when i think of winter beauty i think of glittery, shimmery eyelids and frosty pink lips. glittery nails, long dolly lashes, and LOTS and lots of ribbons and furry accessories. winter beauty is about looking fabulously flushed from the cold, looking and feeling like a glittery winter fairy ᡣ𐭩 •。ꪆৎ ˚⋅💕
lets start off with the makeup. first and foremost wash ur face and prep ur skin cuz it makes ur makeup look 10x better…💬🎀
♡ prime and prep ur skin ♡ put on ur foundation
when putting on foundation it helps to apply the product onto the top of ur hand and apply with a brush for more coverage 💓🍨
♡ next, use some concealer as needed ♡ fill in ur brows

♡ now feel free to prep ur eye lids if u have some redness, but we're gonna go in with an icy eyeshadow. for this look lets do a light blueish grey tone and just put that all over our eyelid
♡ put a darker blue color on the outer corner of ur eyes, and very gently blend outwards towards ur brows as u see in the first photo above. then go in with an angelic light blue on the inner area of ur eyelid (not the inner corner) ♡ use a bit of eyeliner to make ur eyes stand-out
this makeup look is focused highly on the EYES and the lips so feel free to do ur face as u normally would, contouring, blush etc ❄️🍧
♡ go in with some GLITTERY eyeshadow to make ur eyes shine and you can NEVER have enough shimmer ♡ next put on some half lashes because they rly pull this look together and dont forget to apply mascara onto ur lower lashes to make ur eyes look fuller ♡ a little highlight under ur brows for that blingy 2000's look
now lets talk about how to do the PERFECT FROSTY LIP. u wanna start by outlining ur lips with a lip liner that is on the rosier side. nyx has a lot of good ones like that. go in with a baby pinkish or a light pink lipstick (i say both these things cuz you'll know what looks good on u) and finish off with a shimmery lipgloss

i actually wanna write out my headcanons for all of the batfam’s drugs of choice so here
bruce is an old school functioning alcoholic . i think it was normalized for him growing up at galas/gotham academy and on top of that he naturally has a pretty high tolerance.. he’s sober on-and-off until jason dies and then he spirals p bad . doesn’t really deal with his underlying issues until .. dealer’s choice either when tim becomes robin or post jason resurrection. i think if he can’t/doesn’t get sober until jay comes back it adds to tim’s inferiority complex bc he’s like “well b never got sober for me 😐”
i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again: cokehead dick grayson ❤️ BUT this fic is so fucking good that it made me see him getting into downers as a real possibility (extra points if he does them with roy). i think he doesn’t get into hard drugs until college either way and it’s part of his rebellion against bruce, but its also just bc he’s a fun guy and likes to have a good time! i don’t see it becoming A Problem until [insert Big Nightwing Trauma here] and even then i think he manages to quit without Too Much trouble (i.e he doesn’t have to go to rehab) basically bc i don’t think he at heart has an addictive personality
i don’t rly think jason would do drugs like. ever BUUUUUUT if he did become dependent on anything i think it would be alcohol. i hc willis and bruce are/were both alcoholics so ~generational trauma~ and i think he can delude himself into being like “it’s not drugs so it’s fine.” he would enjoy the buffer it gives him to everyday life/crimefighting. same w cigs! when he decides to quit everyone encourages him to go to rehab but he thinks it would be too triggering for him + he has a weird complex where he’s like “i’m strong enough to climb out of the bottle myself motherfucker” so he tries to do it on his own which … whether or not that works is. a toss-up. either way i think he’d find AA really helpfully for his own addiction + dealing w his childhood trauma
tim is one hundo percent an uppers guy. i lowkey hate when fics give him outright caffeine addiction but then don’t deal with it at all lollll. but yeah i think he’d be ur typical adderall snorter (“snorting it doesn’t make me a junkie it’s just the most efficient delivery method to the central nervous system. it’s science”) and he’d really only get into pills bc as long as it’s prescription it’s not illicit in his mind.. so he’d prob use addy in combination w xans or other benzos to come down/get to sleep when he needed to. he absolutely has to do the whole rehab stint (maybe multiple) to unlearn his preconceptions about addiction/addicts and his deep rooted belief that he only has worth when he’s productive lol.
damian is straightedge like this kid will not take tylenol. he doesn’t drink caffeine either and gets like really into herbal tea and supplements when he’s older

hi friend!! ugh i feel you. sorry i haven't got any advice on regaining ur libido...we just let mine wax and wane as it will, though denial has been a big help in keeping it steady!
i've heard good things abt ginseng and some other herbs. obvs use at your own risk, mind that some herbal treatments can cross-interact with certain medications, remember that pre-packaged supplement pills are often unregulated and may contain toxins, and be aware that some herbal remedies work better on pw certain anatomy than others, and finally that many herbal remedies considered to increase libido are largely untested on trans folx!

