On the subject of the SK!boys getting therapy and working through their trauma...I know (or at least I'm getting the impression) that they think they'll "never" be able to go back to just being normal citizens/robots, but "never" seems like a far longer time for an animatronic than for a human. Is it possible that someday, in the distant future, they could unpack their trauma enough to be comfortable helping children in a way that doesn't involve their current methods of dealing with rulebreakers?

There is a lot that they've gone through that I haven't shown yet, so yes. Safe to say they do have that mentality.

And maybe...just maybe...they could consider 'retiring', if they ever get to that point.

whenever ppl talk about the contestant sleeping arrangements i just think about that one tumblr post that was like Why would they confirm that the ii contestants prefer sleeping in normal beds but mephone makes them sleep outside on the wet grass like dogs when they're in competition why would they show us that. THATS LITERALLY ALL I THINK ABOUT NOW like what is this bro?????

i dont even blame mephone cuz 1. we know he ALSO sleeps outside on the sad wet soggy grass outside with the contestants like a dog without an owner and he never had a real bed to sleep in 2. he probably didn't even think about it until hotel oj was created

but it's so sad cuz the contestants had NEVER slept in a bed before. we know they had no lives before the competition like imagine how much chronic back pain they have as a collective!!!!! theyve been sleeping on the COLD HARD GROUND!!!!!!!

That’s the comic!! It was for Trauma���s TMNTober Day 3 “Starvation”

This is toward the end of the apocalypse, so food is scarce. Donnie had already eaten his meal but it was not nearly enough (hence why he is hungry in the first panel). Then Leo, the leader of the resistance who hasn’t eaten all day, sees Donnie hungry. Leo was so hungry… he’d been working all day… but he gets up, puts on a show, and gives Donnie his food. But that is his twin, of course Donnie saw through his twins self-sacrificial charade, and Donnie is furious. Leo lied to his FACE and expected him to go along with it!? Maybe Casey would fall for it, maybe he would accept the food, but that trick would NOT work on Donnie.
