so i have this au called "the mage's heir" where davy never gives simon up after lucy's death and, instead, makes the decision to raise him alone. and kinda does okay! davy is still all *snazzy piano riff* and shit, but in this verse, taking care of simon when he's small forces him to step away from his work and chill the fuck out a bit. at least for a little while. (simon winds up growing up into a signficiantly more arrogant and morally grey version of himself tho.)

Pomefiore is probably??? somewhere around January as well?? Because I remember it was still snowing from the cutscene that Prefect has with Kalim abt his disappointment on not being a main singer. I’m betting on Late January at earliest. And Ignihyde takes place literally the night after Pomefiore 😭😭😭 This is also just guesswork based on how far up north the Sage’s Isle is, I assume the winters last longer there.

As for Diasomnia I got no clue at all 💔💔 all ik is that it should be getting warmer bcs of the reactions the characters have towards Malleus causing snow & winds to pick up… I used to think it was March but it probably isn’t 😭

I can't do much productively during the heat wave/health issue flare up/etc. like work on my games or anything where I have to sit at the computer/type for long periods of time, BUT.. I did passively sculpt a few tiny foods lol. I wanted to do one of my bigger usual sculptures, but those take so much more time and concentration, I thought something small just to keep my hands busy would be better.. close up photos look kind of weird and blurry from my camera settings or something, but overall they came out okay, especially in person.. Nearly the only reason I ever wanted to buy dolls as a kid was to get my hands on the miniature foods and plates and stuff that came with them, I've always just been obsessed with small versions of things like that, so.. why not make some! lol

I hate winter i HATE IT. And i have an exam on friday as well as work and a christmas party to attend. Romance on the Farm-as yall know I have a love hate. I LOVE them so much. But that ending SUCKED. The romance was sprinkled so don't expect so much. It was a family drama with lots of redemption that wasn't deserved. I watched for these two.

Wrong Carriage Right Groom-kind of boring but at the same time I enjoyed them? Just wish they went a more mature route.

Forever Love- OKAY HEAR ME OUT. It's a mini drama. It's bad but it's good and I know yall know wtf I mean.

Promise in the Summer-HEAR ME OUT AGAIN, ya'll cannot expect perfection out of mini dramas. This was just fun and I admit that. Their height difference>>> the comfort scene>>> Just a good time.

Parallel Worlds-chem was there. A bit rushed in some aspects, but if they would have cut this drama DOWN some episodes it would have benefited the other points of the story. Good fantasy though like very interesting world.

You Are Desire-he is soooo good looking and she fits him well. But the career choice for him and the storyline following was such a snooooze.

Hidden Love-controversial drama but I SWEAR you watch episode 1 and then skip like 4 episodes and its smooth sailing. It's not creepy but they have a girl playing her younger self that looks way too young and she's not THAT much younger so it made it seem weird. This was a VERY well done drama.

A Date With the Future-Long and boring.

The Furthest Distance-very beautiful and I love Leo but the pacing is weird to me and the ex is annoying.

Dine with Love-a horrible Male lead. Like he's the worst. But you root for them. idk. Makes you hungry

My Everlasting Bride-mini drama with a mini budget as ya'll know. I had a good time for the two hours. Yes it was absolutely ridiculous. He was so fine.

My Decoy Bride-I mean. They were pretty. Another mini.

The Snow Moon-another mini. It's tragic. And I actually enjoyed for the most part and thought because it's mini that it would end differently. NOPE.

The inextricable Destiny- they do everything in THEIR POWER to make you hate this drama. There were so many points where they could've done better and didnt. I hate that. Don't waste your time.

Fireworks of my Heart-Unpop opinion but he makes incredibly boring dramas. Female lead has NO backbone. And he promises he wont go back but does.

I am actually not legally or ethically allowed to complain about the heat, because 1) I spend all year waiting for this weather and 2) I just spent 5 years living in an air conditioned basement and working in an air conditioned house which sounds nice as a concept, but not when it means you spend the entirety of summer in jeans and sweatshirts because the house is too darn cold, and therefore you never really get to enjoy the season,, BUT

if God would like to turn down the thermostat a teeny tiny bit, I would be so so so so grateful 🫶🏻

One thing I love about living in the woods is that you'll just see wild shit right outside your window. Looked outside and saw a hawk (small) resting on a branch REALLY close to the house (idk if something scared them out of their nest or if it's just resting because it's snowing or what) but I got excited and kind of shouted and then this dude turns his head around and just looks at me.
