💙 Lets work on opening up those hips! . One of my favorite exercises to do just that is called the shinbox! It’s a great warmup exercise before your squats/ deadlifts or maybe you sit at a desk all day & you do this after work. . Either way you should be doing around 2-5 minutes of this daily! My clients do this move before most workouts and it works wonders! . This move not only works on opening the hips, but helps strengthen low back, engage core & glutes, & enhance feeling good moving around day to day. . The goal is to keep both feet on the ground. Start with your hands on the ground & it feels good then progress to no hands. . Tag a friend who squats and deadlifts or sits at a desk all day.
