Not to talk about fucking mega man again but every time I remember star force and I am FOREVER sad that the two of the prominent antagonists from the game that’s considered the best in the series are NEVER talked about:

Not only cause “wow these designs are fucking fantastic” but even if I think Pat is the better written “villain”-in quotations cause he’s not really evil-especially in the sympathetic light, these two are still written well and have a nice dynamic. There is hardly ANY fan content of these two-i once saw someone complaining omega xis barley gets art when BUDDY hes more fucking known by people who never touched the games then these two-and I can’t begin to understand why when people love tragic siblings in this series given Pandora and Prometheus are so loved and these two are basically them just less tragic happy ending and everything but still go through angst and I can’t begin to understand why they are so IGNORED in the game that is again consider the best in its own sub series-

Until I remember the only fucking thing people talk about from this game universally is a character death that gets SPOILED BY EVERYONE cause the general mm fandom has to sleep on star force sighhhh.

So..... can we talk about how Sphene is a foil to Shadowbringers G'raha?

Like, under slightly different circumstances, or if he started to doubt his plan having a chance at success, he could've distressingly easily become like Sphene.

He admits to how he tried everything he could think of to save the WoL on the gondola ride. And the unspoken part, that perhaps even he doesn't consciously realize or want to acknowledge, is that he did everything he could think of without violating his morals. He held onto lines he wouldn't cross.

But what if he hadn't? What if his poor heart finally broke and he decided the means were justified if it meant saving the one person he wanted to save?

Or what if Emet got to him and figured him out sooner and managed to get the idea in his head that an umbral calamity would be a small price to pay if it meant saving the WoL?

The scale is arguably smaller, and much more intimate and close to the heart, than Sphene, but the steps to lead to that alternate timeline where our precious G'raha Tia burns the world and beyond if it means saving us was probably a lot closer than we ever dare consider.

The fact that he managed to endure and save everything that he did while going through all of the research about what leads up to the WoL's death in the world he woke up to, and didn't lose his morals in the pursuit of saving the WoL is an impressive display of mental and emotional fortitude.

But his poor heart. All those years of stress and frustration whenever a wall was hit, or an idea didn't work out when applied even in theory.

Their desperation levels even reach similar points. Because on every try to pull the WoL to the First, there IS desperation in his voice, increasingly so with each attempt. The try that finally works, he rushes to where they land because he has to be sure. He has to see with his own eyes to confirm that this plan that he finally landed on after YEARS of hard work and research is at least working on step 1. That he's finally gained a foothold on his goal.

And what a blessing that that plan didn't end up like Sphene's. That he never hit a point where the thought of "by any means necessary" truly meant by ANY means necessary. But now I wonder and worry about how close he may have been to that edge.

Oooooh, when was the last time I posted here? 5 years ago ? Yeah, it was time for an update.

So, I’ve been slightly obsessed lately with the second season of RPDR’s UK vs the World, and decided to make some art of my favourite queens. Starting with the crowned queen herself, Tia Kofi. She was such a joy to watch through the season and her St Sébastien runway look lives rent free in my head, I love it so much ♥️

Luka: You're more than that, Ella. We belong together. Besides, long distance relationships don't last.

Ella: Of course, I do! But we're too young to plan our whole lives around each other. You can't give up a college scholarship for me! Who knows where our relationship will be in four years?!

Luka scoffs: Should've known. You're already thinking we won't make it! You always do this!

Ella: Oh, my Watcher, Luka! Don't make scene.

Luka upset: I'm not making a scene. This should be a special moment for us, but like always, Ella isn't all in. Or even half in.

Ella: What are you even talking about?

Luka upset: You're always busy yet somehow have plenty time for your friends. You're making plans for the future that don't even include me. We've been together for nearly 2 years, and we haven't even had sex?!

Ella upset: Seriously, Luka? Is that was this is about? Because I don't want to give it up to you?

Because my last post was so negative and because I so enjoyed writing this post (even if no one enjoyed reading it), I'm going to continue with my silly fantasy of being listened to by drag queens with a teaching stethoscope featuring 4 binaurals because what a wonderful thing to imagine.

Bianca Del Rio

Ok yes--I lied. It's only three new queens because I chose Bianca last time. Because I can't not feature her on this list. Also, I gave in and bought meet and greet tickets to her show so I will get a chance to meet her and imagine this extremely improbable scenario. I might be speechless. I might start crying. I might overshare. Who knows. It's fucking Bianca Del Rio.

Sapphira Cristál

There are so many gifs showing off her beautiful face but I just love this runway so I chose it to represent her here. Does anyone who's reading this watch Drag Race? She's on the current season. She gave Plasma this wonderful hug in the last episode and I was getting those maternal sorta vibes from her before that but now I keep wanting her hugs, in or outta drag--idc.

Raja

I was a late bloomer--it took me far too long to fall in love with Raja. Maybe I wasn't prepared for the extent of her shadiness in season 3. Something happened when I saw her as a guest on Pangina Heels' show Tongue Thai'd. Her recent runways are the weirdest paradox to me--like she took Lucius Malfoy and turned him into Mary Poppins. Difficult to explain. I'm just convinced Sutan and Raja would be fantastic auscultators (auscultaters?).

Tia Kofi

No words. I need her dry AF humor and that voice! I could listen to her read the most boring audiobook ever. Anything. We all need commentary on our heart sounds delivered specifically with that accent, I'm convinced. If you don't think you need that, you're just not being honest with yourself--idk what to tell you.
