YOU ARE HUMANNNNNAHHHH
IT IS OKAY TO BE SAD, MAD, CRYING, SCREAMING etc… WHEN YOU ARE MANIFESTING
It’s normal to cry it’s normal to be sad it’s normal to be mad IT IS NORMAL TO HAVE A OFF DAY you are human not a robot it’s understandable to feeling some type of way about not having your desires yet but PLEASE remember that you are BIGGER than any negative/intrusive thought and when you have those type of thoughts and or waiver it’s okay just don’t stay in that state which is important cause it’s not about what you instantly think of it’s what you’re dominantly thinking about so when you’re having a moment start grounding yourself and simply tell yourself “Everything is always working out in my favor” or write out how you’re feeling or throw on a subliminal whatever floats your boat and gets you back on track DO IT.
Also remember that when you’re manifesting YOU ARE NOT TRYING because you already have that desire you want and because you’re wanting it so bad a version of you have that so switch your state from telling yourself/visualizing things you don’t want to experience to telling yourself/visualizing things you want to experience just switch states and when and if you’re experiencing the opposite of what you want AFFIRM THROUGH IT TRUST AND BELIVE ME IT WORKS (I’ll make a post about a similar thing that happened to me).
ALSO something else that can really help is what you indulge in and what I mean is the posts you read, the music you listen to, the shows you watch, the people you surround yourself with now you have the power to control what you do and don’t do so don’t be crying upset when you experience what you don’t want to you can’t say you want a loving committed long term loyal partner but you’re listening to break up songs and artists who makes songs about how bad their relationships was and even on your social medias change your fyp trust and believe it works and find a song that just makes you feel all warm and happy inside and when you do that visualize your desires (works wonders I’ll link my favorite sound I listen to that helps me it’s like a sound that replays but I absolutely love it)
Lastly it’s okay to feel how you want to feel you don’t have to feel happy and blissful and giddy 100% 24/7 you don’t have to have a very high energy all the time to manifest what you want THATS A BS MYTH but when you’re feeling down try your best to be self aware of your emotions then feel that emotion don’t ignore it cause then it’ll just make it worse reflect if you want to then let it go, cry if you need to go scream in a pillow if you need to go talk to someone you trust go to a wreck room if needed just…LET IT OUT you’ll feel 10000000x better letting it out than keeping it in and keep it in the back of your head now go CRY IF YOU NEED TO AND HAVE FUN MANIFESTING.

MENTAL DIET | LOA



you are what you consume.
One of the first things I learned in the Law of attraction is how our life is guided by what we think, what we watch, what we consume.
That’s why, I’m so mindful of what I watch, the friends I interact with, the things I read, what I consume. In resume, everything I allow to be perceived by my conscious and subconscious mind.
If you want a healthy relationship with you SP, I don’t see a reason for you to watch drama novels, angst stories and binge-read or watch stories about failed relationships that we often see on media like tik tok or Reddit. You are impressing your subconscious mind with everything you don’t want to attract.
I used to be a major horror movies fan. I watched them at least three times a week, but soon I realized how negative my life was turning. Constant fights in my family, objects breaking in my house, nightmares. So I had to make a decision, or watching horror movies, or having the Barbie lifestyle I wanted. The last time I watched a horror movie was 3 years ago.
I also liked to watch a channel that posted real videos about car and bike accidents (don’t even ask me why I liked to watch this?), and I completely stopped after someone in my family got involved in a really bad car accident.
So, be mindful to what you consume, what you watch, read or even think about. I know it’s hard to control our thoughts, but the more we train our mind, the more we succeed.
Now, the things I consume are only related with the lifestyle I would like to live. If I have free time, I scroll in Pinterest or tumblr to see manifestation content instead of tik tok or Instagram (I deleted these permanently 8 months ago), the shows I watch aren’t related to horror or drama. (My personal favorites are gossip girl, Gilmore girls, the fresh prince, or sometime I watch those “millionaire lifestyle” videos).
When I had the habit of watching mansion tours everyday, I was able to manifest a house in the coast in the way I wanted. It has a pool, four bedrooms, three bedrooms and was in the way I always dreamed. Something that I couldn’t be more grateful for.

