I'm gonna be real I have no clue how I'd ever post Tiger crawl home, it's so atypical compared to the way I write now. Like new stories I'm so clearheaded about what parts characters serve in the narrative, I know what I want to say, even if it's something more freeform like my stuff with Leopard which is contained and has a purpose in my mind. Tiger Crawl home as a story and not just a headworld exists as years of script like snippets I can't post without feeling like I'm having a public vivisection. Like it's easy to write complex characters when you are Writing them with purpose.

Tiger Crawl home isn't like that, these guys are like an insane pseudo mirror of my life via the way of untreated mega mental illness and schemas and abused kid delusions ages 14 to 22. Like this is the kind of story that I feel like can only exist in some weird 62 hour long visual novel with zero payoff but it alters your life somehow. Saying it has arcs is generous, I will write 8 page half script half summaries about how Damian is avoidant of homes and owns virtually nothing, how they choose concrete basements to rest in because it reminds them of cages, and it's a reason to never become comfortable, and why, and how, and how it changes over time but stays the same and how it effects those around you to come and go like a stray cat, hissing, disappearing and purring and staying in the same breath. Obviously I'm being so self indulgent in combining all my passions in clothing, design, themes and creatures in here, I put plenty in here just because I think it's cool and fun but the writing itself only exists as like agonizingly slow crawls through suicide attempts and relationship dynamics that might not ever get to a truly healthy and clean place. It means the world to me, I don't know how to actually show it raw to anyone though.

Stolas' pictures including a conscious Blitz looking away from the camera and Stolas. Blitz's picture including an unconscious Stolas cuddled up next to him. Because Stolas believes them on equal footing/the same page about what their dynamic is with Blitz just hating every minute of it and Stolas. Because Blitz believes they're on different levels entirely and that the only way he can be content is when the rest of the world (and Stolas specifically) live on without him.

Because Stolas and Blitz are both terrified of being/dying alone, but while Stolas would sacrifice his love for Blitz, Blitz doesn't believe his own love is worth anything to begin with.

It had been over a year since they had last seen each other and the pair had plenty to catch up on. They ended up talking well into the hours of the night before Estinien finally continued on his journey.

In the Dr. Scraptrap AU, he did happen to have both Michael and Evan—having adopted them like he would later on with Elizabeth.

He adopted them both back in the earlier days when he’d just started working with Henry. And they were both still around with him for about five years.

Then, unfortunately, they both obtained an illness, and passed just a short time after Dr. Scraptrap figured out that they were ill/what they had.

He’s never brought either of them up to the three, but he does miss the two.

Okay, so, um. This ask made me realize that I don’t watch a lot of cartoons??? Like I tried to think of something that Shilo and Grefgore would have a reaction to and drew a complete blank??? And then I realized that the cartoons I did get into are not the kinds of cartoons Emizel would admit to watching???? I’m so sorry I never thought not watching Family Guy or the Simpsons would mess me up like this.

once again thinking of how they could address the captain's sexuality in the final season (and again, i wouldn't want a big coming out scene, i wouldn't want them to make a big deal out of it, i just think that, since most of the ghosts have dealt with their insecurities and unresolved issues, the captain also deserves that because it's a part of him, like his inability to completely let go of the war and his military persona, which also should be addressed) and i think my favoured approach would be a subtle one where we see the captain progressively loosening up a bit more and being more open and comfortable about it without trying to hide it. like when adam (the assistant director) came to button house, or when he commented about one of the workers being handsome and having strong arms. i would love to see something like that again but this time with the captain not trying to correct himself or hide it. another option that could go hand in hand with this one (and would be more emotional and would require the captain to really open up) could happen in the case of havers coming back for another flashback: the captain could confess, either to the rest of the ghosts or just to himself in a "pillow talk" kind of scene, that havers was the first man he fell in love with.

there are so many ways to approach this that wouldn't require the captain to just say “i'm gay”, although if they (six idiots/them there) do it that way, i don't think i would mind because i trust them to do it right.

and like i said before, i'm hoping that first and foremost they address and possibly resolve the captain's feelings about the war and his clinging to his military persona, at the very least to have him come to terms with the war being over and how the war negatively impacted his life, which in a way could be connected to his sexuality.

season five will be the final season, and it's time for the captain to face all these things that are a part of him, and to finally, hopefully, feel more at peace with them.
