60g of blackberries (19 cals)
69g of Fat free Greek yoghurt (40 calories)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (6 cals)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
This smoothie is my favourite way to start the day, it’s always leaves me feeling so refreshed.
