Mr.lancer knew something was wrong. Especially after the ghost started showing up at school. Especially when every teacher was sat down in an assembly and spoken to by the government.

They were not to interfere.

This was all apart of a government approved program.

When ghost showed up or interacted if they intervened they would be arrested. Then tried as a traitor to the United States.

He saw his students make calls the the JL hotline. He saw nothing happen. He couldn’t be sure if the league knew and didn’t care or If the calls were being blocked.

He was hoping the calls were just blocked. Mr lancer saw how the kids who’s were frequently around these ghost were hurt. Explosions, kidnappings and just the mental toll. At any moment a ghost attack could happen. The way their eyes would shine just a tad to bright.

Government agents the Giw and the Fenton parents active threats as well. Would the JL actually be okay with this? He didn’t think so.

Every year of Casper highs life the freshman have always gone out of city for an overnight field trip. To get away from small town life. They’d always go to metropolis.

So. He plotted.

Hopefully he’d find a way to make contact with a super or even Lois lane.

As luck would have it. Superman got in a fight against a robot. Nothing worse then they have seen before, he shooed the kiddos away. And waited.

Making direct eye contact with one of the supers/Lois pointing at an envelope on his hand and setting it down. Then he turned around walking away.

Hopefully they would help.

my touhou tips for beginners and strugglers

try not to get pushed against the very bottom of the screen. advance up through gaps in the patterns instead of waiting for them to get to you

sometimes staying still is the best option. don't panic dodge just because you can't process what's coming at you, you're very likely to just slam yourself into a bullet

practice small movements. very very small movements. no smaller than that. the smallest you possibly can. it will come in handy. do not move more than you have to

IMPORTANT: when you're done playing, imagine those women kissing. this will make it worth it whether you win or lose

#touhou #no advice is universal. in fact some spells actually want you to move a Lot and Quickly #but having a good base of very fine stubborn refuse-to-budge movement reflexes is helpful

the average height of men in the US is 5’9. annabeth has always been tall - she ends up being about 5’9/5’10 - so she probably always thought that she’d end up with someone who’s her height, maybe even shorter than her. i mean, she was taller than percy up until they were 16, and even then he was her height, not taller

then mr. perseus jackson, in classic percy ‘never let them know your next move’ jackson was like “actually no ☝️” and kept on fucking growing.

she probably prepared herself for the probability of being taller than her future man. she might have even loved the idea. and then her man ends up being fucking 6’2

and i am completely convinced that percy ended up being so tall out of pure stubbornness.

well, that, and he was asleep for 6 months, at prime growing age, and was probably horizontal, so gravity wasn’t working against him. genetics probably played a role too. and i do always say i think demigods tend to be taller…

but mostly because he’s an absolute menace

All the fun (and not heart breaking) scenes to come!#Comic talk time: Recently saw 12 angry men for first time and I love the coincidence of the themes aligning here.#They both touch upon the horror of judicial systems - in which the most persuasive argument wins and the truth is a nuisance.#All it takes is one person to stand against the crowd and say 'I do not know what is true. And that is reasonable doubt enough.'#When the majority is for condemning someone guilty - that in itself is persuasive enough.#One will set their mind to what the 'truth' is and refuse to see it any other way. That their perspective is the only correct one.#No one is born with a monopoly on the truth.#Everyone has biases and agendas. Some care not for the outcome - only that they can be on the convenient side.#Lan Wangji is putting everything on the line to say 'I'm not going to go with the majority vote.'#And that is a huge deal in a story that is so politically focused as MDZS is. Everything is a careful chess move to these sects -#and to not play the game is basically sacrificing everything you are and your families name. For some it is unthinkable.#And there is no doubt in LWJ's mind. He would stand there and lose everything if it means upholding justice.#More importantly - these two have each other's backs. The bond is unbreakable. This is the most ride or die I have seen two people be.