Are you really persisting??? P.1



Persistence is soo important in getting what you want. There's a lot of people that like to throw "persist" around loosely without really knowing what it means.
Persistence ⋆ firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.
Persistence is only effective if it is continuous.
True persistence means that you stick to your new story more often than not.
Example, Chloe has a desire she wants manifested. She'll live in her imagination for a whole day and feel so confident. Chloe claims it is done. Next day, she'll start the day in her imagination however for the rest of the day, she'll let her mind run wild with thoughts not aligned. Chloe will repeat this cycle of living in the end and then returning to the old state. Then, Chloe will think to herself, "I said it's done, why isn't anything happening, where's my desire??"
Chloe is close to making her desird state dominant but the process restarts everytime she returns to the old man for the majority of the time. She says she is persisting because she can live in the end but she will continue entertaining the old story more. She also delays the process by questioning the how and when.
This takes discipline and a mental diet. It also takes a level of awareness because it can easy to go back to our old story unconsciously when it is our dominant state. This can take less than a day, two days, or two weeks to create a decent level of discipline and awareness. It's different for everyone as we are all on our own journey. ♥

ʚ♡ɞ 𝕯𝖎𝖌𝖎𝖙𝖆𝖑 𝕰𝖝𝖔𝖗𝖈𝖎𝖘𝖒 𝖙𝖔 𝕰𝖒𝖇𝖔𝖉𝖞 𝖞𝖔𝖚𝖗 𝕭𝖊𝖘𝖙 𝕾𝖊𝖑𝖋 ʚ♡ɞ
I decided to make a series of posts dedicated to mental dieting, even if you're not really into manifestation/law of assumption and you're just into your journey to become your best self.
We spend so much of our time on our phones, tablets or computers that it has become our way of life. Most of the daily content we consume and most of the people we interact with every day come from the internet. We basically consume content like we consume food every day.
We talk about digital detoxing and digital decluttering constantly, but sometimes we have to become extreme to live our best life. We have to be mindful about the content we consume since like I mentioned earlier, we consume it like food and if we can be mindful about the food we consume to nourish our body then we can do the same to nourish our minds and hearts. So basically a digital exorcism is what we need to hold ourselves accountable, including myself.
In fact, I am guilty of this and as soon as I'm done with my own post I'll start doing my own digital exorcism as well to be mindful of my own mental diet since I've been neglecting it for the longest time.
∘•···············•∘ʚ ♡ ɞ∘•················•∘
Here is a list of things to do to start your own digital exorcism with things I've come up with and some ideas I've compiled over the months from reading around:
୨୧ Curate your social media experience.
I know that many people cannot quit social media entirely because nowadays some jobs depend on social media presence, plus social media can be a very nice and positive experience!
The internet should be a safespace for you so curating and being mindful of your content should be a high priority.
Delete people/users and social media that either you don't talk anymore or don't bring positive things into your feed or life.
Engage in content that makes you happy or brings positivity into your life, especially topics that you want to learn or improve so your feed gets filled with those things.
Delete any accounts you have that you don't use or represent a part of your life that reminds you of pain (we all had an emo private account to vent somewhere that either needs to be wiped for a new era or just deleted).
Scroll past things that trigger you without guilt since your mental health has to be the most important thing.
Just put your phone down, think about what you need in your life right now to become your best self or make things better for you mentally and practice mindfulness by curating your experience.
∘•···············•∘ʚ ♡ ɞ∘•················•∘
୨୧ Declutter & Simplify
This sounds very easy but it also can be very exhausting so I advise you to do it on a day off but include some things like skincare or a nice podcast to do it. You have to prepare yourself for this mentally since going down memory lane while doing this can be emotionally draining.
We already mentioned deleting accounts but deleting phone numbers that we no longer engage with is a form of self care, same goes for deleting messages or chat logs.
Leaving Discord servers that are inactive or you no longer engage with. Why keep something like that if you're no longer using them? Out of nostalgia? Honey, don't do this to yourself.
Delete apps or music (especially sad and depressing music!) that no longer serve you. They are taking up a lot of useful space after all.
And in relation to making space, declutter your photo gallery. This can be a rough one since we tend to hoard pictures and hoarding comes from a place of fear. Sit down, be ready to confront yourself, think carefully about how you want to categorize your photos and Konmari everything. Focus mostly on screenshots, pictures that you feel you don't look good in, repeat pictures and pictures that bring you bad memories.
Clean your emails to make space. Unsubscribe to newsletters that you don't need and remove any alerts. Just clean it.
From there, things should look cleaner and simple. I know that some of us are addicted to the chaos but trust me that even if you may feel some regret at first, you'll thank yourself later. Sometimes, your phone is a reflection of the state of your mind after all.

