boring" You chuckled, loving doing exactly what you were; nothing
"thats what I tried to tell them but, the people want what they want" Matt replied with a shrug, turning to face you just as Chris was.
You chuckled once more, shooting Matt a sarcastic smile and lazily throwing your phone down on the bed just before padding over to the desk. The boys turned back to face the camera in unison, Matt turning slightly less than Chris, as if he could read your mind. You sandwiched yourself between them, perching on the arm of Matts gaming chair, resting on the back with your arm laid comfortably over his shoulder for balance.
Matt visibly relaxed into your touch, turning the chair to fully face the camera once you were comfortable.
"hi chat" you smiled, waving slightly, "how's everyone doing"
The chat was going off, everyone losing their minds over the, although standard to the two of you, interaction between you and Matt.
You and Matt had always been the closest out of the four of you as a group. Since you met you knew that you were the same person in different bodies and you clicked instantly. You obviously loved all three of them and would sooner die than be separated from any of them, but you and Matt had something different. You were best friends, in every sense of the word.
"everyone is losing their minds that you're here, jesus chris" Chris said, watching as the rapid text sped across the screen.
"what can I say, the people love me" you shrugged, putting on your best smug persona that did nothing to hide your giggles.
Matt chuckled along with you, subtly watching your face on the screen and trying to make it look as if he was reading the chat.
"so, what do you guys want us to do?" Matt said
You all waited for a second, reading everyones ideas. Matt was leant into you slightly, arm perched on your leg as he used his palm as a rest for his head. Chris was leant fully forward, trying to read the screen.
"they want us to play dress to impress" Chris said, turning back to face you both, paying no mind to your closeness.
"can I go first?" you squealed, excitement filling your body as you looked between both Matt and Chris like a little kid.
Matt chuckled and shook his head slightly, "go for it", he got up, gesturing for you to take his seat.
You slipped into the chair, settling into the warmth that Matt had left behind and let him tuck you under the desk. He took his headphones off from round his neck and placed them on your head from behind, moving the stray strands of hair out the way as he did.
Chris was on his phone, paying no attention to the way chat was blowing up about Matts actions, how kind and attentive he was towards you without even realising it. You and Matt weren't paying any attention either, both of you fixated on the DTI screen loading in front of you.
Matt was stood behind the chair, arms on either side of you as one hand rested on the edge of his desk and the other worked the mouse by the side of his key board. He was fully concentrated, leaning on the top of your head slightly as his scent wrapped around you. His frame was trapping you in, biceps on either side of your head as a comfortable warmth washed over you whilst he mumbled to himself about it taking 'so fuckin' long to load'.
the casual closeness of the two of you was sending the chat into overdrive, and they were adamant that the two of you had something going on. Chris looked up from his phone to see the explosion of theories rushing down the screen and chuckled to himself.
"they think you two are together" Chris scoffed, "trust me y'all, they're not, me and nick have been sayin' this for years"
"what are you talking about, kid" Matt said, eyes not leaving the screen but his face flooding with annoyance at his brothers words.
"that you two act like an old married couple" Chris said, reaching for his cup and taking a swig of his drink, lifting his leg up lazily and perching it on the arm rest of the chair you were sitting in.
you chuckled, looking to Chris, "you're ridiculous"
Chris said nothing, only stuck his tongue out like a little kid. Just at the moment that he did, Matt had finished sorting out the game for you and stood up from where he was, shifting so he was facing Chris and flicked him on the tongue.
You laughed, a sound that was relished in by Matt and then echoed by him. Chris was making over reacting hurt nosies beside you, playing it up for the cameras, like always.
"m'goin to get a drink, you want anything?" Matt said, pointing towards the door and looking directly at you.
"i'm good, thanks" you shook your head with a smile
"can you get me a-" Chris began to speak
"I was talkin' to her" Matt cut him off with a smug smile.
Chris flipped him off and Matt returned the favour before walking out the room.

Locker Room Mix Up

The late afternoon sun cast long shadows across the field as Brock concluded his solitary workout. His body was slick with sweat, muscles bulging from the strain, and his breath came in heavy, satisfying gulps. The gym was deserted, leaving him to his thoughts as he headed to the locker room.
Brock pushed open the heavy locker room door, the chill of the air making his skin prickle. Quickly, he shed his soaked workout clothes, the fabric peeling off with a squelch, and tossed them into his locker. His mind, however, was not on the workout or the upcoming game; it was on his crush in form of Hunter, his teammate, whose locker was next to his. Brock always found himself stealing glances at Hunter's form in the locker room.
Brock stepped into the shower, the hot water soothing his aching muscles, steam rising around him like a curtain. He tried to wash away his thoughts but they lingered, thick as the steam. After what felt like ages, he shut off the water, wrapped a towel around his waist, and moved back to his locker, his heart pounding with a mix of excitement and forbidden desire.
As Brock reached for his jockstrap to dress up again, he accidentally reached for Hunter's jockstrap instead of his own. Brock discarded his towel and slid into the jockstrap, feeling the snug fit of the garment that had cradled Hunter's physique.
As he adjusted the straps, a tingling sensation enveloped him. His reflection in the mirror began to warp. Brock's features morphed into Hunter's rugged face; his hair thickened into Hunter's dark mane, his muscles reshaped to mimic Hunter's, his eyes now a piercing blue like Hunter's. His once clean-shaven face now sported a stubble beard, adding to the intense new look.

Brock, now a mirror image of Hunter, stood in awe, his hands tracing the new lines of his body. His fingers felt the hard planes of his chest, the firmness of his abs, down to the undeniable bulge in the jockstrap, which was growing under his touch. "Hey, I’m Hunter, the star quarterback," he said as he pretended to act like him.
"You like this, don't you, Brock?" he whispered in Hunter's deep voice, pretending he was talking to himself. "You like how you control my body now?"
He continued, his voice a husky mimicry, "Feel how tight this jockstrap is, how it hugs every part of me – every part of you now."
Brock's hands roamed lower, his breath hitching with each stroke of his borrowed cock. "You've always wanted this, haven't you? To be me, to feel this power, this control. Say it, Brock," he said, his voice thick with arousal.

"You should should take over my body for good," Brock murmured, now fully embodying Hunter's persona. His reflection smiled back, a knowing, seductive grin. "Imagine waking up as me every day, feeling this strength, living my life."
The air was thick with desire as Brock continued to stroke, each movement a testament to his new form. "You'd love that, wouldn't you? To have this body, this life?"
The locker room was silent except for the sound of his breathing and the soft rustle of fabric as Brock, now fully immersed in his role as Hunter, kept going. "You'd love that, wouldn't you? To have this cock, this life. Go on, take it. Take everything."
The climax built, Brock's body responding to every word, every stroke. "Yeah, that's it, Brock. Show me, show me how it's done. Own my body, my life," he gasped, his voice echoing slightly in the empty room.
As Brock came, a wave of intense pleasure coursed through him, his body shuddering with the release. But as the euphoria began to fade, a sense of urgency took its place. He thought, 'Enough of this fantasy. Time to get back to being me.' With a deep breath, he prepared to strip off Hunter's jockstrap, expecting his body to revert back to his own.
He tugged at the jockstrap, feeling the fabric slide down his legs. But when he looked up into the mirror, expecting to see his familiar face, he was met with Hunter's rugged visage staring back at him. Panic fluttered in his chest as he realized that the climax hadn't just been an end to his fantasy - it had sealed him into Hunter's body.

"Fuck," he muttered, his voice still Hunter's deep, resonant tone. "This wasn't supposed to happen." He ran his hands over his face, feeling the unfamiliar stubble, the strong jawline, the muscles that now belonged to someone else.
His heart raced as he tried to make sense of it. "I guess cumming sealed the deal," he said to himself, his voice echoing in the empty locker room. He dressed quickly, pulling on Hunter's clothes, each piece feeling like an acknowledgment of a new reality he wasn't prepared for.

As he buttoned up Hunter's shirt, he looked down at his hands, now distinctly Hunter's, strong and veined. "I'm stuck like this," he whispered, the weight of the realization sinking in. He glanced around, half expecting Hunter to walk in any second, but there was only him – or rather, Hunter's body.
Brock, now in Hunter's form, sat down on the bench, his mind racing. "How the hell am I supposed to explain this?" He ran his fingers through Hunter's hair, feeling the texture, the weight of it.
The locker room seemed to close in around him as he pondered his next move. Should he hide? Pretend to be Hunter? Or find some way to reverse whatever magic or science had caused this? Every option seemed fraught with complications.
He stood up, looking at himself one last time in the mirror, now seeing not Brock, but Hunter. "Guess I better start acting like you," he said with a chuckle, his voice still an echo of Hunter's. He grabbed Hunter’s – no, his – bag and left the locker room, stepping into a new life that he hadn't asked for but was excited to navigate.

one is a very interesting character to me. with most of the lore still up in the air as of the time this is written, it's hard to be sure who exactly she is; or, who she was. today, i want to take a closer look at what we have her character and try to figure out what that "was" could've looked like.
first, i'll start with what we know.
above all else, one is controlling. whether that be in a literal sense, when one influences the world and events around her, or in an emotional sense, when it comes to manipulating others in order to get them to agree to her deals.
in tpot 13, she tells basketball that something they have in common is not liking when things don't go their way. this makes sense for one; every little thing she does is planned, prepared, controlled. she knows the steps people will take before they even take them, she knows every move she needs to make to get under people's skin, and she knows how to make everything go according to plan.
but what about when it doesn't?
in tpot 17, it's as though that control slips. things don't go her way. she isn't nearly as put-together, nor is she calculative or patient enough to even try putting up her persona and coaxing donut in the same way she has with her other signatories. her room seems to reflect her state of mind, scattered and disorganized. she's not stable enough to think of a way to convince him, or even think to hold him down, and her lack of control in the situation gives donut more free will, the ability to reject her deal, and, more importantly, the ability to fight back.
this act is something so spontaneous, so unpredictable, that it causes one to snap and immediately try to grab this control back. she becomes blinded by rage and attacks him, yet her scare tactic only shows more of her weakness: one can't handle feeling powerless.
although she's stronger than donut and was more than willing to show him that, her behavior also seems to stem from a point of insecurity. being disobeyed, treated not as an all-powerful being but instead an equal - or even a lesser - is her breaking point. obviously anybody would be mad over getting kicked, but it's clear something deeper must've been triggered in one in order to get her that manically angry.
where did this need for control come from? how does this tie into her past?
to know this, we should first look at another key detail of her character: her deals.
on first glance, one's signatories don't have much in common. they're easy targets, people with weaknesses that one can easily find and exploit, with not much other correlation. but upon closer inspection, a pattern makes itself clear in every single person that one took into her room.
when fanny joined death pact again, she was taught to abandon her own beliefs and objectives and instead prioritize preventing death. for a while, she obliges by this, even as it causes them to lose challenges and causes her friends to drop out of the game like flies, until she decides she has enough of it and rebels against the others and their beliefs.
ice cube was used as a pawn of sorts by freesmart, a replacement for members that were held to more respect and value than her. her and the others always did what they were told for the alliance, and when she eventually splits off from freesmart, she is almost immediately coddled and controlled by book, still completely unable to speak or think for herself before she eventually snaps at book and leaves altogether.
basketball was completely complacent in bfb, her only feature outside of her loyalty to 8-ball being her empathy for others. this shines through in tpot when, even despite their differences in personality or team, basketball looks out for others more than herself, but nobody else listens to her when she tries to voice the problems she's seeing. this complete disregard for basketball and what she cares about is what causes a downward spiral of events beyond anybody's control.
gaty and two became attached to eachother very quickly, becoming almost codependent in a sense. gaty gives everything she has to two, and her willingness to stay in the hotel with them, to keep them happy - their willingness to keep her there because of their attachment - only puts her in more danger, and ends in them being separated for good.
it's stated outright by one that donut puts others over himself, even people like pencil and their mess of a team. he chooses to be selfless, a voice of reason, a leader that holds the team together despite the chaos it always brings in its wake.
her deals that weren't shown to us onscreen tie into this as well:
bomby, since his debut on bfdi, has been used as a weapon or tool by all of the people around him, mistreated and hurt and never taken seriously despite the fact that he tries to be strong and independent in the later seasons.
bell's privacy is treated as a joke by both the narrative and the others, and struggles to be left alone without help, help that more often than not isn't provided to her.
needle spent so much of her time in bfdia trying to appease others, which led to her being easy to take advantage of. she literally played on two teams at the same time in order to make everyone happy with her, but she eventually decided that she was tired of being used and left these groups, turning against them and deciding to win for herself.
barf bag's autonomy being tampered with started an apocalypse that changed the way she viewed herself and caused her to avoid her team for a brief period of time because she didn't want to be seen as a monster. in that same episode, her nightmare involved people doing things that she couldn't control and influencing her in ways that she couldn't stop.
what do you notice about all of these characters? all of them were overshadowed by others, either by prioritizing them over themselves or by being taken advantage of. all of them want to be recognized, respected, and heard, and despite that, all of them lacked one thing: control. if they wanted control in their lives, they'd have to fight for it, if they wanted power in their lives, they'd have to snap to get people to see that they deserved it. and if that weren't the case, the world around them would snap for them.
one seems to be very, very familiar with this kind of person. familiar enough for them to be her only targets, familiar enough for her to know exactly what to give them and exactly what they want to hear, familiar enough to suggest that this kind of person is much closer to her than just a means to executing her plan.
familiar enough that it could also very well suggest that this kind of person was one herself.
now, we really have no idea what one's past looked like, but we do have a crucial detail given to us by six in tpot 17: she was supposed to be gone.
this implies that one must've done something, something so bad that it made the other algebraliens decide to get rid of her for good. could this have been something ongoing until they decided enough was enough, or was it something bigger than that? had one, perhaps, snapped, the same way we saw her do when she was tested in tpot 17, the same way we saw multiple of her signatories do when they were tired of being pushed aside and looked down on?
in tpot 13, one expresses that she does have power, "but not enough." while this could easily be read in reference to her plan, it also hints at how she looks at herself: her power is not enough. one is not enough.
she needs two's power because she can't reach her goal without it. she needs to become something bigger, something more, in order for her to feel like that's enough for her. being obeyed and looked up to by her victims makes her feel powerful, like she's more, like she's enough, having constant control makes her feel like she's enough, having everything she wants handed to her makes her feel like she's enough, because maybe, she never had that.
maybe, one was just like her targets, selfless and almost complacent at times, observant enough to spot the issues others were having, even if she was the only person who did, even if none of the others took her seriously, even if they pitied her, treated her as a lesser, and acted as though she had no power in her own life.
and all of that lasted until she decided that everyone deserved to be a little selfish - it's only fair.
she became tired of giving herself and not getting anything back. she became tired of being looked down on, tired of not having control - all one wanted was control for once, and she would get that whether they liked it or not.
and that frustration was enough to make one snap and do something that earned her imprisonment in the moon, which only served as a painful and enraging reminder of how they saw her.
she was going to get out, and she was going to make sure that nobody ever looked down on her again.
for now, this is all theories, and it's a bit rough, but i appreciate you guys for sticking around this long !! lets see how well these theories hold up.. if they do.. at all.. um

