thinking so, so hard about shauna's reaction to lottie giving callie jackie's necklace. we know at least some of the necklace's significance within their rituals from the way natalie was adorned with it before the hunt and we can assume this is something they kept up. add onto that the solstice celebration and the theatrics lottie gave about 'the child' being an offering that yielded blessings in return. shauna watched lottie make her baby into a sacrifice once and she's not gonna let it happen again.
