just thinking about trent having an embarrassing twitter account that's like, idk, priv and/or just like an anonymous jokey account sort of thing and it regularly tweets things like "The weighted blanket is not enough. i need a man to lay on top of me horizontally and crush me to death. lovingly." and "Just made finger guns at my crush instead of doing what I intended to do, which was apologize. I think maybe I should be shot into the sun?" and "Sorry for being rude. I got anxious and scared. It will happen again" and "'Not all men' you're right. Ted Lasso would never do this to me" <- everyone assumes that's a general celebrity crush/just a joke about a famously really nice guy and like, coach beard actually likes/retweets it so it goes mildly viral and trent is like. This Is Fine. most people assume that this account is run by like, a female tumblr user in her late twenties. no. this is a middle-aged single father and no one realizes this until he tweets something like "My ex-wife just set me up with a man who looks exactly like my straight crush, but worse. You know, because she's evil, and also the funniest person alive. anyway guess who i ran into on the date" or "i am a single middle-aged father and i only JUST NOW found out i have autism. My parents knew when I was three." which is then updated by "WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY EX WIFE KNEW TOO" (she thought it was kind of a given) only to confuse them again when he mentions that time he was pregnant

SY and SJ sharing body shenanigans

I like how sometimes in fics, SY retels anime or famous story plot but with some renditions. It's fun to spot references

So, consider this. SY is trying to kickstart scum villain redemption arc before it's too late, so he tells a story of a young scholarly cultivator. She is a student of famous immortal and lives in Imperial city. Girl is talented and smart, exceling both in her cultivation and scholarly studies. But she lives like a hermit, doesn't really socialize with anyone, and communicates either with her little assistant or shizun. One day, she accidentally finds a prophecy of doom that should happen during the closest Summer solitice festival. One immortal, who turned on the path of demonic cultivation and wanted to put the world into eternal night, was sealed on this day, and a thousand years later, they shall come back. She tries to warn her shizun about upcoming disasters, but her shizun dismisses her worries and sends her to the small village to take care of organizing this year festival. And most importantly, have fun and make new friends. She could care less about that when catastrophe is near, and she needs to get ready in case seal formation really breaks.

But she obliges as a filial disciple and gets to the village. She organizes festivals and meets a lot of new people. Reluctant, she gets to know five of them a little better, but the festival is near, and she needs to find answers and make a plan. Instead of that, she couldn't sleep nor find anything because of an unexpected welcoming celebration in her house, what really gets on her nerves. And the night has come. The prophecy was right. the cultivator breaks the seal and comes back to the festival. Meanwhile, her shizun that should lead the celebration is gone. Now, somehow, young cultivator should stop them, but not without the help of her new acquaintances.

And yes, you guess it right, that's the plot of My Little Pony. Shen Qingqiu is gonna learn that friendship is magic, whether he wants it or not.

its 3am and im currently plague by the thought of what would the most generally accepted headcanon if dc never revived jason

cause like we know the fandom is not just letting him stay dead, thats really not even an option, but what would be the general consensus

like they aint no way that we would go to be crawls out of his grave, talia snatches him and dips him in the pit

like the pit would definitely be one of the techniques used but i dont think it would be the most generally accepted one

also who would the people make jason be as a person, like would he just kind of keep his personality from before, would he still come back with major anger issues and the need for blood??

some of my theories as to what might have been headcanoned:

- bruce consumed by grief goes a bit tim drake on this one and tries to clone jason, succeeds but its not really his jason, so it probably just fucks him up even more and everyone around him with him

jason becomes and unfortunate casualty of this situation, he just wants the man that made him to love him, but he will never actually be his dead son

this whole thing probably leads to clone jason becoming a genuine villain not just an anti hero like canon red hood

- flashpoint, barry comes back and suddenly jason is alive again

this can either go the nice route where he tells them about how it was before, they are grateful that is not their reality and steal tim because hes not here now that jason never died

or the fucked up route where ha jason is alive excellent, barry thinks, until he finds out that dick is dead or tim, maybe even bruce

this can lead to either him telling them how it use to be and jason suffering from massive survivors guilt or i guess he never tells them and they are just fucked up in a different way this time

- last theory that i think could be a popular headcanon is dick literally learning magic to bring his brother back

like he has to do some fucked up shit, maybe even use the pits in this a little but he actually manages it

now i dont know how jason would come back because honestly its kind of hard for my brain to think of him coming back not angry, like bro died and his dad didnt make it in time and didnt save him

maybe he comes back not mad but like really depressed and now great dick got his brother back but now he has to help him actually want to stay alive

anyways, thats all these are my fun 3am thoughts

If you other people in your community, you are doing the work of the oppressors.

There are no "Good Gays", boys and girls. You’re just like every trans and enby out there. There's no "safe" kink or porn, and you better believe this extends rapidly into infantilization of the population.

That people are stupid and can't pick their own media.

This isn't hyperbole. It's happened before. It has happened many times in many places and in living memory, and anyone saying "It couldn't happen here" or "It couldn't happen to me" has already fallen for it.

Fascism weilds censorship.

Censorship is an ax, not a scalpel.

They will use words to make it palatable. Say it is to protect children and decent folk. They're lying, but sugar is how you make all bitterness go down. Over time, they need to use less and less until people justify it themselves.

So, to survive four years intact:

• Stop doing the work for them.

• Stand with your communities; don't split them

• Don't try to censor or ban art

• Promote love, not hate

• Accept help when it comes.

You might be surprised how people shift when push comes to shove
