“your body my choice”. they are scared. they are scared because they are seeing the reaction of women, they are seeing the 4b movement, and they are scared. keep. going. women. you are so powerful right now, no man will ever change that. no matter how powerful he thinks he is.

Hey, I detest Trump as much as the next person. He is a disaster, a liar, a con man, and all-round bad guy.
But people like Kimmel weren’t angry or that bothered when horrible, unspeakable things were happening to the innocent people of Gaza on US tax dollars.
“Empathetic” Kimmel laughed off a genocide.
Him and certain other liberals are only sad because the bad things might be happening to them now too.
Suddenly, violence and destruction it is not so funny.

wanted to hop on here and say a few things about the US election. i usually will try not to make my blog political but i have to say something.
if you are at least eighteen, american and can access voting, go vote. and vote for kamala harris.
i sure don't agree with kamala harris on everything. i don't condone the party's support of israel. but you HAVE to vote for harris this election
voting for a third party is a vote for trump.
go vote.

I wanted to share some of the things I love about Kamala Harris. I previously made a post about why we need to vote for her to save our country, but this race is no longer the lesser of two evils. Even if this election wasn’t against a fascist dictator I’d still vote for her.
She is kind and tough and unafraid to break down glass ceilings. She’s charismatic and enigmatic. She’s happy and childlike but also capable of taking serious things seriously. She wants to fight for human rights for all. She stands up to corporate greed. She’s extremely intelligent. Kamala could be our first great president in many years. The kind of president we look back on in history with pride.
Kamala represents the possibility of rebuilding our nation to once again be a symbol of freedom. Kamala represents hope for America to be something all its citizens can be proud of. The Fourth of July could become more joyous than it has been in decades.
There’s a lot of concern going around about her ability or desire to fight for Palestine. As far as I can see, I have faith that she will fight for Palestinian lives AND fight against anti semitism all at once. She is intelligent enough to see what a nuanced situation it is.
For me there’s a personal connection. She is multiracial, being both Desi and Afro Caribbean. The same combination of races as me. I admire her because she embraced all her identities despite the fact that multiracial and biracial people are often told to choose one, or told that they can only identify as multiracial and not with their individual heritages.
If you are at all hesitant about Trump, I implore you to consider the value Kamala could add to our country. To find your own personal connection to her and/or Tim Walz. I promise you you’ll find it if you look. Trump and Vance do not represent the interests of any empathetic person in this country, even if you think he does I promise you that you won’t find a personal connection because both of them have given up their humanity.

U.S election 2024
The past few hours have been hard for many of us, and seeing the results of this election proves to me that this country does not care about women or basic human rights. Living in California, I know that my experience is not going to be so intense compared to others who live in the red states, and I am deeply sorry for you. The people who voted for that man have the lowest IQ ever because now, for the next four years, I might not feel safe anywhere I go. I may sound dramatic, but that is the real life for many. Yes, both sides are not the best, each have they're own flaws, but Kamala was obviously the best choice, and she's not a convicted felon. Looking back, why did this election feel so rushed compared to other election years.
This man and his party do not care about your mother, your wife, your sister, your child, their education, and their future. He does not care about your family. Prices are going to go up, and who to blame, that orange man.
Overall, I hope everyone is safe. Make sure you eat, drink water (or alcohol, lol), and take some rest for yourself. This event does not mean it's over for all of us, but now we are going to have to work way harder to make our voices heard.
Love you all.

This is for all my american friends who can get pregnant:
Plan B has a shelf life of four years. Crazy right? Which means that if you bought it now , it would still be useable in 2028! Crazy how modern medicine works.

We need to pray for the democrats, liberals and conservatives of America. So many democrats and liberals after this election have been going off the rails with threats to their lives and inciting demonic violence against Trump Supporters and themselves. Praising ideas of killing Trump, killing themselves, bombing the White House, sharing misinformation about abortion and women’s rights, and even being openly racist against Latino and Black voters. Pray for America, Pray for Kamala Harris, Pray for Joe Biden, Pray for Trump, and Pray for each candidate and their tickets and their families. Pray for their supporters. It’s hard to have a political opinion and be staunch about it and celebrate it or be grieving about it; but regardless of our political, religious and social preferences, we need to love each other like Jesus loves us. We need to be humble, and grateful, and merciful to each other, because at the end of the day, we all sit at the throne of God.

Please read and share. If any of you are Minnesotans, please contact your lawmakers to protest Walz's new budget ideas.
My friend David and his son aren't the only ones affected by this abrupt about-face by the Walz administration. A lot of people are going to suffer if funds for disability services are cut back.