Yandere! Streamer x Streamer! Reader

A/N : I'm taking a break from the bullet point format and decided to try making a drabble instead. Huuge thanks to @bloozz for giving streamer his name🌷
T/W : Streamer reader, yandere behaviour, obsessive behaviour, etc
«────── « ⋅ʚ♡ɞ⋅ » ──────»
"Damnit..! I lost again" He let out a defeated sigh as he watches the 'GAME OVER' screen blinking at him in an almost mocking way.
The chat of his live stream went wild upon his fifth time losing on a game that he had been playing for hours by now and yet he still hasn't been able to beat it.
"Yeahhh, thanks a lot chat! those 'L's you're spamming are definitely helpful" Micha rolled his eyes at the countless mockery his viewer was sending him. He knew it was all jokes- or at least he hope it is.
Deciding that he needed a break from the game, he cracked open a can of soda and laid back against his chair, opting to interact more with his viewers.
He had only been streaming for a few months and had gained a pretty sizeable amount of viewer and fanbase.
Bloozzclues : You should check (insert your streamer name) out! They've beaten this game multiple time and have some useful tips you can use.
"(Y/S/Name)? I've heard of them before, saw a few of their speedruns. I never understand how they manage to get that luck based glitch to work! But thanks bloozz! i'll be sure to check them out after stream" Micha replied to one of the chat and moved on to the others.
Soupispretty :(Y/S/Name) is actually watching your stream rn lol
Micha choked on his drink as he tries to contain his coughs. He almost spat out the soda onto his keyboard and it would've been a nightmare to clean it up.
Scrolling through the main page of the streaming website on his other monitor, lo and behold, the (Y/S/Name) was indeed watching his stream. Specifically, the parts where he lose to the same boss every. single. time.
He felt his cheeks reddened everytime he heard (Name) laughed or giggled at him. They wouldn't just laugh at him though, they would also insert in some advices for him to improve on which made him incredibly jittery with excitement.
(Y/S/Name) also known as (Name) has always been an inspirational figure of his when he first started streaming. To be acknowledged by his idol causes him to be so overwhelmed, he almost fainted from how fast his heart is beating.
The chimes of his subscription's notif brought him back to his senses, Micha's chats were going crazy from the streamer's trance like reaction to (Y/S/Name) stream.
Kafkaismywife : is he okay??
Peachesandcrem : bro looks possessed💀
Collecting what little composure he has anymore, Micha decided to end the stream under the guises of him being exhausted.
"Ahem.. er sorry about that guys, i think the sleep deprivation is getting to me. So, thank you all for being in this stream but I have to log off now!" He smoothly blurted out, getting back into his streaming persona.
After saying goodbyes to his viewers, he clicked the end stream button. Alone with his thoughts, Micha switches the screen back onto your stream.
He knew from then on, his adoration for you had grown into something more. Something deadly and dangerous.
«────── « ⋅ʚ♡ɞ⋅ » ──────»
(Name) let out an exhausted sigh as they had just finished another successful stream. They played horror games for hours and ended the stream by reacting to random clips their viewer sent via mediashare.
"I should probably take a shower and take a long nap right after.." (Name) thought.
Ping!
It was the sound of their notifications, (Name) picked their phone up and clicked on it. They were directed to their twitter where the person had messages them.
Michatwt
Hey! Thanks a lot for the advice you gave me when you reacted to my live
"Oh it's that streamer i watched earlier on stream" (Name) spoke outloud as they quickly typed out a reply.
(Name)ishere
No prob! Thought you needed some tips to beat the game haha
(Name) sent out the reply and Micha replied immediately. 'He sure is a fast typer' they thought.
Michatwt
This might sounds odd but would you be down to make a collab with me? I think it'll be more fun if you teach me on stream
They paused for a moment, thinking over their decision. (Name) have been wanting to make a collab stream before but never got to it. This would be a great opportunity to produce some new content!
(Name)ishere
Sounds good! We'll discuss about this collab later, I got something to do right now
Michatwt
Of course! See you later haha
Somewhere else, Micha was jumping out of joy and practically on his knees thanking the higher beings for this opportunity he's been given to be close to his idol, his (Name).
«────── « ⋅ʚ♡ɞ⋅ » ──────»
A/N : ending on a cliffnote because this has been rotting in my draft.

THANOS AS YOUR BF

BEFORE THE GAMES
When you first meet, Thanos is one thing; hard to get along with. Whether it’s due to his overly large ego—or the drugs affecting his brain, his cocky persona is too much for some people. Including you.
Yet, the purple haired monster persists. He practically begs you for your number, which you hesitantly give. But as the two of you text more and more, you realize how funny he really is, which eventually leads into a long term relationship.
This man’s sense of humor is either dark, sarcastic, or straight up dumb. And no matter how dumb or goldfish-brained his raps or jokes are, they always seem to make the people around him have a good laugh.
This man is not subtle in the slightest with jealousy. He’s not the biggest rapper in korea (or the kpop industry), but he likes to flex like he is. He makes sure to kiss your neck or sing a really cringey rap as a warning signal.
Thanos also makes sure you’re the only one allowed to call him Su-bong. Due to his rough childhood, he finds it hard to be vulnerable around people. And to him, letting you call him his name is huge.
This man is also the most supportive boyfriend in the world. He may be high on…something…but that won’t stop him from nearly making a fool of himself all for you. Similar with his jealousy, he is not subtle about it.
Goes clubbing with you every single weekend. It doesn’t matter if it’s club pentagon or club squid, he loves trying new drinks or high end, designer drugs with you—although, he doesn’t want his addiction to fuel yours, so he keeps them away.
DURING THE GAMES
Thanos, with his goldfish like brain, doesn’t even notice you during the first game. Maybe it’s due to his fear, or the enhanced drugs swimming through his system; but regardless, he’s in his own world.
Yet, when he sees you out of the corner of his eye, right past his buddy, Nam-su—he panics. Thanos immediately rushes over to you saying something stupid like “Señorita, what are you doing here?” As if he didn’t know.
You were here to help pay for his debt. Su-bong would never say it, but he hated himself for putting you into his same situation—which simultaneously makes him ten times more aggressive with MG coin.
During the games, he relatively acts the same; up until the bathroom fight. He kisses you goodbye before going to ‘take a piss’ with Nam-su. Time slowly passes. Ten minutes. Twenty. You get worried and wander off to find your boyfriend.
The guards couldn’t care less as you walked into the ultraviolet bathroom. From the far corner of your eye, you see Thanos holding MG coin to the ground by his throat, no doubt high out of his small mind.
You quickly run over and roughly yank him away, right as a metal fork—the same one from the earlier meals—is stabbed into your hand. Where Thanos’ neck would’ve been. After escaping the bathroom, you can’t help but sob.
But you and your boyfriend are survivors. So, after beating Nam-su to a pulp after the glass bridge game player 456 had mentioned participating in three years ago, you split the money 50/50. You were now free.
AFTER THE GAMES
After being roughly thrown out of your free limo ride and onto the cold, wet streets of a recently stormy Seoul—you clutch onto each other like leeches. Not kissing, just simply sitting there, holding each other as if you were on your deathbeds.
The games truly changed Thanos. He was faced with the harsh reality of his future with addiction, seeing the path his good buddy Nam-su went down (and no he will never get his name right).
The man he thought was his best friend tried to kill him. That’s not something you simply shake off. So, Thanos willingly signs himself up for rehab. It’s hard, you can tell—but after the games, he’s stronger. You can sense it.
After he’s completely clean for six months, the two of you buy a small house right off the coast of Busan together. A place you’ve both always wanted to visit, just never had the money to. Now, you have more money than you know what to do with.
He kickstarts his rapping career again, but instead his songs being about partying and drugs, they’re about hardship, fear, depression, and you. The one constant in his life. His happiness. He starts thinking about life more.
He becomes popular again, but for the right reasons. No longer is your boyfriend shrouded with controversies and drugs. No more girls, no more drinks. Just rapping from his overly large heart (and small goldfish brain).
NSFW
Kind of random, but (prior to the games) he loves snorting coke off your thighs or chest—and sometimes even your lower back depending on the position you two take for the evening. Or he vapes while mercilessly thrusting into you.
This guy probably has a book (or just googles because of the major debt he’s in) sex positions and has you try a different one every single night. Even when you repeat them, it never gets old with him.
When it comes to oral, he definitely prefers receiving. The feeling of your glossy lips around his thick member elicits lowkey pornographic groans and moans from the usually somewhat composed (while not on drugs) man.
After the games, he probably becomes a little more vanilla—but I still doubt he would know a damn thing about aftercare. The most you’ll get is him cuddling you with beads of sweat dripping down his damp skin.

