Breakfast update - We had pineapple oats and some fresh strawberries. Strawberries were BabyN's first food and an all time favorite too. I scooped out some passion fruit and topped it on oats for some extra flavour. From past 3 months she has been practicing eating with spoon and each time her skills are improving. Mess is a big part of BLW, you always end up witha world map in the floor. It is totally worth it. Our breakfast ended with warm bubble bath. Ingredients for oats: 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 tbsp pineapple puree 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp passion fruit pulp (optional) 1/4 tsp dessicated coconut (optional) 1/4 tsp chia seeds Directions: 1) Cook rolled oats in water till they are combined into a thick paste like consistency. 2) Add pineapple puree. 3) Add some passion fruit, chia seeds and dessicated coconut when cooled down. 4) Time to serve.
