Arsay is not one to boast, but still she would speak of her roles and titles with pride. She saw them as proof of her worth in the world. After a break from facing apocalyptic scenarios, Arsay has begun to learn that she should strive to view herself beyond her accolades.

Nothing remained of Tesleen to bury. Her form, reduced to aetherial strands and a thin soap bubble of skin, had scattered with the wind at Alisaie's final blow. Lillian thought it the cruelest breed of mercy. No room given to linger on a twisted body; none to grieve, either. That bright and haggard face would persist untainted - human - so long as their memories remained intact. But a breeze fluttered Alisaie's hair, and she wept.

MiqoMarch Day 30 - Of The Seventh Dawn

"When I was very young, my aunt would often put me to bed with stories of her adventures with my late parents. They explored nearly all of Aldenard together, just the three of them; getting through every obstacle as a team, and caring for one another like family along the way. As I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep, the same question echoed in my mind: "Would tomorrow's dawn bring someone with whom I can do the same?" After so many lonely years I had but nearly given up on finding such things for myself. How lucky am I, that at the very last moment I was finally given an answer."