୨୧ Romanticize your Life!
This is the fun part of the digital exorcism, which is making things easier and prettier!
Redecorate your home page. Put everything in folders and from there you can go crazy! Pretty wallpapers, themes, colors... Anything that your heart desires. You can also apply this to other things, revamp your social media and Pinterest boards for a cleaner and better look.
Go on an account scout mission and follow accounts that align with your thoughts and values of your best self.
Install new apps that bring you joy but also feel purposeful to you. And don't feel guilty about installing things like cute games that can make you pause and relax, just don't abuse screen use!
∘•···············•∘ʚ ♡ ɞ∘•················•∘
୨୧ Other Important Things
Don't forget to update apps and back up what's important. I know that cloud backups are important but don't forget to backup things that may be important in an external hard drive.
Set up a ¨Sleep Mode¨ for your phone so you don't feel tempted by notifications at night and have proper sleep. You can also turn off notifications on some platforms to minimize your anxiety.
Set up ¨Digital Detox Hours¨ every day for you. Reconnect with your hobbies, play with your pet, take a nap, journal, do some prep... Just stay away from your phone. And if you don't have any privacy, it's okay. You can take notes and journal in your phone as well, just stay away from social media. Put on music and relax. This should be time for yourself and your feelings after all.
Don't feel bad about doing regular digital decluttering once you're done with the digital exorcism. This is mostly to start again in a clean slate, if the apps you installed for your clean slate are not to your liking, then you can make a small digital declutter and get rid of them later. It's not a bad thing to try new things because it's part of your self-discovery journey.

Dearest Gentle Readers...
Hello to everyone who has always read and supported my loa blog! Thank you so much! I've been living life and focusing on my own manifestations! If I haven't been posting, it's because I simply have nothing to teach, I'm busy or I'm focusing on myself and staying away from over consuming here. But I am back with a new epiphany I've had as I was talking to myself and thinking about the law. This is how I'm doing nowadays because it's literally the easiest way for me. It is the best way for me but it might be different from you but I'm just here to share it with anyone who agrees or who needs help with manifesting. Enjoy!

