This is what the press know:
Six months after the two of you went public, you and Vernon made the mutual decision to end your five-year relationship. While you both remain mum on the reason behind the breakup, insider sources claim that the pressures of a high-profile, public relationship got to you both. The two of you are committed to remain good friends despite the split.
Only one out of those three 'facts' are true.
This is what the fans know:
Vernon is Mr. Perfectly Fine. There are moments where the façade slips, like when his breakup is brought up during a fansign, or somebody asks about it on Weverse. But, for the most part, he does his job and he does it well. He performs. He produces. He looks like the breakup hasn't affected him at all.
That Vernon can still function is true. That he's unaffected isn't.
This is what you know:
Vernon will be better off without you. A long-distance relationship was never going to be easy. Add in the factor of coming from two vastly different entertainment industries? Yeah, the two of you would have never worked out. You're doing more harm than good. Breaking up with Vernon is the kindest thing you can do to him. He'll get over you eventually.
You are wrong on all accounts.
This is what Vernon knows:
He loves you. Plain and simple.
He wants you. He can't remember a time where he hadn't; he can't imagine a time where he won't.
He will let you leave, let you walk away, if you think that's what's necessary. But he refuses to think that it's right. That it's fair.
In a perfect world— or at least a world that's just a little bit nicer to the both of you— he would get to keep you.
That much is true.

Aight, but that should be reciprocated, because that’s still sticking to the trope of humans being the boring default. Humans gotta be nervously protective of their nonhuman party members too.
You gotta have conversations where two humans are grabbing rations for their elf mage, but they’re not sure about their diet, like “Idk man, are you sure elven mages can eat meat? Doesn’t it mess up their connection with magic or something?” “Nah, I think that’s only for certain wild magic users.” While the shopkeeper who knows this stuff sits there internally screaming.
Or one where an elf and a human are talking about having to go through a desert reach to make it to their next destination, and they can’t figure out if the dwarf needs more warm clothes for the night or more water for the day because they never asked her if her underground home is warmer or colder at its depth.
Or they have a pixie guiding them through fey lands and the conversation comes up, “hey, wait we shouldn’t have our gear exposed like this.” “Why not?” “Doesn’t iron, like, burn fairies? Like, I thought it was toxic to them?” “Oh yeah, I remember the idiot in my village kept a bunch of scrap from the blacksmith around his shack, saying it was in case faries try to trick him or something.” “Idk, I remember working with a mage who said something about iron being in the food we eat, so how would they get around that?” And the pixie finally snaps, “yeah the iron toxicity is a whole myth, from some prank war that this village got too upset over. It turned so nasty that when a sprite got killed under an iron pan, the villagers thought they found fairies’ weakness. ‘Lotta humans have been kind of racist about it with me, trying to pay me with iron coins and all that.” While the party just listens in deepening concern.
Reading fantasy again, I've started thinking about how odd it is how in books like that, the non-human races invariably scoff at human frailty and vulnerability, even those that they'll call friends. Like that's mean?? Why would you be a dick to your friend who you know is not capable of as much as you are, and it's not their fault they were born like that. That's mean.
Like consider the opposite: Characters of non-human races treating their human companions like frail little old dogs. Worrying about small wounds being fatal - humans die of small injuries all the time - or being surprised that humans can actually eat salt, even if they can't stomach other spicy rocks. Being amazed that a human friend they haven't seen in 10 years still looks so young, they've hardly aged at all! And when the human tries to explain that they weren't going to just unexpectedly shrivel into a raisin in 10 years, the longer-lifespan friend dismisses this like no, he's seen it happen, you don't see a human for 10 or 20 years and they've shriveled in a blink.
Elves arguing with each other like "you can't take her out there, she will die!" and when the human gets there to ask what they're talking about, they explain to her that the journey will take them through a passage where it's going to be sunny out there. Humans burn in the sun. And she will have to clarify that no, actually, she'll be fine. They fight her about it, until she manages to convince them that it's not like vampires - humans only burn a little bit in the sun, not all the way through. She'll be fine if she just wears a hat.
Meanwhile dwarves are reluctant to allow humans in their mines and cities, not just out of being secretive, but because they know that you cannot bring humans underground, they will go insane if they go too long without seeing the sun. Nobody is entirely sure how long that is, but the general consensus is three days. One time a human tries to explain their dwarf companion that this is not true, there are humans that endure much longer darkness than that. As a matter of fact, in the furthest habited corners of the lands of the Northmen, the winter sun barely rises at all. Humans can survive three weeks of darkness, and not just once, but every single year.
"Then how do they sane?" Asks the dwarf, and just as he does, the conversation gets interrupted by the northland human, who had been eavesdropping, and turns to look at them with an unnerving glint in her colourless grey eyes, grinning while saying
"That's the neat part, we don't."

you did my last ask so great I had to ask again. This time could you do a Grayson or Ambessa with a chronically ill reader. More so on the chronic pain side. Maybe they need mobile aids? Take your time, drink some water and take care of yourself

CHRONICALLY ILL
Ambessa x f!reader
Synopsis: Ambessa has always loved you, ever since the day you two had become so close. But once you slowly become more and more ill, you start to doubt that she would ever love such a burden.
Request: Anon 🤍
Tumblr media
Noxus, with its towering spires and ever-burning forges, was a city of unyielding strength. It was a place where weakness was supposedly stamped out, where survival meant thriving against all odds. You had grown up in the shadow of that philosophy, and it had shaped you in ways you didn’t fully realize until your body began to betray you.
At first, it had been manageable—an ache here, a stiffness there. But as the years went on, the pain grew relentless. It wasn’t the kind of battle you could fight with a blade or conquer with brute force, and in Noxus, that was a struggle all its own.
Then there was Ambessa.
Your life as her assistant had started humbly, a position born out of necessity rather than ambition. You had worked tirelessly, managing her correspondence, organizing her campaigns, and ensuring her days flowed as seamlessly as possible. Ambessa had always been a figure larger than life—sharp, commanding, and utterly unyielding. But as time passed, she had seen through the masks you wore, glimpsing the pain you thought you’d hidden so well.
And instead of turning away, she stayed.
Now, as the warm glow of her private study illuminated the richly furnished room, you sat curled up in your favorite chair, a steaming cup of tea trembling slightly in your hands. Your cane rested against the chair’s arm, its polished wood worn smooth from years of use.
The pain was worse today, a deep, gnawing ache that radiated through your legs and up into your spine. Even the soft cushion beneath you felt unforgiving, and every shift of your weight sent new waves of discomfort rippling through your body. You tried to focus on the tea, on the way the steam curled into the air, but it was impossible to ignore the familiar throb of pain.
The sound of heavy boots against the stone floor made your heart jump. Ambessa entered the room with the confidence of someone who owned not just the space but the very air within it. Her gaze swept over you, sharp and assessing, and she frowned the moment her eyes met yours.
“How long have you been sitting there, little one?” Her voice was low, rich, and filled with a concern she never bothered to mask when it came to you.
You offered a tired smile, though it felt half-hearted at best. “Not too long,” you lied, knowing she wouldn’t believe you.
Ambessa crossed the room in a few long strides, her imposing presence somehow comforting rather than intimidating. She knelt before you, her strong hands resting on the arms of your chair as she studied your face.
“Do not lie to me,” she said softly, her voice carrying the weight of command.
You sighed, your shoulders sagging under the invisible weight you carried. “A while,” you admitted. “It’s been one of those days.”
Her frown deepened, and she reached out to take the teacup from your trembling hands, setting it aside with care. Her calloused fingers found yours, enveloping them in a warmth that made your throat tighten.
“You should have called for me,” she said, her tone gentle but firm.
“I didn’t want to bother you,” you replied, looking away. “You’ve got armies to command, strategies to plan. You don’t need to be worrying about me.”
Ambessa let out a soft, exasperated sigh. “And yet, here I am, worrying about you. What does that tell you?”
You didn’t answer, the guilt curling in your chest too heavy to put into words.
“Look at me,” she said, her voice softening. When you finally met her gaze, her amber eyes were filled with an intensity that made it hard to breathe. “You are not a burden, Y/N. You are not something I tolerate or endure. You are mine, and I will always care for you. Do you understand?”
Tears prickled at the corners of your eyes, and you nodded silently.
Ambessa rose smoothly to her full height, towering over you but somehow making you feel safe rather than small. She moved to sit on the armrest of your chair, her arm wrapping around your shoulders as she pulled you against her side. The scent of steel and leather clung to her, grounding you in a way nothing else could.
“Tell me what you need,” she murmured, her lips brushing against your temple.
“Just…stay,” you whispered, leaning into her. “It helps, having you here.”
She pressed a kiss to the top of your head, her lips lingering for a moment before she pulled back just enough to meet your gaze. “Then here I’ll stay.”
Tumblr media
The hours slipped by as Ambessa stayed true to her word. She didn’t so much as glance at the mountain of paperwork on her desk or the sealed missives waiting for her attention. Instead, she focused entirely on you.
When your pain became too much to sit upright, she helped you to the large, plush bed in the corner of the room. She adjusted the pillows with meticulous care, ensuring your legs were elevated just enough to ease the pressure.
“Comfortable?” she asked, her hand lingering on your knee as she knelt beside the bed.
“Getting there,” you said with a faint smile.
She nodded, standing to fetch a soft, fur-lined blanket from a nearby chair. Draping it over you, she tucked it around your sides with a gentleness that would have surprised anyone who only knew her as the iron-fisted warlord of Noxus.
As you settled in, the pain began to ebb—not completely, but enough that you could breathe a little easier. Ambessa sat beside you, her hand resting on top of yours, her thumb tracing lazy circles over your knuckles.
“Tell me about the mountains again,” you said softly, your voice barely above a whisper.
She smiled, a rare and genuine expression that lit up her face. “Ah, the mountains. Strong, unyielding, and ancient. They remind me of you.”
You let out a quiet laugh. “I don’t feel very unyielding right now.”
Ambessa’s smile didn’t waver. “Perhaps not in this moment. But every day, you endure what would break most others. That is strength, my love. Strength I admire.”
Her words wrapped around you like a shield, deflecting the self-doubt that often lingered at the edges of your mind.
“Thank you,” you murmured, squeezing her hand weakly.
“Always,” she replied, leaning down to press a lingering kiss to your forehead.
Tumblr media
As the night wore on, your pain ebbed and flowed, but Ambessa remained at your side. She spoke of her travels, of the unyielding peaks of Noxus, and the people who called them home. Her voice was steady, like the rhythm of a heartbeat, lulling you into a fragile sense of peace.
When sleep finally claimed you, it was with the knowledge that no matter how relentless your battles became, Ambessa would always be there—your shield, your comfort, and the one person who made the fight worth it.

A/N: This is definitely not my best way of successfully fulfilling a response, but I hope it was alright! (I love requests like this)

