I used to not be able to eat a whole plate of food, because my metabolism shrunk when my thc disposable intake went up. So, I was gradually eating less food without noticing. I went to Nigeria in 2019, just for a break, and initially had a hard time getting through three scoops of rice, salad and chicken. Around the time I was leaving Nigeria, I was able to finish the same plate.
The body is really one big muscle, and you basically just have to train it.
