The Instagram Effect

BBC documentary (~1 hour long) on Instagram, the way it works, and the way it effects people. Trigger warning: (please look into the trigger warnings of this documentary more fully before you decide to watch it!) I will mention here at least that it contains multiple conversations related to mental health that were emotionally effecting, including a few graphic details.
