This deck is absolutely gorgeous and spot on with it's guidance. I find that I am increasingly drawn towards Gaia and all representations of the earth, combined with higher levels of consciousness. The book that accompanies the set is incredibly detailed with multiple interpretations. Unlike a classic tarot deck, #ravynnephelan uses air, fire, water and earth symbology while promoting a philosophy to seek, feel, grow and heal. This particular spread is entitled "The Dreamer's Spread" and it's purpose is to "delve into the mind, and shine a light upon the dreams and hopes of you, the Dreamer." The nine cards represent the Dreamer, the Unconscious Mind, the past, immediate future, long-term future, the Conscious Mind, repression, guide and expression. Entering 2019 as a zombie-mama-healer. My youngest has been sick since the weekend and I've been using all of my natural tricks, including almost non-stop Reiki during her nighttime coughing fits. It seems as though my intuitive healing is working and her fever has finally broken! We're starting a new ritual today in our home. Instead of making resolutions, we're creating a list of things we want to let go of and our intentions for the next year. It's downright sloppy out there today and I'm working on a vestibular migraine (fun!), so we're taking advantage of our new board games. Today's 3pm time slot is designated for a mancala "winner of the universe" game. I'm pretty sure that there's going to be a major throwdown between these two. For some reason, I get vestibular migraines when I fold socks (it has something to do with the position of my head and the eye movements associated with folding) - obviously I need to take a hint and get the kids to take over sock duty. 😒 I think this particular migraine is the result of folding socks combined with numerous sleepless nights, holiday stress and forgotten supplements. I haven't had one in a while.
