it's only the fourth race and i'm really exhausted. sometimes i want to stop watching for a while because i don't find anything enjoyable about this sport anymore, but i still care too much about lando to do that 😭

i think lando himself would want you to be kind to yourself and take a break 🥺 the sport will be here when you come back, all the outrage and all the noise, you don't need to witness it when you're exhausted. lando can and will endure through all this, you can have faith in him and his support team, and turn your attention elsewhere to rest. i think the sport needs to be fun or at least a cathartic part of your life that brings you positive satisfaction or meaning at the end of the day, or else it's not worth it, even if lando's truly special. this is just going to be a very long year, it's a whole marathon, and you don't have to treat every weekend like an all out sprint, you know? or you will suffer too much for it to be worth it. protect your peace and come back when you're ready 🫂

This is the best day ever

I've been a fan of it ever since the first chapter released back in 2009! I remember reading the first chapter and hoping that it stuck around for awhile, because it seemed like it would be a lot of fun. And I was right! It basically checks all of my boxes. I was pretty disappointed when the first anime had that anime original ending that felt like a nail in the coffin for any future anime adaptions, so I'm glad I was wrong about that. the second season just straight up ignoring the anime original ending is still probably one of my top 10 funniest anime shenanigans to this day.

I'm a little bit behind on the manga these days, but only because I'm reading it by English physical volume releases these days, so I'm only up to date with what's been printed.

Hii mags! How are you?

You probably don't remember it, but around june-july last year I sent an ask talking about how I had started a hair transition back to my natural curly hair (I don't know if "hair transition" is actually how you call it in english but I'll go with that).

I said something about how it looked weird because of the transition, specially since I had cut it short (like a channel cut) and I asked for some thoughts of aki supporting me through this change.

Back then it was a big blow on my already low self steem because the lady didn't cut it as short as I would like it, and that made the different textures in my hair very apparent, wich made it very hard to style for me since I had been straigthening my hair since I was 13 and had no idea how to properly care for or style curly hair.

I wanted to thank you for those aki thoughts you wrote back then. It might seem silly, but whenever I felt like giving up on my curls and just straightening it again I thought about aki suporting me through all of those months.

In december I finally gathered enough courage to try to get a haircut again. I went to a barber this time and showed him some reference pics of how I wanted it cut and he didn't even question it. I was so happy to not hear him say things like "that's too short for a lady" or "it'll make you look more masculine" like that lady that gave me the channel cut said.

I was kinda scared of cutting my hair so short because I have a chubby face, so I thought it wouldn't flatter me, but it was the best decision I could have done. This lenght brings out my curls way more than a long one and it's easier to style.

Anyway, all that yapping from me was just to thank you for the aki thoughts. I still think back to them every now and then.

Sorry for writing a bible in your inbox, I was just gonna thank you and ask for more thoughts on aki reacting to his s/o finally showing up with the new curly haircut, but I got carried away 🥲

You don't need to write them if you don't want to, I'll be happy if you just read this essay I wrote. I love your writing and your blog is one of the few that I have turned the notifications on because I genuinely like to read all your posts.

aki would compliment you so much... I think he gets so shy when you get a haircut because it's different but so adorable on you... he's just all blushy and glancing away whenever you're around. he tries to come up with a nonchalant way to tell you he thinks you look good, but he ends up all flustered anyways...

They are based on a species in a book I'm writing! I mostly have them small (3ft?) but they can get a little bigger (at most 4'9ft because I'm that height) Their chest has a big hole(?) in it (i drew it but its too small so I'm gonna change it) where a crystal (Chrystal?) is placed. With thin lines that connect to the back of the hole(?) and to the crystal. It plays at being a heart but if it cracks the skin and mental and emotional stability also crack. The species can look like humans but they need artificial skin and a small drop of blood from a human/mortal that can help.

My sona is actually a broken off piece from another. My sona is nicknamed Love and its other half has no name. My sona took the emotions and the other half has the abilities/strength basically

I think thats it for now? Im not sure but I can remember them all I'll add them later!
