seriously? Now you're just hating on Vivziepop for no reason! Hear me out! Stolitz is very very Very complex and deep. If you actually watched the show you would realize that Stolas and Blitz's relationship has a lot of complicated emotions and there's so many stories and arcs that stitch this beautiful relationship together. Their relationship has literally everything to you could ever ask for. It has the drama, action, tender moments, a rollercoaster of complexity to tug on the hearts of fans and queer folks, tension between them to add more flavor that adds so much to the shows plots. We love stolitz because of how deep their relationship is and their merch tells us and even deeper story and everything about their relationship is just perfect. You just don't understand vivs vision of her amazing queer writing. Viv put her heart and soul into her characters each telling their own stories even the women. Some are more complex than others with bigger roles but it's perfect just the way it is!!! As for Loona, Loona is literally the most well developed female character in the show and unlike people like you that don't watch the show you would realize that Loona isn't abusive, she can be seen being one of the sweetest and toughest girls in the show. Hello? She comforted Octavia, comforted blitz and drove him home, got him water, called him dad TWICE, she loves her father, she's a good sister to Octavia, she is literally the funniest girl in the show and all her jokes land! Maybe you just don't understand her humor?? Maybe you're just boring??? her backstory is very complex and filled with lots of mystery and filled to the brim with everything we need to know about her. We don't need to see everything because the information given was already there when she was at the pound. It's very emotional being in her position even scary. Maybe instead of hating so much without evidence then maybe you should go back and watch the show again??? Loona, blitzo, and Stolas are very well rounded characters and are not toxic. Side note the post about the plushies? Loona does not look fxcked up her face is perfect, her plush is her best looking yet so far! and stolitz are adorable together maybe your just mad you can't afford to buy merch of the greatest written Vivziepop characters in the show???

Why is it when Loona beats up her dad a lot the fandom doesn't bat an eye, yet when Via decides to cut off her dad she's branded for life?

simple, Loona can be and is sexualized and she has no character. While Octavia has gotten more depth that Loona. Loona and Octavia have 1 interaction and its the "yea dads suck sometimes" speech.

From there we barely get any Loona besides some fan service moments in the couple last episodes of s2. Octavia was boiled down to "my dad hates/loves X more than he loves me," character.

Which is understandable considering what Via has gone through, but the way it was executed was like the writers, Viv, and even Brandon WANTED the fans to hate her. that's just my theory.

stans already have mixed feelings about Blitz since the the Full Moon ep, i think that hurt Octavia as well as a character, even if she wasnt there, she was far from Stolas' mind and the fans. No one cares for Octavia like they do Loona.

Loona, to stans, has a "sadder" backstory, which isnt even a backstory its a memory from Blitz perspective so technically we never get to see Loona's side. On top of that, with Octavia being an heir, i think to stans that automatically gets her labeled like Stella, Spoiled rich bitch. Which is incredibly unfair.

Via's backstory is also just as terrible as Loona's.

She was born into a family where her parents were forced to like each other for HER SAKE. On top of that Stella was neglectful, she didn't seem to care much for Via besides her being an heir and her daughter. Whereas thats exactly why Stolas loves her, She is the next in line and His Daughter. Throughout the years her mother got distant and grumpier with the family, and then one morning she hears her parents are getting divorced. Her father begin promising her things that never end up happening. But she forgives him every time. Until the last time. She's sees her neglectful lying father, break ANOTHER promise, so she says basically "fuck you, i don't need you". Which is the appropriate response.

Loona kicks Blitz in the nuts after he has a weird mental breakdown over her. Loona is constantly berating Blitz; Calling Moxxie fat and even called Millie "old lady", even tho they aren't even that far apart in age. rude af.

Loona fucking sucks as a character.

Blitz deserves a better daughter, Via deserves a better Father.

I'm genuinely tired of HB/HH/Vivziepop stans putting words into my mouth.

"You literally hate everything about the show"

Fyi, I didn't hate the premise. I also don't hate: 1) The animation; 2) The voice acting; 3) The potential the show had, and hopefully still has, since it will apparently have at least four seasons.

But ever since HB went from being about the misadventures of assassins in Hell, into a romance drama between two characters who are clearly toxic for each other, that's when I started hating the plot. The third point you made is true, I do hate the plot, and I will continue to do so, unless all this focus on an abusive gay ship (Stolitz) shifts back to what got me and a lot of other people into the show in the first place. And no, I'm not going to stop being vocal about it just because someone else told me to. You're on the internet buddy, learn to accept the fact that not everyone will have the same opinions as you.

And that's really NOT something to get worked up about.

