so i started playing skyrim again

#i spent a really long time on this modlist and i'm never using a different one #if anyone wants it i tried putting it in a nexus pack but it doesn't want to work right so like.... i'll have to just give you the modlist #my fo4 one works though! and if i do say so myself its pretty good #i'm getting my modlist ready for new vegas as well since i migrated installs to gog since the hard drive died #so basically i'm going to ignore all of the newer stuff i should be playing #and working through exactly how i'm supposed to process the fact that i'm living a life i never thought would actually be possible? so like #so yeah you know #full on dissociating and escapism #but i'm having a good time and i look hot doing it so #skyrim #tes skyrim #tes #my screenshots

As gen-AI becomes more normalized (Chappell Roan encouraging it, grifters on the rise, young artists using it), I wanna express how I will never turn to it because it fundamentally bores me to my core. There is no reason for me to want to use gen-AI because I will never want to give up my autonomy in creating art. I never want to become reliant on an inhuman object for expression, least of all if that object is created and controlled by tech companies. I draw not because I want a drawing but because I love the process of drawing. So even in a future where everyone’s accepted it, I’m never gonna sway on this.

#personal #im still fighting it but im also a realist so I’ve accepted that this will be our future #rant #gen ai is fucking boring #I hope this doesn’t make me sound like a ‘going against the crowd. not like the rest of society’ type (it would be depressing if it did)#but yeah even in a world where it’s considered totally fine to use ai to make art I’ll still be using my bare hands #because I like it and nobody can take that from me #if you’re a young artist interested in or already using ai. just know that the thing you rely on to make art can be taken away at any point #all of it. and there’s nothing you can do about it if they decide to. it doesn’t belong to you

Katniss is such an unreliable narrator. She says "Then something unexpected happens. At least, I don't expect it because I don't think of District 12 as a place that cares about me" girl you deliver strawberries to the Mayor, you hunt and trade for the district, when you fell at Prim being chosen someone caught you, when you went to Prim people parted for you, when you volunteered EVERYONE stopped. Idk how to tell you but I think you're a pillar of the community.

Peeta buring the bread and tossing some to her then taking a beating from his mom is a HUGE thing in the books.#he used his resources to help her like you all said someone should.#district 12 DID (rip) care about Katniss before the hunger games. why do you think she was allowed to hunt? or how her trades were good #these are the little ways 12 can shows Katniss they love her. but again Katniss doesn't see this and YES its because she had ptsd before the #hunger games as well. i swear some of you make it seem like d12 was all living a life of luxury and glaring down at Katniss.#other things that show Katniss is in hight standing with at least her people of d12 is her dad was known enough through d12 for peeta dad to #comment on his singing along with his commenting on her mom. also her mom is a healer in the community. yeah her parents arnt the top but #of d12 but they are/were definitely high staning in the Seam.