These were my thoughts from where the idea for this post came:
Okay so I was showering in the bathroom when I thought of this. Again, as per usual 🤣
"What do I do if the 3d bothers me when I see around or look at my life? Because of how different it might be to my dream life. Then I thought the best trick for that is honestly to not pay attention to unwanted so you don't take yourselves to that reality back again. And my thoughts create my reality, I have to remind myself of that. I don't follow the 3d."
"Oh because Regina wore this top, you wear it too? So what, you're gonna copy the 3d like a freaking minion or a follower? No you're the queen, the boss, the trendsetter! You're the one who sets trends aka what your thoughts are! It gets created not the other way around. No you're Blair, Regina and Chanel Oberlin! You're Jennie! What you say goes! So if there's the negative or unwanted creping into your brain, flip or think of it as a question. Like someone's asking you those negative thoughts.
"Hey Rian, do you believe you don't look pretty?" like you're at a press con and I'd answer it in my mind pretending I'm at a press con or being interviewed like "Hi! Of course, I'm pretty. Literally such a visual! Right? I seriously look so gorgeous!"
Remember this.
YOU'RE THE BOSS 👏 THE QUEEN 👏 THE TRENDSETTER! 👏
YOU ARE LITERALLY -> CHANEL OBERLIN, BLAIR WALDORF, REGINA GEORGE, JENNIE, WEDNESDAY, HONG HAEIN AND MIRANDA PRIESTLY!
When negative thoughts or assumptions creep in, take it as an opportunity to create your reality and affirm. I literally invite you to get inspired, think, act, walk like these characters I've mentioned because their mindset is perfect for manifesting because we do not follow or get fazed by the 3d. You would be giving your power away and turning the queen bee to the minion, the boss to the employee, the operant power to the copywriter of your thoughts. Every time, you think negative thoughts, remember this. "Reminder: WATCH OUT, YOU'RE CREATING YOUR REALITY! CHANGE IT TO WHAT YOU WANT!" Every time you let the negative thoughts and self talk take over, you're pulling yourself away from the reality you wanted to be in. How to jump back to the right reality? Easy, if it helps you be delusional but I would say, it's not even being delusional but changing the radio channel to what you want.
This is an example situation. Oh there's ants on the coffee table? Okay let's change the channel and create the reality we want instead. What ants? There's literally not even one on the table? Stop yourself every time you check or go "why isn't it working?" You know what you're doing, you changed the radio or tv channel again. Get back to the right one and detach. This is one of my default affirmations every time my desires pop up in my head -> "No. Of course I have my dream life. Of course I have my desires and that's final." It can even be as simple as "I have my desires" or a code word which means you have all your desires like for me, I sometimes say Lumos from Harry Potter because it's short and easy to say.
Go on, I invite to affirm naturally like one of those characters I mentioned. It helps me think more naturally if I embody their mindset and confidence. You tell it like it is! Don't forget that you lead the 3d so don't be shy to remind it sometimes.
👑 Now let's reiterate everything 👑
You’re the Boss. The 3D Follows YOU.
