So.......... I might have become obsessed with MDZS too
I redrew my favorite book illustration, and added the color
(original artwork by Marina Privalova)
never before seen baby baby Duncan video. thinking about how mobile he was when I first brought him home. and also how his tail had to work double time to try to keep him upright
On another (now dead) blog I had I went off topic to talk about xenofiction.. it's something I've always loved a lot and the gist of that post was that it was always disappointing when the narrative, in the point of view of some type of Creature, didn't read any different from a human pov... griffons are very popular in xenofic and it used to annoy me that the writers rarely seemed to know much about birds at all, how they breathed or vocalised or so on. Anyway I'm still searching for a good book about a Creature which provides an informed and interesting insight into their lives, so if anyone has any recs lmk
I really do love reading a book or comic series that leaves me feeling even more fucked up than I was before but like in interesting and fun new ways I hadn't thought of before
fuckfuck fuck i need to make more physical crafts i need to create tangible things that i can hold with my two hands and put it somewhere i can See It and think Wow. I Made That.
