I kinda thought that i’d moved past this point of my life but i’ve slipped back into food deprivation again. it’s almost comforting in a way because it makes me believe im going to really going to get skinny and have my dream body. i’ve been using myfitnesspal to log all my calories and i really love it because when you’ve logged all your calories and completed it, it predicts how much you’ll weigh the next month and it makes me so excited to carry on so i can reach that weight.

this is a completely different experience compared to the last time I relapsed. Last time, the weight fell off, I was thriving on so little. Now, I’m at a constant war with myself and my body chemistry has changed so much in just a week. I want to lose weight so bad omg but idk if I’m going to be able to and that hurts.

i’m now actually realizing that i’ve had body and eating issues since i was 10 years old. at 10, i was called “big” and asked “why do you still have your baby fat” for the first time to my face. at that age, i signed up for different sports because i decided “i needed all that exercise” and desserts and mcdonald’s happy meals were no longer as fun to me. at 11, those feelings crept in the back of my head and at 12 years old i developed an eating disorder. since then it’s just gone downhill between months and months of restriction and random binging episodes.
why do people feel the need to hurt and criticize us so heavily, i was just a fucking child oh my god

Just an update, I am now 129lbs about. I have lost about 15-20lbs in a month. And look really good, I can admit lol but I just got a planet fitness membership and will be slowly building my dream body!