You’re either the leader of your reality or a follower of the 3D. And I don’t know about you, but I am not a follower.
Think about it like this: If Blair Waldorf wakes up and sees something she doesn’t like, does she just accept it? No. She fixes it, flips it, and commands what she wants. She doesn’t follow trends, she sets them.
So why are YOU following the 3D? The 3D is not your boss. It is not your reality. You are.
Step 1: Stop Reacting. Start Dismissing.
🩷 Friendly reminder that it doesn't matter if you cry or let it all out when you're upset as long as you go back at it after that and stand up. It is only not beneficial if you fall, you cry and you stay on the ground.
💅The 3D is like an annoying follower trying to tell you what’s in style. Are you just gonna copy what you see like some clueless minion? Or are you gonna be the trendsetter and make reality follow you?
🚫 If the 3D shows you something you don’t like, dismiss it. Reject it. Don’t react. Don’t spiral. That’s not your reality. Twist that dial and change the channel! Like this! Choose your favorite character and think like them! Or better yet, do it in your own commanding style because you know you're the operant power.
🗣️ Say it like Chanel Oberlin:
❌ "Ugh, as if. That’s not my reality."
❌ "3D, I don’t think so. I already have what I want. Catch up."
🗣️ Say it like Blair Waldorf:
❌ "Excuse me? That’s not my story. Reality, fix yourself. I always get what I want, and this is no exception. Now, try again."
🗣️ Say it like Jennie (BLACKPINK):
❌ "Oh? The 3D wants to test me? Cute. But let’s be clear. I already have my desires. End of discussion. Try to keep up."
🗣️ Say it like Regina George:
❌ "Wait… you actually thought I don’t have what I want? That’s so embarrassing for you. Reality follows me, not the other way around. Now, let’s never speak of this again."
🗣️ Say it like Hong Haein (Queen of Tears):
❌ "Hmm? Oh, I literally don’t care. I already have what I want. This is just old news trying to stay relevant."
🗣️ Say it like Wednesday Addams:
❌ "The idea that I don’t have my desires is almost… laughable. Reality bends to my will, not the other way around. Let’s not be ridiculous."
🗣️ Say it like Miranda Priestly:
❌ "Oh. This again? Boring. I have my desires. That’s all." (sips coffee, doesn’t even blink at the 3D's attempt to shake her.)
You don’t react. You command. The 3D doesn’t tell you what’s real. YOU DO!
Step 2: Flip It & Set the Trend.
The 3D isn’t in charge, you are. So when you notice something unwanted, take it as a cue to affirm your real reality.
Instead of thinking: “Ugh, why don’t I have my desires yet?”
Think: "No. Of course I have my dream life. Of course I have my desires. That’s final."
You don’t wait for the 3D to show you something good to believe in it. You assume it and the 3D has no choice but to follow.
Step 3: Live Like It’s Already Done.
If you already had your dream life, would you be questioning or doubting? No. You’d be enjoying it.
So act, think, and feel as if your dream life is already real. Because it is.
Final Boss Affirmation:
"3D, listen up. I have my desires because I said so. That’s final."
Say it. Mean it. Live it.
That's it. That’s the game. You don’t follow the 3D. The 3D follows you. You're literally hypnotizing the 3d. Because that's what your job is, that's what you do and when you don't stand in your power, you let the 3d take it from you.