"Alright, try some of this."
Ellie set down her spiked hot chocolate on your kitchen counter and stood to take the spoon from your hand. She blew on the soup before sampling a small taste and vigorously nodding her head.
"That's fucking amazing, we should make that a regular item."
You grinned and tossed the spoon in your sink before maneuvering around her to reach the spice rack. Your new house was just a two-bedroom ranch and the small kitchen took some getting used to, but you finally made the rented space feel like home. Although when you and Ellie occasionally found yourselves crammed in your kitchen to test some new products for the food truck, you couldn't help but long for the beautiful kitchen you used to have.
"I think I'll add this and take off the turkey chili, it doesn't do too well," you said before turning to your fridge and scribbling something on the white board. It was close to Christmas and you had already introduced your cold-weather menu for the food truck, but you were always actively looking to make tweaks where it was needed.
"Sarah really likes the chili," Ellie reminded you.
"I'll make her a big batch and divide it up so she can freeze it when she goes back to school."
"Is she helping out on the truck tomorrow?" Ellie asked before picking her hot chocolate back up, then she wandered over to your living room to examine some ornaments on your tree.
"Yeah, she's helping all day. Joel's gonna get a kick out of seeing her on the truck for the first time," you laughed. You checked the time and turned off the burners before lifting the huge pot of soup with a grunt and setting it on an unused side of the stove to cool. Joel and Tommy's crew were working on a retail storefront and you had promised to stop by with the truck for lunch the following day. You had figured it was in a busy part of town and you were hoping to also capitalize on all the holiday shoppers.
Chicks 'n Chicken specialized in, well, chicken, as the name implied, but when the weather turned colder, you realized sandwiches just wouldn't cut it for the winter, so you began to add soups and stews to pair with your signature sandwiches like The Ellie, The Sarah, and The Joel. It was the first big idea you had when you finally took the plunge and started a food truck: every sandwich was named after someone important to you, including sandwiches named after Mia and Daniel.
At first, it was hard. Really fucking hard. Harder than you expected. There was so much to do behind the scenes: bookkeeping, inspections, keeping the truck and your machines up to code just to name a few. Joel was a huge help with the business side of things and you were eternally grateful for his insight. In return, you let him be your taste-tester, a job he adored and took very seriously.
Once you got the boring stuff out of the way, things got much better. You hired Ellie to assist you, and even her girlfriend Dina worked part-time. The two of them painted the truck these gorgeous, vibrant colors and helped you design the menu, and before you knew it, you were up and running.
The first couple weeks were slow and steady. You didn't expect to make much right off the bat, but you would have been lying if you said you weren't slightly disappointed you didn't do more business.
But then Sarah and Ellie came to the rescue, and your entire world changed.
They had clued you in to the latest social media app and helped you create an account. They must have been avid users because they always knew what was trending, which is how you managed to create a video that went viral overnight. It was the three of you doing some silly dance to a song you had never heard before inside the truck. When you watched it, you cringed and begged them to delete it, but they promised it would be a hit. And boy, were they right.
Just a few months later, you were closing in on one million followers. The girls kept your page fresh and relevant and if you were a lesser person, you might have been a little put out that your marketing degree essentially became useless when competing with two girls in their twenties who were apparently chronically online.
But you absolutely loved it. You were beyond thrilled you had been so unexpectedly successful so quickly. It was the best gift you could ever have received, and you told them so every time they pestered you for Christmas gift ideas.
"Your parents coming up for Christmas?" Ellie asked when she spotted a framed picture you had of them next to your couch.
"Uh... my mom is, yeah," you said, dusting your hands on the sides of your jeans as you moved around your kitchen. Ellie picked up on the tone in your voice and swiveled around.
"But not your dad?"
You shook your head and pulled out the biggest Tupperware containers you could find.
"No. He's not thrilled with some of the choices I've made," you told her, keeping your gaze focused on your work so she wouldn't see the hurt in your eyes.
"The food truck or Joel?"
You cleared your throat and shrugged. "Both. He thinks I'm investing Daniel's money in something where I'll end up failing and he is not okay with Joel being a few years younger than him."
"Shit. I'm sorry," Ellie said softly, joining you back in the kitchen. "That's fucked. But at least your mom sounds cool, right?"
"Well, she's coming around to it. It'll be her first time meeting Joel and I'm really hoping once she sees us together and how great he is, she can report back to my dad and maybe change his mind."
"Ha, no pressure, right?" she laughed. You grinned and finally turned to face her.
"You know what? I'm starting to not even care. Is that bad?" you asked with a guilty look on your face. But before she could answer, you continued. "I mean, I'm happy. I'm successful. Joel and Sarah are amazing. Should I even care if they agree with my choices or not? I'm an adult. I don't want to ruin my relationship with my parents but I'm not willing to sacrifice my own happiness for it."
"Hell yeah, man," Ellie said while toasting you with her hot chocolate. "You got the right headspace. Therapy is doing you good."
"Yeah, surprisingly, it kind of is," you said with a chuckle. An alarm went off on your phone and you glanced at it curiously before your eyes widened in panic. "Shit! I promised Joel I'd be over for dinner, I gotta clean up and get the hell out of here." You snatched your apron off and then your eyes locked onto the huge vat of piping hot soup on your stove.
"I'll handle it. Go!" Ellie said, waving her hands. "I'll lock up before I leave."
"Are you sure?" you asked, but you were already backing out of the kitchen.
"Absolutely. I'll watch some movie or something while I wait. Dina's working at the bookstore til ten, anyway."
"You're the greatest, Ellie, thank you!" you called over your shoulder as you disappeared into your bedroom to change.
Tumblr media
"How is it you look prettier every time I see you?"
You giggled when Joel's scruffy beard scraped against the side of your neck, then melted into his arms when they circled around you from behind.
"Did you know you left the oven on? You're lucky you didn't burn the place down," you teased, tilting your head to give his lips better access.
"I was just takin' a quick shower, I knew there was plenty of time left."
He wasn't wrong. The lasagna he made still needed fifteen more minutes. Joel had actually gotten a lot better at cooking over the last few months. He liked to give you all the credit since he spent so much time watching you in the kitchen test new dishes for the food truck.
"And look at that," he murmured when he glanced at the timer. "Still got extra time. Any idea what we should do?"
"Are you looking to get dessert before dinner?" you asked, feigning shock. Joel chuckled against your throat before pressing himself against your ass and - shit, he wasn't joking.
"Been almost a week," he groaned against your ear. "Missed you so fuckin' much
"I missed you, too," you whispered before twisting around in his arms. You pressed your lips eagerly against his, getting lost in the familiar way you fit together. Whenever you were with Joel, your soul felt at peace. Everything seemed to make sense again and any stress faded away. But those things were difficult to explain to your parents without sounding insane, so you stopped trying, perfectly content with keeping the happiness he provided just between the two of you.
You blamed your weak resolve on the fact you had a stressful few days without him, craving the comfort only he could provide. That was why you found yourself less than five minutes later straddling his lap on the couch with your jeans abandoned somewhere on the floor behind you. Joel didn't even take his pants off all the way. He had shoved them down to his knees in a frenzy, desperate to feel you again after a long week.
The air stilled when you sunk down on his cock, the both of you too caught up in the feeling to remember to breathe.
"Oh, baby," he breathed, head tipping back to rest against the back of the couch. "Oh, that's it. That's my girl. There you go," he whispered, eyes glued to the way he disappeared inside you. You shifted and a small whimper slipped past your lips, pulling his gaze back up to you.
"How is that? Feel good?" he asked while circling his arms around your waist. You hummed and nodded before you started to move a little in his lap. You went slow at first while sharing deep, messy kisses. The hair from his beard burned your chin when he pried your mouth open wider, tongues swirling together amongst shared moans.
His big hands spread wide over your ribs, holding you against him to feel as close as possible while you slowly rocked your hips. He finally gave you a chance to breathe and broke the kiss, but then his mouth trailed down your throat and you held your breath anyway when his teeth grazed against the sensitive spot he made a mental note of last time.
"Missed you," he reminded you again as his lips ghosted over your collarbone. "Missed this. Missed feelin' this close to you."
"I know," you gasped, hands grabbing at his shoulders when he mouthed at your breast through your shirt. You started to move faster, encouraged by the delicious sting from his bite. "Fuck, Joel, do that again. Please," you whined.
He smirked and did the same playful bite to your other breast, cock twitching inside you when a low moan slipped past your lips.
"You like that?" he pressed. He loved it when you lost yourself in the moment, too engulfed with pleasure to hold yourself back. When he had you like that, you had no trouble asking for what you wanted. Your polite little filter vanished and you allow yourself to be selfish, to take what you want to make yourself feel good, and his chest puffed with pride every single time that you would choose him to be vulnerable with. You chose him to seek out everything you desired. You trusted him.
"Yes, Joel," you rasped. Your head was tipped backwards and your eyes had slid shut as you began to bounce faster on his lap. "Yes, Joel, I love it. I love it. Fuck, you feel so good. I can't - ah! - Christ, Joel, I love you-"
Time stood still with your words sitting heavy in the air. It took you a few seconds to realize what you said, then your eyes snapped open and you slapped a hand across your mouth in shock, hips freezing mid-air.
"I'm sorry," you mumbled, staring down at his surprised expression. "I didn't mean for that to be the first time-"
"But you did mean it?" he asked, stopping your muffled ramblings. Slowly, you nodded with watery eyes. He yanked your hand off your mouth and pulled you down for a searing kiss.
"I love you, too," he whispered happily against your mouth. His hips began to rock up into you, encouraging you to move with his hands firmly on your waist. "Keep going. Want you to come for me," he said with a grunt, lips still hovering centimeters away from yours. You nodded and began to move again, chasing the release you were moments away from tasting before you had panicked and stopped.
"C'mon, make yourself feel good. Take what you need, baby," he groaned when you bounced faster, breasts swaying underneath your shirt right in front of his face, teasing him. He lunged forward and pinched your nipple between his teeth right when his thumb began to work quick circles over your clit. You cried out his name, fingers clawing at his shoulders until he finally heard that content little broken moan and your release slowly trickled down his cock.
"Shit - gonna come," he growled. His hand left your clit so he could wrap both arms tightly around your middle, using you for leverage as he roughly fucked up into you. You had sagged forward, head resting on his shoulder while placing sweet kisses against his throat. You heard his harsh pants for air in your ear and smiled at the soft noises he made right before he stilled with a loud groan, pumping you full of his seed until his shoulders relaxed and he leaned back tiredly against the couch.
Your hand snaked around the back of his neck, turning his face towards you for a lazy kiss before whispering I love you one more time.
"I love you so goddamn much," he sighed, making you giggle. You pushed yourself up with a sigh, feeling groggy and satiated. You were in the middle of lovingly tracing the creases next to his eyes while he gazed up at you when the timer on the stove went off. You both groaned, neither of you ready to pull apart just yet, but the last thing you wanted was the smell of burnt lasagna permeating the house for the rest of the evening. With a gasp, you lifted yourself from his lap and turned to hunt for your panties on shaky legs.
"Go clean up, I got it," Joel said, standing and pulling his jeans up the rest of the way. You nodded and waddled towards the bathroom with your clothes while he tended to your dinner in the kitchen.
"So, you're comin' by the site tomorrow?" Joel confirmed around a mouthful of food. You nodded, only half listening to the television, your brain still blissfully quiet from earlier.
"Yep. Then after I'm meeting with this woman from the paper. They want to run a small piece on the truck, talk about the viral stuff, all that."
"My girl's gonna be in the paper?" Joel asked excitedly. You laughed, wanting to tease him for being one of the few people who still read an actual newspaper, but his support for you and your dream was so sweet that you didn't want to ruin it.
"Yep. Maybe even a picture, too."
"Well, damn. Look at you," Joel said softly, and you smiled at the tender look in his eye. "Gonna be famous. Can't wait to frame it. I'mma put one in my office at work and one here," he told you matter of factly. He pointed to the mantle, currently adorned with garland and christmas lights, where an old picture of him, Sarah and Mia sat, along with a picture of Tommy and Maria from their wedding day.
"I get to be on the mantle?" you asked excitedly.
"'Course you do. Woulda been up there sooner if we ever took a decent picture together."
"We take tons of pictures together," you began, but he quickly waved you off.
"And in all of 'em I look like shit."
"You do not! You look better than me most of the time with that goddamn smirk of yours," you teased, pinching his side when you added, "and you've lost almost twenty pounds."
Joel just laughed and wrapped his arm around your shoulders, taking your plate and stacking it with his before turning his attention towards the television. His thumb drew mindless circles over your arm and you listened to the peaceful, steady beat of his heart with your ear pressed against his chest.
Closing your eyes, you breathed deep and thought back on your life from the past several months. You had some curveballs thrown at you, sure, but given the circumstances, you were pretty damn happy with where you ended up: curled up next to the man you loved, listening to him mumble the wrong answers to Jeopardy amongst the twinkling lights from the Christmas tree.
Tumblr media
"Howdy, girls!"
"Hey, Uncle Tommy!" Sarah called down from the window of the food truck. He grinned at her crooked black cap stitched with your company's name and logo on the front. Wild little pieces of hair stuck out from underneath, framing her face which was dusted with flour.
"Looks like you're workin' hard," he said, waving when he spotted you hurrying by behind her.
"It's crazy busy! We've been moving non-stop since we parked!" she exclaimed.
"Well, get ready, 'cause I just brought twenty hungry construction workers," he replied while jutting his chin down the sidewalk where his crew had been carefully walking around piles of snow that had been packed down and pushed around by the feet of holiday shoppers.
"Good timing, 'cause we just got through the lunch rush," she said before straightening up and turning to you and Ellie. "Hey, guys - my dad and his crew are on their way! Want me to drop some chicken in the fryer?"
"Yeah, toss in a tray of breasts and a tray of tenders to get us started," you said, wiping your hands on your apron before turning to Ellie. "And-"
"Yeah, I know, I got the bread out of the oven already."
You grinned and turned to give the three soups of the day a quick stir and did a quick check on the stock of paper products, confirming you were in a good enough spot to take on another wave of business when you heard a woman's voice call your name from the sidewalk, stopping you in your tracks. When you saw it was the reporter you had promised to meet with for the write up she was going to put in the paper, you felt your heart sink.
"Carmen, hi! We're getting another rush, I'm so sorry!" you said while leaning through the window to shake her hand. "Can I get like, twenty minutes?"
"Of course!" Carmen replied. "I have some shopping to do anyway, take your time."
You were in the middle of expressing your thanks when the truck was suddenly bombarded with Joel and Tommy's crew, their deep voices laughing and talking over one another while Ellie began to take some orders at the register. Before you got back to work, you spotted Joel and excitedly waved him over.
"Hey," you grinned as you practically hung half your body out of the window to grab his face and pull him in. He chuckled and leaned up to kiss you, his cold lips pressing against yours and urging them apart so he could slip his tongue inside your mouth.
"Hey! People are tryin' to eat!" Tommy laughed while playfully swatting at Joel's shoulder. You both laughed and pulled apart, too giddy and love drunk on each other to care.
"You're cold," you said after you pulled yourself back inside the truck. "Do you want some coffee?"
"Yes, please," Joel replied, eyes glittering with pride as he watched you move around the truck. When you stretched forward to hand him the cup, you winked and said, "On the house."
"How's the job going?" you asked as you worked on slicing up the bread Ellie had pulled from the oven. Tickets fluttered in front of you and Sarah gave Joel a big smile and wave when she dropped off chicken fresh from the fryer.
"Alright. Glad we're workin' inside today but place ain't rigged for heat yet so we're makin' do," he replied, taking a sip from his cup. "How's business?" he asked, nodding towards the truck. His eyes drifted fondly over the front where you had printed out the menu in huge letters. Every time he saw his daughter's or his wife's names, his throat tightened. You didn't have to name dishes after them, but you did. Practically insisted on it. It made him emotional back then and it continued to make him emotional whenever he saw it.
"Great! I was hoping to capitalize on holiday foot traffic and boy, did I."
Your eyes were glued to your work, chopping and slicing, making sandwiches and wrapping them in paper while scooping out soup from the huge vats behind you and bagging everything with ease.
You were in your element. This was what you were meant to do.
"Joel! Did you order yet or what?" Ellie called from the register.
"He always gets the same thing," Sarah reminded her with a playful hip check. Ellie rolled her eyes and stifled her grin.
"Oh, yeah, duh. You," she said, narrowing her eyes in your direction. You felt your cheeks warm and you smiled but kept your focus on your work.
"You don't always have to order my sandwich, you know," you teased him.
"Now how can you blame me when you taste so damn good?" Joel smirked from the sidewalk, instantly eliciting a groan of disgust from each of the girls.
"He means the sandwich!" you laughed, feeling all flustered and praying your embarrassment didn't show.
"Do I?"
"Joel!" you hissed with wide eyes as Sarah called him gross and Ellie covered her ears. He threw back his head and laughed while you shook your head with a permanent smile stretched across your face.
This is true happiness, you thought. This feeling could never be topped.
Once Joel and his crew ate and slowly disappeared back down the street towards the storefront they were working on, you washed your hands and checked your reflection before stepping out of the truck with your coat draped over your arm. You glanced around the now mildly crowded street, searching for Carmen and smiling when you locked eyes with her a few doors down carrying a couple shopping bags.
"Perfect timing," you said when she was within hearing range. "Thanks again. My boyfriend is working around the corner and brought his entire crew."
"No apology necessary," she replied warmly, then glanced around with a shiver. "Mind if we pop into this coffee shop? Shouldn't take more than half an hour."
You happily agreed and followed her inside the warm café, breathing in deep the scent of cinnamon and smiling to yourself when you heard the faint sound of Christmas carols filtering through the speakers.
Carmen wasted no time. She dove right in, asking you how you came up with the idea for the food truck and then segueing right into the viral video Ellie and Sarah created that got you such a cult following. You explained that Ellie was a friend, leaving out how you met for her own privacy, and how Sarah was Joel's daughter.
"I'm noticing these names are familiar," Carmen said with a smile.
"Yeah, I named sandwiches after important people in my life. It felt like a sweet way to honor them and express my gratitude," you explained. Carmen hummed and reviewed her notes, phone recording quietly on the table between you.
"May I ask, then, who are Mia and Daniel?"
You cleared your throat and gave her a brave smile.
"They're no longer with us," you began. Softly, Carmen murmured, oh, I'm sorry, while scribbling something on her notepad. "It's okay. Daniel was my fiancé. He passed away over a year ago from a car accident. And Mia was Sarah's mom."
Carmen nodded thoughtfully as she continued to write.
"Oh, so you knew Sarah's mom, too?"
"Well, no," you said, "but based on how much Sarah and Joel have told me, it feels like I've met her."
"That's sweet," Carmen said, letting her pen drop on her notepad. "And these sandwiches - do they reflect anything significant about the people they're named after?"
"They do," you replied while straightening in your chair. "I tried to make the sandwiches based on each person's preference. For instance, Mia loved spice, so hers is a fried spicy chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo. Which I find hilarious because neither Joel or Sarah can handle any amount of spice," you said with a soft laugh.
Carmen nodded and laced her fingers together.
"And how about the sandwich named after you?"
"Well, that was the very first one we created and decided should be on the menu," you said. "I hadn't even thought about names yet but the girls convinced me I should name it after myself and I guess they've got a knack for persuasion."
Carmen laughed and you felt your shoulders relax a bit, not even realizing you were tense until that very moment.
"Well, it's incredible, I must say. I was sneaky last week and got one for myself when you were out on Brunswick."
You gasped, feigning dismay and making her laugh.
"Thank you, I'm so happy to hear that," you replied with a wide smile. "It happens to be my boyfriend's favorite, too."
"Joel doesn't order The Joel?" she asked, cocking her eyebrow.
You shook your head and tried to forget his earlier comment when you said, "Guess not. But he helped design The Joel. In fact, he also helped with The Mia. Sarah did, as well."
"That's so lovely to hear," Carmen said softly, pressing her lips together and leaning forward. "I think it's such a wonderful detail, by the way. How the two of you came from relationships that ended in tragedy and managed to find peace and happiness with one another. And to honor your partners in this way is incredible."
"Thank you," you answered. Your chest warmed at her compliment. "Even though I never met Mia, she was important to the people I love the most, and therefore, she's important to me. Joel and Sarah feel the same about Daniel. Grief is a complicated thing, but I like to think I've found a way to live beside it."
Carmen smiled and dropped her gaze to the table. "That's so comforting and reassuring to hear. And an incredible quote to leave me with because it looks like our time is up."
"Quote?" you asked with a tilt to your head.
"I usually like to run a quote from my subject as my byline," Carmen said while she packed up her things. She began to stand and you stopped her.
"Wait - could I give you something else to put as your byline instead?"
She grinned and sat back down before pulling out her phone and pressing a button.
"Of course."
Tumblr media
One Week Later
"You nervous 'bout your mama comin' up?" Joel asked, tugging you closer to his side as you walked up the snowy sidewalk.
"A little," you admitted. "But whatever she ends up thinking doesn't matter. I love you, Joel," you said, tilting your chin up to meet his eye. "I love you and nothing is ever going to change that."
He smiled and gave your lips a quick peck as you rounded the corner, closing in on the nearest grocery store.
"Well, back in my day, I used to be a big hit with a girl's parents."
"Oh, yeah?" you teased.
"Yep. They all loved me. I'm real respectful, you'll see."
You wanted to tell him to just be himself and to not stress about your mother's visit, but you knew there was no use. He was going to do everything possible to win your mother over and while you found it admirable he cared so much, you didn't want him to feel like he needed to make your parents come around. In your several talks with Ryan in therapy, you had come to the conclusion that nobody's approval was needed for you to be happy. It would be nice, sure. It would make holidays and special occasions easier. But nothing was going to change anything between you and Joel.
"Alright, now. Here we go," Joel said excitedly when the automatic doors slid open and you were met with a blast of warm air. You grinned and squeezed his arm while letting him drag you towards the newspapers and magazines. You both scanned the rows of periodicals before Joel spotted it first and grabbed the whole stack. He handed you the extras and eagerly flipped through the pages of the one on top before he paused with a slow smile.
"What? How does it look? What picture did she-"
You cut yourself short when you peered over his shoulder. Your breath hitched and you caught Joel's eye before looking back at the page.
Unbeknownst to you, Carmen and grabbed a quick shot of you leaning out of the food truck to kiss Joel. You were both smiling as snow lightly fell around you, the background highlighted by twinkling Christmas lights and laughing holiday shoppers. It looked like a photograph straight out of a movie: two people finding a quick moment for love in the midst of a busy street.
"You think that's a good enough picture of the two of us?" you asked, looking up at him adoringly, but his focus was on the byline. His eyes kept scanning the words over and over until you swore you saw tears begin to cloud his vision.
"You like it?" you found yourself whispering. He swallowed and nodded, bottom lip quivering before he let the paper drop to his side so he could cup your jaw and pull you in for a kiss.
"I love you," he murmured.
"I love you, too," you said softly against his lips. He gave you one more kiss before he sniffled and opened the paper again so he could reread the words:
This was all made possible because of Daniel, who taught me what true love is, and because of Joel, who showed me love during my darkest days - I owe you everything.