Linked Universe, Hero of the Winds
My headcanons/aus

Art by Atro Avis
Colored Version.
Long talk/ideas under the cut. Warning for general game violence and kidnapping. (Note: I may add stuff overtime but I will never delete from the list).
Twilight. Sky. Legend. Hyrule. Four. Time. War. Wild.
Wind (Wind Waker/Phantom hourglass). Other Nicknames: The Sailor, Pirate, The baby (hates this), Guppy (hates this as well), Island boy, Ocean child.
Hero’s Title: Hero of the Great Sea, Hero of the Winds, Hero of the Great Sea, Holder of the Wind Waker
God that has claim over his soul: Hylia (for the wisdom to actually find the pieces of the triforce)
Part of First’s soul: Childish Wonder (smallest piece).
History:
Link lived on an island with his sister and grandmother, and had a peaceful life like everyone in the great sea. He was given a green tunic when he turned 12, much to his annoyance. However his sister Aryll was kidnapped on his birthday, taken by a bird monster and he joins up with a pirate by the name of Tetra to get her back.
Through trying to get his sister back he learns that the Gerudo King Ganondorf is back, hunting for the Triforce, the Red king of the seas asks Link to take up the mantle of the hero. To which the young boy does, to make the seas safe for his family. He later learns the man’s reason, a place for his people; however he still tries to kill the hero and the princess. They actually succeed and plan to start another hyrule.
However This plan gets put on the back burner when Tetra and Link run across a ghost ship and Tetra goes missing, causing Link to start another adventure. Link get’s the phantom hourglass and a fairy and they go through the palace of the ocean king. He saved the great seas from the parasite known as Bellum and was finally able to go back home.
Death: Unknown…
Interesting Stuff/Headcanons:
has a sailor mouth from living around pirates. Others don’t let him swear (like grandma) but Time does.
The best thing to heal him is his grandmother’s soup. The chain learns how to cook it when they visit the Great Sea.
Link has a good sense of direction, to the point of it being scary. He doesn’t even need a map; it's like the wind tells him where to go.
Wind deals with a lot of self-doubt, he wasn’t born with the triforce of Courage, he had to find it and put it together unlike Tetra. So, he often feels like a fake.
He looks up to Time, since he was the hero of Time who once defeated Ganondorf, plus he also doesn’t treat Wind like he will break at any moment.
The others have a habit of jumping in to protect him, mainly because he reminds many of them of themselves of when they first started their adventures.
Wind actually prefers sandals since he lives on an island, but that’s not considered ‘proper shoes for combat’.
Wind cannot control his expression, whether in sneaking around or in combat, he cannot keep a poker face, which of course makes him terrible at keeping secrets.
Link has no concept of ‘personal items’ he grew up sharing stuff with his sister and then a pirate ship, everything is fair game, unless said otherwise or you're wearing it.
Anything he finds is worn as jewelry until he can get back home, to which the treasure is given to Aryll and Grandma.
He is actually really good with seagulls, I mean it’s not like his sister Aryll, but he can easily feed them without them getting startled.
He’s a great swimmer; however, his legs can get tired from a lot of walking, especially rocky paths, he doesn’t tell the group this.
No concept of ‘oh that’s dangerous’ will happily be shot out of a canon for the laughs.
Wind doesn’t have any piercing even though he wants to, any jewelry is limited to necklaces and ear wraps.
Letters are a big comfort to Wind, as sometimes he panics that Aryll is missing, or grandma is sick again. The letters remind him that everything is fine.
Wind will fall into his big brother persona; he immediately will fuss others despite bringing the youngest of the group.
Besides looking up to Time, Wind also looks up to War, he doesn’t know why.
Koroks seems to really like Wind, he considered them his friends, Time doesn’t like the Koroks staying around or Wind going after them.
He cannot stand the cold because of growing up on an island. He’s in multiple layers or stealing others' scarves to keep warm.
Wind loves music, especially sea shanties, you will not know peace if one gets stuck in his head.
He knows how to shoot guns; he has one from Tetra and knows how to make ammo for it. It’s just very, very loud and he doesn’t like it.
He is slowly getting use to them and even started to build interesting items of his own.
He will correct anyone if they refer to Tetra as Zelda, since she prefers the name Tetra.
Wind loves fruit sense you can only really get them on islands, they are his favorite thing to snack on.
Wind sometimes realizes how stupid enemies can be, meaning he will sneak around them when others are planning something.
He is the most likely to do his own thing in battle and give the others heart attacks in the process.
The soul piece of the hero’s spirit is the smallest in Wind, it was the childlike wonder of the god, something the god couldn’t have a lot of considering his first life.
Because of this Wind doesn’t get the full burning in his chest that others might. But he does get the call to adventure.

Ren's favorite color is black!!!
So you can totally say no to this if it falls too heavily into spoiler territory, but I constantly see with all the angel centric questions that are trying to find a way to break past the wall of Ren/REDACTED changing themselves to angels preferences and get some different response than he "wouldn't care" or they'd just try again but what I really want is just some pathetic yandere Rendacted content of him doing everything he can to keep us with them, if Angel in some way didn't want to be with them and like all his previous personas have failed in some way, shape or form, it doesn't really matter the reasoning.
I know he's like super patient and would be willing to try again and again till he makes a persona Angel likes the most, but I really just want to see this dude in peak yandere form, beyond the dead ends we see within the game. So like if that's either like just a list of stuff he'd do or an actual story fic idrc I just need him being the worst fucking version of themself, begging, crying, hell even threatening just to stop angel from leaving cause his patience has been exhausted PLEAAAAASUHHH
⌞♥⌝ I've said this many times, but Ren genuinely has all the patience in the world for Angel, and there really isn't anything that would make it snap!! ^^ He's not a short-tempered, emotionally-driven*, or verbally abusive kind of yandere either; Ren is extremely manipulative, clever, and deceptive — and often relies on making Angel be the one who sabotages their relationships with others.
If you wanted to see Ren crying and begging, you would have to run his self-esteem into the ground and treat him the exact same way his father did.
But even then... Ren would still show endless restraint for Angel. I've had people try to (unintentionally) convince me otherwise via asks of their own, but I'm quite literally his creator, and I mean it when I say that Ren has the patience of a saint. There's nothing Angel can possibly do to make him lose his temper. Ren is endlessly forgiving and more than desperate to prove his worth, so no matter how many times Angel tries to test him, it won't work. So... Please stop trying to convince me otherwise ;v;
* = When I say "emotionally driven", I mean like... Ren won't physically lash out or do anything crazy just because he's angry or upset with Angel. I hope this makes sense gsgsjh ^^; I know he's driven by love (he is a yandere and love is an emotion), but it's not like he'll want to yell or take his anger out on Angel just because he's in a bad mood.

🎭 His Dear Witch ~ 🎭
It's unknown why do you even exist. The SCP Foundation doesn't know what to do with you. You're a confusing paradox that they do not understand and most frustratingly—uncontainable in a conventional sense.
#TAGS: Nothing Time Twins related, SCP Fandom is slowly drawing me back, It includes SCP! Reader, The Herta! Reader, Honkai Star Rail x SCP Crossover, Potentially OOC, Reader x Canon, Witch Reader, Short Writing, The Herta! Reader x SCP Character, More stuff like this would be included if interested, SCP FANS ARISE. 🔥🔥🔥
— TW?: Possesive Themes, Be Warned, 035 Being 035 As Usual, Potential Yandere Themes, He Calls You His 'Wife'.
A/N: After hitting maxed pity on Herta's banner along with her LC, I decided to make an interesting crossover because I thought it would be interesting to see how this goes for The Herta! Reader Insert. (Huge bonus that I'm blessed with good stats while I'm building her. 🙏)
You’re the definition of an enigma. A literal spacefaring, unknown anomaly wrapped up in an elegantly appearance, self-aware, and untouchable persona. The Foundation doesn’t know what to do with you, and SCP-035? He’s utterly entranced.
And Who Exactly Are You in the SCP Foundation?
You are Anomaly [REDACTED], a Level 6: CTS entity classified under Euclid. They don’t fully understand what you are—just that you exist, that you have an unsettling level of influence, and that you are playing the longest of long games.
You don’t act out. You don’t cause destruction. You don’t try to escape. Instead, you watch. You let them wonder why you haven’t done anything drastic, knowing full well that the moment you choose to tip the scales, everything changes.
They don’t imprison you because they can’t. They simply keep you in containment because you allow them to.
And then there’s SCP-035.
SCP-035 has never met someone like you before.
He’s charming, cunning, and manipulative—but none of it works on you. Not because you’re immune to him, but because you let him think he’s in control before flipping the script entirely.
You’re his perfect counterpart. The ultimate tease, the unattainable yet tangible anomaly that keeps him guessing.
At first, he tries to toy with you, flirt with you, unnerve you. And then, he realizes.
Oh.
You’re not like the others.
You understand him. You see through every little act, every trick, every calculated play. But instead of rejecting him or trying to outmaneuver him, you do something infinitely worse.
You indulge him.
You let him speak his flowery words, you humor his charm—but it’s clear who the real player is in this game. He’s used to being in control, but you? You make it so easy for him to fall under your spell instead.
And it drives him insane.
The Foundation is uneasy. Not because you’re violent, but because they cannot predict what you’re doing.
Why do you allow SCP-035 to get so close?
Why does SCP-035, a master manipulator, seem to worship you?
What is your endgame?
They want to separate you two, but the problem? 035 actually behaves when you’re around.
If anything, he’s less volatile, less inclined to escape, more… cooperative. But only because he knows that if he behaves, he gets you.
035: (mocking, but with an underlying threat) “Oh? You want to take my darling away? My wife?” (chuckles darkly) “Now, now, let’s not be hasty. You wouldn’t want to see me upset, would you?”
The researchers watching? Having war flashbacks.
The Real Question is...Why You Haven’t Given Him a Permanent Host (Yet)?
Because you’re playing the long game.
You could give him a permanent body. A perfect, indestructible vessel crafted specifically for him. A host that would never rot, never decay, never fail him.
And he knows you can.
That’s why he adores you. That’s why he’s obsessed.
But you? You wait.
You let him yearn. Let him crave it. Let him wonder if today is the day you’ll finally grant him that final gift.
035: (grinning, tilting his host’s head at you) “Tell me, dearest… when will you finally stop teasing me?”
You: (smirking, brushing a hand over his mask, whispering) “Would you love me the same if I gave you everything at once?”
035: … (soft chuckle) “Ah. I see. You do know me too well, don’t you?”
And the Foundation? Losing their minds. Because whatever the hell this is? It’s not normal.
They don’t know if it’s love, obsession, or something far worse.
But they do know one thing:
SCP-035 is yours.