Make a workout plan that works well with your menstrual cycle.
Deep clean your room.
Take an everything shower.
Plan your week.
Eat a nutritious snack.
Try a new recipe.
Buy a new fragnance or scented lotion.
Stretch or do yoga.
Talk to yourself.
Look in the mirror and point out every nice thing about yourself.
Read or reread the book you love.
Study for the next test.
Cut blue light an hour before sleeping.
Drink tea after waking up.
Limit your screen time.
Don't surround yourself with negative media (art, posts, etc.).
Dress up nicely.
Research a topic you like
Replay your favourite game.
Spend some time with the person you love and care about.
Try to understand the cause of your bad habits.
Look at motivating (not toxic) posts.
Affirm after waking up and before going to sleep.
Buy a beautiful and comfortable pijama.
Rearrange your room.
Find a new, intresting hobby.
Look for a fragnance that suits you and your personality the best.
Write out the things you want to change about yourself.
Don't skip important hygiene; brushing teeth, washing hair, skipping skincare, showering.
Take a hot relaxing bath.
Completely relax and just think without any distractions; music, subliminals, etc.
Set a new yet small goal you want to work towards to.
Remind yourself of your journey and how far you've come.
Work on your posture.
Cuddle with your animal.
Take a nap.
Buy a new candle.
Romanticise your life and every small thing about it.
Drink some lemon/cucumber water.
Find a new intresting show.
Create a new playlist with your favourite songs.
Find a new comfort YouTuber.
Think about your fun childhood memories.
Try a new form of exercise.
Make a vision board.
Get a therapist, and if you can't: talk with strangers online.
Listen to yout favourite subliminals.
Create a moodboard.
Create a new peace of jewerly.
Give away the clothes you dont wear anymore.
Create a visionboard and look at it everyday while affirming.
Try a new makeup style.
Go out without doing your makeup.
Get used to your 'effortless' look; no makeup, lay clothes, tied hair.
Get used to failing and learn from your mistakes.
Be grateful for the simple things you're blessed with.
Listen to a podcast.
Go on a walk.
Choose your kind of 'perfection'.
Think about deep topics and write about it.

i don't mean to offend you but how our imagination can be our true reality when we are so limited in our brains? you can't talk with other humans in your brains, you can;t smell, taste, feel, hear you can only repeat words and see imagines and that's it..... this world feel so much more real...

