I think every computer user needs to read this because holy fucking shit this is fucking horrible.

So Windows has a new feature incoming called Recall where your computer will first, monitor everything you do with screenshots every couple of seconds and "process that" with an AI.

Hey, errrr, fuck no? This isn't merely because AI is really energy intensive to the point that it causes environmental damage. This is because it's basically surveilling what you are doing on your fucking desktop.

This AI is not going to be on your desktop, like all AI, it's going to be done on another server, "in the cloud" to be precise, so all those data and screenshot? They're going to go off to Microsoft. Microsoft are going to be monitoring what you do on your own computer.

Now of course Microsoft are going to be all "oooh, it's okay, we'll keep your data safe". They won't. Let me just remind you that evidence given over from Facebook has been used to prosecute a mother and daughter for an "illegal abortion", Microsoft will likely do the same.

And before someone goes "durrr, nuthin' to fear, nuthin to hide", let me remind you that you can be doing completely legal and righteous acts and still have the police on your arse. Are you an activist? Don't even need to be a hackivist, you can just be very vocal about something concerning and have the fucking police on your arse. They did this with environmental protesters in the UK. The culture war against transgender people looks likely to be heading in a direction wherein people looking for information on transgender people or help transitioning will be tracked down too. You have plenty to hide from the government, including your opinions and ideas.

Again, look into backing up your shit and switching to Linux Mint or Ubuntu to get away from Microsoft doing this shit.

I am so surprised you haven’t gotten more traction your cotl comic is one of the best ones I’ve seen. It looks soooooo cool. Honestly probably my favorite comic now, I can’t wait for more chapters to come out!

I was about to say, there wasn't much traction because maybe the comic haven't started so long ago, but then I saw that the first comic was posted in late Mai of last year- Oh my god THaB is almost already 1 year old ._. (and we are so, so far from the end of it-) Beside the realization that my time blindness is worse than I thought, I kind of don't care about the notes? I am always very happy to see everyone's reaction of course. But if the comic ends, and there's only, like, the handful of regulars, it would still be a win for me.

I started THaB as kind of a challenge? I wanted to prove to myself that I can finish a big project. But now, THaB turned into this comfort I never thought I needed. Having something to be obsessed about, and being able to talk about it with friends, having this positive feedback loop with them, while we just imagine the characters through situations, speculate about the lore, do world building from scratch... The notes and messages are a very sweet bonus✨ I started not for a good reason I think (too much pressure), but I'm so glad it turned out this way. But enough rambling! Thank you again for your sweet message! And see you at the next update ;3

I've seen your art before but there was gore and an interpretation of the lamb vs narinder fight in a certain way that I thought would make me uncomfortable, I read your latest page and immediately got invested, I read your entire thing.

On God the fight scenes you make are amazing, the way you convey emotions onto your characters. The humor is so good too, and even though I generally don't care for oc's, the disciples here got me interested right away.

Loved this entire comic, and having the patience to make this and keep posting, I see the number of notes you have, this is criminal, you're so underrated.

So yeah I just wanted to say that you rock.

I am so glad you got gotten by the ocs! You are a good handful, saying you got invested into the disciples, and I was so afraid it wouldn't be the case! It means we did our job well at portraying the lil' guys, and it's the best feeling in the world tbh X3 (I love those lil' guy so much- They spin in my head like the microwave with every other Cult of the Lamb characters. Can't wait for them to spin in your heads too =))

cabi, my god, i did ramble in the tags a fair amount but the last comic update is so good!!!! every time thab updates im just floored with the skill and knowledge of the comic medium on display. and that's not touching on the actual substance, the subtle details that make the world more lived in, the rich characterisation, the dialogues, the humour, the everything!! im just so so excited about this comic, i hope you know just how fucking good you are at it, it's insane!!!! thank you so much for your work!!!!

I am so happy, and glad you love everything me and my buddies are putting in this comic! And I'll hope you'll keep enjoying it in the future =3 Not gonna lie, I was a bit worried about this update. We were getting away from Lamb, to characters people didn't know, to put down info that might have been already guessed... I guess I was worried it would be boring. But I'm so glad it's not the case, and that we can already feel the attention to detail! I can't guarantee I won't forget stuff, but you can be sure as hell that I'm going to put as much personality and foreshadowing as I can! Keep an eye out =) Speaking of buddies, I have to give credits where it's due! The dialogues, if made only by myself, would have never came out like this. Even if my writing is not that bad, my specialty is still in the visuals (And also, I am an airhead- So, if I'm alone, I am bound to forget stuff). IM FREEEEEEEEEEEEEE THE WORKSHOP IS OVER, I CAN GO BACK TO THE BRAINROT!

And I'm kicking things up by doing in 2 days the equivalent of work that took me 2 fucking weeks to achieve. Oh my stars, it's so nice to have the time and energy to draw the lil guys! They make me so happy =3 A good 2/3 of the lines are done! I don't know how much time this all will take until the update is done, but we're getting there! Ngl, I can't wait to finish this one- Being stuck for months on 1 update is getting to me- I got stuck because of events out of my control, but still, I wish things didn't take this long- Anyway, that's all for me! They grow up so fast ='3 I have a hard time believing how fast my art evolved, ngl! The next update will be cut in two! What we wanted to tell is a bit much for just one update- The first part have the 2/3 of the sketch done tho! So everything is going smoothly✨ The bonus that is planned to come with the update, will be put up with this comic's second half! It felt like it made more sense, and it gives us more time to work on it =3 Lastly, I'm finally finishing THaB's master post I wanted to make! It's in my draft, waiting for a last check!