My Hancock Headcanons
Some of these are a little OOC from the game but I'm rewriting the Commonwealth to have darker and more realistic overtones. 1.9k words.
Can't bring himself to take Daytripper anymore. The euphoric effects hooked him hard for a while and it's one of the reasons why he used to do benders so much.
Doesn't wear the red frock coat while out adventuring because he can't bear the thought of getting it burned up or ruined.
Some hair follicles survived on the top of his head and there are tiny tufts of platinum silver hair that grow in. He lost his hair pigment in the ghoulification process, and they fall out or break off before the strands can get very long as it's very brittle.
Tries to one-hand his double-barrel shotgun like a flintlock pistol and regularly messes up his wrist joint because of the kickback.
His eyes appear pitch black, but if you look closely or shine a light on them, you'll notice that his eyes are actually just a really, really dark red from burst blood vessels (radiation poisoning side-effect). In some areas where the black hasn't taken over, there are broken flecks of grey in there.
Hancock is a caffeine junkie.
He deals with fatigue and arthritis from ghoulification (his bones did not take kindly to the radiation.) The pain lessens during radstorms, where he feels incredibly rejuvenated, and often hyper.
Favors Mentats and Jet because they're "less heavy" chems. He takes the Mentats to help himself properly fulfil the role as a responsible mayor. Long-term use has led to him learning a lot in a short time span, leading to his extremely high INT stat.
He favors Jet because it helps sooth the fire in his brain after overdoing work on Mentats. They balance each other out.
Used to wear a lot of jewelry and had piercings in his youth but found out the hard way that they snag during a fight, so they had to go.
Keeps his switchblade(s) in his boot.
Was taught how to sew by his mom as a kid and is now the guy everyone goes to when they end up with holes in their clothes. He keeps his John Hancock getup in good condition.
Isn't a huge fan of swimming. He can swim but it makes him feel incredibly uneasy. He needs his boots on the ground.
Bad temperature regulation. He gets cold at a slight breeze and hot on a sunny day. His tricorn hat keeps the sun off of him.
Some people headcanon that he has heightened senses, but I beg to differ. The dude has bad vision. He uses a shotgun so it's harder to miss. You'll often catch him squinting at documents and terminals. He knows the smell of specific chemicals like the back of his hand, but he doesn't necessarily pick up scents "better."
E.g. you'll both catch a whiff of something weirdly metallic, and he just pops off with, "ah, yes, Psychojet with a little too much jet saturation and a smidge of black mold in the container. Feelin' bad for whoever just took that; that's some low-quality stuff."
Back in his human days, he was a degenerate junkie back in Diamond City. He was a sleazeball with high charisma; let's just leave it at that.
DC guards would regularly sweep him off the curb near the Dugout Inn or bust him selling chems to the locals behind the stands.
As alluded to in the game dialogue, Hancock would go on benders in Goodneighbor and would often shack up with the locals. He used sex as an escape almost as frequently as chems. He has a lot of experience due to this, but he also has his fair share of "horror stories."
He's now a lot pickier about who he shares a mattress with, but whoever gets lucky with Hancock? Say goodbye to your dignity because he will systematically destroy that shit just because he feels like it.
Gave the player character chems so they'd get hooked and be dependent on him to provide. He was buying insurance so they wouldn't betray him if push came to shove. He also just wanted a smoke buddy for the road.
Hancock is a selfish person. He wears the "easygoing helpful stoner friend" persona to try and make right for his previous sins. "Hancock" is the good guy face. "John" is a cynical bastard.
Only his closest, most trusted friends will ever call him John or see that side of him.
Often can't sit still and has sensory-seeking tendencies (just a smidge touch of the ADHD. Could be a side effect of chem-usage as well.)
As a young child, he grew up in a waterfront cabin with his older brother and mother. His father was a drifter and was rarely seen. John can't remember his name or face well, but his mom is a shining star in his memory.
John falls back into the Daytripper habit after finding out his brother was replaced with a synth. The player character pulls him out of it if they're close enough. If not, he keeps it quiet. Nobody will notice, right?
His eyes are very mirror-like and have that "red-eye glow" effect when a bright light is directed at him. Sometimes, in the heat of battle, one can literally see the fire reflected back in his eyes. It's high-key freaky.
Has the subtle air of inhumanity about him. He sometimes moves in a way that makes you question if he's real or not (e.g. standing way too still, movements too rigid or too fluid.) He's probably just really high when this happens.
Riffing off some dialogue from the game, Hancock has been dealing with hallucinations all his life. He blames it on the chems, but he's too afraid to admit he's probably just a tad psychotic from wasteland living. This is also a known PTSD symptom, which he won't touch on the subject of with a ten-foot pole.
"You see 'em, too?" he says jokingly whilst sweating bullets.
When he gets particularly high, one might catch him listening to some very strange experimental jazz. He'll never admit to this.
Riffing off of Danny Shorago's beautiful musical performances, this dude can absolutely slam out vocals like a pro. Isolation in the wasteland leads to completely useless talents. He absentmindedly sung along to Diamond City radio to himself one too many times and well, one thing led to another...
Took over for Magnolia at the Third Rail on one of her off days. Never did it again. Will never mention it happened.
Attention whore and heavily ashamed of it. He stabbed a guy in the first ten seconds of meeting the player character, but if you tell him he was showing off, he'll deny it.
Will happily bum a preserved cigarette off of the player character if they have any.
He has nine toes and walks a little funny because of it. Jack Sparrow with a limp.
Was not raised in the era of soap. Due to the game labeling soap as junk, Hancock will ridicule the player character for picking it up. He doesn't understand what it is; it just looks like a stick of lard to him.
Doesn't use soap (dirty wastelander behavior.) He keeps two pine-scented car fresheners hanging on the inside of his coat. He calls them "coat fresheners."
The sweat glands in his skin were burned off so he doesn't smell incredibly bad, there's just this weird dusty ozone smell to him... he'll take a dip in the river to get the grime off, but he doesn't like how cold it makes him afterwards.
Standard sex-education does not exist in the wasteland. It's incredibly rare to meet a wastelander who views sex as recreational, and not a clinical way to make as many babies as possible. It's also incredibly rare to meet a wastelander with any kind of clue of what they're doing in bed. This makes Hancock a literal gem, and it's probably why he has so much sway with the people. Per Bobbi No-Nose: "Everyone is so damn afraid of him or so damn in love with him. He thinks he is invincible."
Slams Dirty Wastelanders like they are water. He has a specific taste for mutfruit and sweet drinks.
Fahrenheit is indeed Hancock's daughter, but she was a bastard "oopsie baby" he didn't find out about until she was well in her adulthood. She's not inclined to tell him, nor does he want to acknowledge it. He was never a father to her, and she knows he doesn't want to be... not that she cares. They stick together out of an awkward unspoken need to make sure the other stays alive, though. Neither of them have the willpower to bring it up to each other.
Her mother was a fling situation with a cute ginger in some small settlement miles from Goodneighbor back before he was a ghoul. Count on his surprise when a particularly fierce ginger girl shows up on his doorstep many years later sporting his bright grey eyes looking for a job. What was he supposed to do, tell her to get lost?
Has an under-the-table deal with the Railroad and allows them to operate in Goodneighbor. Has a disdain for Deacon though, because his first language is bullshit, and Hancock's first language is "rooting out bullshit."
Food of choice is wherever the munchies lead him. The few things he can't stomach usually fall into the category of "200 years old." He'll eat bug if it's cooked well enough; anything that can be hunted or picked as a crop is on the menu. Salvaged food, though? Like the dusty remains of Sugar Bombs or unrefrigerated Salsbury Steak? He couldn't be paid to eat those.
Leave it to the player character to introduce him to spices and seasoning. Like any wastelander would, Hancock sort of turns into a rabid, frothing dog at good cooking.
He spends his leisure nights at the Third Rail among his people.
Reliving his memories at the Memory Den has led to some rather intense experiences. His frequent usage of Mentats has led to a rather interesting side-effect of being able to hyper-analyze what he has seen while using one of the machines. He has used this to his advantage by going over encounters he's had with various gang leaders or political interactions with settlement leaders.
He's able to catch details using this method that many others fail to. He is frequently one step ahead of the game.
Liver failure was beginning to catch up to him before he went ghoul. Now, the symptoms have miraculously vanished... he takes full advantage of this.
In a particularly bad moment in his life, Hancock once seriously considered cannibalism. It's made him weary of the dangers of hunger, so he always has some sort of snack on-hand or at least nearby. He's a very, "you do what you gotta" person, but it personally scares the shit out of him when the scarcity of the world corners him.
He made a pact with Fahrenheit to shoot him if he ever showed the warning signs of going feral. It gives him a little peace knowing he won't end up wandering the streets in a confused, violent stupor one day, but the looming deterioration from his ghoulish nature keeps him up at night, sometimes. He knows the day will come eventually.
"No warning, no fuss. Don't tell me, just do it. Got a plan to keep your name clear in the event my peeps want to know why you eighty-sixed their beloved mayor."

Watching The King George Job after seeing Leverage: Redemption
Wow, it is MEATY. Poor Sophie.
Up until now, the show - through Sophie's impeccably selective language - has been very careful in suggesting her art theft as a fun game she played with the rich and powerful, something relatively in line with the premise of Leverage in general. This is the first time the show really leans into how art theft links to terrorism, a link that is drawn out explicitly in Redemption S2 in dialogue between Sophie and Eliot.
The girl at the beginning is almost certainly and purposefully written as being around the same age Astrid would have been when Sophie left, which already has Sophie primed to think about her past, the "archeology" of her crimes. Were the things she stole used to fund deeper crimes? Maybe, maybe not. But the damage to Astrid has been done. She just hasn't told anyone.
Just a few episodes ago in The Three-Card Monte Job - a heavily Nate-centric episode - we saw Sophie get unusually firm about civilians being used as pawns in crime. The thematic exploration of collateral damage continues in this episode.
Sophie's more upset than usual during this briefing. Nate clocks it early on.
When Parker says that she should have gotten into this line of work (stealing unregistered, uninsured art) years ago, Sophie is visibly uncomfortable.
Nate goes after Sophie and tries to get her out of her head. It's refreshing to see that dynamic reversed. The suggestion that works? Basically asking her if she wants to run a game on Keller.
I'm biased, but it's REALLY NICE to see Sophie in her element, with all of the art. And! When Sophie takes point, you learn and you con!
Sophie takes over when the first con doesn't work, and everyone rolls with it.
Little pause before Sophie introduces herself as Charlotte Prentiss. It's like you can feel the weight that the persona carries for her.
Cute that all of the beats about the more exciting parts of royalty happen between Sophie and Parker. Sure, they're the women on the team, and we don't know it yet, but they're both living out rags-to-riches stories of sorts.
"Good guess. *little wink*" / "It's not really a guess if it's that good, is it?" The Sophie/Nate dynamic is much more understated this season, but it really, REALLY works. I love seeing them at partners, in crime some more.
PARKER WHEN DID YOU STEAL A CORPSE JFC?
I can't say enough how much I like seeing Sophie teach. Also she is very pretty this episode (and every episode, but I'm obsessed with her black cutout dress).
We see the beginnings here of Sophie teaching Hardison how to forge, which carries over into Redemption. Hardison likes learning about art and culture but doesn't always see how it ties into his speciality. Sophie helps him.
The past few episodes have really leaned into the Sophie & Parker dynamic, and I like it a lot. Through Parker, Hardison, and Eliot, they cover the three senses involved when really analyzing a relic: smell, touch, and taste.
"But to a mark that's always in his head, the heart con's the only one that works." I should start a list of lines that are super core to who Sophie is, because this is def on the list. It's about William and Nate and Sophie's entire career and Sophie herself.
"Some say she became a commoner in Massachusetts. Some say she died at sea. Some say she never left London at all." I've also never paid attention to the parallels between Sophie and the story she tells Keller about the mistress of King George III, but they are RIGHT THERE. This show makes me want to climb walls.
Nate is considering if Charlotte is Sophie's real name. He asks about it, in his way. She deflects and asks about the con. Notable here is how Sophie's doing all of this for the team. This is going to help them get to Moreau. Any effect that it has on her is something she's going to deal with on her own time.
This is the second time this season Eliot is stalling by taking people on a city tour.
A lovely shot of Sophie being excited during the auction - is it over the diary, about the way that Parker's playing the auctioneer, or both? I think it's both.
Watching Sophie and Nate hustle the auction crowd is incredible. Sophie uses neurolinguistic programming. Nate and Parker gang up on another guy in the crowd. 😂
"Is Sophie a princess?" We don't know it yet, but Sophie actually fulfills several roles in the Cinderella story: she is evil stepmother, fairy godmother, and Cinderella herself rolled into one.
"That storage locker was filled with some of the very first things I ever stole." Charlotte's past scandal has hurt her reputation deeply, but it doesn't matter. The team's done their job, with a lot of personal investment from Sophie.
Eliot gets a great fight scene with a belt!
Sophie is shown to be very motivated by the little girl throughout the episode, but the beats with the girl at the end happen with Eliot, who actually had contact with the girl and speaks her language. Much like Sophie's done with Astrid since leaving, Sophie's benefaction happens in the shadows.
It pales in comparison to everything else that's going on in this episode/this season, but earlier in the episode, Sophie says that The Mummy's Tiara is virtually impossible to pull off in a country with an actual monarchy. Our favorite team rewrites the book on crime, once again.
#I'm so glad I lived long enough to see redemption#and this piece of sophie's past filled in#it's just so good and makes previous watchthroughs even richer#the king george job#the crowning achievement job#the museum job#sophie devereaux#astrid pickford#nate ford#alec hardison#parker#eliot spencer#leverage redemption#leverage

You know, I think one of my favorite things about a super evil play through is actually how hard it is to net approval with even the most potentially evil-leaning companions.
Astarion talks a big game about how much he likes violence and evil, and he does often give you approval for those types of actions, but you get this distinct impression from interactions with him that he's just sort of put on a permanent mask. I saw this post going around that Astarion dislikes it when you are very benevolent and heroic because he's thinking "How can there be so much goodness in the world but none of it was ever for me? It's not fair." And I think that's true. And I think when you actually take him down the road he claims he wants to go down, he takes on this mentality of "Ah, yes. Of course. I knew it. The world is without love." And he tries to pretend that it doesn't bother him but there are moments you can see it breaking through that it does. That's why I'm at the end of Act 1 of nonstop evil and I can't get him past medium approval.
On the other hand, I can't even get Shadowheart past neutral approval. She goes back and forth on giving me approval and disapproval, and, in my experience, she does the same exact thing in a good play through. I always find it hardest to predict what Shadowheart will approve of or disapprove of because she's so inconsistent. I think this is because her whole story is about the fact that she doesn't know who she is. I mean, she literally can't remember much about her life, to begin with. But also, she's in a state of indecision, not only does she not remember who she is, but she hasn't decided yet who she wants to be. Or more precisely she feels like who she wants to be is not a real option. She is definitely the companion (of the ones I actually had) who reacted most poorly to raiding the Grove. She got drunk and she went off about how it's not a real victory if you're killing people who can't even defend themselves. But then the next day she acted totally different. She was sober, and she took on this mentality of "Goblins killed some people. They didn't kill us. Time to move on." So she reasserted this control over herself that she has on most of the time, that had mostly only slipped because she was so upset and because she was drunk.
Lae'zel has been the easiest for me to get approval with. She got up to high approval very quickly, and she's currently at very high approval and stays there consistently. I think this is because she's way more honest than either Astarion or Shadowheart. She really is what she says she is. She's ruthless. And I don't actually mean that she inherently has to be evil. It is very possible to take her down a good path and convince her to embrace ideals of freedom. But I do think that her persona is far more honest than either Astarion or Shadowheart's is. And I think this makes sense because she was raised in a whole society of believers in "might makes right" who have believed in that for many generations and she was given chances to excel in that society rather than completely victimized. This is very different from Astarion because he was always a victim and never had an opportunity to actually strive for power. It is likely more similar to what Shadowheart would have experienced, though I think her memory loss complicates this, but it also just seems like Shadowheart doesn't take to ruthlessness as naturally. They both had to adopt that mentality because it was the only way they could survive, but I think Lae'zel is just better at it because she's just a way more straight-forward person. I think it's also why if she does decide to go against Vlaakith, it's an instant 180-degree change in her allegiance. She doesn't have to waver like Shadowheart does in regards to Shar, she just goes "This is what I believe now." and just switches.
Anyway, yeah... you learn so much about them on an evil play through... can't wait to torture them some more.
#bg3#astarion#shadowheart#lae'zel#i think there's good odds i'm not going to have a full party going into act 3 tbh#because gale & karlach & halsin are already dead and wyll has already permanently left the party#i'll recruit minthara easily in act 2#but shadowheart will leave permanently in act 2 considering what i plan to do#and i think lae'zel is going to be the one bhaal wants me to kill#because i think if you're not in a romance then it is just the companion who approves of you most#but i kinda like it because it makes so much sense that durge ends up alone if they embrace the urge too much#you either cough up gold for some meaningless canon fodder minions#or more fittingly you make sure you and your slayer form are strong enough to do this yourself#you walk into that ceremony by yourself and you take gortash's deal by yourself and you kill your sister by yourself#and then when gortash dies too you claim that netherbrain by yourself#why would you expect any different?#you always knew you would be the last