Misunderstanding | idol!Vernon x reader | angst,fluff
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The members were scattered around their hotel suite, relaxing after their final U.S. tour performance. Mingyu was stretched out on the couch, munching on snacks, while Jeonghan leaned back in a chair with a smug look on his face. Vernon, however, sat quietly, staring at his phone.
“Vernon, you’ve been looking at your phone for, like, an hour,” Seungkwan pointed out, throwing a pillow at him. “What’s going on?”
“It’s Y/N,” Vernon muttered, catching the pillow but not looking up.
That immediately got the attention of the room.
Joshua raised an eyebrow. “What about her? You two seemed fine last time you talked.”
“She’s ignoring me,” Vernon admitted, running a hand through his hair. “I’ve been texting and calling, and she hasn’t replied. I don’t know what I did.”
“Maybe you did something without realizing it,” Seungkwan said, leaning forward with interest.
“Or maybe she’s overthinking something and waiting for you to fix it,” Jeonghan added with a grin.
“I didn’t do anything,” Vernon insisted. “At least, I don’t think I did. Everything was fine two days ago.”
“Girls don’t just start ignoring you for no reason,” Jeonghan teased. “Trust me, I know.”
“Just call her and find out,” Joshua suggested.
“Yeah, call her now,” Seungkwan agreed, then smirked. “And put it on speaker so we can hear.”
“What? No,” Vernon said, frowning.
“Come on,” Mingyu chimed in, laughing. “We’re trying to help. If you get stuck, we can tell you what to say.”
“I can’t believe I’m doing this,” Vernon muttered, but he relented, dialing her number and switching the phone to speaker. “If this goes badly, I’m blaming all of you.”
The members immediately leaned in, some trying to stifle laughter as the phone began to ring.
———————————————————————————
Y/N sat on her couch, scrolling through her phone. Her stomach churned as she saw the photo of Vernon and the girl yet again laughing together, looking like they were sharing a private moment. Her phone buzzed in her hand, and her heart skipped a beat when she saw Vernon’s name flash across the screen.
She let it ring a few times before answering, her tone sharp. “What do you want?”
The members collectively winced at her cold tone. Mingyu mouthed, This is bad.
“Y/N,” Vernon said cautiously. “Why have you been ignoring me? Did I do something wrong?”
“Seriously, Vernon?” Y/N snapped, her voice icy. “You don’t know?”
Vernon glanced nervously at the members. Jeonghan gestured for him to keep talking.
“No, I don’t know,” Vernon said honestly.
“Unbelievable,” Y/N muttered, her voice tinged with sarcasm. “Maybe it’s because this—whatever this is—clearly doesn’t mean anything to you.”
Joshua widened his eyes, silently mouthing, Ouch.
“What are you talking about?” Vernon asked, his tone edging toward frustration. “Of course, it means something to me.”
“Oh, does it?” Y/N snapped. “Because it sure doesn’t feel that way. You know what? Forget it. Go hang out with your other girls or whatever.”
The room fell completely silent, every member frozen in place.
“Other girls?” Vernon repeated, bewildered. “What are you talking about? There are no other girls.”
“Right,” Y/N said bitterly. “Not that it matters. We’re not even official, right? You don’t owe me an explanation.”
The words hit Vernon like a punch in the gut. He stared at the phone, momentarily speechless.
Seungkwan broke the silence, whispering loudly, “Say something!”
“Y/N,” Vernon said, his voice softer now. “Why are you saying this? What’s really going on?”
Y/N hesitated, her anger flickering. But instead of explaining, she shook her head. “Goodnight, Vernon.”
She hung up before he could respond.
The room was silent for a beat before Jeonghan whistled low. “That was… rough.”
“What does she mean by ‘other girls’?” Mingyu asked.
“I don’t know,” Vernon said, staring at his phone. “I have no idea what she’s talking about.”
“Well, whatever it is, she’s clearly upset about something,” Joshua said. “You need to figure out what it is before this gets worse.”
———————————————————————————
The airport was bustling as the members prepared to board their flight back to Korea. Vernon was quieter than usual, still turning the conversation over in his mind.
“Hey, Hansol,” Wonwoo said, walking over to him with his phone in hand. “You need to see this.”
Vernon frowned as Wonwoo handed him the phone. On the screen was a picture of him and a girl standing outside. The girl was looking up at him, laughing, while Vernon appeared to be smiling at something she said.
“That’s what Y/N must’ve seen,” Wonwoo explained. “My girlfriend just sent it to me. Apparently, it’s all over Twitter.”
Vernon’s stomach sank. “This is what she was talking about?”
“Probably,” Wonwoo said. “It looks bad out of context. If I didn’t know you, I’d assume it was a date.”
“It wasn’t a date,” Vernon said firmly. “She was just a fan. She asked for an autograph, and I didn’t want to be rude.”
“Well, you need to explain that to Y/N,” Wonwoo said.
———————————————————————————
Y/N wasn’t expecting a knock at her door, and she definitely wasn’t expecting Vernon. When she opened the door, her breath caught.
“Vernon? What are you doing here?”
“We need to talk,” he said, stepping inside.
She crossed her arms defensively. “I don’t think there’s anything to say.”
“Y/N,” Vernon said, his voice firm. “I know why you’re upset. It’s because of that picture, isn’t it?”
Her eyes widened, but she didn’t respond.
“The one of me and that girl,” he continued. “She was just a fan. She asked for an autograph, and I didn’t want to be rude. That’s all it was.”
“You’re serious?” Y/N asked hesitantly.
“Of course, I’m serious,” he said, his tone softening. “I didn’t even know the picture existed until this morning. If I’d known, I would’ve explained everything sooner.”
Her anger began to waver, replaced by guilt. “I just… I saw the picture, and I thought…”
“I get it,” Vernon said gently. “I would’ve felt the same way if it were you.”
Y/N looked down, her voice small. “I’m sorry.”
“I’m sorry too,” Vernon said. “I hate that this made you feel like you don’t mean anything to me. Because you do.”
She looked up at him, her eyes searching his face. “I do?”
“Yeah,” he said with a small smile. “And about what you said on the phone… you’re right. We’re not official. But I want us to be.”
Her breath caught. “You… what?”
“I want to make it official,” he said, stepping closer. Slowly, he reached up, gently tucking a stray strand of her hair behind her ear. His hand lingered on her cheek, his thumb brushing lightly against her skin as he held her gaze. “No more guessing, no more misunderstandings. I want to be with you, Y/N. For real.”
Her lips parted slightly, her emotions written all over her face. Tears welled in her eyes as her heart pounded. She nodded, a soft smile breaking through. “Okay. Let’s make it official.”
Relief and happiness washed over Vernon’s face as he pulled her into his arms, holding her close. The world seemed to fade away in that moment.
As they pulled back from the embrace, Vernon leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead, his lips lingering for a moment. “I’m so glad I have you,” he murmured softly, his voice filled with warmth.
Y/N closed her eyes, her heart feeling lighter than it had in days. “Me too,” she whispered.

thinking of how maybe high school gf probably pushed herself too hard after emmy was born because she kind of reverted back to when charlie was a baby and how she had no help and also taking care of rafe on her own. and rafe obviously doesn’t like that
this is similar to the last ask i answered, but she definitely did - especially as rafe was so busy with work and trying to rebuild the reputation of cameron development. she tried to do everything by herself, always doing her best to manage a bubbly and adventurous charlie with a brand new baby that couldn’t be left alone. she was constantly telling rafe,
“No it’s ok, you need to rest.”
“You have a big meeting tomorrow with the investors, don’t worry about this. I can take care of it.”
rafe was also off the drugs by that time, but when she noticed him start to drink more and more she began to do her best to help him. it didn’t really work, but he did promise her he would set a limit on his drinking. rafe didn’t realise how stressed and overwhelmed she was until he came home from a meeting one day, only to see her sobbing on the bed as she cradled emmy in her arms, the small baby crying non-stop.
“Hey, hey - baby! What’s going on? Are you ok?” he asked, watching her almost not even register his words.
“She won’t stop crying, Rafe! I’ve fed her, and I’ve changed her, and I sang to her and wore her and she just won’t stop and Charlie wants to play in the garden and I need to get your suit ready for tomorrow and the-“
rafe froze as he watched his wife cry, finally realising just how much she had been doing, and that maybe - despite her claims, she wasn’t coping. he felt awful and couldn’t believe he had been too blind to notice her struggling.
“Hey, give her to me, ok? Go take a nice bath, with all those salts and fragrances you like. I’m gonna look after the kids and get everything done,” rafe had commanded.
“No, but-”
“No, baby. You need to relax. You deserve it,” he continued, grabbing emmy from her arms as she looked up at him pitifully, “and ‘m sorry. I should’ve seen that you weren’t ok. I’m gonna do better and be here more often, m’kay? I’m not gonna be like my dad.”
rafe had practically dragged her into the bathroom and closed the door before walking down to the kitchen with his daughter. she had stopped crying after a few moments in her father’s arms (go figure),
“Hey, you’re not being very nice to your mother, you know that?”
rafe had carried out all the tasks he knew were on her list for the evening and even ordered take out for dinner that night, not wanting her to do any more work. he grinned as she wandered down the stairs after an hour, noticing her calmer demeanour,
“Feeling better, baby?”
she gave him a low hum in agreement and he had smiled once more, reaching down to kiss her. his hands ran over her hair, smoothing down the wet strands and admiring his wife.
“I meant what I said. You’re not doing this alone, and if I ever make you feel that way again, tell me. I gotta take care of you - you’re my wife. We’re partners in this shit.”
rafe and high school gf shared a smile and another kiss before turning to the gurgling baby girl in her high chair, her chubby cheeks now smushed full of food. she was the perfect mix of the two of them, and as the couple admired their baby girl, they shared a warm embrace.

