Spent a ridiculous amount of time last night obsessively editing my hand written zines in Photoshop to take away any tiny blemishes so they were definitely readable.

Whatever. Understand or don't.

#I can't always read hyper-neat cursive. Then we want YOU to contribute!

The DC Pride Fan Special is a zine that strives to mimic an actual comic special, filled with fully illustrated stories and posters that celebrate the LGBTQIA characters of the comics we all know and love. In the spirit of those comics, we aim to unite writers and artists together to create collaborative teams to help bring these stories to life!

Write and illustrate your very own comic or find someone in our own ranks to work with! We have already had several successful team ups and would love to get more folks matched. We're even searching for inkers, colorists and letterers to help in the collaborative process! There is a place on our team for ALL kinds of creators.

If you'd like to join on the fun, the time to apply is NOW!