LOVESICK LOVER, moments of sweetness with them— reo, hiori, rin, bachira

DOTING REO IN THE MORNING!
Mornings spent with reo is always guaranteed to have you fall deeper in love, such as the mornings you two share.
His new gifts of expensive skincare that is amazing on the skin and beneficial for you. He wouldn’t dare spend money on something that isn’t worth it, especially when it comes to you.
Having him hold you in his lap as his hands meet your face, applying the serums, creams, moisturizers, toners—whatever is needed to take care of that face of yours he loves so much.
Soft hands, caressing your face with eyes filled of adoration resembles one of a puppy, one that is entranced and locked into the person in sight—you.
Of course the last step of his pampering session is a fancy breakfast! The boy will not take no for an answer, happily taking your hand as he is plastered with a smile on his face. He really can’t help it, he cherishes you so much he just has to show you how much he loves you each and every morning.
GAMING NIGHTS WITH HIORI!
Hiori who doesn’t just game over for games, but rather a comfort of food and cute gifts for the one and only—you.
It’s simple, really, you two side by side as you both hold a controller in hand—competing for victory. Though a sparkle of love is throughout the room as hiori still makes affectionate gestures towards you. (he also expects the same.)
Faint kisses after a loss on your or his end, if you get tired then he lays his body on yours, you get the picture.
Taking little breaks to relax and gain energy by eating the food he brought. Boba brought as you both taste the new flavors he brought, savory food shared between each other, and finally sweets at the very end that are eaten between games.
Though it’s a simple night and rather common, these moments never fail to make your heart flutter as the boy whom has stolen your heart only proves just how much he can fit inside of your world. One of love and kindness that will last a lifetime.
WINTER BEAUTY, SOFT RIN!
When winter springs into action, Rin feels a sense of bitterness to his being. Past memories trickle into his brain, though as snow does, it melts away once he sees the smile you bring when you see the snowfall.
His heart swells when you wrap your warm hand around his, caring for the cold hand of his that usually is cold—but he doesn’t mention that. He excuses the faint red on his face from the cold air, though his mind and would know otherwise.
Walking hand in hand, the itoshi smiles softly seeing the way you bring a hand to the snowflakes falling in a soft embrace. He doesn’t dare to you let you see the smile, wanting for once to not having you tease him.
Although he can’t hide it at times, believing your hot chocolate is keeping you preoccupied as you drink the beverage without a care. His lips morph into an agape open, eyes locked onto you as he takes in all of you.
You take notice, smiling at him for admiring you. The boy grows annoyed but he can’t keep the act for long, initiating a form of love by a kiss to your face, face hidden by his scarf that doesn’t allow you to see the red hue on his cheeks.
OCEAN WAVES, HAPYY BACHIRA!
Summer heaps the ideal for cooling activities to take place, such as the beach! Bachira is more than content to unleash his child persona more when water is mentioned.
Swimming to his heart contents, water splashing as he makes you his target. Both of you battling against each other with the waves as your weapon—and ocean the battlefield.
When the both of you eventually get tired from all the running (bachira tries to prove that you can rin while in water and ends up getting knocked over by a wave) you both enjoy cool frosty desserts as he takes bites out of yours (you can not tell me he WOULDNT bite ice cream.)
Sun setting, and the joyous boy still wishes to make the most out of the beach—so he proposes you two float in the water. Its calm at first, but he targets you by pulling your hand down, making you submerge into the water.