Hey! This was the same question I had 3 years ago, and I still remember the day I researches the reason.
Honey I'd recommend you to read Neville's works once! He's explained in the perception of the Lord and spirituality, but I'll explain you scientifically along with a pinch of non duality.
♡ firstly, we're spiritual beings. We're all a part of God (if you believe in God). I personally believe there's no God out there, but in ourselves God lives. We're God. We all are. God is living inside our body, but God isn't physical (I'm sorry I don't use 'He' or 'Him' cus God doesn't have any gender) God is a formless, divine being, and that's what we really are. We're all formless void that can choose to exist into anything.
♡ We're pure awarenesses. We always have been. Let's not get confused with physical reality. That's the state we chose to live in, intentionally or unintentionally. The state we're in rn is the same thing in both imagination and reality. We don't need senses to be aware of something. Senses are limited to the physical reality. But divinity soars higher and beyond senses.
♡ We're not our body, mind, or soul. We're pure awarenesses, that chose to be aware of a certain consciousness. The consciousness that is currently thinking about and stressing about the physical reality. Yeah, that's the state you're conscious about or aware about. Let's not pull body, mind and soul in terms of manifestation. They only exist if we choose to make them exist. They only will exist if we want to, not because logically living beings are supposed to have a body, mind and soul.
♡ Coming to your point, imagination is the true reality. How? So as I mentioned we're pure awarenesses and don't have a body, mind or soul. I also mentioned that our bodies, minds and souls exist only and only if we want to. If, and only, if it's fulfilled in the imagination, it can be projected in the reality. Here's an illustration I made.
♡ 'Only repeating words, and cannot taste, hear, smell, touch or feel, and can't communicate with other humans' it's because you've chose a state where you lack all these. Who told you we cannot communicate with others in the imagination? It's possible. And the possibility already exists. And the 5 senses are limited with the body. They're physical. But imagination just is. It doesn't have to do anything. Awareness just is. There's nothing to do. Doing is physical, logical bullshit that was created in this physical reality. Honestly, you don't even have to do anything at all. And anyone else who's struggling to apply this simple trick and the loassumption work, y'all don't need to do anything, just work on your self concept.
♡ Ik I always tell y'all to work on your self concept. But actually you don't have to. You actually don't need to work on it, if you apply this simple trick to make loassumption work for you. I reason I still stress about this is, y'all have been suffering in the state of consciousness y'all chose yourselves. Like you are the creator, you're the God of your reality. You are the one in control. But most of y'all don't understand this concept, that's the reason why I always stress about working on your self concept.
♡ When you work on your self concept, you get a grasp on controlling your thoughts, you find it easier to maintain a mental diet, you eventually will start feeling confident, you'll end up choosing the right state, the state where you have all your desires, and in turn you live in the end and fulfill yourselves. In the end, it obviously manifests. But if that illustration I put above is used without any need to work on your self concept, you can always get your desire instantly without that 1 month long self concept working.
♡ Coming to the scientific part. As a medical student that loves neurology alot is excited to write this part lmaoo. There's this structure called Hypophysis cerebri, the pineal gland. It's size is so small like the size of a pea. Situated exactly in the centre of the brain. The structure that helps in the regulation of circadian rhythm (sleep wake cycle) and secretes melatonin, also called the sleeping hormone (y'all who are insomniac, you gotta sleep or spend time in darkness, since melatonin secretion peaks during dark adaptation or in the night time especially. Y'all must atleast try to fall asleep lmaoo I feel like a proud doctor y'all)
♡ It's believed that pineal gland disappears after death, which is really true. I actually didn't believe until I went to med school. So this gland is believed that it's the subconscious mind, while other theory says that the left side of the brain is conscious brain and the right side, the subconscious mind. But I believe the former.
♡ There's 2 ways how manifestation is scientific, conscious manifestation and subconscious manifestation. You've always been doing this unintentionally since the minute you we're born and eternally.
♡ First, coming to subconscious manifestation. Your brain doesn't know the difference between reality and imagination. In your drowsy state before sleep, as the brain waves changes to alpha or theta, the brain really confuses with what's reality and imagination, when actually both are same. What's in your imagination must be here in the reality too. When you imagine or think about a certain thing while falling asleep (sats and lullaby method), your subconscious mind which is open to receive suggestions, picks this up and thinks it as reality and inturn project it into the 3d world by reprogramming throughout the night while you sleep. And when you wake up you experience it in the 3d.
♡ In conscious manifestation, you keep thinking about a certain thing or you keep imagining it, in the day time, you may have opposing thoughts. So what happens is, there's a structure in your brain called reticular activating system (RAS). This structure is responsible for all your senses except smell. This structure, as you think you need this certain thing, starts searching opportunities for meeting your needs with the help of your subconscious mind. For example, you wanted to eat burritos, so you first think about it. Your RAS suggests that there's this shop that sells delicious burritos. You immediately decide that you're going there after school. Your subconscious mind, which obeys to the decision you made consciously, now projects it into the 3d, that you're going (like bitch you're in a state of eating burrito after school) eventually you'll go there after school! Your RAS didn't create anything, what you want already existed. It just helped you to locate or give you a solution. It's that quick light bulb that clicks when you're thinking something and that works out. I hope you get what I mean 😭
♡ Why do all of this work? Because you we're fulfilled in your imagination (in state) and by default, all this works, cus you're in a state all of this works. You just have to mange the proper thoughts to enter the state of wish fulfilled. Imagination doesn't necessarily be images, it can be anything. It's you. You're the imagination yourself. You create the reality. You're the divine one. So treat yourself and think as God. The 3d is real, so is the 4d, your imagination. Both must have the same illustration or state upon which you dwell.
♡ imagination and reality, both are like twins. Both have the same looks, feelings, and everything. Only difference is that, anything to appear in the reality, imagination is the one that initiates first. Not the reality. Which is impossible.
♡ Now for all of that I explained above. Who's the ultimate GOAT behind? Your Imagination. Periodtt. Just your Imagination. Now, no more explanations rn. Your imagination creates reality. Shushh.