Every November Christopher caught the flu. Like clockwork, it came and slipped into his system like a thief in the night. Usually, he would pump himself with various herbal teas, supplements, and any other immune-boosting products a month before so that the cold would come and go. He couldn't afford to miss out on work for longer than a few days. He could afford it but he didn't want to or like to. This year he didn't prepare due to not remembering. He had a lot more on his plate these days with juggling around new business ventures, plotting around keeping a certain councilwoman out of his hair and being back in a serious relationship. So when that Mucus monster hit him, it hit him hard.
He was currently lying across the couch in his apartment with his headphones tucked snugly against his ears. His arm draped across his eyes as he tried to drown out the body pain and discomfort he felt on the inside. This was the faze of body pains, sore, fever, and a sore throat. He had been past the mucus, stomach aches, and chills.
A light tap on his chest caused him to remove his hand from his face and open his eyes. Only to be faced with Epiphany seated beside him with a glass mug of bright yellow liquid, "I ain't drink'n that shit again," he stated with a horse tone. His eyes lowered and glared as his lips held a permanent scowl.
Which caused Epiphany to giggle, "Yes you are. If it wasn't for this 'shit' you'd be still sounding like a cat loaded with hairballs." She caressed the side of his face with the back of her hand, "aw papíto, you're still so hot." she pouted.
"Come on...just a few sips." she coos in an attempt to sway him.
Christopher stared at her, His eyes trailed along her face and body as he inhaled deeply.
He slowly sat up wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her into his arms. Epiphany huffed at the sudden overwhelming sensation of heat that overwhelmed her body. He laid his head against her chest, snuggling his chest against her breast as Epiphany hugged him tightly. 'my poor baby' she thought to herself until she heard glass click against the wood. "Hey! Come on you still have to-Chris!" Epiphany's bickering ended with a sudden yelp as he flipped her onto her back on the couch.
"Better luck next time champ." He chuckled before placing a kiss on her head as he hovered over her.
"Ew!" Epiphany squirmed with a huff as she smacked her hands against his chest, "Get your zombie ass off me."
"Aw, that hurts." He chuckled deeply with a mocking tone as he stood up, "That ain't what you said last night though. What was it again? 'oh papi ven a dormir dentro de mi te extraño'," (come sleep inside me I miss you) he mocked her, raising his voice to a lighter tone.
"Whatever, it's your fault I'm needy." She dismissed with an eye roll with her cheeks blushing red.
"And I ain't complaining," Christopher called over his shoulder as he made his way across the living room and collected his black high-top sneakers from the closet.
"Where are you going?" Epiphany questioned as she sat up.
"Back to work." He replied with a flat tone.
"You-"
"Hey, Daddy! yikes, you like the little girl from the ring." Marcus interrupted the pair by running into the living room from his bedroom.
Almost as if both Marcus and Epiphany had jinked him, Christopher started coughing. Strained and rough mucus-filled coughs left his mouth causing both Marcus and Epiphany to squeal in disgust.
"Ew!"

COC Day 8 - "Sick"
Sorry this is late. I honestly forgot I'd doodled this tiny little text ficlet. Just some randomness that popped into my head with this @carryon-countdown prompt.
Simon POV:
“I’m not sick.”
I sigh as I eye a wall full of homeopathic teas. Surely there’s something here, out of like 500 different herbal blends, that will help Baz out. I pick one up and read the label (like that will help). “You’re malnourished,” I murmur into my mobile as I read, “which I could fix, but you don’t want to bite me.”
I can hear Baz roll his eyes. “I’m fine, Snow. And I don’t get sick, so you don’t have to cure me.”
“Mmm-hmm.” Maybe this one? Is echinacea beneficial to stubborn blood-starved vampires? Maybe something with more iron in it. Maybe I should be stuffing supplements down his throat.
“I don’t get sick. I’m a dark creature of the night.”
I love how he uses that excuse like it isn’t at least partly responsible for his current condition. Prat. “You fainted.”
There’s a pause, then Baz mutters, “I took a strategic break from consciousness.”
I snort. I’m going to stuff him with iron supplements, then kiss him stupid. “You like green tea, right?”
Baz lets out a beleaguered sigh, which has a sort of honking cadence to it over the phone. “I’m not sick.” A pause. Then, “But I do like green tea.”
Right. Into the basket with that blend. “If I ‘took a break’ the way you did this morning, you’d have had me at Dr. Wellbelove’s within the hour.”
“That’s different.”
Red meat. I could do steak. I’m pretty decent at grilling. And if all else fails, Baz needs practice putting out fires, right? “Really not,” I say after a second. “I’m getting you protein powder, too.”
“That’s barbaric, Snow.”
“Oh, I’ll show you barbaric, Pitch,” I say with a smile. “But only if you drink your tea, and your protein shake, and top it all off with twice as many rodents as usual. And if you ask nicely.”
A pause. “I’m still not biting you.”
Was that hesitation? My altruistic desire to help Baz suddenly seems like a potential opportunity. I dump three flavours of protein powder into my basket, including one I know has the consistency of ground chalk. “Promises, promises, Baz.”

My fucking scrip is available in 1/4 doses for $10 on chewy.com.
My normal dose is about $400 a bottle. So for a fucking tenth the price, I could just get the pet shit.
Also getting some additional herbal supplements but ffs that's ridiculous

Fucking what? My doses are between 500 and 1000 MG, those are 250mg/piece. Even at the full price ($11) thats just over 1/10th the cost at most.
That plus weed and I'll never seize again.
Little valerian and kava on top and I'll be the anti-seize.