CROSSING THE LINE — PART FOUR ♡
paige x azzi
word count: 5.5k
A/N: Alright this chapter is a little shorter than the other one's but the next few will be longer! We finally get to see the outcome of Azzi leaving 🫣. Please keep leaving comments and live reactions, they seriously make my day.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
November 2023
Paige had tried calling Azzi that morning, her fingers hesitating over the screen before she finally pressed the call button. The phone didn’t even ring before going straight to voicemail. She frowned, trying again, only to be met with the same result.
Frustrated but not willing to give up just yet, Paige decided to try Caroline, figuring Azzi might have told her where she was or needed her help if she did go somewhere. But when Caroline answered, her tone was firm, almost apologetic. “Paige, I can’t tell you,” she said. “Azzi asked me not to.”
“Seriously, Caroline?” Paige snapped, her voice sharper than she intended.
Caroline sighed. “Look, I’m sorry. I just… I can’t. You’ll have to wait until she’s ready to talk to you, she just told me she needed to get away.”
Paige ended the call feeling even more irritated, a bitterness creeping into her chest. So she moped around the suite for the rest of the day, her phone always in hand, checking it incessantly. Every notification made her heart jump, only to have her disappointment and hurt settle deeper when she realized it wasn’t Azzi. At one point, desperate to get her mind off of things, Paige tried going to the gym. She pushed herself through a far too intense workout, hoping the burn in her muscles with each set would drown out the ache she felt in her chest, but it barely made a dent in her mood.
By the next day, when she still hadn’t heard from Azzi, her frustration had morphed into something darker. She didn’t want to admit how much it hurt—how much Azzi’s absence left her feeling hollow and unsettled—so she did what she always did when she didn’t want to deal with her emotions.
She found someone else.
The girl showed up that evening, and while Paige went through the motions, it was different this time. Her actions were almost mechanical, her words borderline cold. She made it clear from the beginning that this was just for sex, no strings attached, and she stuck to it. When they were done, there was no lingering, no casual conversation, no pretending like she would call her. Paige stood up from the bed and handed the girl her clothes without hesitation.
“You can go now,” she said casually, her tone devoid of any warmth, of any emotion at all for that matter.
The girl looked taken aback, but Paige didn’t care. By the time the door clicked shut behind the stranger, Paige was already strolling into the common area, her expression unreadable, acting as if nothing had happened.
This pattern repeated over the next two days, Paige’s encounters becoming increasingly detached and transactional. She barely even looked at the girls as they left, her mind elsewhere entirely.
Wherever Azzi had gone, the damage would already be done by the time she got back. Paige’s hurt had hardened into something sharper, and she wasn’t sure if she was angrier at Azzi for leaving or at herself for caring so much that she did.
Azzi stepped into the suite late Monday night, three days after she had left, with her bag slung over one shoulder and a determined expression on her face. She was tired from traveling back from wherever she had been, but the weariness didn’t dill her resolve. She needed to talk to Paige.
The sound of buttons being furiously pressed drew her attention to the couch, where Ice sat with her headphones on, deeply engrossed in the game in front of her. Azzi gave her a small nod as Ice looked up.
“Hey,” Ice greeted, briefly pausing the game.
“Hey,” Azzi replied, as she glanced toward Paige’s closed door.
Ice noticed the look on Azzi’s face and raised an eyebrow but didn’t say anything at first. Azzi turned away, heading straight for Paige’s door. Her hand was already on the knob, ready to open it without knocking—something she’d done a hundred times before.
“I wouldn’t,” Ice said kind of frantically, her voice cutting through the quiet.
Azzi paused, glancing over her shoulder with a confused frown. “What?”
Ice leaned back on the couch, her game forgotten for the moment, and gave Azzi a serious look. “Just… trust me. Knock.”
Azzi hesitated, the unfamiliar warning sending a feeling of unease through her. Still, she trusted Ice enough to take her advice. So with a quick exhale, she knocked on the door.
For a few moments, there was only silence as she waited. Then the door swung open abruptly, and Azzi found herself face-to-face with Paige for the first time in days.
Paige stood in the doorway, her expression unreadable, almost stoic. The usual warmth in her blue eyes was replaced by a cold detachment that sent a pang of guilt through Azzi’s chest. Azzi opened her mouth to speak, but before she could get a word out, her gaze shifted past Paige to the girl lying on her bed.
The girl was half-covered by a blanket, her hair messy and her body language far too comfortable. When the sight hit Azzi she  immediately felt like she was about to throw up and whatever words she’d been about to say died in her throat as she just stood there.
Paige’s expression didn’t change, her blank eyes meeting Azzi’s as if daring her to react. “What?” Paige asked flatly, her voice devoid of emotion.
Azzi’s mouth opened, but nothing came out. Her hurt was too sharp, too raw to translate into words. Instead, she just stood there, stunned and speechless
Paige scoffed, the sound harsh and dismissive, and without waiting for a response, she slammed the door in Azzi’s face.
Azzi stared at the closed door, still lingering as if she could somehow push through the moment. But the sight of Paige's expression and the girl on her bed played on a loop in her mind, each replay cutting deeper.
Ice watched the whole thing but didn’t say a word. She just watched Azzi, her usually teasing demeanor replaced by quiet concern. As Azzi turned away from the door, Ice’s gaze followed her retreat, but she made no move to intervene.
Azzi walked past Ice without meeting her eyes, her shoulders stiff, her thoughts racing with everything she had planned to say but couldn’t. Ice let her go, sinking back into the couch with a sigh, silently bracing herself for whatever fallout was brewing between the two.
The tension that had settled between Paige and Azzi after that wasn’t just a passing thing. It was a slow burn, spreading through every practice and team event. For the past week and a half, everyone witnessed the shift. Nothing overly dramatic, nothing that caused an outright scene, but something was different. The chemistry that once seemed unshakable between Paige and Azzi had been replaced with an uncomfortable distance, one that made even the simplest things feel like obstacles.
Nika and Aubrey worked tirelessly with one another in practice to offset the forced movements, calling plays and adjusting to shifts in defense. But the connection between Paige and Azzi was broken. The fluidity they had once shared was absent, and the team could feel it.
It wasn’t just the lack of contact between them at practice; it was the silence that filled the space between each word they exchanged. When Geno called out instructions or made them do something together, their responses were clipped, their focus seemingly more on avoiding the other than executing the plays.
Some of the team tried to pry, casual questions about how things were going between them, but each attempt was quickly shut down. Paige would just brush it off clipped comments that were emotionless, and Azzi wouldn’t say anything, simply turning away, her usual warmth replaced with a wall that many of them hadn’t seen before.
It wasn’t that Paige didn’t care—it was that she cared too much. She just didn’t know how to express it. She couldn’t even look at Azzi without feeling the ache in her chest, the gnawing sense of loss that had taken root after that morning when she woke up alone with no explanation. So, she continued to fill the void, as she always had. She barely even noticed the girls anymore, but she kept bringing them around, hoping that doing something, anything, might help drown out the silence between her and Azzi and stop the thoughts from swirling in her head.
She couldn’t quite articulate why she did it to the few teammates that asked—it wasn’t because she was interested in any of them and she definitely didn’t get anything from the exchanges. It was just that they provided a brief distraction her mind clawed at in desperation to ease the dullness she was feeling through her entire body.
Each time Paige came home with a new girl in tow, Azzi’s irritation only deepened. She would be on the couch or in the kitchen, trying her best to remain composed, but the moment Paige walked through the door, it was as if the air shifted. Azzi’s eyes would narrow, her jaw tightening, and if she was already sitting, her posture would become rigid. Sometimes, if she was on the couch, she’d roll her eyes so dramatically that it seemed painful, the silent judgment lingering between them. She’d scoff under her breath, but never utter a word to Paige, as if silence alone could speak louder than anything she could say. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to confront Paige; it was just that the words never came.
The hurt was so clearly written on Azzi’s face every time, but Paige couldn’t bring herself to acknowledge it. Her own heart was in too much turmoil to even care about whatever Azzi was feeling. The silence, while deafening, was easier than facing the rawness of everything they’d both been avoiding.
One morning, after another night spent at a girl’s house—another night of doing absolutely nothing this time around—Paige walked back into the suite, hoping to slip in unnoticed. Azzi was already in the kitchen, a mug of coffee in hand. She didn’t look up when the door clicked open, but the second Paige stepped inside, Azzi’s voice cut through the stillness.
“Nice at least you had the decency to actually stay the night with this one.” Azzi’s words were sharp, her tone biting.
The comment hit Paige like a jab to the ribs, the weight of the unspoken accusation hanging in the air between them. She froze in the doorway for a moment, the anger building in her chest before she exhaled sharply, her eyes narrowing.
Paige’s voice was cold, her usual tone with Azzi these days. “You don’t really get to speak about that, considering your history Azzi.”
Azzi’s eyes snapped up, her expression twisted in confusion and irritation. “What the hell are you talking about?” she shot back. “I’m not the one who’s sleeping with the entire campus.”
Paige scoffed, the sound bitter as she shook her head. “Niice let’s pull the whole Paige sleeps around card” she muttered, voice dripping with sarcasm. “Whatever Azzi.”
Without another word, she turned on her heel and walked into her room, slamming the door behind her, the sound echoing through the quiet apartment.
The silence that followed was harsh, until the faint shuffle of footsteps broke it. Ice stepped out of her room, brow furrowed as she took in the tension that had been hanging in the air. She glanced between Azzi and the door to Paige’s room, clearly concerned.
“What happened?” Ice asked, her voice low, but carrying the weight of her worry.
Azzi didn’t even look up, her gaze fixed on the empty space in front of her. “Nothing. Just another day,” she said, brushing off Ice’s question, trying to sound indifferent.
Ice crossed her arms, clearly not buying it. “Azzi, come on. I heard the door slam. That’s not ‘nothing.’ What’s really going on?”
Azzi exhaled sharply. “Ice it’s nothing I want to talk about, alright? Just drop it.”
Ice, who had spent days walking on eggshells around the two of them, wasn’t having it this time. She stepped forward, her expression soft but firm. “Look, Azzi, I get it. You two are in a rough spot right now. But I’m telling you, whatever you did to her you need to fix it.”
Azzi’s chest tightened at the implied accusation. She lifted her head, her tone defensive. “Why are you assuming I’m the problem here? I didn’t do anything wrong.”
Ice’s gaze softened, but her voice remained steady. “Look, I'm not trying to accuse you of anything. I’m just putting two and two together Az. Paige was the one drowning herself in drinks that night. I had to basically carry her up the stairs when we got here. The next morning she came looking for you and she’s been like this since then…so.”
Azzi’s jaw clenched as the words sank in, but she didn’t let herself show how much they were affecting her. “I don’t know what you’re talking about, Ice,” she muttered, eyes diverting from Ice’s gaze.
Ice let out a soft sigh, her frustration giving way to genuine concern. “Azzi You might not see it because you’re pissed at her right now or whatever, but you know Paige is the sweetest most selfless person we know. But whatever happened that night... it turned her into someone I don’t even recognize anymore. She just looks so sad or angry all the time and the few times she does crack a smile at someone it seems forced and out of obligation. That’s bigger than whatever argument you two are having. So please just fix it.”
Azzi’s breath hitched at Ice’s words, and for a moment, she felt a flicker of guilt and doubt about what she should be feeling. But she quickly shut it down, unwilling to listen, unwilling to accept that maybe she had played a part in all of this. Her mind set on her version of events. “Like I said, it’s not my fault,” she said sharply, as though trying to convince herself.
Ice’s voice grew softer, really trying to get through to Azzi. “You know Paige would do anything for you. She’d turn the whole damn world upside down if it meant you would be happy, and I know you know that because you teased her about it all the damn time. But right now whatever is going on, whatever happened I can tell she feels like you’re just... another person she’s lost and you know how she gets in her head about stuff like that Azzi.”
Azzi froze at Ice’s words, her heart beating harder in her chest. A part of her wanted to believe it. A part of her knew just how much she meant to Paige, But the bitterness inside her that had to watch Paige go back to sleeping around with random girls like it was nothing refused to let go. So she shook her head, a hard look in her eyes. “Paige treats me like every other girl she gets bored with, Ice. I doubt she’s as broken up about us not talking as you think.”
Ice didn’t even react to Azzi’s words. She had seen enough to know that they weren’t true. “Come on, you don’t even believe that,” she said, her tone calm but pointed. “You know exactly how she feels–you’re just not ready to admit it.”
Azzi didn’t respond. Instead, she let out a small, frustrated sigh and walked toward her room, shutting the door behind her without another word.
Even though Paige and Azzi weren’t in the best place—both of them carrying an unmistakable anger toward one another—they still cared about each other more than anything in the world. It was like they were tethered by an invisible string, a constant pull that neither could escape. No matter how far they drifted, they always came back, surfacing for a quick breath of air when they knew the other needed it most before going back under.
That’s why, when Azzi’s birthday rolled around, Paige couldn’t bring herself to ignore it. She knew how much Azzi had been dreading this day. They spent hours talking about it one day during the summer, the time where they would spend everyday getting to know one another. Azzi was spending her birthday without her family for the first time. So it didn’t matter how hurt, angry, and confused Paige was; she couldn’t let the day pass without doing something.
Azzi stepped into her room, the quiet stillness pressing against her in a way she hadn’t expected. Birthdays had always been bittersweet, but this one felt heavier—emptier. She had tried not to think about it all day, pushing the pang of loneliness aside. No family. No big celebration. Just another busy day of her telling the team she didn't want to celebrate.
Her gaze drifted toward her bed, and she stopped in her tracks. Sitting squarely on her pillow was a small, carefully wrapped box. The wrapping paper—adorned with the smiling faces of Elsa and Olaf—brought an involuntary laugh to her lips, soft and tinged with nostalgia. She knew instantly who it was from.
The memory of forcing Paige to watch Frozen—not once, but maybe 10 or so times—brought a bittersweet ache to Azzi’s chest. With a shaky breath, she walked over, picking up the box. The wrapping wasn’t perfect, corners slightly crumpled, but it was clearly Paige’s best effort. Azzi ran her fingers over it, a sad smile creeping onto her face.
She sat down on the bed, careful as she tore open the paper. Inside was a small jewelry box. When she opened it, her breath caught in her throat. Nestled in the box was a beautiful silver heart pendant, simple yet elegant, glinting softly in the light from her room.
Azzi’s fingers traced the smooth surface of the heart, her thoughts inevitably drifting to Paige. The way she smiled, the way she laughed, even the way she annoyed her most days– every detail of the blonde seemed to live in this small necklace. But her attention was soon drawn to the card that also rested on her pillow. Her chest tightened as she opened it, already bracing herself for what was inside.
The handwriting was unmistakably Paige’s—slightly messy but deliberate ‘Happy Birthday Az.’ But what truly made her breath hitch were all the signatures and words around. They were all from every single member of her family.
Tears welled up in Azzi’s eyes as she read the words they had written, her vision blurring. Paige had somehow managed to reach out to Azzi’s family—miles away—and have them all sign the card. She couldn’t even fathom how much effort Paige must have put into this, knowing how much it would mean to her.
A single tear slid down her cheek, followed by another, until they came freely. She clutched the card to her chest, her emotions unraveling as she whispered into the empty room, “God, Paige… why can’t you just let me hate you for a minute.”
In that moment, all the pain, the distance, the walls they’d built between them seemed to crumble just a little. Even when they weren’t talking, Paige had cared enough to remind Azzi she wasn’t alone. With trembling hands, Azzi unclasped the necklace and slipped it around her neck, fastening it securely. The weight of it against her skin was both comforting and overwhelming. And that, more than anything, left Azzi completely destroyed.
Despite this, the silence that lingered between them stayed the same. Both of them were experiencing feelings they had never felt before and couldn't find it in themselves to talk to one another. No words seemed like enough to express just how broken each of them were, just how much they both felt.
There was a hesitance that lingered between them, like an invisible wall neither knew how to break down. Pride? Fear? Hurt? Maybe all of it at once. Conversations that used to flow so naturally now felt like a daunting task, weighed down by all the unsaid feelings and misunderstood actions.
So, Paige and Azzi continued to exist in the same space, but their silence had become the loudest thing between them. The atmosphere in the apartment wasn’t as heavy but it still lingered and they both bore it in their own way. Paige had stopped bringing girls home, though it wasn’t out of any sense of compromise—more like resignation. They didn’t hold her attention, and it was more draining than anything to sit there and pretend to listen to whatever it was they had to say. The season kept her occupied, and though UConn had won their first two games, the chemistry between the players was strained. And it was clear to everyone—especially Paige and Azzi—that they were capable of so much more.
Then came the third game.
Despite the fact that UConn had won, Azzi played a game far beneath her usual standard. Missed shots. Bad decisions. A lack of the confidence that had once been her trademark. It wasn’t a total collapse, but it was jarring to watch it unfold. And everyone could feel it. The team had pulled through, but Azzi’s performance lingered in the air, like an unspoken question no one could answer.
Back in their shared suite, Azzi was isolated. She’d retreated to her room after the game, a rare moment when she didn’t have the usual fire in her eyes. The slow loss of her confidence throughout the game had been too much to handle, and as she scrolled through social media, the criticism rained down on her. The comments, the posts, the critiques—they all hit harder than they should have. The self-doubt crept in, overwhelming her. She knew she was better than this. She knew she could do better—but tonight, it felt like the world was telling her she couldn’t.
Paige, knowing exactly how much Azzi struggled with this kind of pressure knew Azzi would internalize it all, even when she shouldn't. So Once again coming up for a breath of fresh air even with the silence that lingered between them, Paige silently made her way to Azzi’s room, her hand reaching to open the door.
When she stepped inside, the sight of Azzi laying on her bed with her phone in hand, eyes red-rimmed and filled with tears, knocked the air out of her chest. Paige didn’t say a word. She simply moved toward Azzi, gently taking the phone out of her hand. Azzi didn’t fight her, didn’t protest, her hands too weak to stop Paige’s gentle movements. Paige locked the phone and set it aside before crawling under the covers next to her.
Azzi didn’t immediately respond. She kept her distance, staring at the pillow, her breathing shallow. Paige hesitated for just a moment before she carefully pulled Azzi on top of her, guiding her head to her chest. It was an unfamiliar gesture—but the silent bond they shared, the deep connection that tethered them to one another, made it feel like home the moment Azzi rested her head on Paige’s chest. Paige rubbed slow, soothing circles on Azzi’s back, her hand tracing over the familiar patterns as Azzi finally gave in, burying her face deep against Paige’s chest as the tears began to flow freely.
The silence between them was thick, but it wasn’t empty. It was filled with everything they couldn’t say. Azzi’s emotions—about the game, about herself, about everything she had been holding in—poured out in the form of quiet sobs. Paige didn’t speak. She didn’t need to. She just held her, feeling the warmth of Azzi’s body pressing against hers, reminding her of everything they still had, everything they could have.
As the time ticked by, Paige continued rubbing soothing circles on Azzi’s back, her touch slow and steady. The tension in Azzi’s body began to fade, her cries growing softer with each passing second. Paige could feel the weight lifting from Azzi’s shoulders, even if just a little, as she finally started to relax. Eventually, Azzi’s breathing evened out, slow and steady, and before long, the crying ceased altogether. The silence in the room deepened, and Paige felt Azzi’s body become still in her arms.
When Paige finally realized that Azzi had fallen asleep, her breath soft against Paige’s neck. Paige hesitated, a portion of her brain not wanting to disturb her, the other portion loving the way Azzi felt against her chest. But as much as she wanted to stay, to keep holding Azzi and never let go, she knew she had to leave. Slowly, carefully, Paige tried to extricate herself from Azzi’s grasp.
As she moved, Azzi, still in a deep sleep, unconsciously gripped onto Paige’s shirt, her hand clutching the fabric tightly, as if trying to keep her there. This made Paige’s heart ache. She could feel the pull of Azzi’s need, but as much as it hurt to tear herself away, Paige knew she couldn’t stay.
With a quiet sigh, Paige gently unwrapped Azzi’s hand from her shirt, and though every part of her wanted to stay in that bed, stay in that moment with Azzi, she slowly slipped out from under the covers. She stood beside the bed for a moment, looking down at Azzi’s peaceful face, before leaning down and placing a soft kiss on Azzi’s forehead. It was a kiss full of tenderness and care, an unspoken promise that, no matter how broken they were, there was still something between them that could be fixed.
She pulled away, her heart aching, and shut the door softly behind her.
As Paige walked toward her room, she caught sight of Ice standing in the hallway, her eyes immediately locking with Paige’s. The concern in Ice’s gaze was unmistakable, but it was the sadness in Paige’s blue eyes that struck her the hardest. Ice saw it. She saw how badly Paige was hurting, even if Paige was trying to hide it.
Without saying a word, Ice opened her arms, a silent offer of comfort. Paige hesitated for a moment, her chest tightening, before she reluctantly stepped into the embrace. She forced herself to hold it together, unwilling to break down in front of anyone. She stayed still, but her arms were stiff, her mind racing with all the things she wanted to say to Azzi, but couldn’t.
Eventually, Paige pulled back, the hug lingering just a moment longer than she wanted, and gave Ice a weak smile, barely more than a fleeting, pained expression. Without another word, she walked past Ice, retreating into the quiet of her room.
After that night, the silence between Paige and Azzi clearly wasn’t one of anger anymore. It was much softer, filled with longing, a quiet understanding that neither of them could fully name. They missed each other.
It started off slow. It went from both of them keeping their doors shut all day to them leaving them open. They would sit in the common area, not speaking, but neither one of them moving to leave. It was as if the space between them was hanging on a delicate balance, each of them too cautious to disturb it.
Paige would catch glimpses of Azzi absentmindedly playing with the necklace she had given her, the one she only took off for games and practices now. It was a small gesture that spoke volumes. Every time Paige saw it, a slight smile would tug at her lips.
They both had waved the white flag, they just didn’t know how to break the silence.
Paige now sat on the edge of Nika’s bed, her hands pressed into her lap, fingers twitching with restless energy. She couldn’t meet Nika’s eyes, even as her twin studied her with a knowing gaze as she was trying to get Paige to finally talk about what happened.
“Paige,” Nika said again softly, her voice a calm counterpoint to the hecticness that had been brewing inside of Paige. “I know something’s been bothering you. It’s been weeks, just talk to me so we can figure it out.”
Paige just shrugged, eyes flicking to the window as if the answer could be found in the dull gray light outside. “It’s nothing. I’m fine, Nika.”
But Nika wasn’t convinced. Besides Azzi she knew Paige better than anyone, knew the signs when Paige was holding something in. This wasn’t the usual “I’m fine.” This was different—subdued, like Paige was a thread stretched too thin, about to break.
“Paige,” Nika insisted, her voice softer now, “stop shutting me out. I can tell something’s been going on with you. We’ve been through too much together for you to hide it from me.”
Paige’s lips pressed into a thin line, her eyes darting to the floor. There was a tremor in her chest, and she fought to keep it contained. She wasn’t ready to talk, wasn’t ready to let anyone see the cracks in her armor just yet.
Nika didn’t push too hard, but she didn’t let up either. She sat down next to Paige, close enough that the warmth of her body was a quiet comfort. “Come on,” Nika coaxed, her voice gentle but insistent. “You don’t have to talk about it if you don’t want to, but you’re not fooling anyone anymore. Definitely even me.”
Paige exhaled sharply, then, almost as if the words had been building up in her chest for too long, she whispered, “We slept together.”
Nika blinked, not sure if she’d heard her correctly. She tilted her head, voice steady but curious. “What? Who?”
Paige’s gaze snapped to the floor, her throat tightening as she repeated it, a little louder this time. “Azzi. Me and Azzi…we slept together.”
Nika absorbed the words, the weight of them sinking in slowly. She had seen the chemistry between Paige and Azzi for a while now, had seen the way they glanced at each other, the quiet touches when they thought no one was watching. It wasn’t surprising, exactly, but hearing Paige admit it was different.
“I... I don’t know what to say,” Nika said, voice soft but not judgmental. “Why is that a bad thing? It should be good, right?”
The question hung in the air, and that was when it happened. A single tear, slow and hesitant, escaped from Paige’s eye, tracing a path down her cheek; because yes, it should’ve been good. It should’ve been amazing. Paige’s hand instinctively went to her face, as if trying to catch the tear, but she couldn’t stop it. She felt it—felt everything—the confusion, the hurt, the abandonment all spilling over in that one small, silent tear.
Paige’s chest tightened, her breath catching as her walls finally crumbled in the quiet of Nika’s room. “She was gone the next day,” she whispered, her voice cracking. The words felt like rocks in her mouth, heavy and painful. “She... she just left me. When I woke up, she was gone.”
The floodgates opened then, the words pouring out faster than she could contain them. Her shoulders shook as another tear slipped free, and then another, until the tears were flowing in uninvited yet unstoppable. Paige’s chest heaved as the weight of it continued to press down on her, the pain she had been holding in finally spewing out.
Nika didn’t say anything at first. She simply reached out, pulling Paige into her arms with a tenderness that only she could offer.
“It’ll be okay, twin,” Nika whispered, her voice barely audible. “It’ll be okay.”
Paige couldn’t answer. She could only let herself break, the sobs wracking her body as Nika held her close, whispering assurances over and over again. The comfort of Nika’s arms right now was the only thing that kept Paige from completely losing herself to the turmoil inside her, she missed Azzi so much.
After a while she fell asleep in Nika’s bed, the weight of her emotions finally easing in the stillness of the room.
Nika didn’t disturb her. She let Paige sleep, knowing how much she needed the rest. After a few minutes, Nika gently moved away from the bed, making sure not to wake her. She grabbed a piece of paper from the nearby desk and scribbled down a quick note:
Wanted to let you sleep. Text me if you need anything. I'll be around. -Twin
With a soft sigh, Nika placed the note on the pillow next to Paige before she quietly exited the room.
The rest of the suite felt too quiet as Nika walked to the common area, her mind racing trying to figure out how to fix the situation. She needed to do something. There was only so much she could do by offering comfort. She needed to handle the bigger picture.
She pulled out her phone, her fingers moving with purpose. Within seconds, she created a group chat with the rest of the team, making sure Paige and Azzi weren’t included. The message was simple:
Team meeting in 20 minutes. Can’t be in my suite.