And if you've come across my post by searching "blitzo" "moxxie" "millie" or "loona," all you had to do was read the very first sentence I wrote (having to do about my issues with the latest episode) and click off my post because clearly criticism of your beloved show triggers you. And no, I won't stop tagging the characters like this even if I have something negative to say about them. This perfectly explains as to why:

But uh... I don't hate any other character aside from maybe Loona? She's written so inconsistently. There's no real development when it comes to Loona. She acts like a huge bitch and a spoiled brat despite receiving love from her dad for five years straight. She is a grown ass woman who kicked Blitzø in the balls after telling Octavia that Stolas is "trying his best" when he clearly wasn't. She physically abused Blitzø just because he called her out RIGHTFULLY, remind me why she didn't beat the shit out of him again in the latest episode after Blitzø wanted her to overwork herself AND didn't pay her for a month?

Oh and there's also the time Loona cheered for Blitzø, tucked him in and called him dad. Why is she abusive towards him in the very next episode?

That's the inconsistency I'm talking about.

As for the other main characters:

I genuinely relate to Octavia. And I feel sorry for her. Enough said.

I don't care about Millie. It's too little too late for that.

I'm not sure how to feel about Moxxie. Where is his character arc even going? What is his character arc? Learning to stand up for himself for the millionth fucking time?

Stella is a wasted character whose only purpose is making Stolas seem "innocent." I hate what the writers did to her.

Also yes, I dislike Viv for reasons that are 100% valid and available to the public, so I'm not making stuff up.

So I finally watched helluva boss, season 1 & 2. TW-R*pe, Cannibalism, Fatphobia. DNI: Helluva/Hazbin stans, people who are wanting to argue with me on my opinions. Just block me. I know I'm late to the critical party and have some opinions already said by others, as well as some of my own opinions that y'all may disagree with, but here's what I have to say:

Here are my thoughts as a queer individual and a demonolator:

1. Why are there sexes assigned to imps (sexual diamorphism) Demons in Christianity (and Luciferianism) (depending on the branch) have no sex or gender (except for succubi and incubi maybe) also Imps all have the same shade of red skin across all rings, so why is there no variations in each ring such as greed, lust, etc.

2. Now I see why Stolas told me he doesn't like his depiction. He doesn't wear enough starry or naturey clothing (except in ozzie's) and he's went from being a weird sexual pervert (even possibly a r*pist) to now being sad all the time. Like as someone with depression this is not accurate. Depression is more than just being sad.

3. Beelzebub is a fox? I honestly don't care about that but the wrong sigil was used. Also like, I like her party theme, but she's probably the reason that the hellhounds are so low class to begin with.

4. Wow. So Stolas's wife is abusive to him. Not a bad idea to write, but she's so cartoonishly evil and one dimensional like Andrealphus is. (Who looks like an Elsa ripoff?)

5. Andrealphus was confirmed gay I think, but it's so fucking weird to flirt/say weird things with your sister man. 😭

6. Mammon should be a two headed Bird according to demonology, why is he a spider? I like him though, he's funny. I just wish he wasn't used to be a fatphobic stereotype.

7. Man, I feel so bad for Octavia. She deserves better. Both her parents suck.

8. Worldbuilding: I like the idea of hell being circus themed, if only Beelzebub, Leviathan, and Belphegor had the theme on their outfits too. Also, I like the Gluttony, Sloth, and Wrath ring designs, but the rest shown (Lust, Greed, Pride) are just boring cities with weird sky colors. I hope Envy has a good ring design.

9.Full demon forms, just like Lucifer's I am SO disappointed, minus Stolas's full demon form. That one is nice. Like they just are bigger versions of themselves atp.

10. Paimon is a priveleged anti poor asshole. This literally demonizes irl! paimon, who I also work with.

11. Satanists portrayals: I HATE how Martha is portrayed as a violent cannibal ans a Satanist. The religion is actually peaceful. Also, as a Stolas worshipper, we do not do sacrifices to him. That is a violent stereotype and it's offensive.

12. The Hellhound designs: They're just red eyed dogs, which is okay, but I'd perfer horns, skulls n bones, fire, and 3 heads. Also loona's feral form is boring.

13. Sallie May needs more screentime. I like her but she just feels like a token trans character.

14. Y'all are gonna disagree with me on this but I like Fizzmodeus. They're cute.

15. The Cherubs are cringe as fuck. I hate them. Especially Deerie.

16. I like how Vassago isn't British. For fucks sake the Goetia are based on demonized gods and was written in France. So making them British pissed me off. I don't like how he is just a used design though.

16. Overall, I honestly didn't like Stolas, Paimon or Andrealphus's depictions. But Vassago and Asmodeus I liked. Making Asmodeus not a r*pist is kinda nice for a change.

17. Seven Deadly Sins- If you're gonna make an "anti-Christian" show then at least omit this. Because we personally believe in our own seperate sins against Satan and others, and the only "sins" we embrace are Lust (when all of these "sins" done in moderation) and Gluttony, and Pride. We always agree that Greed is 100% bad in my groups, so making a show that says "embrace sin" with Greed and Envy being part of those is kinda....bad. Also, some Satanists believe in their own Sins to completely avoid Harming others, Controlling others, Always forgiving horrible people, etc.

So those are my thoughts. I may not talk about this crapshow much anymore on here on my page. I want to focus more on my spirituality.
