How do you think the Autobots would react to the Cardbots just hiding from the government.

Like as far as we know the cardbots don't have some form of connection to the government like the Autobots do, they don't have a liaison like Fowler to help them or anyone to hide the bots presence from the people.

Optimus talks with Blue Cop and asks about how their relationship with the government is because he wants to see if there is anyway to improve his relationship with their government and Blue Cop just stares at him for a minute before asking if he was supposed to do that. Optimus realizes that Blue Cop nor any of the Cardbots have any form of connection with the government and he tries to get that started because it would help in the long run with human-bot relations.

I want the cardbots to meet MECH

Y'all don't understand how badly I want them to interact with humans who would actively wish to do them harm, humans who would wish to wrench open their chest and poke around at their insides to see how they work, humans who would take them apart bit by bit to see what made them tick

The bots who didn't like humans at first would probably feel justified in those feelings and go one hating them, and the bots who got along with humans at the start would feel horrified at what they do

All of them would be horrified and disgusted by what MECH does, they would be actively scared of them, the monsters they fear aren't something monstrous but human so very human

And god imagine how they would react to Cylas (Silas and breakdown fusion) nothing would prepare them for that horror, they would just be staring in fear and disgust, wondering why would anyone do that to themselves, probably have nightmares afterwards about something like that happening to them. Waking up still shaking after having a nightmare about a human fused with their insides and having no control over their body, feeling every part of the human inside them to a terrifying degree

If I could write a fic it would be about Blue Cop getting captured by MECH and have to go through what breakdown went through, but to a larger degree because they've never seen a bot like him before, of course there would be comfort, Jun, the other humans, and the bots would get him out and help him deal with that trauma, but I just want to lovingly hurt him for a bit y'know?

My first thought was maybe an ex star guardian (hence the resemblance to bluecop) that feels guilt over not being able to save their planet turning to racing as a sort of coping mechanism, constantly running away from the past

but now i think maybe they're just a bot that has always been a racer of some sorts and enjoys the freedom of travelling all over the world to join in races, giving him apprehensive feelings about the metal breath that could seal him and take away that freedom being on the same planet
