I find it hilarious. Mulan is on the mountain and has just shot off the last cannon. Mushu is on the rocket about to collide with the mountain and all he can do is yell in disbelief that she missed Shan Yu. My family watched the Russian version and quote it at each other constantly. If anyone ever misses a throw in the trash guess what we pull on them - Mushu

this line compels me - it shows how they were impacted from the first movie and have understandable fear but how that fear can still be twisted in cruel or unjustifiable ways. A neat bit of social commentary in a very concise package

Severely underrated movie. I chose this quote because this is the scene where Kenai (who, after killing a bear, is turned into one to learn empathy and to treat all life like equals) tells Koda (the bear's cub), that he killed his mother. I think I've cried to it about a thousand times.
