Just rewatched season two episode two and my God the LOOK Five gives Luther when Luther tells him to fuck off about the apocalypse, I’m actually in shambles? HE JUST WANTS YOU TO BE SAFE AND LIVE!! Nobody in that family truly appreciates the shit Five went through just for a chance to save their lives. He doesn’t care about the world, doesn’t care about the commission, he cares about his family. I mean shit, Five Hargreeves has loved his family longer than they’ve been alive, and they just don’t realize how profound his love for them is. To know, they have someone who spent forty years alive on hell on earth just for a CHANCE to keep them safe? And to become an assassin and be experimented on, just to see them again???