The police still couldn’t figure out what happened on the final night of Halloween horror nights. It’s been a month and the gruesome murders were still unsolved and left everyone scratching their head. The police took the right measures, they taped off the crime scene for weeks on end, rewatched the CCTV footage, and questioned the crew and attendees.
But they came up empty-handed.
They couldn’t figure out who committed the crime or why they did it.
But she knew.
When she was questioned, the police showing up at her door with her discarded tweed purse, she lied and said she didn’t see anything. Claimed she barely remembers that night due to the alcohol she consumed on the premises.
She knew it was wrong to lie to authority, to take away the possibility of a grieving family to finally have peace and to know the killer is behind bars. She knew if anyone found out what she did they would call her insane and probably throw her six feet under a jail - She didn’t want that.
She was lying to cover her own ass and the nameless killers, and she’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Especially if it meant they would continue watching her.
It was only a couple of days after that night when she felt as if she was being watched. She had just gotten out of the shower and walked into her bedroom to put on her pajamas when she noticed the clothes were on the floor.
That isn't where she left them.
She vividly remembered placing them neatly at the foot of her bed, folded and ready to throw on. Now they were thrown onto the floor in a mess, and her panties were missing.
Fear should have settled into her body, but instead, she proceeded to get dressed right in front of the open window.
With that being said, she went about her life as if nothing happened, as if she wasn't being stalked by two psychopaths.
Her routine never changed.
Weeks had gone by, minutes, hours - two months to be exact. She had given up the little bit of hope that those two would make an appearance. Honestly, she had forgotten about them until a Christmas party had gone wrong.
Her friends had forced her to attend, shoving her into a powder blue satin dress and a pair of silver heels to match. soon, she was at the party, standing in the corner with a frown on her face.
She wasn't having a good time. Her friends had ditched her as soon as they made it to the club, this guy who was completely wasted wouldn't leave her alone, and she was hot.
Deciding that she was over it and needed some air, she found her friends and told them she was leaving. She walked away, ignoring their drunken protests, and pulled out her phone, attempting to order an Uber.
It seemed like she didn't have any luck, the cellular device having no type of signal. With a huff she begins walking down the street, not noticing the two people following her.
"This is so stupid! This is the last time I let them drag me to a dumb party an-" A small scream escapes her mouth as she's pushed into an alley, her phone falling from her hands. Her body collides with a trash can, preventing her from falling into the muddy puddles of water from the melted snow.
She's soon shoved against the wall, the streetlamps casting a shadow over her attacker's face. She didn't need lights to know who the person was, the rancid smell of alcohol was enough.
It was the same man from the party, he had followed her out.
"What the fuck is wrong with you?! Get off of me!" She shouts in annoyance, trying to push him off. It was odd, the way she was completely sober and had better coordination should have given her the strength to push him away. But to no avail, he proceeded to force himself upon her, slurring his words in the process.
Just as his hand goes up her dress, he's yanked away and tackled to the ground, her savior immediately throwing punches.
She stays frozen against the wall, too shocked to even register what's happening.
A glimmer of light snaps her back into reality.
She watches as her savior raises his arm, a knife in hand.
She watches as the blade is plunged into her attacker's chest, his screams slowly drowning out as he chokes on his own blood. She watches her savior continuously bring the knife down, not stopping until he's satisfied.
His actions begin to slow, his breathing heavy as he slumps back, staring at the lifeless body underneath him.
She takes a hesitant step forward, freezing when her savior turns to her.
She already knew, but the mask adorning his face confirmed it.
Her savior was the same man from that night, the same masked man who was ready to kill her before being scared away by his partner in crime.
His wild and deranged eyes soften as they connect with hers, his breathing calming down.
They say nothing, the only sound being heard is the flurries of snow rushing past them.
She slowly approaches, holding her hand out before speaking softly, "Come on, let's go."
He looks down at her hand before standing up, towering over her. He points towards her discarded phone, his silence-speaking words. She nods and rushes over to her phone, bending down to grab it. She huffs seeing the cracked screen, cursing out the dead man in her head. Just as she begins to wipe the phone off, she hears a loud bang.
She whips around and sees both the masked savior and the dead body gone, her brows slowly creasing.
Where did they go? How did they disappear so quick?
Her thoughts are interrupted by a hand landing on her shoulder. She jumps in surprise and turns around to see the masked savior in front of her.
"Jesus Christ, " she covers her chest as her heart begins to beat quickly. She swears she heard him snicker softly, but before she could question him, he wrapped his hand around her arm and dragged her down the street.
In reality, she knows she should be scared and questioning him, but she stays silent, allowing him to guide her to wherever they are going. They soon arrive in front of a beat-up pickup truck, parts of the car rusting as snow sits in the bed.
He opens the passenger door and looks at her expectantly. She peers inside the truck, noticing the mess inside. The cans of Pepsi discarded on the floor, the wrappers from candy, the smell of cigarettes, and most importantly,
The small bloodstains on the seats.
She looks back at him, noticing the soft look in his eyes.
"You want me to get in?"
He nods, still refusing to speak.
"Are you taking me home?"
He nods once more.
"Do you know where I live?"
He tenses, the grip he has on her arm tightening. It's almost as if he's scared, scared of being caught for stalking. Scared she's going to scream, run away, reject him.
She snickers softly seeing the fear in his eyes, it's a bit ironic.
She says nothing, simply climbing into the truck and buckling herself in.
"Come on, I miss my bed."
With that, he closes the door and climbs into the car himself, quickly starting the engine and driving off. She watches silently as he drives down familiar streets, having driven down them herself whenever she's on her way home.
The car ride was filled with silence, it wasn't tense if anything, it was calming, the both of them relaxed.
They soon arrive and he kills the engine, staring straight ahead out the window. She turns to him, hoping to catch a glimpse of his face behind the mask.
"Thank you for helping me," she says softly. He gives a curt nod, his hands still placed on the wheel.
"Did you want to come in?" His head whips to her, his eyes holding confusion. She smirks, enjoying the hesitancy and confusion in his eyes.
" Come on, you've been inside anyway. Might as well come in with an invitation this time."
He huffs behind the mask but follows her actions in unbuckling the seat belt and climbing out of the car.
They walk inside the house, the girl kicking off the annoying heels and throwing her keys in the bowl on the stand. She walks to her bedroom, smiling to herself as she hears his sluggish footsteps behind her. She throws herself onto her bed, flipping onto her back and propping herself up with her elbows.
She looks him up and down curiously, attempting to familiarize herself with him again.
"How come you wear a mask?"
Like always, he says nothing, refusing to even glance in her direction. She pushes herself off the bed and approaches him, cornering him. No words are spoken between the two as she presses herself against him, his breathing speeding up. With a slow and steady hand, she trails it up his arm, her fingers soon fanning out against his chest.
She goes to touch the edge of the mask, but she's stopped by his hand firmly grasping her wrist.
He looks scared.
Despite the tight grip he has on her, she continues with her actions. Her fingers grip the edge of the mask, slowly pulling it off of his face.
He quickly turns his head, his hair falling in front of his face. She gently turns him back towards her, their eyes connecting as her fingers dance across the scar on his cheek.
"O-one hun-hundred and fif-fifteen times...."
A shocked expression makes its way onto her face. He spoke, he finally spoke, and the first thing he decided to say was a number.
"W-what?" She questions in confusion, raking her brain for what the number could mean.
"Th-the man....I sta-stabbed him one hun-dred and f-fifteen times."
She's shocked by the confession.
She didn't know a lot about murder, only having seen it and heard about it in movies and TV shows, but she knew it took a lot of energy and anger to stab someone that amount of times - He did it for her.
It was sick, it was twisted, and yet, it attracted her.
"Let me thank you," she mumbles, her hand leaving his face and trailing down his chest, soon finding its place over his crotch. She begins to palm him, watching his breathing grow harsh, their eyes still connected. A small whimper leaves his mouth, and she breaks out into a grin - his moans were so pretty, so soft,
Submissive.
She sinks to her knees, both of her hands working at his belt, soon throwing it to the floor. Her mouth waters as she pulls his pants down, his cock slapping his abdomen.
It was pretty, just like him.
It was long and thick, and had a bright red tip that matched his chapped lips. There was a vein running up the side that she knew would feel euphoric when sliding against her spongy walls.
He bucks his hips softly as she wraps her hand around his shaft, pulling it towards her mouth. She opens her mouth and allows a wad of spit to trickle out, landing directly on his tip. Her thumb swipes over the tip as she moves the spit around, starting to jerk him off.
His moans and whimpers are kitten-like, despite his horrific and brutal demeanor, he was like putty in her hands.
She enjoys the way his body relaxes against the door, his head thrown back and his mouth open as he pants softly. She kitten licks his tip before taking him fully in her mouth. His rough and calloused hands fly to her head, grabbing the strands of hair and forcing her to take him deeper.
She gags around him, tears forming in her eyes as she opens her mouth wider, but she keeps going. She bobs her head up and down, making sure to hum and fondle his balls in the process.
His moans and groans grow louder, and his actions become more dominant. It was like a switch was flipped in his head, his hips starting to slam against her face.
He shows no mercy as he fucks her face, his dick reaching so far down her throat and giving her no chance to breathe. Her actions of gratitude had quickly become sloppy, the mixture of spit and precum coating her chin and falling down to her chest.
There were even bubbles of the mixture forming, popping every time her nose hit his happy trail.
She manages to look up at him, her mascara tears and glossy eyes making her look so damaged yet innocent - It drives him over the edge.
He quickly pulls out of her mouth and releases all over her face, enjoying the way she gasps in shock.
It's like his body is on autopilot, nothing but excitement and adrenaline controlling his actions. His hand wraps around her throat, lifting her to her feet with ease. Their lips instantly mesh together, swapping spit as they hastily make out. She moans into the kiss as he tightens his grip on her throat, the wetness in her panties only growing. She could feel the sticky fluid in between her folds every time she clenched her thighs - She was aching for him to touch her.
He suddenly pulls away from the kiss and begins to lick his own semen off of her face, his eyes rolling back. She moaned at his erotic actions, the way his soft and spongy muscle glided over her cheek. She could smell the faint mixture of cigarettes on his breath, but she found herself not caring.
Suddenly, she's pushed away from him, her body colliding with the mattress. It all happens so quick, the way her powder blue dress is ripped into pieces, her soaked panties following.
He was like a rabid, feral dog, ready to take what he wanted and she was just as excited.
Her jaw drops and her back arches as he shoves his length inside of her, reaching to the deepest hilt. Much like his partner in crime, he stretched her out perfectly, her aching walls sucking him in and not letting him go. The bedframe bangs against the wall with each ferocious thrust, items falling off her nightstand due to the shaking.
He shoves his face into the crevice of her neck, his teeth sinking into the soft skin. He proceeds with his actions, the marking of his teeth covering her whole chest along with her breasts - Blood is drawn in certain areas.
It's an overwhelming amount of pleasure, so overwhelming that she can't even keep her eyes open nor hold him. Her arms lay flat by her head, her eyes clenched shut as her mouth remains open.
Her eyes fly open when her head whips to the side, the same hand that slapped her wrapping around her throat, squeezing tightly.
He's heaving like a dog, his pants mixed with groans, making him sound like a beast.
She weakly grabbed at his wrist, trying to ease the pressure on her throat, but it was no use. She had become lightheaded from the pleasure and lack of air.
She was close to passing out, but she was also close to reaching her orgasm, it was just a matter of which one she would experience first.
"You're going to kill her, ease up on the choking."
Her blurry eyes dart to the bedroom door, a choked gurgle escaping her mouth when she sees him.
He was here, the one with the painted face. Except, his face wasn't painted, and he was watching her be fucked by his partner.
She gasped for air when he released her throat, her eyes still trained on the other one. She watches as he takes a seat at her vanity, leaning back on the chair and manspreading.
"Don't look at me, look at him. He's the one fucking you."
She does as told, her eyes connecting with the man on top of her. He had the same look in his eyes from that night when he chased after the girl trying to run away.
"Tell him how good he's making you feel, he loves the praise,"
"S-so good- Nghh. Fuck- " She could barely speak a full sentence, her speech slurred.
"That's all you can do? Come on dollface, he killed someone for you! Show him how grateful you are! He finally gets to feel you after watching me fuck you, give him the experience he deserves."
Her mind is reeling, incoherent babbles of praise falling from her lips. The more she praises him, the harder his thrust become, her sobs of pleasure getting louder.
It's not long before she felt that familiar coil in her stomach forming, ready to burst at any second - and all it took was one final thrust from the man on top of her to push her over the edge.
Her whole body shakes violently, her eyes rolling back as she feels the static rush through her body. Her ears were ringing, her vision blurry as she came down from her high.
She lays there shaking, her fingers twitching as she pants harshly. She was worn out, fucked, and tired.
Suddenly, he stands up from the vanity and slams his hand down on Chris's back, "Look at her....and I thought I wore her out." They both look down at her, trying to figure out what to do next.
Matt suddenly bends down and moves her hair out of her face, grabbing her chin softly.
"Wake up doll, your night has just started."

"I just wish I could help him."
Tim sighed, tired eyes staring at the rows of monitors searching for any kind of change as he recalls the last thing he can remember Bart saying to him before everything went to hell when a barrier appeared around Central City cutting it off from the rest of the world. It had taken three days before anyone even realized what had happened and that was only after Barry returned from a mission in space and ran face first into the glowing green monstrosity trapping his friends inside some sort of otherworldly magical nonsense.
And it was kind of depressing that, that was all they knew after two months.
It was pure magic, old, ancient magic that had his friends living out the kind of picture perfect high school drama you'd find on tv and they only figured out that much after Cyborg accidentally picked up a weak signal being broadcast to anyone who got close enough.
That was the only real way anyone had to check up on everyone trapped inside and in a way Tim was kind of glad it was mainly focused on his friends and the meta kid Bart had been trying to introduce to everyone cause he had constant proof they were alive. Everyone else wasn't as lucky.
He was also mostly annoyed though cause the League couldn't even damage the stupid barrier anymore. They'd cracked it once, but that just seemed to annoy whatever was powering the thing because it spread out for miles in every direction in response to the Justice League's attempts at forcing open a door and ended up swallowing dozens of government agents and heroes who couldn't escape the danger zone in time.
"Any changes?"
"None." Like always.
He knew Dick was just as worried as he was about everyone trapped inside but the glowing green eyesore wasn't reacting to anything anymore.
Science didn't work.
Magic annoyed it.
They'd finally started looking into some of the more off world solutions that were available to them but so far nothing anyone tried seemed to affect it and he should know since he hasn't stopped monitoring the situation.
He's offered up rewards, called in every single favor he's ever been owed as Tim Drake and Red Robin and read up on everything magical he could get his hands on.
He's even hacked every government agency on the planet on the off chance there might have been a possible answer hidden away somewhere and was nowhere near as professional or gentle as he usually was while doing it. He was tired, worried and more than a little angry and didn’t care about how much damage he did to anyone's computer systems as he ripped even the slightest bit of information out of any server he came across taking anything and everything from Waller's own notes on the matter to research material from a rogue sect of the government calling themselves the GIW.
That had led him down a rabbit hole of government conspiracies and cover ups that would have normally kept him busy for weeks but he had passed on the worst of it to the rest of the League and focused on the handful of files they had on an off the books company called Fenton Works.
They apparently had a functional portal with more than enough power to punch a hole between dimensions so hopefully an investigation into them would keep him busy while they waited for a response from the Green Lanterns.
-_- -_- -_-
"You need to stop this Desiree."
"Why, Phantom and his paramour are happy aren't they?"
She already knew the answer since it was her magic wrapping such a large area and her grin only grew as she watched Undergrowth's little champion twitch at her words.
Because Phantom was happy.
He was the happiest he's ever been in a very long time and well out of the way on a long overdue 'vacation'. So what if everyone was taking his absence as an excuse to run a little wild. The avatar of the Speed Force didn't mind and Clockwork wasn't interfering either so she wasn't overstepping anywhere that really mattered since the Ancient of Time usually erased anyone who went too far with his favorite student.
He hadn't even popped in to deliver any of his usual threats when she overheard the little speedster's heartbroken wish so she banished the girl back to Amity Park without a second thought.
They couldn't force her to grant wishes anymore, not after Phantom went out of his way to help alter her curse and their constant whining was starting to get annoying.
If it wasn't Undergrowth's champion then it was the Pharaoh or Phantom's sister.
None of them could take the hint and leave well enough alone.
Cause, the thing is, she left more than enough wiggle room in the wish for Phantom to get free if he ever really wanted to get free and she wasn't sure he did.
Oh, on some level he was probably well aware of something being off about the world but he was purposely ignoring that feeling.
He was happy in the world she shaped around him and his little speedster and Desiree wasn't about to ruin that for either of them.
She'd just head back to her lair if anyone tried.
No one could get to her there, not without wasting a lot of power so maybe she'd finally have a little piece and quit to enjoy her favorite show in peace.
It's not much but I wanted to try and think up a way for Danny to experience his very own version of WandaVision.
Essentially a sad Danny from any kind of reason really but for now I'm just blaming his entire life for this one and a desperately trying to be helpful Bart who has vague memories of a future with Danny get a starring role in a new life that was perfectly prepared just for them at the cost of pretty much everyone else.
I don't remember what it's called but there was a Disney movie about a superhero school so I'm kind of imagining that and a lot of really cheesy musical moments thrown in somewhere while everyone outside of the barrier is left worrying about their friends and family.
I know it's weird, but my mind just comes up with really weird ideas when I'm tired.

