You're so right he absolutely wants cuddles here. (I have missed talking about Charles so much!!!!!)

I feel like this is peak post nap Charles? Cause Charles before he's had his nap is all whiney and pouty, even a little teary cause he's tired and a little overstimulated.

But post nap? When he's rested but still a little sleepy and SO soft and cuddly? Then he's gonna be stretching and making sweater paws and letting out little whines and huffs cause he's so comfy!! The only way he could possibly be comfier is if you came to join him.

When Charles is really tired, he's happy to nap on his own as long as he has a comfy blanket and pillow. The blanket is extremely important, even if it's very hot he MUST have a blanket. So he'll have his nap on his own.

But when he wakes up? Then he's gonna stumble out of bed all soft and sleepy and smiley until he finds you. He must find you!!

You're then just attacked with cuddles. He kinda just... flops onto you and you have to hold him. You have to just shuffle the two of you to bed because he is not letting go, he has stuck himself to you and he will not let go until he has received a satisfactory amount of cuddles.