a/n; little drabbles of my favorite boys since I’m on vacay again ૮ฅ^ ᵕ ^ฅა ♡

The Hundred Line writing team interview from Famitsu issue 1895
Let's start off establishing what each of you do in the game.
Kazutaka Kodaka: The project was originally my idea, and I worked as the General Director and Story Director.
Koutarou Uchikoshi: I worked primarily as a Writer, and also as Director No. 2.
Mr. Togawa, Oyama, Ishii, and Koizumi, please tell us your career history in addition to your role.
Akihiro Togawa: I worked as Gameplay Director, Writer, Screen Composition Director, Schedule Manager, Task Distributor, Debug Manager, and various other miscellaneous roles. I previously worked at Atlus's Team Persona. My roles in the Persona series included Section Leader and Story Director.
Kyouhei Oyama: Aside from being a Writer, I'm the writer in charge of the off-game stories. I was originally a light novel author, but then switched to a freelance game writer job. After working as the main writer for the VR visual novels Tokyo Chronos and ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos, I was lucky enough to become a member of Too Kyo games.
Nonon Ishii: I'm a Writer and created the Invaders' language. I took a college internship at Too Kyo Games and made my employment official immediately after graduation. This will be my debut title and even I can't believe how massive of a game I'm starting off with.
Youichirou Koizumi: I'm a writer. I knew Kodaka and Uchikoshi since my novelist days and we have been working together since before we founded Too Kyo Games.
I'd like to ask Mr. Kodaka and Uchikoshi how do you feel now that development is finished (note: this interview was conducted on February 28th) and you are now just waiting for the release day.
Kodaka: I'm excited to see what people will say about it, considering that this game is in so many ways different from what I've done before. I'm relieved to see that the Steam demo has been incredibly well-received. I believe that the demo was the right marketing strategy, both for sales and for my mental health. There was a time I was worried about this selling less than a thousand copies, but not anymore (pained laughter).
Uchikoshi: Same answer as Kodaka. We tried a lot of new things, and that got us with a script not only huge but also made through a unique process. I was never capable of imagining player reactions, so no guessing how they'll feel about until I see it happen. In that sense, what I look forward to the most are the post-release reviews.
Was it decided from the get-go that the script size would be humongous?
Kodaka: One of the initial concept keywords was "a visual novel that never ends". We want to create a VN that a player could keep playing for as long as they still wanted, so we predicted a sizable script. We made a game with 100 routes and left the story branching direction to the expert, Uchikoshi. The game was envisioned as an Uchikoshi title first and foremost: everything was built upon the idea of having many routes, and it worked. I can confidently say the game is good.
Uchikoshi: However, we also made it so you don't have to play every route to fully enjoy it. Kodaka's order was to make every route feel like it could have been the true route, so we made different stories covering various genres. We want you find your favorite route and interpret that one as the true ending.
This game is Kodaka's and Uchikoshi's first collaboration. Did you discover anything new about each other working together?
Kodaka: We didn't spend the whole time in neighboring desks, and had distinctively separate tasks, so not really…
Uchikoshi: I just confirmed what I already knew: that Kodaka is an amazing director. Now I see that the reason for that is his willingness to be mean. I keep my distance from my staff, so I struggle to tell them that A was actually supposed to be B. Kodaka doesn't. He makes difficult requests and the staff listens to him because these corrections make the game incredible. I respect and want to learn from him, because that's how a director needs to be.
Kodaka: If you don't say things would be better another way, you'll only regret it later. When I talked about my struggles to a famous anime director, he said "You may think things are acceptable as they currently are, but after you put in the work to improve them, you won't feel the same way." and that really clicked with me. Since then, I stopped holding back on what I tell the staff.
Do you all have any particularly memorable correction requests from Kodaka?
Koizumi: None that I can remember.
Kodaka: That's because you only joined the writing team later. There was barely anything left to fix at that point.
Uchikoshi: Media Vision, the developer, was who had it the roughest, no?
Togawa: No, their problems passed from person to person until they reached me (pained laughter). But none of that ever felt unreasonable. When Kodaka explained something, it was always easy to agree that it would make the game better, so I was constantly feeling positive about my work. However, as the Schedule Manager, there was some internal conflict between "this is guaranteed to improve the game" vs "this will add so many work hours".
Oyama: I loved how this was an easy environment for us writers to get all of our ideas implemented, as the only condition given is that they don't suck. Whenever I had nothing to fix, I'd just come up with something funny, and if the proposal passed the "interesting" threshold, it'd be approved. So it's hard to answer about difficulties when this has been one of the easiest jobs ever.
Ishii: They even implement ideas from a total novice like me. I remember the joy I felt I saw that an idea I came up with on the spot in the middle of a meeting made it into the game.
Kodaka: That's because I'll be taking credits for my subordinates' achievements (laughs).
(laughs) What was the writing process like?
Kodaka: Due to the immense size of this game's script, we decided to split the work between the team. I wrote the main route, then based on that, Uchikoshi came up with the branching system and general ideas for what goes in which branch story, and lastly, we distributed the routes to the writers as necessary. There's only 6 of us here, but including the guest writers, I'd say the game was written by about 10 people.
How did you decide who gets each route?
Uchikoshi: Some they chose, some we assigned to them.
Koizumi: All of mine were just assigned to me without warning (laughs).
Togawa: I didn't get to choose anything either (laughs).
Kodaka: That's because you two joined later. The writers joined the project at different dates. At first, it was just Uchikoshi and Ishii, plus people who aren't here today. Oyama and Koizumi joined in this order, and Togawa was the last. When was it that you entered the team, Togawa?
Togawa: August 2023, I think. It was around that time that I sorted out our schedule and figured out that we'd need a miracle to salvage this production.
Kodaka: Meaning that by September 2023, the writer team wasn't complete yet (pained laughs).
Togawa: I rebuilt that schedule over and over again, but even my best attempts left me unsure if we could deliver the game in time. As such, I had to make Kodaka also write some side routes, and with that, we somehow managed to put the script together.
Yeah, I can see that happening when you have 100 routes…
Kodaka: Still, there were some new discoveries that would never have happened if we weren't splitting the work like this. This is my first time making other people play with my characters, so proofreading the other routes was a kind of fun I never knew before. The feeling of "Is this really what my character would do in this scenario?" is very new and interesting. It's also fun to pick out on each writer's peculiarities. For example, Uchikoshi fans will immediately be able to notice when a route is written by Uchikoshi.
This game features a cast of very unique characters. What was the process of creating them like?
Kodaka: I came up with all the characters on my own, and the first thing I had settled on was that the Special Defense Unit would have 15 students. What changed is that I intended the students to be more down-to-earth characters, but as I kept adding quirks whenever I was finding them too generic, they came to become what they are now.
Uchikoshi: Is that why the characters who join later (Nozomi Kirifuji, Kurara Oosuzuki, Kyoshika Magadori, Yugamu Omokage, Mojiro Moko) are the most eccentric ones?
Kodaka: That was the intention… we even talked about making the designs of the initial team (Takumi Sumino, Takemaru Yakushiji, Hiruko Shizuhara, Darumi Amemiya, Eito Aotsuki, Tsubasa Kawana, Gaku Maruko, Ima Tsukumo, Kako Tsukumo, Shouma Ginzaki) more down-to-earth, but I couldn't handle it. At all. Still, because I initially tried to make the initial squad more down-to-earth, the additional squad naturally came to be the eccentric side.
How did the mascots SIREI and NIGOU originate?
Kodaka: The main thing with SIREI and NIGOU was trying to do something different from Danganronpa's Monokuma and Rain Code's Shinigami. His conduct is similar to them, but I wrote his dialogue with a militaristic flavor in hopes to make him feel more petty and cunning. Being able to have Houchuu Ootsuka voicing SIREI and Ikue Ootani voicing NIGOU was also excellent for distinguishing them from Monokuma and Shinigami.
Was there any character who was easier to write or more challenging?
Kodaka: Danganronpa had characters I didn't know how to use well, but this time, everyone was easy. But I have to say Kirifuji was the one who required the most restraint. She's the one character with nothing crazy going on, so I made sure not to make any dumb jokes with her, as she'd be the one I'd use to recenter myself after going too far in one direction.
What about you, Uchikoshi?
Uchikoshi: All characters had very distinct personalities, which made them all easy to write, but Darumi's dialogue is what came the most naturally to me.
Kodaka: Did bullying Darumi come just as naturally?
All: (laughs)
Uchikoshi: I was doing the screen composition for my routes and the sprite selection for Darumi was the most fun part because all of her expressions fit just right with any of her lines. The hardest was Omokage, I guess.
Kodaka: Omokage's dialogue is annoying to type. You need to manually fix the IME conversion every time (pained laughs).
Uchikoshi: I didn't mean the conversion (laughs). I wasn't good at gauging how much Omokage was interested in killing the other characters. He was difficult.
Togawa: Omokage was the hardest for me, too. It took me until the very end before I grasped his way of thinking.
Kodaka: Omokage's character is easy to understand if you play his solo scenes. But I only wrote that after you had already worked on him…
Togawa: His solo scenes are exactly what made me understand what Omokage was like (awkward laughs).
Did you not make character profiles and background documents for your writers to peruse while writing?
Kodaka: Ishii made his own basic profiles, but I didn't make any comprehensive documents. I know this is not a good practice to have, but the script I wrote already had everything, so I made them read the story to understand the characters.
Interesting. And what character was smooth sailing for Togawa?
Togawa: Magadori and Oosuzuki as a duo. They have so much chemistry that any idea I could have naturally converted into fun dialogue when put to paper. Also, Kawana was easy to write. I love, love, love nice girls like her (laughs).
Kodaka: Honestly, Kawana is so down-to-earth that I always found her scenes lackluster when I wrote them. For that reason, reading the routes that star her was really eye-opening. I'm glad to have someone else writing her, because I couldn't make her good.
Uchikoshi: Kawana really shines the brightest when the writer is Togawa or Koizumi.
Maybe the lack of proper character profiles was what allowed them to fill the gaps so well. Now, what about you, Oyama?
Oyama: Omokage was the easiest. I couldn't understand the way he thinks, but once I realized that I don't need to understand him to write him, he became so heavily featured on my routes that you could easily assume Omokage is the main love interest of the game (laughs). Him aside, I had an easy time with Magadori and Mojiro, characters simple in what makes them tick. The biggest challenges were Takumi and Kirifuji. Characters that are too relevant to the plot are very influenced by what is happening at the moment, so very often I didn't know how to write them.
And you, Ishii?
Ishii: Since my routes were the most comedy-heavy ones, Maruko and Magadori were the easiest. Their overblown reactions to things are hilarious, and the only thing you need to add there to complete a scene is clever commentary from Takumi. Meanwhile, the toughest ones to write were the zealous pair of Yakushiji and Mojiro. I struggled with Yakushiji because I don't know how to make the delinquent archetype appealing, and my lack of wrestling knowledge added a lot of extra work when coming up with references for Mojiro.
Togawa: But thanks to wrestling documentaries, you familiarized yourself with wrestling history and techniques.
Ishi: Yes, I was indeed studying through documentaries to put wrestling moves in my story (laughs).
And what character were you the best or worst with, Koizumi?
Koizumi: I can't think of anyone I didn't know how to handle. For the easiest to write, I wanted to choose students that haven't been mentioned yet, but no, my routes have way too much Magadori, Oosuzuki, and Kawana screentime for it to be anyone else. I'm very strongly attached to these three in particular, and that makes them easy to write.
Kodaka: Since you wanted a character no one mentioned, didn't you have a rough time with Ginzaki? I remember you running out of self-deprecation vocabulary to use at some point.
Togawa: We all researched that independently, meaning Ginzaki's self-debasing lexicon will be very different from route to route.