How about flustered!jade? Love your writing!
Cute!!
Jade that starts perfectly obvious (at your request) with his affections for you, even blushing a pretty ruby red when you catch him off guard, until you mess up in alchemy with a transformation potion..
Jade doesn’t make it a habit of becoming flustered (or at least that’s what he tells himself) but imagine him being completely straight faced, his prefect starts teasing him about a blush that’s not there- and suddenly his face warming up! He’s been duped! The only reasonable course of action is to speed walk away, lest his secret be revealed :)
Flustered!Jade that starts to cover his face more after the potion, and considers wearing a turtle neck under his uniform because he blushes full body,, even if it’s only his inner circle that can tell, he actually gets a little shy around you, worried about what you’ll think of him now. He keeps telling himself it’s only for a week. Then he can go back to being “normal” .
Flustered!Jade that’s sooooo obvious to Floyd and Azul (literally nobody else can tell) and the two of them mention you as “motivation” all the time
“don’t be upset, I’ll even arrange an evening with your beau :)”
“heyyyy where’s shrimpy at? Home? You’ve gotta tell them eventually, or I will”
Flustered!Jade hates that you of all people can see the truth behind his facade. Have you always been especially perceptive, or is this some kind of trick you’re pulling? Interesting,, that hunter’s been giving you lessons? Poor Jade, now he’s worried about everyone he talks to (even the idiots) figuring out his “grand secret”
But the prefect doesn’t like that they can’t read their fishy friend anymore, so they engage project “make Jade fall so madly in love he can’t hide it! (Yknow, whatever the hell he’s hiding)” and by god does it work. Pinning him up against walls (to the best of your ability) , pulling him down to cuddle without warning, and even giving light tugs to his hair- Jade falls hook line and sinker. If there’s even an inkling you like him more than he thought, then he can’t avoid you anymore,,
Flustered!Jade that takes the invitation to get more physical with you, and your plan to keep “normal” Jade around is totally backfiring. At this point you’re convinced that nothing can surprise him anymore. It’s time to bring out the big guns. (He’s counting down the days until this stupid potion is out of his system)
Flustered!Jade that finally blushes a bright blue when you confess- and you’d do anything to see him like that again!! But, Jade is slippery, and gets all his “blushing and thinking about yuu” time out of the way the entire time the potion is in effect. Once it wears off you’re only sad you couldn’t take pictures, so I hope you’re good at brewing for your next photo dump! (All is fair in love and war) <33
I literally wrote this under the assumption eels had blue blood,, I might be really wrong but it’s also a magic anime school so it’s something something blue potion now

PREVIEW BELOW CUT ->
No more words, you said no more words after his confession. You stayed silent, and that pain flooded you today. The silence stayed with you.
Every night you’d spend on a phone call with him, laughing because no matter how hard you begged him he wouldn’t hang up first, was now filled with the darkness and tranquility of your room, the only sound being the cars that sped past your window or occasionally drunk people who’d loudly call out to taxi’s.
A tall figure towered over you, casting a dark shadow on your papers. An intense scent radiated off of them and you knew exactly who it was.
“Did Sunghoon come to school today?” Jay asked, just like he has every single day.
There was also Sunghoon. Another person you hadn't spoken to. Another person that just disappeared.
His presence in the situation felt so foggy, confusing. Your growing feelings for the boy also confused you.
Did Heeseung tell him to kiss you like that, touch you in those places?
You tried calling him, once, then twice and you’d call again a third time just in case the other two didn't go through. But he didn’t answer anymore. You didn't know if you wanted to speak to him so badly to find out what happened before the party or because you missed him.
Maybe it was both.
Jay chose to stick by Sunghoon almost immediately, which was appaling considering he knew Heeseung much longer. He claimed that Sunghoon just gave into his manly desires and Heeseung is wrong for punching him over nothing. ‘I’d do the same to her if I were him’- Jake forwarded a couple weeks back.
You were no longer mad at Jay, you’d no longer get annoyed at his snarky, degrading remarks. You just accepted the fact that he’ll never get better.
“No, he didn’t” you replied, turning around to face him “Just like he didn’t yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that one too” you added, a sarcastic smile on your face.
He dyed his hair, the blond locks no longer complimenting his sharp features. He looked much softer with the brown dye.
He sighed “Can I sit?” Jay eyed the seat next to you, and you looked at him amused.
“You want to sit next to a woman? Won’t my female aura disturb your studying?” you scoffed, a hint of sarcasm in your tone.
He rolled his eyes “Very funny” he looked over to Jake who has finally caught a whiff of him “Jakey, what you say?” he tilted his head.
The relationship between them used to be strong, but that’s probably because Jake pretended to be someone different, someone much ‘cooler’. Cooler as in a lame pig who liked to shove alcohol down innocent girls throats.
Oh you’d never let him forget that.
“Do whatever you want, I don’t care honestly” he replied, avoiding eye contact with him.
That’s how it was most day’s at school. Jake and Jay pretended to hate each other, not care, even though deep down, they still had so much left to say. Jay would come down to the study hall with an excuse of looking for Sunghoon, just so he wouldn’t be lonely.

Luo Binghe needs to make better friends with Shang Qinghua, because Shang Qinghua's the one person who would know how to get Shen Qingqiu to top Binghe in bed.
Like if Binghe ever got to the friendliness level of actually bemoaning the situation, Shang Qinghua would be like, oh yah no problem leave it to daddy I got this for you. And then he'd go visit Shen Qingqiu and be all, so how's the sex life going?
After Shen Qingqiu finished yelling at him for asking the question, he'd of course provide some details -- which Shang Qinghua would translate out of Cucumber-ese into Normal Person Speak for concepts like "I'm a huge size queen so I'm really enjoying that WMD you gave your protagonist" and "I haven't figured it out yet but I really need to start using a better quality of lube" and etc, until there was an opening for him to get in the question of, has Shen Qingqiu topped Luo Binghe yet? Has he plumbed the depths of his heavenly love cave?
Which would probably inspire a two minute rant about the euphemism before Shen Qingqiu is finally like, of course I haven't topped, are you insane, I would never besmirch the dignity of an alpha male like that!
Shang Qinghua nods and hums thoughtfully and delivers the critical strike:
"Yeah, I guess he isn't really pretty enough to bottom."
Shen Qingqiu's expression goes through several different flavors of emotion before settling on "outrage". What the fuck, Airplane? Not pretty enough? Who gave him that face? What is that face if not "pretty"? Maybe some more advanced versions of the same concept, but that's the only case you could make, the case that it's actually "beautiful" or "gorgeous" or something because "pretty" is just too inadequate to describe it! You'd dare imply Binghe is ugly?! Is it crack that you're smoking?
Shang Qinghua just shrugs and goes well no the face department is probably not bad for that kind of thing, it's really more the body that's unsuitable. All those muscles and all, who wants to see those kinds of curves underneath them? And that ass. Totally inadequate for the job. He doesn't really blame Cucumber-bro for finding the whole prospect too unpleasant to contemplate! (Says man who regularly tops Mobei Jun, but it's not like Shen Qingqiu has figured that out, man's firmly stuck on yaoi tropes that say Airplane always bottoms because he's shorter.)
This, of course, inspires a fifteen minute rant on why Luo Binghe's ass is the most attractive ass ever, and all Shang Qinghua has to do is imply that if that were actually true, Shen Qingqiu would have had his husband bent over a bench at least once by now. And he's done it. This conversation can now only end with Shen Qingqiu storming off in a fit of righteous fury to go grab his husband and prove his point by bridal-carrying him into the bedroom and not coming back out until he's won the argument by ravishing Luo Binghe beyond a doubt.
Shen Qingqiu would be halfway through smugly informing Shang Qinghua that Binghe was the best lay ever the next day before it would even occur to him that he'd been had.
But Luo Binghe's too bad at making friends to ever unlock this feature, I think.