One of my BIGGEST January manifestations I manifested was my desired college acceptance I GOT INTO ONE OF THE HARDEST SCHOOLS TO GET INTO WITH AN ASS TRANSCRIPT (it was cause of my sophomore year 2020🙄) AND I HAD A MID TEST SCORE SO IF I CAN MANIFEST THIS YOU CAN MANIFEST WHAT YOU’VE BEEN WANTING YOU CAN SO IT I KNOW YOU CAN because even though I had upsetting thoughts and everything I still persisted and stayed in the knowing that it all worked out AND I EVEN GOT IT EARLIER THAN I WAS SUPPOSED TO I’ll put the methods I did right now babes:
Affirmations: “I know I got into *Desired School*”, “I already got into *Desired School*”, “everything is always working out for me”, “*Desired School* needs me I’m their best applicant” etc…
Scripting: I literally wrote in my notes app and my journal explaining how my day went being at my school
Vision Board: on my real vision board hanging on my wall I have an “A+” sign on it and on my digital one is just my school
Prayer: just thanking God/Universe for getting into my school and and explaining my amazing day
STATES: Just basically….knowing (kinda self explanatory) and having the mindset that I already got in and got my acceptance letter

this is going to be a simple informative introduction to mental diets.
mental diet is kind of like a regular diet but with your mind. so what this means is being aware of your thoughts all the time. only thinking thoughts that imply you are already living your dream life. -> instead of limiting food that is bad for your body, you’re limiting negative thoughts that are bad for your mind. 🧠
what if i have a negative thought on accident? — don’t worry, when ever u have a negative thought just don’t let it spiral, and affirm that u have ur dream life already. it might be hard at first but trust me, just keep affirming and it’ll get easier.
so what this also means is also avoiding negative media. anything that influences negatively your mental state. because even if you’re not agreeing with what you’re seeing it’s still gonna penetrate ur subconscious mind. internet can make it very hard to tell which thoughts are your thoughts and which thoughts are coming from other people.
ᵈᵉˡᵉᵗᵉ ᵗʰᵃᵗ ᵍᵒᵈᵈᵃᵐⁿ ᵗⁱᵏᵗᵒᵏ! — on tiktok u have no control over the content that is being shown. its full of people traumadumping and putting other people down. its also bad for ur focus which makes it harder to focus on ur thoughts.
this also means the news, music, tv etc. you don’t have to cut these out but for example choose a tv show where the main character is living your dream life or listen to positive songs with lyrics that have affirmations. or just read a damn book girl…
ᵗⁱᵈʸ ʳᵒᵒᵐ ᵗⁱᵈʸ ᵐⁱⁿᵈ! — a really good way to start a mental diet is by cleaning your room.
have you ever heard of the saying that ”your room is the reflection of your mind”? having a clean environment is proved to reduce stress, boost productivity, give you better sleep and improve focus.
putting a kick start on your diet can help. imagine that all the trash in your room, all the empty cans are negative thoughts and you’re throwing them away. do you go dig the trash can after u’ve thrown your trash? no. so why would u think the negative thoughts all over again?
ˢˡᵉᵉᵖ ⁱˢ ᵗʰᵉ ᵇᵉˢᵗ ᵐᵉᵈⁱᵗᵃᵗⁱᵒⁿ — did you know that the ideal 8 hours of sleep that they say is enough actually applies to men? studies have shown that women need 10 hours of sleep to feel energised during the day. anyways, even if you are not a woman, u need to sleep more. lack of sleep leaves your brain exhausted. it makes it harder to focus and makes it harder to control your mind.
ⁱᵍⁿᵒʳᵉ ᵗʰᵉ 3ᵈ! — last but not least ignore the 3d. 3d is an illusion. it’s the reflection of thoughts that have once been thought. you can always change the 3d. if you just keep affirming the 3d will change JUST👏KEEP👏ARRIFMING👏 and eventually you’ll be put in a situation where ypu have ur wishes fulfilled.
anyways these are just some of my tips and thoughts. there’s plenty of information about mental diets here so go do your research but i thought making a simple guide could be helpful for the people who are new to mental diets <3

pt.1
It's easy to live in the end and detach from the desires that you don't think about daily but what about the desires you constantly think about? Like an appearance change, a car, a new home, or better relationships?
All you need to do is control your imaginal acts relating to it.
There's something you want to change in the 3D, right? Instead, of focusing on the 3D and how to change it, just live in your imagination of how you want it to be.
Your family acting toxic towards you? Imagine them being loving, kind, and supportive.
You want a new home? Imagine yourself inside of your new home.
Want to change your appearance? Imagine looking at your desired features in the mirror.
Imaginal acts = visualization & inner conversations/thoughts
You do not have to do this perfectly. The 3D may trigger your emotions and you might get doubts. Your goal is to do these imaginal acts more than focusing on what you don't like. So, if you have a thought that doesn't align or you catch yourself assuming the worst, it's ok, you're not going to mess up your manifestation. Catch it, then flip it.
Everyone has doubts, negative thoughts, etc. But when successful manifestors do, they redirect them quickly. It's not about completely getting rid of your anxiety, fears, doubts, and intrusive thoughts. It's about lessening/redirecting them.
Also, don't give yourself a headache trying to keep track of how many times you lived in the imagination than your dwelling state. Just do it because it feels good. Isn't it better to feel good more often than not anyways?

𝑀𝑦 𝑠𝑐 𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑠 𝑖𝑛 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒~
Oh my actual god, i’ve seen so much success ever since i’ve actually gone hard core on my sc, i used to argue with my partner multiple times a day and get triggered by every little thing they did. NOW, he treats me wonderfully, we haven’t argued since. i hardly get triggered and if i do i go straight to regulation and reaffirming my sc.
And honestly my whole life had changed since i’ve dedicated myself to changing my story.
I used to do a few days of hard core affirming and get my sp to the way i wanted him to be and then go back to being my old triggered self and then yell at him for ‘not changing’ when it was me who was committed to not changing?? How do i expect the results when i was so committed to being the person who had no results?
You can’t have it both ways, if you want the change, you have to first show the mirror the change so it can reflect it back to you.