Kodaka: I was implementing insults I came across online. Just scrolling through social media and going "Wow, this insult is GOOD!" (laughs).
In this age of stricter regulations, I feel like this game really strikes the limits of what is allowable to depict. How did the writing team delineate what it could and couldn't do?
Kodaka: I asked everyone to consult me whenever in doubt, and drew the line at specific points like "no poking fun at real wars". That said, I thought I had kept the sex jokes to a minimum, so it came as a shock to me when I saw a demo review say "too many sex jokes". In my head, the first 7 days playable in the demo had no dirty jokes at all, so my honest first reaction was "WHERE?!".
All: (laughs)
Koizumi: A huge chunk of the dirty jokes got weeded out. The initial version of the script had some really extreme ones…
Kodaka: The woman in the writing team said my jokes were too much, so I did away with them. But then she had no opinions on Uchikoshi's.
Uchikoshi: I was trying to write mine in Kodaka's style, so I have no idea why I didn't get the same reaction (awkward laughs).
Kodaka: The ultimate consequence of that was the sex jokes in Uchikoshi's scripts being more numerous and risqué than in mine (laughs).
Tells us about any memorable situations in the production process.
Kodaka: Splitting the screen composition work with other people was unusual. In my previous works, I handled all the composition on my own, but this time I was working with too big of a script… Since doing it on my own would have taken 5 years (strained laughs), I put Togawa in the schedule management role and made each writer responsible for the screen composition in their respective routes.
Togawa: The decision to let the writers build their own scenes was stressful, considering the schedule was already tight before, and a few of them had never done that before.
By the way, who had never done this before?
Togawa: Oyama and our rookie Ishii.
Oyama: As such, I had to ask questions to Togawa on the desk next to mine every time I didn't know how to do something (laughs).
Kodaka: The writing was generally done remotely, but then everyone had to come to the office to input their scripts into the screen format. Having everyone together facilitated the process of creating the cores of the game's presentation system, and let questions be instantly cleared up.
Togawa mentioned being initially anxious about distributing the screen composition work, but looking back now that it's over, how was it like?
Togawa: Everyone worked hard to follow my schedule, and working together is more exciting than working alone. The most memorable part was how fast Oyama learns. Oyama was a computer-illiterate man who only ever used MS Word. Nonetheless, when he discovered the joy of assigning visual assets to his lines of text, he evolved at breakneck speeds. It was a nostalgic experience, reminding me that I was just like him when I first joined the gaming industry (laughs).
What a heartwarming thing to say in a story about a tight schedule (laughs). Were there any other major advantages to splitting and distributing the screen composition work?
Kodaka: I feel like having to do their own screen composition made the writers learn more about the stories they wrote.
Koizumi: True. Having to select sprites and expressions for every line made me want to edit my scripts, and I could feel the story becoming better as the screen composition process progressed.
Kodaka: It does help polishing the plot. The reason why I have always been doing my own screen composition is because I still would be editing a lot regardless of who made it. I can easily imagine myself going "Nah, this line doesn't work with this sprite". Not to sound too obvious, but a story's writer is always the most qualified person to choose what expression is best placed on each line of dialogue. Building screens also teaches you to pace your scenes. And it will give you a better feel for things when you start writing your next game's script. I believe a game writer's job should always include the screen composition part.
A humanoid Commander for the Invader squad appeared in the demo. Mr. Ishii told us that he was in charge of the Invader language. Can you tell us how you came up with it?
Ishii: Too Kyo's visual designers created the alphabet and my job was to create the pronounced language. The exact mission prompt was to create a Japanese-style syllabary (48 sounds) using phonetic moras that resembled spoken French. The problem is that I don't speak French, so the first step was to constantly listen to French in multiple video apps and engrave the French phonemes into my skull. After I had enough of a notion, I lined up 48 French-sounding syllables and fit them into a kana table. With this conversion, the Invader language was complete.
Uchikoshi: I've already seen people analyzing it.
Ishii: That was a shock to me too. Really impressive considering the sounds were assigned to the letters at random.
Kodaka: Did anyone leak the alphabet?
All: (laughs)
We didn't get to see the Invaders language much in the demo, did we?
Kodaka: They figured it out from the letters that appear together with "New Game", "Continue", "Load" etc. on the title screen.
Ishii: As the one who came up with the language, the fact that people are willing to speculate and analyze under limited information makes me really happy.
Speaking of the Invaders, buffing the ally who finished off the Commander was a pretty original gameplay mechanic. How did you come up with that?
Kodaka: I noted down gameplay ideas while planning the base plot. Things like "I want this battle to have a higher number of enemies" or "I want this battle to use the entire team". One of the ideas I jotted down there was "I want the act of finishing the enemies off to look cruel", and when Media Vision converted that into the game format, they turned into a mechanic that buffs party members.
The coup de grâce cutscene being first-person from the enemy Commander's perspective was impactful.
Kodaka: I'll have to be honest, we only made it from the enemy's perspective to cut corners. I did make an animated cutscene where the Commander appears at the end, but that wasn't part of the initial production plans. We didn't have the time or hands to make 3D models of all Commanders just for a coup de grâce cutscene. We discussed various presentation ideas and came up with the enemy POV where we could use the pre-existing 3D models of the party. By using the enemy's perspective, we were able to further emphasize how fearsome and brutal the party members can be, so that was ultimately for the best.
I'd like to ask a few questions to the Gameplay Director, Mr. Togawa, about mechanics and balance. In my playthrough, I noticed a lot of tricks that the player is able to exploit. It's a superbly polished game, really. How was the development process for the battles?
Togawa: When I joined the battle team, the first thing I did was rethink the game's experience blueprint from the start. Although the battles back them already had a core set of rules, they failed to stand out in comparison to other tactical RPGs and felt obtuse regarding extremely important parts: "what's meant to be a cathartic moment for the player'' and "what's the intended experience for this particular battle". After mulling over the question of what's meant to be a cathartic moment in The Hundred Line's battles in my head, the answers I came up with were "the thrill of wiping hordes of enemies in one move" and "the puzzle element of letting the player assemble the route to get there with some degree of freedom".
I can see that.
Togawa: The design process involved coming up with mechanics, balancing the game around them, etc. for the purpose of setting this cathartic moment as the goal and actualize a battle system that lets the player use diverse methods to reach it. For some basic examples… Including the Special Attacks for the aforementioned thrill of wiping hordes, making character abilities more niche to increase the number of options, etc.
The Invader placement on the board is also exquisite. Knowing how to beat the enemies right increases your number of actions, so things look beatable on really short turn counts.
Togawa: I care a lot about enemy placement. Initially, we had flocks of enemies near Yakushiji, the guy with the wide attack range. But making the intention there too obvious would led to the player feeling handheld and losing excitement. So we adjusted things to let the player figured out on their own how they can take out a swarm in one go.
I also thought that the element of turning party member defeat into a positive to be really well-thought-out, despite the insanity of it.
Togawa: Thank you (laughs). The mechanic of using the lives of your party as disposable tools is a conceptual opposite of traditional tactical RPGs, where you want to avoid harming your party as much as possible. I'm proud to say no one does it like The Hundred Line does. The answer to the question of "what is the battle functionality of sacrificing your friends in THL?" is one that spent a lot of time in the oven. I believe that when you reach the ending, you'll come out of it feeling that this mechanic made the narrative far more immersive.
I look forward to learning the answer to the mystery. I was also surprised by how challenging the battles were. In a September 2024 presentation, Kodaka said that story-driven games want to keep difficulty on the lower end, so I was worried the game would feel lacking to fans of the genre.
Kodaka: Sorry about that. The battle gameplay underwent a lot of adjustments after September, including difficult changes, meaning what I told you in an interview back then is simply not true for the finished version of the game. Back then, I believed the battle gameplay had hit the low ceiling for the best form it could take, but luckily, Togawa finished his screen composition duties around that same month and moved on to balance adjustment. Togawa proposed to keep tweaking the game until the last day of the contract and Media Vision was kind enough to accept those terms, resulting in the last push that elevated the battle quality. Disregard what I said in previous sessions.
Togawa: Every single battle in the game has been altered after September. I'd spend every day on hours-long conversations with Media Vision's director and fine-tuning everything. We also revised character abilities, and there's even one character that had their Specialist Skill changed post-September. There are more things I'd have liked to try with more time, but what I couldn't do here will have to be saved for the sequel… if there ever is one.
Isn't it too early to be thinking about a sequel? I mean, are you not planning any DLC?
Kodaka: None. Everything The Hundred Line could have is already packed in the game. Future plans can always change later, but if I was forced right here right now to come up with an expansion for the franchise, I think I'd do prequel novels covering key moments in the lives of the members of the Special Defense Unit. Shizuhara's backstory is already covered in Oyama's Former Lives of the SDU: File 03 - Hiruko Shizuhara's First Battle, so I suppose it'd be nice to have novels for the rest as well.
Uchikoshi: Sounds feasible. Novels aren't limited by the game's assets, meaning they can be set in places that don't appear in-game.
Togawa: Didn't Oyama want to write the story of the Commanders? There is one stand-out character among the enemy Commanders and Oyama was excitedly imagining a story where this one wins (laughs).
Oyama: I still want to write that if given the chance (laughs).
It won't be long until The Hundred Line's release. Please explain the game's appeal to the people who haven't played the demo yet.
Kodaka: I imagine they're already expecting a good story, and my play experience tells me the game is also well-made as a tactical RPG. Trying out the story and gameplay on the demo would be ideal, but what's shown there is barely a glimpse of the full picture. The 8th day marks the start of a constant stream of incredible events, so I hope the demo players are looking forward to what's coming next.
A closing message from each of you to the fans looking forward to the game.
Togawa: The Hundred Line is my first Director work. I used everything I learned up to this point to honor this title. The staff devoted heart and soul into constructing this, and I can say with my whole heart that the game is good. Please purchase it and experience the crazy world we created. I can think of one scene that will catch a lot of people off-guard.
Oyama: As Togawa just explained, so much effort went into this game that I don't even want to imagine the timeline where it flops (awkward laughs). All I have right now is a wish for success. Please, play my game and spread the word if you like it. @'ing or DM'ing me with your reviews would make my day.
Ishii: When I was first briefed on this project, I was impressed at the amount of text it took to make a visual novel, but later, my more experienced colleagues explained to me that this project was abnormal (laughs). We're delivering a title that demonstrates Too Kyo Games is as "too crazy" as the name says. I hope you enjoy the wildness of it. I'm looking forward to the reviews.
Koizumi: The Hundred Line is Too Kyo's first original IP. It'd be accurate to say the company was made specifically to produce this game, which naturally makes me invested in wanting more people to have a good time with it. Nothing can be better than seeing people grateful that the developer Too Kyo Games exists.
Uchikoshi: Repeating something I said before: I hope you can find one route among the many to be your favorite. And to the completionists wanting to play every route: be my guest.
Kodaka: Fresh news, never revealed before: there is a route where everyone survives. I got really emotional reading this one. You're free to stop playing whenever you're satisfied, but I believe you'll have a tough time coming across another game as wild as this, so I'd like you to savor it as much as you can.