Tumblr media
It had been two weeks of something strange, and you’d finally hit your limit. For days now, you’d noticed an odd pattern: certain pairs of your panties had been disappearing from your drawer, only to reappear in the wash later as though you’d worn them. But you hadn’t. You knew your habits well enough to tell when something was out of place.
At first, you thought maybe you were overthinking it—maybe it was a mistake, or maybe you’d tossed them in the hamper without remembering. But it kept happening, and the unease in your chest grew until it was impossible to ignore.
Your roommate, Yunho, didn’t seem to notice anything unusual. He was his usual charming, friendly self—tall, broad, and always ready with a laugh or a kind word. He was frustratingly handsome, with dark eyes that seemed to sparkle when he smiled, and you hated that just being around him made your heart race. But now, every interaction made you suspicious.
You’d known Yunho for years, and you shared a close friendship, even if there was an unspoken tension between you. You’d chalked it up to your crush on him—a crush you’d kept buried because there was no way someone like him, with his confident smile and natural charisma, would be into you.
But then something was off.. Yunho had been acting a little different lately. He was quieter around you, his usual confident and teasing demeanor replaced with something more subdued. You’d caught him staring at you a few times, quickly looking away when you noticed. You’d thought it was just your imagination or maybe even your own crush on him clouding your perception. But now, you weren’t so sure.
But tonight, something felt different and you were determined to figure it out.
It was just past 9 PM when you got back to your shared apartment. The lights were on, and Yunho’s shoes were by the door, meaning he was home. You kicked off your own shoes, dropped your bag by the couch, and made your way down the hall toward your bedroom. Everything seemed normal—quiet and still. But as you walked down to your room, the feeling of unease returned.
That’s when you noticed it: your door was open.
Your heart sank. You knew you’d closed it when you left earlier. You always closed your door out of habit—it was your little sanctuary in the shared space. A knot of unease tightened in your stomach as you approached, your footsteps slow and deliberate.
When you reached the doorway, you stopped in your tracks.
Yunho was standing in front of your dresser, his tall frame slightly hunched as he rifled through the top drawer—your underwear drawer.
Your breath caught in your throat, a mix of shock and anger flooding your chest. “Yunho,” you said sharply, your voice cutting through the silence like a whip.
He froze. His shoulders stiffened, and his head whipped around to look at you, his dark eyes wide with panic. “I—I—” he stammered, his face flushing crimson as he quickly stepped back from the dresser, a pair of your panties clutched in his large hand.
“What the fuck are you doing?” you demanded, stepping into the room and crossing your arms.
“I… I can explain,” Yunho said, his voice shaky as he dropped the panties
You stepped further into the room, closing the door behind you with a decisive click. Yunho’s tall frame seemed to shrink slightly as he realized he was cornered. He rubbed the back of his neck nervously, his dark eyes flicking to the floor, then to you, and then back to the floor as if searching for a way out.
“I’m waiting,” you said, your tone sharp as you crossed your arms, narrowing your eyes at him.
“I…” Yunho’s voice faltered, and he let out a shaky breath, his hand still lingering on the edge of your dresser. He looked completely out of his element—like a child caught with their hand in the cookie jar. His usual confidence and charm were gone, replaced by something hesitant, something vulnerable. “I didn’t mean for you to find out like this,” he muttered finally, his voice so soft you almost didn’t catch it.
Your eyebrows shot up. “Find out what, Yunho? That you’ve been sneaking into my room and stealing my panties?”
Yunho winced at your blunt words, his face burning crimson. “I… I wasn’t stealing them,” he said quickly, as though that somehow made it better.
“Oh, really?” you shot back, your voice dripping with sarcasm. “So what exactly were you doing, then?”
He hesitated, his Adam’s apple bobbing as he swallowed hard. His gaze flicked to the drawer, then back to you, and for a moment, you thought he wasn’t going to answer. But then he took a deep breath and blurted out, “I—I just… I wanted something of yours.”
The admission hung heavy in the air, and your heart skipped a beat at the unexpected confession. You narrowed your eyes at him, taking a step closer. “Why?”
Yunho shifted uncomfortably, his large frame towering over you despite the fact that he looked like he wanted to shrink into the floor. “Because,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
“Because what, Yunho?” you pressed, your tone unrelenting.
He looked up at you then, his dark eyes filled with a mix of shame and something else—something raw and vulnerable. “Because I like you, okay?” he said, the words rushing out in a single breath. “I’ve liked you for a long time, and… and I didn’t know how to tell you.”
You blinked, caught off guard by his sudden confession. Of all the explanations you’d been expecting, this wasn’t one of them.
“So your solution was to… what? Go through my underwear drawer?” you said, your voice skeptical. You felt creeped out but at the same time you felt that feeling in your gut whenever you found something... hot.
Yunho’s face burned even brighter, and he let out a groan, covering his face with his hands. “I know it was stupid, okay? I wasn’t thinking. I just… I wanted to feel close to you. And I didn’t think you’d ever feel the same way about me, so…” His voice trailed off, and he dropped his hands, looking utterly defeated.
For a moment, you didn’t say anything, your mind racing as you tried to process what he’d just said. Yunho liked you? The same Yunho who was always so confident and self-assured? The same Yunho who made your heart race every time he smiled at you?
You took a deep breath, trying to steady your thoughts. “Yunho,” you said, your tone softer now, though it still carried an edge of authority. “Come here.”
He hesitated, his eyes searching yours for a moment before he finally stepped closer, his movements tentative. His towering height made him seem imposing, but right now, he looked anything but. He looked… small. I mean he was still way taller than you, but he acted... submissive?
You sat down on the edge of your bed, crossing your legs and gesturing for him to kneel in front of you. “Kneel,” you said firmly.
Yunho’s eyes widened slightly, and for a moment, he looked like he might protest. But then he nodded, lowering himself to his knees in front of you. His broad shoulders hunched slightly, and his gaze was fixed on the floor, his usual confidence completely stripped away.
You tilted your head, studying him for a moment. Even like this, he was undeniably beautiful. His dark hair fell slightly into his eyes, his jawline sharp and defined even as he looked down. And his lips… God, his lips were parted just enough to reveal the slightest hint of teeth, as though he was biting back a response.
“Look at me,” you said, your voice calm but commanding.
Slowly, Yunho lifted his gaze to meet yours. His dark eyes were filled with a mix of guilt and longing, and the sight made something stir deep within you.
“You’ve been a bad boy, Yunho,” you said, your tone firm but teasing.
His breath hitched, and you saw his hands twitch slightly where they rested on his thighs. “I… I know,” he said softly.
“Do you?” you asked, leaning forward slightly. “Do you know how wrong it is to go through someone’s things without their permission?” You position yourself, so you were leaning over your legs.
“Yes,” he whispered, his voice barely audible.
“And do you know how much trouble you’re in right now?”
“Yes,” he said again, his cheeks flushing a deeper shade of red.
You smirked, satisfaction curling in your chest as you watched him squirm under your gaze. “Good,” you said, leaning back slightly. “Then I think it’s time I teach you a lesson.”
Yunho’s eyes widened slightly at your words, and you saw the way his Adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed hard. His breath quickened, and you could see the anticipation and nervousness flickering in his gaze.
“Take off your shirt,” you said simply, your tone leaving no room for argument.
Yunho hesitated for only a moment before reaching down, grabbing the hem of his shirt, and pulling it over his head in one smooth motion. The sight of his bare chest made your breath catch for just a second—his toned muscles and smooth skin were exactly as you’d imagined, maybe even better.
You reached out, trailing your fingers lightly over his chest, watching as he shivered under your touch. His breaths came in short, uneven bursts, and you could see the way his hands clenched into fists at his sides, as though he was trying to keep himself in check.
“You’ve got such a nice body, Yunho,” you said softly, your fingers brushing against the line of his collarbone. “It’s a shame you used it to do something so naughty.”
“I’m sorry,” Yunho said quickly, his voice trembling slightly.
“Oh, you will be,” you said, your smirk widening. “But for now, I think you’ve got some making up to do.”
You took a deep breath, steadying yourself as your hand lingered on Yunho’s chest. His heart was racing beneath your fingertips, and the way he looked at you—with so much vulnerability it made your own heart flutter in your chest.
“Yunho,” you began softly, your voice losing some of its sharp edge. His dark eyes flicked up to meet yours, and the way they searched your face made your throat tighten. You let out a quiet sigh, shaking your head slightly as a wry smile tugged at your lips.
“You’re such a dumbass sometimes, you know that?” you murmured, your tone soft but teasing.
He blinked, his brows furrowing slightly in confusion. “What do you mean?”
“I mean,” you said, leaning closer, your fingers trailing up to rest lightly against his jaw, “that you’ve been acting like a fool, sneaking around and making all these excuses… when all you had to do was tell me how you felt.”
Yunho’s breath hitched at your words, his lips parting slightly as if to respond, but no sound came out. His wide eyes searched yours, and you could see the shock and hope flickering in his expression.
“I like you too, Yunho,” you admitted, your voice steady despite the slight nervous flutter in your chest. “I’ve liked you for a long time. But instead of just saying something, you pull this ridiculous ass stunt?”
“I—I didn’t think…” Yunho started, his voice trembling. “I didn’t think you’d feel the same way.”
You let out a quiet laugh, shaking your head. “Well, you thought wrong,” you said simply, leaning even closer until your lips were just a breath away from his.
You didn’t let him speak, instead you closed the small distance between you, pressing your lips to his in a kiss that was firm and deliberate.
Yunho froze for a moment, clearly caught off guard, but then he melted against you, his large hands twitching slightly on his thighs as if he wanted to reach out and touch you but didn’t dare. His lips were soft and warm against yours, and the kiss quickly deepened, filled with all the emotions that had been simmering between you for so long.
His lips were soft and plump against yours. you cupped his cheeks as you continued to kiss him, he was still on his knees, in-between your thighs. he looked so hot and desperate like this... you eventually pulled back, his eyes were glassy.. like puppy eyes.
You leaned in close, brushing your thumb lightly along Yunho’s jaw, watching as he trembled beneath your touch. His chest rose and fell with uneven breaths, and you couldn’t help but feel a rush of satisfaction at how completely you had unraveled him.
“This is your last warning,” you said firmly, your voice dropping to a low, commanding tone. “If you don’t behave, you’re going to regret it. Do you understand?”
Yunho nodded quickly, his gaze fixed on you as if you were the only thing keeping him tethered to the moment. “Yes,” he murmured, his voice a little shaky.
“Yes, what?” you prompted, arching an eyebrow as you tilted his chin up slightly, forcing him to look directly into your eyes.
For a moment, he hesitated, his dark eyes flickering with uncertainty. Then, in a soft, trembling voice, he whispered, “Yes… mommy.”
Your breath caught in your throat, and you blinked, stunned. The word hung in the air between you like a spark, and you could feel your heart race at the sound of it. Yunho’s cheeks flushed a deep red, his gaze darting away as though he was regretting the slip.
But you weren’t upset. Far from it. in fact, you actually liked it. never in your life have you felt.. I guess, powerful. you've never felt a sense of dominance.
“Mommy?” you repeated, your voice softer now, almost teasing. Yunho’s eyes flicked back to yours, wide with nervousness, and you could see the way his lips parted slightly as if to explain himself.
“I—” he started, but you placed a finger over his lips, silencing him.
You studied him for a moment, the tension in the room shifting slightly. The raw vulnerability in his eyes tugged at something deep inside you, softening the edge of your demeanor. You had never seen Yunho like this before—so open, so submissive—and it stirred something in you that you couldn’t ignore.
After a moment, you lowered your hand, your voice gentler now as you asked, “bub, are you okay with this?”
His eyes widened slightly at the question, and for a moment, he looked genuinely surprised. “I—yeah,” he said quickly, his voice earnest but still trembling. “I want this. I… I want to be good for you.”
You smiled softly, brushing a strand of hair out of his eyes. “I need you to be honest with me,” you said, your tone steady but kind. “If this is too much, or if there’s anything you don’t want, you need to tell me. Okay?”
Yunho nodded again, his gaze unwavering as he looked up at you. “I’m okay,” he said, his voice gaining a little more confidence. “I want this. I… I like it.”
His admission sent a warmth flooding through you, and you felt your lips curve into a small smile. “Good,” you said softly, leaning down to press a gentle kiss to his forehead. “Because I like it too.”
The relief that washed over Yunho’s face was visible, and he let out a shaky breath, his shoulders relaxing slightly as the tension in the room eased. You placed a hand on his cheek, your thumb brushing over his flushed skin as you took a moment to simply look at him, the boy who had always been your friend, now kneeling before you in a way that felt both strange and undeniably right.
“Just let me take the lead, okay?” you said softly, your voice reassuring. “We’ll go slow.”
“Okay,” Yunho said, his voice barely above a whisper, but the eagerness in his tone was there.
You sat back slightly, still perched on the edge of the bed, your gaze locked on Yunho’s flushed face as his breathing steadied. There was a vulnerability in his expression that made your chest tighten, but beneath it was something else—something tentative yet eager, like he was waiting for permission to cross a line he’d only ever dreamed of approaching.
Your dress shifted slightly as you adjusted your position, the soft fabric brushing against your thighs. Yunho’s eyes flickered downward, his gaze lingering for just a second too long before darting back to your face. His lips parted as if to say something, but the words didn’t come immediately.
“What is it?” you asked softly, tilting your head as you studied him.
He hesitated, his large hands fidgeting slightly on his thighs. “Can I…” He paused, swallowing hard as his dark eyes searched yours. “Can I take them off?”
Your eyebrows lifted slightly, and a flicker of amusement danced across your face. “Take what off?” you teased, even though you knew exactly what he meant.
“Your… panties,” he murmured, his voice so quiet it was almost a whisper. His cheeks flushed a deep red, and he quickly added, “Only if you’re okay with it.”
The sincerity in his voice made your heart skip a beat. Yunho, despite his size and his usual confidence, looked so small in this moment, kneeling before you and waiting for your approval.
You let out a soft hum, your lips curving into a slight smile as you reached down, trailing your fingers lightly along his jaw. “You want to take them off?” you asked, your voice calm but laced with intrigue.
“Yes,” he said quickly, his voice trembling slightly. “Please.”
The corner of your mouth lifted in a smirk as you leaned back slightly, letting your hands rest at your sides. “Alright,” you said simply. “Go ahead.”
Yunho’s breath hitched, his wide eyes meeting yours for a brief moment before flicking downward again. His large hands trembled slightly as he reached out, his fingertips brushing against the hem of your dress. The soft fabric bunched beneath his fingers as he pushed it up slowly, revealing more of your thighs with each passing second.
His movements were careful, almost reverent, as though he was afraid of going too fast or doing something wrong. You watched him intently, the way his Adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed, the way his hands lingered just above the waistband of your panties, hesitating.
“Go on,” you encouraged softly, your voice breaking the silence.
Yunho nodded, his fingers slipping beneath the thin fabric. The heat of his hands against your skin sent a shiver down your spine, and you could feel his breath hitch as he began to slide the material down. The intimacy of the moment was almost overwhelming, and you could see the way his cheeks burned with a mix of nervousness and anticipation.
As the panties slid past your knees, then down to your ankles, Yunho carefully lifted them away, his hands brushing against your skin in a way that made your breath catch. He held them for a moment, his gaze flickering between the fabric in his hands and your face, as if he couldn’t quite believe what had just happened.
You leaned forward slightly, placing a hand under his chin to tilt his face back up to yours. “Good boy,” you murmured, your voice warm and full of approval.
Yunho’s breath hitched at the praise, his dark eyes searching yours for a moment before he whispered, “Thank you.”
Yunho’s forehead rested against your knees, and his breath was warm against your skin, sending shivers up your spine. His large hands, which had been lingering just above your thighs, tightened their hold ever so slightly, his thumbs brushing over the soft curves as if testing the limits of how far he could go.
You tilted your head, a slow smirk tugging at the corner of your lips as you watched him. There was something intoxicating about seeing someone as tall and confident as Yunho in this position, completely at your mercy, waiting for your permission to do anything more.
“Yuyu,” you said softly, your tone laced with a hint of teasing.
He lifted his head at the sound of your voice, his dark eyes searching yours as if waiting for your next command. “Yes?” he breathed, his voice trembling slightly.
You leaned forward, your hand slipping under his chin to tilt his face up toward you. “You’re shaking,” you murmured, your lips curling into a wicked smile. “Are you nervous, baby?”
“A little,” he admitted, his cheeks flushing. “I… I don’t want to mess up.”
You chuckled softly, your thumb brushing over his lower lip as you leaned in closer. “Don’t worry,” you whispered, your voice low and sultry. “You’re doing just fine. But if you really want to impress me…”
Yunho’s breath hitched, his gaze flickering down to your lips before meeting your eyes again. “What do you want me to do?” he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
The way he looked at you—wide-eyed and eager, his lips slightly parted—sent a rush of heat through your body. You trailed your fingers down his jawline, your touch light and deliberate as you leaned back just enough to make him follow you with his gaze.
“Use your imagination,” you teased, your voice dripping with suggestion.
Yunho’s breath caught, his Adam’s apple bobbing as he swallowed hard. Slowly, hesitantly, his hands began to move, sliding up your thighs with a mix of confidence and nervousness. The warmth of his palms against your skin made your breath hitch, and you could see the way his dark eyes flickered with both anticipation and uncertainty.
“Can I…?” he started, his voice trembling.
“You don’t need to ask,” you interrupted softly, leaning back on your hands as you watched him. “Not this time.”
That was all the encouragement Yunho needed. His hands gripped your thighs more firmly, his thumbs tracing small circles as his head dipped forward. His breath was warm against your skin, and you felt a shiver run down your spine as his lips brushed against your inner thigh—soft, tentative, but enough to make your heart race.
“ah, fuck...” you murmured, your voice low but steady.
He froze, his lips hovering just above your skin as he looked up at you, his eyes wide with uncertainty.
“You’re being so good for me,” you said, your tone gentle but laced with authority. “Keep going.”
Yunho’s cheeks flushed even deeper, but the praise seemed to give him the confidence he needed. His lips pressed against your thigh again, more firmly this time, and the warmth of his mouth sent a rush of heat through your body.
“You really like this, don’t you?” you asked, your voice teasing as you watched him.
Yunho pulled back just enough to look up at you, his dark eyes filled with a mix of embarrassment and longing. “I do,” he admitted, his voice barely audible. “I… I just want to make you feel good.”
You smirked, leaning forward to trail your fingers through his dark hair. “Then don’t stop,” you said simply.
Yunho’s confidence surged at your praise, warmth flooding his chest as he felt a new determination take hold. He trailed soft kisses along your thighs, his heart racing with anticipation. The sweet scent of you mingled with the air around him, intoxicating and irresistible.
With every gentle nudge, he moved closer to where you wanted him most. Your cunt already slick and wet just for him. He could feel your excitement beneath him, and it only fueled his desire. As he reached the apex of your thighs, he paused for a moment, looking up at you for a brief second, seeking your approval.
“Please,” you encouraged softly, your voice a sultry whisper that sent a thrill through him.
That was all the permission he needed. Yunho leaned in, his breath warm against your skin as he pressed gentle kisses against your pussy. The sensation made you gasp, your fingers tightening in his hair as he began to explore with his tongue, teasing and tasting, drawing soft sounds from your lips.
He was meticulous, taking his time to savor every moment, every reaction from you. With each flick of his tongue, he learned what made you shiver, what made you gasp, and he committed it all to memory. Your taste was sweet, intoxicating, and he couldn’t get enough.
“You taste amazing,” he murmured against you, the vibrations sending delightful shivers through your body. He continued, growing bolder, driven by the sounds of your pleasure and the way you responded to him. He took his time, making sure to bring you to the edge, then pulling back just enough to keep you yearning for more.
“Yunnie..,” you breathed, your voice thick with desire, “don’t stop.”
Encouraged by your words, he dove back in with renewed fervor, his focus solely on your pleasure, lost in the moment, determined to show you just how good he could be. He sucked and gently bit your bud making you whine. You slowly started to grind on his face, as he pulled your legs apart more.
Yunho felt a rush of bliss as he continued his exploration, his lips working with purpose against you. His tongue moved with a deliberate, teasing rhythm, swirling and flicking with a newfound confidence. Each caress sent electric shocks through your body, igniting a fire that spread from your core to every nerve ending.
Your fingers tightened in his hair, guiding him, urging him to delve deeper. “Yunho,” you breathed, your voice barely above a whisper, filled with both need and admiration. You could feel the way he responded to your words, the way his movements became more fervent, more eager as he lost himself in the act of worship.
As his mouth moved in with your rising pleasure, Yunho gripped your thighs, his fingers digging in just enough to anchor himself as he pulled you closer. The sensation of his hands holding you firmly, coupled with the delicious pressure of his mouth, sent you spiraling into a dizzying haze of ecstasy. You could feel the warmth of his breath against your skin, contrasting beautifully with the cool air around you, heightening every sensation.
“Just like that,” you encouraged, your head thrown back as the pleasure built within you. The world outside faded away, leaving only the two of you in this intimate cocoon. Yunho’s eyes were dark with desire as he watched you, taking in every gasp, every shiver that coursed through your body. The sight of you utterly lost in pleasure fueled his own need to please. "s- such a good f- fucking boy.."
With a newfound intensity, he began to suck, his lips wrapping around you as he worked his tongue in swirling motions, alternating between teasing flicks and deep, passionate pulls. Each movement drew soft cries from your lips, and you could feel the tension building within you, coiling tighter and tighter.
“Yunho, please,” you gasped, your voice thick with desperation. You could feel the heat pooling in your belly, the familiar ache that signaled you were close. “mngh.. k- keep going, baby.”
The words turned him on, and he increased his pace, his fingers gripping your thighs tighter as he held you in place. The pressure of his mouth against you was relentless, and you could feel every movement, every sensation magnified. You were completely at his mercy, and the thought sent shivers of delight coursing through you.
With every flick of his tongue, you felt yourself teetering on the edge of bliss. You could feel your own body responding to him, the way your core tightened with each delicious pull. It was intoxicating, and you wanted nothing more than to lose yourself in this moment with him.
“Baby,” you moaned, your voice trembling as you lost yourself in the sensations. Your fingers twisted in his hair, urging him closer, deeper, as if you could pull him into you entirely. He responded with a low groan, the sound vibrating against you, sending shockwaves of pleasure racing through your body.
He could sense your building pleasure, the way your breathing became erratic, and the way your hips instinctively began to move against him. It drove him wild, and he surrendered completely to the moment, focusing solely on your pleasure. He worshiped you, savoring each taste, each sound, as if you were the most exquisite delicacy he had ever encountered.
You could feel the tension coiling tighter, your body trembling as you felt the waves of pleasure crashing over you. “I’m so close,” you gasped, your voice barely above a whisper, but Yunho didn’t slow down. If anything, he pushed harder, his mouth working with fervor as he sought to bring you over the edge. "G- gonna cum.."
“Cum for me,” he urged, his voice muffled against you, and the raw need in his tone sent a thrill through you. “I want to taste you.”
With a final, desperate gasp, you felt the tension snap, your body arching as waves of pleasure washed over you. You cried out his name, the sound echoing in the room as you surrendered completely to the bliss that took over you. Your fingers tightened in his hair as the world exploded in a kaleidoscope of sensations, leaving you breathless and utterly spent. You came all over his face as you whined and moaned, not caring if anyone else heard.
Yunho didn’t stop. He continued to suck gently, coaxing every last drop of pleasure from you as you rode the waves of your orgasm. The sound of your pleasure spurred him on, and he reveled in the taste of you, in the way your body responded to him.
Finally, as the last tremors of pleasure subsided, he pulled back, looking up at you with a mix of awe and satisfaction. Your chest heaved as you tried to catch your breath, your eyes still glazed with the remnants of ecstasy. The sight of you, blissed out and completely at his mercy, filled him with a sense of pride, and a warmth spread through him.
“Did I do okay?” he asked softly, his voice a low murmur filled with vulnerability. The question was almost shy, contrasting sharply with the confident way he had just brought you to the brink.
You smiled down at him, your heart swelling with affection. “You did more than okay, baby. You were incredible.” Your fingers brushed against his cheek, and you could see the relief wash over him. The connection between you felt electric, and you could sense the bond deepening in this shared moment of intimacy.
“Thank you,” he said, a shy smile breaking across his face. “I just wanted to make you feel good.”
“Oh, you definitely did,” you replied, your voice teasing but sincere. You pulled him up, your fingers tangling in his hair as you brought him closer, wanting to feel him against you. The warmth of his body pressed against you was intoxicating, and you could feel the heat radiating off him.
“Now,” you said, your tone shifting as you met his gaze, “it’s my turn to show you just how much I appreciate that.”
His eyes widened slightly, a spark of excitement igniting within them. He was eager, a hint of shyness still lingering but overshadowed by the hunger he felt. “Really?” he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
“Absolutely,” you replied, a playful smile dancing on your lips. You could see the way his breath quickened, and it filled you with a sense of thrill. The night was far from over, and you were determined to take your time, to explore every inch of each other.
As you shifted beneath him, the world outside faded away once more. In this moment, it was just the two of you, wrapped in each other’s warmth and pleasure, ready to dive deeper into the intoxicating connection that bound you both.
As you pulled Yunho closer, you could feel the heat radiating from him, his body alive with the desire you had ignited. The air was thick with anticipation, each breath heavy with unspoken promises. You wanted to explore this newfound intimacy further, to see just how deep the connection could go.
“Come here,” you whispered, guiding him until he was seated beside you on the bed. The soft fabric felt cool against your heated skin, contrasting sharply with the warmth of his body. You could see the flicker of uncertainty in his eyes, but it was quickly overshadowed by the eagerness that lay beneath.
Yunho shifted, his gaze locked onto you as if you were the only thing that mattered in the world. It sent a thrill through you, knowing the power you held in this moment. You leaned in closer, your lips brushing against his in a soft, teasing kiss that ignited the spark between you once more.
“Let me take care of you,” you murmured against his lips, your voice low and sultry. You could see the way his breath hitched, the way his dark eyes widened with a mix of surprise and excitement.
With a gentle push, you guided him back onto the bed, your fingers trailing down his chest as you made your way toward his waist. The anticipation hung heavy in the air as you slowly began to unbutton his pants, your fingers nimble and deliberate. Each button you released felt like a small victory, a step closer to fully unraveling him.
As the fabric fell away, revealing his toned legs, you could feel your pulse quicken. The moment you slipped his pants down, you were met with the unexpected sight of him—Yunho wasn’t wearing any boxers, and he was hard, fully exposed and waiting for you. precum already dripping from the tip of his cock. A rush of heat coursed through your body, and you couldn't help but bite your lip at the sight.
“Shit,” you breathed, your eyes wide with admiration. “You’re beautiful.”
He let out a nervous laugh, the vulnerability in his expression only making him more irresistible. “I didn’t know how far this would go,” he admitted, his cheeks flushing slightly.
“Neither did I,” you confessed, your voice a sultry whisper. “But I want to explore it with you.”
You could see the mixture of excitement and nerves in his eyes, and it only fueled your desire to show him just how much you wanted him. Leaning down, you placed soft kisses along his thighs, taking your time to savor the moment, to let your lips explore his skin. You could feel the tension beginning to build again, the way his breath quickened with every kiss.
As you reached the apex of his thighs, you paused, looking up at him for a brief moment. “Are you ready?” you asked, wanting to ensure he was comfortable.
“More than ready,” he replied, his voice thick with need.
With that, you took the plunge, wrapping your fingers around his length, feeling the warmth of him against your palm. The sensation sent a rush of excitement through you, and you began to move your hand slowly, deliberately, teasingly. The way he responded to your touch was intoxicating, and you could feel the heat building between you. He was big.. bigger than you thought.
“Just like that,” he breathed, his head falling back against the pillows. The sight of him completely lost in pleasure was enough to send your own heart racing. You continued to stroke him, your movements becoming more confident as you found a rhythm that made him gasp and moan beneath you. "O- oh.. mommy fuck.."
“look at you..” you murmured, your voice filled with desire. “Such a pretty cock.”
He let out a low groan, his fingers tangling in the sheets as he surrendered to the sensations. You watched as his body responded to you, the way his hips instinctively bucked against your hand, seeking more of the pleasure you were giving him. Each movement, each sound, only fueled your desire to bring him to the edge.
You continued to jerk him off. you leaned down and teased him, by licking his tip as you continued to pump him.. His whines filled the room and were like music to your ears..
"M- mommy.."
"J- just like that.."
"Hnghh.. Fuckfuckfuck!"
You could feel the tension coiling within him, the way his breaths became erratic as you quickened your pace. The room was filled with the sounds of your shared pleasure, and you could feel the electricity crackling between you, binding you in this intimate moment.
You had an idea.. Something you had always thought of, but never brought it up. You held his dick with one hand, making it stand straight up. Yunho looked at you, curious.. You flattened out your other hand and began rubbing your palm in a circular motion on the tip of his cock.. It send Yunho into shock. He immediately threw his head back against the pillow and started to whine like a puppy. His hands gripped the sheet as his toes started to curl..
"M- Mommy.. p- please.. oh God.."
You smirked, watching him squirm as you kept going with your action.. You liked this side of him. He was so vulnerable and submissive under your touch. Kind of like a little puppy.
“Don’t stop,” he gasped, his voice thick with urgency. “I’m so close.”
With those words, you leaned in closer, your lips brushing against his skin as you continued to stroke him, feeling the heat radiating from him. The sensation of your mouth so close to him sent an intoxicating thrill through you, and you could feel your own desire building in response. You then let go of his cock, earning a wince from him. He was so close.. So close to cumming in your hand..
“Yunho,” you whispered, looking up at him with sultry eyes. “I want to feel you inside me.”
His breath hitched at your words, and you could see the desire flood his features. “Ar- are you sure?” he asked, his voice a mix of urgency and concern.
“More than anything,” you replied, your heart racing at the thought of what was to come. "Want to feel your cock.."
With a newfound determination, you shifted your position, climbing onto the bed and straddling him. As you lowered yourself, you could feel the weight of him pressing against you, the anticipation sending shivers down your spine. You took a moment to savor the feeling, to relish in the connection that was steadily building between you. You had to take a break from how big he was.. he wasn't even halfway in you yet..
Yunho’s hands found your waist, his fingers gripping you firmly as you positioned yourself above him. You could feel the heat radiating from his body, the way he was trembling with anticipation. As you lowered yourself further, you felt the delicious stretch as he entered you, filling you completely.
A gasp escaped your lips, and you could see the way his eyes widened in awe. The sensation was overwhelming, and you took a moment to adjust, to savor the fullness as you both connected in the most intimate way. You could feel the way he throbbed inside you, and it sent a wave of pleasure coursing through your body.
“Y- you okay mama?” he asked, his voice low and filled with concern.
“s'good.. so big,” you breathed, a smile breaking across your face. “W- want you to fuck me..”
With that invitation, Yunho began to thrust upward, his hands guiding your movements as you found a rhythm together. The world around you faded away, leaving only the two of you in this intimate dance of pleasure. Each thrust sent waves of ecstasy coursing through you, and you could feel the tension building once more. His cock hitting your g-spot over and over again. you were on the verge of tears.
“Just like that,” you encouraged, your voice breathless as you rode him, feeling the way he filled you completely. The connection between you was electric, and you reveled in the way your bodies moved together, each thrust igniting a fire within you.
As the intensity grew, you could feel your own pleasure spiraling higher, the way your body responded to him perfectly, as if you were made for this. You leaned forward, your hands resting on his chest as you looked down at him, your breath coming in short gasps.
Skin clapping filled the bedroom as you bounced up and down on him. He eventually took off the rest of your dress and threw it somewhere. He drooled at the sight of your perfect, round breast.
"Holy shit.." His veiny hands squeezed both of them, making you throw your head back, moaning his name. He pinched your nipples. He loved the sight of you. As he pinched your sensitive nubs, he glanced down at his cock disappearing into you. The way it was going in and out, He could just cum from that.
He pulled you closer, attaching his mouth on your right breast, him squeezing the other one. "yuyu.. A- ah.." You whimpered. He looked up at you as he bit your nub, like an innocent boy..
“Yunho,” you moaned, the sound escaping your lips as you felt the pleasure building to a peak. “I’m gonna cum..”
“Me too,” he gasped, his eyes dark with desire as he met your gaze. "C- can I cum inside o- of you, mommy?"
You nod, your boobs bouncing, as you rapidly go up and down on his cock once more, chasing your orgasm.
With a final thrust, you felt the tension snap, the waves of pleasure crashing over you as you cried out his name. You finished all over his cock, as you squirted a little bit.
Yunho followed shortly after, his body tensing beneath you as he let out a deep groan, the sound reverberating through you as he reached his own peak. His white ropes released inside of your tight walls. You could feel the warmth of him filling you, and it sent another wave of pleasure coursing through your body. Some of his cum dripped out of your cunt and onto his stomach.
As the waves of ecstasy subsided, you collapsed against him, breathless and spent. You could feel his heart racing beneath you, the warmth of his body wrapping around you like a comforting blanket.
“fuck..” he whispered, his voice filled with awe and satisfaction.
You smiled, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. “fuck, indeed,” you echoed, feeling content and blissful in the aftermath of your shared experience. The connection between you felt deeper than ever, and you could sense that this was just the beginning of something beautiful.
In that moment, you knew that you had crossed a threshold together, a bond forged in passion and intimacy that would linger long after the night was over.
His gaze met yours, filled with a mix of hesitation and vulnerability that you’d never seen before. “Y/N...” he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper. “I… need you. I love you...”
The weight of his confession settled between you, leaving the room thick with tension.
"I- I love you too, Yunnie.." You whisper back to him, a blush creeping on your cheeks.. Then you said something that made Yunho blush a little.
"You pantie thief.."
And for the first time, you wondered if this night had opened a door that neither of you could close...

