These Paleo banana pancakes are a kid-friendly breakfast option that's grain-free and dairy-free. They're naturally sweetened by ripe bananas and perfect for a delicious and healthy start to the day.
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Coconut oil for cooking.
Instructions: Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a mixing bowl. To the mashed bananas, add the eggs, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a small amount of salt. Thoroughly mix until a smooth batter is achieved. To keep food from sticking, preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of coconut oil. To make pancakes the size you want, ladle a tiny bit of the batter onto the hot skillet. Cook until surface bubbles appear and edges begin to firm, then turn pancakes over and cook until golden brown on other side. Take out of the skillet the pancakes and serve hot. If preferred, garnish with a drizzle of honey or fresh berries.

These Breakfast Enchiladas That You Can Make Ahead are a tasty way to start the day. There are scrambled eggs, sausage, bell peppers, and gooey cheddar cheese inside, all wrapped up in a warm tortilla and covered in enchilada sauce. You can make them ahead of time for an easy breakfast that will taste great.
Ingredients: 8 large eggs. 1/4 cup milk. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled. 1 cup diced bell peppers. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 8 small flour tortillas. 1 cup enchilada sauce. 1/2 cup sour cream. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Put the nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and add the egg mixture that has been whisked. Once the eggs are almost set, take them out of the pan and set them aside. The breakfast sausage, bell peppers, and onions should all be cooked in the same pan until they are soft. Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and spray cooking spray on a baking dish to make it a little bit greased. For about 20 seconds, warm the flour tortillas in the microwave to make them easy to shape. Place some scrambled eggs, sausage mixture, and cheddar cheese in the middle of each tortilla. Put them in the baking dish seam-side down after rolling them up tight. Spread the enchilada sauce over the tortillas that have been rolled up, and then top them with the rest of the cheese. Put foil over the baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the enchiladas are hot. After taking the enchiladas out of the oven, add sour cream on top of them. Add chopped cilantro on top. Enjoy your tasty Make-Ahead Breakfast Enchiladas while they're still hot!

Ingredients: 5 Irish Jambons. 5 eggs. 1/4 cup grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. On a baking sheet, put the Irish Jambons. Bake them for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they get a little crispy. Get the eggs out of the shell and into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and whisk the eggs together. Just take the Jambons out of the oven and carefully pour the beaten eggs into the middle of each one. Grate cheese over the eggs and serve. Put the Jambons back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the eggs are set the way you like them. Add chopped parsley on top and serve hot. Enjoy your Irish jambons made with 5 ingredients and an egg!

Seeing you be such a big masochist on main... does make me want to bully you a bit.
I gotta be honest, like. while i am a complete sub, and theres a good half of it at least thats tied to sexual feelings.
most of my masochism isnt sexual at all, i just like the pain and adore seeing my body get damaged and hurt and want to experience someone else doing that to me, like. not in a sexual way at all, i just want the intimacy of getting beaten by someone until i cant get up and then have some aftercare or something, i fawn over my bruises and scars and would like someone else to do that while i fawn over them instead or something. (tangent but when im feeling more self-hating id want similar treatment but with no aftercare, ive kinda had that before tho and it genuinely does feel awful which ig is the point but :u tangent over)
Kind of fucked up ig so its not like id ever expect that to become a reality or seek that out, especially not anytime soon. i cannot handle intimate relationships rn and i know that for a fact, i can barely handle friendships where ppl are nice to me, i just feel guilty and like i need to do something to make up for it. what is "it" when i say "make up for it" ? i do not know.
