Working out.
Calisthenics: a form of strength training that utilizes an individual's body weight as resistance to perform multi-joint, compound movements with little or no equipment.

Alphonse thinks it's really cool bc the pull ups you do make him kinda wanna try. But fuck lowkey ngl he don't wanna do shit.
Bc YV said Seth has a punching bag I can see him doing Calisthenics bc exercise equipment be kinda expensive-
Since you do need like a few equipment for the exercises, I can see the boys helping you fixing the bars you use to do arm exercises.
I can see Seth being a spotter for you when you do pull-ups or even dips on some bars you have in the backyard.
Alphonse might try doing pull ups once, because he saw how fun you and Seth were having and kinda wanted to join.
Seth had to catch himself from laughing so hard bc Alphonse slipped off and fell on him.
Alphonse loves hyping you up when you flex on someone that tried giving you shit about working out.
Seth playfully touched your arms and says how strong you are.
Bc of the exercising your body is leaner then the boys, they always hype you up if you don't like it.
Alphonse tries to make sure you get the right diet and food so you have energy to do the calisthenics.
Seth makes sure you don't overwork yourself and take breaks when you need too bc hes really strict about that.
It was really funny when you bend backwards and crab walk a bit it freaks Al out.
If you do get hurt Seth is the one that's helping you bc hes right there.
Calisthenics you can most commonly get sprains, Seth has you not work out for a few days and have ice on whatever hurts.
Alphonse scolds you for not taking breaks as Seth compress the sprained area.
When healing both take turns helping you during the day.
In all Alphonse is happy you have something to do when your not baking and Seth is happy to have a work out buddy.