My queen!
Tumblr media
Warnings- Fluff. Disclaimer- Here's the winner of my birthday treat poll.
Tumblr media
The grand mahogany doors of Bucky’s office were closed, muffling the faint voices of his ongoing meeting. You leaned back in his chair, running your fingers over the polished wood of his desk.
Bucky's empire was always bustling with activity and the grand office was the heart of it all, a place that exuded power but was comforting at the same time. It had become your favourite spot in his empire, a place where you had found solace amongst the chaos.
You had come a long way since the day Bucky slipped a ring onto your finger. The man who could command armies and strike fear into the hearts of his enemies, made you feel like a queen. You had witnessed the world tremble at his feet, but when he looked at you, it was as if nothing else mattered.
Your confidence had grown in leaps and bounds since you had become his wife. You were no longer just Bucky's wife, you were the queen of his empire, standing by his side amidst the chaos.
The first time you bumped into him on the streets. It was as if fate had brought you two together, even though you had no idea who he truly was. You weren't even fazed by the imposing presence of his bodyguards, which was unusual. The second time you had come into contact with him was in a club, where you had boldly strolled into the middle of the meeting, not knowing that you had just interrupted something incredibly important.
Back then, something about you caught Bucky’s attention.
Despite discovering who Bucky truly was, you didn't show any signs of fear. In fact, you had even complimented his precious gun, demonstrating not only a lack of terror but also an air of confidence that was uncommon for women in his world.
From there, an unlikely friendship blossomed, eventually leading to a romantic relationship, and finally, to marriage. It wasn't an easy journey. Along the way, life had thrown countless challenges at you both. People assumed you were only with Bucky for his money and power, but in reality, you had no interest in any of it.
You were quietly flipping through a book on Bucky's desk when the office door suddenly swung open, breaking the peaceful silence. A man in a sharp suit, his face portraying a mix of arrogance and impatience, strode in without even bothering to knock.
His eyes landed on you, sitting in Bucky's chair, and his brows furrowed with disapproval. Without hesitation, he addressed you in a sharp tone, clearly annoyed. “What the hell are you doing here?” he barked, his voice laced with authority. “Get out of the boss's chair! Don't you know who I am?”
You looked up, meeting his gaze with a calm expression. Even if you didn't know who he was, his demeanour was clear enough. He was either a significant figure within Bucky's organization, or possibly a right-hand man or a high-ranking member. But one thing is for sure, he was clearly angry at you being in Bucky's chair, something he probably perceived as a mark of disrespect.
You spoke with a steady voice, holding your ground. “I don't know who you are,” you replied, “but talk nicely.”
Your calm demeanour contrasted with his impatience, and it was clear you wouldn't let him be disrespectful to you.
The man’s eyes narrowed. “A bold mouth for someone who’s clearly just here to warm his bed. Do you even understand what kind of business this is?” His words were dripping with disdain, and the condescending smirk on his face made your blood boil. Before you could respond, his tone turned vulgar. “Women like you should learn their place. What did he pay for you to…”
The atmosphere in the room grew ten times heavier when the office doors swung open once again. The man's words faded into silence, as Bucky stood there, his face a mask of cold fury. “Finish that sentence!” His voice, a low growl, sent shivers down your spine, though not out of fear.
His icy blue eyes locked onto the man, who now appeared as if he wanted to vanish into the floor, completely intimidated by Bucky's presence.
“Mr. Barnes…I” the man stammered, stepping back, his confidence completely shattered.
Bucky's voice dripped with a venomous tone. “She's my wife!” Bucky said, his words holding a deadly edge. “The queen of this empire. And you dare to insult her in my kingdom?”
The man's face turned pale, fear evident in his eyes. But Bucky didn't give him time to respond or apologize. In a split second, he crossed the room, slamming the man against the wall with such force that the paintings on the wall shook.
“Nobody,” Bucky hissed, his tone dangerously low, his voice dripping with anger. “Disrespects my wife and walks away unscathed.”
You leaned back in the chair, watching the scene unfold, a mix of satisfaction and concern welling up inside you. However, beneath it all, you still felt a sense of pride and admiration for Bucky.
In that moment, you saw a side of him that you both loved and respected, his fierce protectiveness over you.
The man fumbled over his words, trying to apologize, but it was far too late. Bucky's wrath was as swift as it was brutal. He delivered punch after punch until he had finally had enough. Turning to you, his expression softened immediately.
“Are you okay, doll?” he asked, his voice a complete contrast to the icy fury you'd heard moments before.
You smiled, standing up and walking over to him. “I was…” you replied. “But it's nice knowing I have my own personal avenger.”
Bucky chuckled, pulling you close and embracing you. “Always, doll. No one messes with my queen.”
You kissed his cheek and whispered in his ear, “Remind me to sit in your chair more often.”
He gave you a wicked grin, replying, “Oh, you're not leaving it anytime soon. It suits you.”
Later that day, Bucky came home with a proud grin, surprising you by telling you that you were the new owner of a posh restaurant. You looked at him in confusion, unaware that there was a restaurant owned under your name. Bucky smiled, explaining that the man who had insulted you earlier owned that restaurant and now it belonged to you.
Before you could protest or ask questions, Bucky quickly kissed you, effectively silencing you. You knew better than to challenge him now, so instead you just relaxed into the kiss, enjoying the moment.

How They Wrap Your Presents Pt. 1 (Obey Me! SWD Brothers)
(Platonic, GN Reader)
AN: Recently got access to my old obswd account after over two years of not being able to play!! ₍^ >ヮ<^₎ .ᐟ.ᐟ im excited about that + the holidays so here yall go take some sill lil hcs. these are pretty christmas focused but if anyone wants an edited version where i remove that and make it more generic what holiday is being talked about just let me know! part two with the other characters will hopefully be up soon!
Tumblr media
Lucifer:
His presents look neat but maybe a little bit boring compared to some of the others on this list
They are tastefully wrapped in a simple solid color metallic wrapping paper with no ribbon.
He wouldn't pick out a wrapping paper with a pattern because he thinks it looks sort of silly or childish or "too much"
He doesn't use sticker labels, instead attaching a small piece of paper or card with his elegant cursive handwriting on it addressing it to you from him.
He will leave your present under the tree in the HOL and look on with pride when you open it christmas day.
He may get onto you if you try to shake it to figure out what it is early, telling you to be patient and that it will be worth the wait.
Mammon:
He could have taken the easy way out and put your presents in a bag but he wants to wrap them himself.
This of course leads to a disaster with wrapping paper scraps everywhere and him covered in tape. He probably also somehow manages to cut himself with the scissors at one point.
Your present may look like a disaster but it's wrapped with love.
Sure he could have asked someone like Asmo to help him out but he selfishly wanted the present to be only from him alone, with no one else helping him.
He would probably pick out a very basic pattern like snowflakes or something.
He doesn't put a tag on it (which is probably for the best, his handwriting is atrocious)
He's sort of embarrassed of how it turned out and doesn't put it under the tree before christmas, choosing instead to hand it to you directly on christmas morning.
If you tell him you like the wrapping despite how it looks he will be over the moon and blushing like a tomato.
Mammon is overjoyed to see you so happy because of him, and commits this moment to memory forever.
Leviathan:
I don't think he would be very confident in his wrapping skills, instead choosing to give you a gift bag instead.
Plus it's just easier that way! No fiddling with wrapping paper and tape.
It's not like a gift bag is an any way less good than a wrapped present, but after seeing Asmo's gorgeous gift to you sitting under the tree he gets worried you won't like his.
So he decides to customize the bag for you, drawing your favorite character on it.
He puts your gift inside, adds some simple tissue paper, and adds it to the small pile of gifts already under the tree.
On christmas day when you finally open his gift he's anxious you won't like it. When you beam at him and tell him you love it and compliment the drawing on the bag he feels like he could pass out from joy.
Satan:
Satan for sure is going to make your gift look good.
He is careful and meticulous with the wrapping, not an inch out of place with perfect folds.
He might pick out a simple pattern that just has holiday colors on it. Nothing too intense but still festive.
He is the first one i've talked about so far who would add a ribbon. Something thin and shiny wrapped across both axis of the present and tied up with perfect curls.
He adds a simple tag that has your and his names on it in neat print.
He will add his present to the pile, admiring the other ones already there.
When you finally get his present you almost don't want to open it, admiring how it looks.
He will be happy if you like his gift, smiling warmly at you.
Asmodeus:
You KNOW Asmo is going all out on wrapping your presents.
Your present is wrapped in the most adorable sparkly paper he could find and topped with a big bow and ribbons.
Your presents from him are very cute without being over the top.
He is very excited for the holidays, picking out your presents and wrapping them before anyone else had even found anything for you.
He spends a lot of time wrapping your presents perfectly and making sure not a single piece of ribbon is out of place.
Beelzebub:
He doesn't really know what do so he goes to Asmo for help. Beel is one of the only people here who doesn't mind asking for help, and he knows Asmo would be perfect for this.
Beel picks out the paper and gets Asmo to help him wrap it so of course it comes out cute looking.
The first paper Beel wanted to use had a cute little pattern with gingerbread men on it, but he did in fact eat some of the paper while Asmo was trying to wrap.
After that the two of them decided another choice of wrapping paper might be better if they want your gift to survive.
Beel adds a sticker to it that addresses the gift to you from him and places it under the tree.
Belphegor:
Belphie is NOT wrapping your present.
He's not even putting in in a gift bag.
The bare minimum he would do is slap a simple bow on it and calls it done.
Since your present isn't wrapped he doesn't put it under the tree, instead waiting till christmas and giving it to you directly.
He may not have put a lot of thought into the wrapping, but he did put a lot of time and effort into picking out your present so he really hopes you like it.
