If anyone is considering a new workout routine for the new year I would like to highly recommend Hybrid Calisthenics
Your guide Hampton, is a very genuinely lovely human being
He is basically the living personification of a green flag

His routine is designed to build you up slowly and I'm happy to say he also has an app for you to download to help keep track of your workout available on both Android and IOS so it doesn't matter what kind of phone you have you can still get access

I'm currently only using the movement library due to my arm injury but the fact that I'm still able to alternate between both following a workout routine as well as looking up the independent movements is a fabulous feature that he developed due to feedback from his followers
It would also allow you to attempt the movements independently to see where you're at before you attempt the routine
He's a very friendly fellow and a wonderful guide

Becoming My Ideal Self- Week 1
So this week from 27/01/2025-02/02/25 I'll be working on 4 things mainly,
Basketball- I started learning it last week and it's something that I wanna work on consistently so I'm gonna go for coaching for it on Wednesday.
Swimming- I've been trying to master the breaststroke and I wanna do it by the end of this week. (pls gimme tips I'm lowkey dying)
Academics- I need to complete at least 2 subjects by the end of this week cus my exams are in like 3 weeks and I still haven't finished much because I procrastinated. I plan on finishing science and math this week.
Calisthenics- I've decided to slightly try it out today and tried to do the L sit but I realized that I'm nowhere close to doing it so by the end of this week I'll learn it. I find it very hard rn but imma do it.
My friend will be holding me accountable and if I don't accomplish all this I'll delete this account so I REALLY hope that I'll be able to do it. Wish me luck.
