I was talking to a mutual yesterday and they inspired me for some cowboy spamtenna <3 Speedpaint under the cut!

No music this time I was too lazy to find something SORRY

This took me around 4 hours in total I think (the footage is at x20 speed since I wanted to keep it as short as possible). Here you can see how much of a mess my art process is (I hate doing detailed sketches for painted rendering and it results in me fixing proportions and stuff mid drawing) (also I realised I forgot to start recording when figuring out their poses oops hope that's fine!)

heat haze thoughts with august 15th coming up,, damn you kagerou project </3

thinkin about Sun and Moon trapped in the Daze,, Sun trying every possible way to get rid of the virus to save Moon. simultaneously, Moon intentionally puts himself in harm's way to protect Sun,, both of which continues the cycle until Sun sacrifices himself/Moon fails to save Sun from the virus which essentially solves the "puzzle" and grants only one of them to return to the real world

the thought of these two saving eachother and unknowingly competing for the Snake to escape the Daze. like sheer luck for which one of them makes it out while the other remains in the Daze, forever in a timeloop?? im gonna be sick im gonna be SICK!!!

one Snake = one surrogate life/freedom from the Daze is embedded into my brain. ik kagepro anime route everyone lives but, angst is more fun when only one of them can come out of the Daze alive (a majority of the routes where everyone dies vs the single one where everyone survives + escapes the Daze)

i initally started a sketch to draw dca in the same haze hibiya and hiyori are in (referring to the song 'Kagerou Daze') but then i changed my mind entirely. dca gets their own personalized hell because its kagepro month and i say so

i appreciate all the art and writing thats been made about my frankenstein boys so so so much!! it feels like we’re all locked in one big padded cell together <3. this ask was sent before calypso was official, but i had to add him or he would bite me.

CALYPSO

he would definitely be surprised. since he considers this a thoughtful gift and not something materialistic, he NEEDS you to verbally accept his appreciation. like a cat that asks for attention then bites you.

LUNAR

ok this one i just had fun with but lunar is a very 'actions first words later'. he also loves the concept, just wishes you put them towards something other than his stupid smile. there is a certinan… wamth in his chest to know that a human has looked at him in a way that isnt digust.

SOLIS

solis is very good at hiding her thoughts and feelings. truthfully, they’re elated to see that you've drawn them. but he’s been with lunar for so long, and at some point he starts to wonder if lunar stays with him because their companions, or out of the lack of options.

seeing that someone looks at him and despite all his physical flaws draws him (let alone finds him pretty) rattles him up. i think he would cry a lot of happy tears. also, you are not getting that sketchbook back.

Heyyy guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle with my rent again and really need help to avoid our situation going to court and being subsequently evicted.

We've had a verbal agreement (stupid, I know) with our property management since February that we would pay half of our rent at the beginning of the month and the second half at the end of the month, since that's how our money comes in. This agreement worked out fine until July, when we went to make the first payment for the month and our property manager reached out to let us know that they would no longer be allowing us to make partial payments, and if we wanted to pay rent we had to have the full amount and we'd have to pay through cashier's checks (something we can't do because we use an online bank) or use their WIPs (which is hard when you don't have a car and you have to secure extra money for transportation).

We're in contact with several places to hopefully secure rental assistance, but it doesn't sound like they'll be able to help us in time, and our money for the second half of this month doesn't come in for another two weeks and we have until the 19th to pay or be taken to court. We're so close to having our financial situation fixed, and I just really need help one more time.