[06] tumblr girls — the love of my life

it was cliché; being in love with danielle marsh, the straightest girl on earth. you thought your feelings were hopeless, until you discover her tumblr blog.
jihye doesn’t know what to do. the revelation that you had known all this time— known about her feelings and affection for you, known about her online persona, known about the side of her that she’s hidden all this time. it’s suffocating. she feels so upset. jihye hasn’t moved from the spot where she last saw you. her parents are sound asleep upstairs and jihye tries to stifle her sobs to not wake them.
she wishes you were joking, just kidding with her. yet, the raw emotion radiating off your words, the apology filled with sorrow and sadness, maybe even regret, it was undeniably true. her knees were weak, wobbling and almost falling off balance.
jihye can’t even tell if this is a whole prank. how could you become her friend so easily just to betray her like that?
her phone vibrates in her bag and as she tries to fish it out with bleary eyes, filled with unshed tears, the flower bouquet staring right at her. each petal glowing with pity and sympathy. a wrenched hand shoots out to grasp her heart, squeezing it in a vice grip.
a choked sob escapes her as she recalls the scene where you had so shyly passed her the bouquet. your bashful smile, the sheepish expression on your face.
god, jihye couldn’t do this right now.
wiping away her tears, she checks her phone. a single message from you.
jeon y/n [10.17pm]:
i’m sorry. i’ll do the project by myself
the project? jihye had totally forgotten about it. she wills herself to move from the same spot, padding to the couch and sinking into the cushion. she doesn’t know how to continue with her school life, having to see you almost every day. it just didn’t make sense how you could play with her feelings so easily. still glaring at your message, jihye lets out a resigned sigh.
the only reason she had even suggested research on human attraction was to try and profess her adoration in a way that wouldn’t be too obvious. but now, what was she meant to do? it felt as if her whole world had collapsed. she didn’t just like you. if it was a simple crush she wouldn’t be feeling this way.
the realisation comes to her hard. this isn’t a mere attraction or infatuation.
it might just be love. she knows now how deep her love runs.
jihye’s so tired of thinking. were all those words of comfort you said to her fake as well? she hadn’t expected you to become her partner in any way. but the moment your name had appeared right next to hers, she knew that she had to use this opportunity to prove something. and right after her stunt in the classroom, seeing you at the football game? jihye bites her lip, thinking about the way you were staring at her. she had pretended not to see you yet, until you had so cutely waved at her. the pure shock overwhelming her, distracting her from the routine and causing her to fall. it was embarrassing, really but your concern for her made up for it.
and the way she had pointed out your jacket! she just couldn’t contain her curiosity and throughout your friendship, you seemed particularly fond of minji. jihye twirls her fingers together, frowning at the thought. you had told her minji and hanni were in a strange situationship but it still didn’t quell her fears that you might have been harbouring some sort of secret feelings for your best friend.
you had confessed to her though. in the midst of your ramble you had explicitly said that you liked her. jihye groans just thinking about it. she doesn’t know what to feel. on one hand, she was betrayed. on the other hand, her crush returned her feelings. why couldn’t you have just not done anything? she would be fine just living with her feelings.
(no she wouldn’t be.)
her finger involuntarily moves to tap on her spotify. it’s the playlist that you made for her playing. jihye feels as if her head might explode. these actions of yours couldn’t be a lie as well, right? she’s going crazy.
this was something straight out of the romance novels she’s read. this isn’t something that would happen to a regular person— how could it be?
she sinks further into the couch. the blouse she had put on previously to look pretty for you itches uncomfortably on her skin. she wants to get rid of the feeling, both physically and emotionally. begrudgingly, jihye brings herself to shower after the taxing day.
that’s what she needs. a cold shower to calm her down.
jihye inhales sharply.
she can get through this. she’s been through many hardships already. this won’t affect her in any way. she’ll just pretend everything was a bad nightmare.
she can get through this, just like she always has.
so that was a lie. jihye cannot get through this. she had gotten out of bed, hair tousled and eyes red from crying. she looked like she had gotten dumped. how could she feel heartbreak without even being in a relationship? the look her mother had on her face was only a testament to how jihye was feeling. wearily, she went to school without eating breakfast. she didn’t have the appetite. it proved to be a bad idea when her stomach growled during the first period. already feeling bad enough, there was a surprise pop quiz for geography that jihye definitely flunked.
not to mention the stares she got from other people in the hallways when she made her way to class. they were most likely questioning why the usually bright and energetic cheerleader was more gloomy than her best friend. even haerin had been confused.
the girl had whispered in her ear conspiratorially, “did she mess up on the date?”
jihye could only laugh wetly, “yeah, kind of.”
maybe the attention from other people was expected, but what wasn’t, was hanni and minji cornering her after school.
she had just finished her last class and she couldn’t wait to leave the school but your friends had swerved to hold her back. the classroom was empty, void of any students left. you had left in a hurry while jihye took her time to pack up. your friends had waited outside before coming in and interrogating her.
“what do you guys want?” jihye tries to ask as nicely as possible but even that comes out harsh.
minji cowers while hanni mumbles, “we want to know what happened between you and… yeah. she’s not herself. well, she’s not okay.”
what about me? jihye wanted to ask. you weren’t the only one affected by this. she remains mum however, choosing not to reply. it would be unsightly to argue with your friends.
“you don’t have to tell us,” minji offers, “we kind of know the whole outline but not the details. are you okay though?”
jihye’s eyes flit upwards. she doesn’t know whether to tell minji and hanni. what if she said something and your friends just relayed it back to you?
sensing her hesitance, hanni says, “we won’t tell her, don’t worry.”
something about the two girls made jihye want to tell them. maybe it was the lack of sympathy in their words, only comforting. they didn’t pity her for being in this situation. it was something jihye needed.
she swallows and states, “she said she likes me.”
both girls’ eyes widened visibly.
“did you reject her?” minji blurts out.
jihye shakes her head, “no, i… i like her too.”
“WHAT?!”
“why’d you reject her?” hanni asks, albeit more calmly than minji’s reaction. jihye only sighs, “because she told me something that betrayed my trust.”
hanni’s face falls into a contemplative look while minji looks flabbergasted. perhaps aghast that her best friend actually had a chance with her crush but ruined it. jihye would think that her expression looks funny if not for the serious matter at hand.
“do you mind telling us more?” she eventually says.
“uhm, only if you don’t tell her anything.”
they exchange a look that makes jihye’s nerves rise before coming to an agreement.
“we swear we won’t,” hanni promises as minji nods feverishly. they don’t look like they would go back on their promise. yet, you didn’t seem like the type to act so rashly either.
“she found out that i liked her,” jihye starts, “because she saw my tumblr blog and she didn’t tell me either until last night. she told me and i… i just couldn’t handle knowing that she saw such a vulnerable and personal side of me.”
“did you not want her to see it?”
“i didn’t. not yet. i was trying to convey my feelings through my actions,” jihye blushes, thinking of the numerous times she’s complimented you, “i thought she was dense. not that she already knew.” even that time when she met you in the library, she had explicitly asked if you liked a song for girls and you had only brushed it off.
hanni scowls, “she’s stupid.”
jihye shrugs. you were stupid. that, she can’t deny.
“are you going to talk to her anytime soon?” minji asks suddenly. jihye doesn’t know if she should. her lips pursed, minji just sighs, “she’s been super depressed lately—”
the girl gets interrupted by hanni elbowing her stomach, shushing her. jihye raises her eyebrows at the way minji just quietens down without a word. she really does listen to hanni, jihye muses, thinking back on your prolonged explanation about your best friends’ relationship with each other.
“we’re not saying that to… y’know, try and get you to talk to her,” hanni says frantically, “but i think you need it as much as she does.” some part of her subconscious mind feels that there’s truth in hanni’s words. jihye needs to set a clear boundary with you.
“just think about it, okay?” the shorter girl whispers softly. jihye nods stiffly.
before she even gets to reply, both minji and hanni leave, hand in hand, might she add. they don’t turn back to look at her and jihye appreciates it. for if they do, they might have seen the broken look in her eyes, farcast and stormy.
you’re lounging on your couch, still thinking about your wrongdoings with jihye. the soft ambiance of the playlist made for her plays in the background while you stare emptily at the blank tv screen. you haven’t felt like this in a long time. defeated and desperate for any semblance of comfort.
on the coffee table lay your laptop, open with the display of your presentation on your project with jihye. it’s completed. you finished it after pulling an all-nighter and you could see jihye’s icon popping up to check in on the progress. your fingers fly out to message her but you manage to restrain yourself, knowing that anything you said now would only widen the irreversible gap you’ve created.
minji and hanni had tried endlessly to cheer you up but to no avail. it seemed like you were just a shell of a person. blank face, blank stares, unwavering expressions of steel. a week has passed since your confession with no further development of your collapsing friendship with jihye.
you glance longingly at the laptop screen again, just as jihye’s icon disappears. there’s a comment left under the last slide.
mo jihye: good job.
it’s so ridiculous that a miniscule remark could cause happiness to bloom within you. jihye really doesn’t need to do much to make you happy. and it’s a sad realisation that this would be the last thing connecting you to the cheerleader.
you can’t believe that weeks worth of getting to befriend jihye has all gone down in the drain because of your own stupidity and recklessness. you had a chance to prove that you weren’t like the rest.
“what are you doing?” your entire body jolts at the sudden question from heejin. she blinks at you, confused at why you were staring so intently at the laptop.
“none of your business.”
heejin scowls before plopping herself right next to you on the couch. “you look ugly. did you cry?”
you groan, “shut up. i’m not okay.”
your sister merely rolls her eyes.
“something to do about that girl that you liked?”
“obviously.”
“why? what happened? and before you tell me to shut up again, this is me trying to be a good older sister,” heejin says, “tell me what’s wrong or else i’ll get mum.”
sighing, you bring your knees up to your chest, curling up beside the armrest of the couch, “i messed up with her and i don’t think she wants me near her.”
“is that why you came home crying?”
your head shoots up, “you saw me?”
heejin shrugs, “just a glimpse of you going into your room. i was getting water for hyunjin.”
the separation from jihye must have hit you hard since you don’t tease heejin about hyunjin.
“did she reject you? is that why? she’s straight?” heejin asks. you shake your head, chuckling sadly, “she likes me back.”
“so? what happened?”
“i can’t tell you, heej. but the way she looked at me that night,” you can already feel your chest constricting in pain from the sheer memory of jihye’s harsh gaze, “i don’t think i can even try to fix this.”
your sister nods understandingly but still retorts, “do or do not. there is no try.”
you’re a little thrown off by her wisdom.
“yoda. star wars episode five,” heejin laughs. what the hell— “it fits though right? you just need to show her that you’re beyond your mistakes.”
“you’re stupid,” her silly remark makes you laugh though. you feel some sort of gratitude for heejin’s dorky behaviour. it gives you comfort knowing that even though your relationship with jihye was hanging by a lifeline, everything else would stay the same.
“show her,” she says firmly, “that you’re serious.”
“how?” it truly is the only question you can ask. showing jihye that you’re serious about her? if you couldn’t portray it as words, how else could you convey such a heartfelt emotion? it wasn’t a discontinuous variation that was measurable.
heejin smiles softly and for the first time, you’re starstruck, wondering how you could have ended up with someone like her by your side.
“that’s all you,” she encourages, “be vulnerable. she’s built up walls around her because she’s afraid of getting hurt. if you can show her your true self, maybe she’ll open up too.”
you nod, swallowing the lump in your throat.
“thanks heej.” you can’t put it into words how thankful you are for your sister’s presence. it’s so overwhelming that it nearly brings tears to your eyes again—
“deadass.”
“that is not what that means—”
just as the clock strikes one, the bell rings. you glance up from your chemistry worksheet and dread starts to accumulate within you. the next class was the one where you had to present your project with jihye and just the mere thought of standing near her had you trembling like a leaf. you had come to terms with the fact that jihye might not forgive you but you at least had to talk to her. now, the only thing left, and the hardest part was to in fact, talk to her.
you gulp just as minji and hanni quieten down, both coming to the same realisation and turning to you hastily. other than heejin, your best friends have been pillars of support for you. even though you didn’t reveal what your exact troubles were, they still stuck by you. it was nice to have someone. you had hoped that jihye had people to take care of her as well. unless she was unaffected by everything but you don’t visit that thought often.
when mr lee strolls into class, he’s sporting a wide grin. you already know where this is headed and soon, your suspicions come through when he flashes on the projector, in big, bold words, the first group’s presentation.
resisting the urge to avert your eyes to jihye’s back, you force your gaze onto your bumbling classmates who head to the front of the class.
of course you don’t notice the way jihye’s body has been tensed up since the start of class.
you barely pay attention to the presentation, subconsciously focusing on your palpitating heart instead. it beats painfully against your ribcage, almost breaking through it. you can’t feel anything but anxiety and fear.
“—thank you for that presentation,” mr lee says as he types fiercely on his laptop, “next is minji and jiwoo.”
you watch your friend walk up to the front, sending her an encouraging smile while hanni chuckles silently.
“begin whenever you want, girls.”
again, you don’t pay attention. nothing is absorbed into your head. the only thing residing there is a blurry haze of bright doe eyes and a gleaming smile. it's scarily similar to the girl sitting just a few rows ahead of you.
a few minutes pass as your eyes eventually end up boring holes into the brunette’s back. your eyes flicker upwards when the class starts applauding. oh. minji and jiwoo both bow and take their seats again.
“alright, i think we have time for one more?” mr lee says to himself, scrolling down on his mouse. he looks up, “jihye and y/n?”
you gulp, standing up with the whispers of comfort from minji and hanni behind you.
(“i hope she doesn’t start crying,” minji mutters.
hanni nods, “that would be bad. but funny.”)
each step you take feels like you’re inching closer to your death. your footsteps resound in your head, echoing louder than the depreciating voices you hear. jihye’s already standing awkwardly in front, fidgeting with her fingers. you don’t dare to raise your head.
“start whenever you’re ready.”
jihye clears her throat, her eyes flitting to the projector screen displaying your presentation.
“we decided to research human attraction,” her voice trails off at the end before coming back stronger, “it’s deeply rooted in our psychology and biology, combining the two, making it an interesting topic. hence, we started with analysing the human brain.” her words, even though they were consistently rehearsed, still felt like music to your ears. you’ve heard her say this exact thing numerous times but anytime that she talks, it feels like time stops.
she stares at you and for a moment, you’re in a daze before you realise it’s your turn.
“there are many forms of attraction; sexual, physical, emotional, romantic and aesthetic. we can be attracted to someone based off their emotional capabilities and not their physical appearance and vice versa,” you click to the next slide, showcasing data and studies from the late nights you’ve spent with jihye researching, “we generally find someone attractive if they have similar interests as us. we believe that they share a common outlook on life and adapt to the same behavioural patterns.”
you don’t need research to prove that true. you know that through all the conversations about music with jihye, it strengthened your liking towards her.
as jihye explains further, you can only gaze longingly at her. she’s never felt so far away from you. even her body language, turned away and facing the class instead of you.
“there’s been numerous studies done on human attraction but no one has been able to accurately define what is attractive to us. due to the complexity of the human mind, we can’t really outright state that something attracts us,” you explain but you can’t disagree further.
you can most definitely define what attracts you. a cheerful and silly girl from australia that’s for sure.
“yet, despite the science and psychology behind human attraction, there’s been a lingering question of whether we truly feel attraction or we’re forced into it. people who are asexual and aromantic may not feel the same as us. attraction can’t be measured. this begs the question of whether attraction is spiritual in nature. some may say that they feel an undeniable connection with another person, deeming it to be their soulmate,” the word leaves a bitter taste on your tongue. it’s scalding and toxic. soulmates. what a phenomenon.
“the idea of fate is popular. maybe the universe has created your destiny in such a way that you would end up with this person no matter what,” jihye says, “that’s what attracts you to someone you barely know.”
you barely knew jihye. she was just another crush out of your league. yet, she still ended up meeting you. was it fate too? you don’t believe in soulmates, but if you did, you would want jihye to be yours.
“their one true love,” jihye repeats, “even though a person can experience multiple forms of attraction. they believe in finding a soul destined for them. there has been no evidence that people are fated for each other. but it’s a nice thought, isn’t it?”
the rest of the presentation goes by in a blur as you think about jihye’s last words. fate. what a funny thing to say. it is a nice thought; to have someone out there, waiting for you to come into their life.
perhaps it truly was fate that you were assigned to be jihye’s partner. maybe every single time you’ve met her, it was fate. and every single time you didn’t, it opened up another reality where you would eventually end up at her door, apologising once more. maybe in every single universe, you were doomed to a life of misery, caused by your own foolishness.
and maybe if you never clicked on her tumblr blog, you would go on with your life, never knowing if that girl in high school ever liked you back.
“—thank you, y/n and jihye.”
you snap out of your reverie when jihye nudges you slightly. blinking a few times, you head back to your seat wobbly.
“are you okay? you kinda zoned out there,” hanni whispers. you nod, still trying to steady your bearings.
everything you’ve thought about. it doesn’t matter anymore. it has never mattered because in the end, you’re not the one destined for jihye. maybe she deserves someone better. someone that has enough confidence to believe in their own capabilities rather than resort to such ways. there was never a need for you to invade her privacy. should you even try to ask for forgiveness anymore?
you still should. because jihye deserves a proper apology, even if you don’t deserve her forgiveness.
“hey, after this i’m gonna stay back to talk to danielle for a bit,” you inform minji and hanni, who both simultaneously light up.
as the class ends, you pack your bag extra slowly, keeping a close eye on jihye. her hands tremble as she packs up. you wonder if she’s okay. everyone soon leaves and just as jihye’s about to exit the door, you voice out, “can we talk?”
her head turns and there’s a look of exasperation and confusion swirling in her eyes before she nods.
“y-you don’t have to say anything… or forgive me but i just want to apologise properly,” you mutter. jihye nods again.
taking a deep breath, you sigh, “i know i really messed up and it was a decision i made consciously. that i won’t deny. i was just desperate and it caused you harm, so i shouldn’t even have the right to continue liking you. but i want you to know that my feelings are true and i’m not lying about liking you. so, i’m sorry for invading your privacy like that.”
jihye tugs on her bag strap nervously, bouncing on her heels as she whispers, “i don’t know if i can do this.”
you feel a sliver of hope and joy that she isn’t outright rejecting you.
“th-that’s okay,” you struggle to mask your happiness, “i just wanted you to know how much you matter to me. if you don’t want to pursue a romantic relationship. i really would like it if we stayed friends too… i just need you in my life, danielle.”
the brunette nimbles on her bottom lip, her face full of uncertainty. you want to squeal at her cuteness. she looks even prettier today, maybe because it’s been so long since you’ve seen her up close. you take the time to admire her facial features in case she gets a restraining order on you.
”i like you too, but…”
“you can’t trust me?” you complete the sentence for her. and even though it hurts, jihye nods. you chuckle, “that’s okay. what can i do for you to trust me again?”
“you really hurt me.”
“i know, i’m sorry.”
jihye frowns, her eyebrows furrowing in concentration, “when did you start liking me?”
“when i moved blocks,” you admit. you have an inkling jihye just wants to embarrass you but even now, you don’t mind. it feels like deja vu when you first confessed, but maybe the girl blocked out everything from that night. you would want to forget it all too. “i saw you in the hallway and kind of got a hallway crush. then i kept noticing you in my classes.”
“what do you like about me?”
oh, this was easy.
“i like a lot of things about you, maybe everything,” your answer brings out a gorgeous blush on her cheeks, “i like the way you smile at everyone, the way you always look for the good in people, the positive outlook you have on life. i really adore the way you smile though.”
jihye turns her face away but you can even spot the redness heating up on her face. now your reply seems a little corny.
“sorry,” you mumble.
“it’s… it’s okay. i appreciate it,” she smiles. oh my god, she smiles— “most people just talk about my looks.”
“you’re beautiful, both in terms of appearance and personality.”
the brunette laughs softly and the sound is so delightful that you could cry. clearly your answers made jihye’s walls shrink slightly.
“i really like you, i swear,” you try to say earnestly, “if you push me away, i’ll accept it but i can’t promise that i’ll stop liking you.”
jihye shakes her head, “you can continue to like me and… i don’t think i want you to stop either.”
your eyes light up as you take in her words.
“does that mean—”
“yes y/n, i’m forgiving you,” jihye sighs. you can barely control yourself when you reach out to embrace the girl, throwing your arms over her shoulders and gripping to the back of her uniform tightly. neither can you contain the tears that fall, your contentment bursting at the seams and the adoration for jihye exploding in your heart. she relaxes in your hold, rubbing your waist gingerly.
“don’t mess up a second time, okay?” she teases cutely. you nod fervently, “i swear i won’t. i like you so much.”
you sigh happily, “thank you, danielle.”
there’s a moment of silence before jihye utters,
“call me jihye.”

I noticed this in certain crossovers that double as salt/bash fics (Namely in the beginning of Raise Your Voice Against Liars) but every time someone from fandom B meets Marinette, they automatically take her side no questions asked.
It’s like they lose the unique characteristics that makes sense them who they and become extensions of her will.
People will always have different opinions and preferences. Marinette’s “crush” on Adrien I know for a fact would not sit well with people like Ann Takamaki from Persona 5.
To anyone who has played the game, you know what I mean.
Another thing I have noticed is that people tend to pair her with Damian Wayne sometimes. DAMIAN WAYNE!? Has everyone lost their minds??!!??
That kid would absolutely hate Marinette! I am by no means a fan of Damian(I find him to be a very annoying brat) but I think even he would not tolerate her. Damian would constantly look down on her, call her out on a lot of her bullshit.
“What’s that? You didn't like Lila because she lied about having connections? Big deal Dupain-Cheng, everyone lies about that kind of thing. Grow up,”
And before anyone tries to give me the whole “Derision trauma” we all know that was a half-assed attempt to justify her stalking.
To quote Supernan:
“You’re not in love, you’re starstruck!”
