Color mark up for baby Wile E. Coyote, for the short “Little Go Beep.” Cartoon Colour paint strips were referenced for the color fills, even though this production would be inked and painted digitally.

Post-it note storyboards from the episode “Working Duck” of “The Looney Tunes Show,” 2011. Daffy’s tirade after being fired from his security guard gig for falling asleep during a robbery, he’s not a robot after all. “Am I made of metal? Do I blink my robot eyes? Do I eat nuts and bolts for breakfast? No. I eat a breakfast burrito. Every day. Name one robot that eats a breakfast burrito everyday. You can’t. And do you know why you can’t? Because robots don’t have souls!”-Daffy Duck

Jerry Eisenberg, a longtime Hanna-Barbera artist, passed away last week. We were fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with him on some of our Scooby-Doo DTV films, where he worked as a storyboard artist. This drawing of Ruff and Reddy was drawn by Jerry and has hung in a place of honor in my home for many years.

The Martian Queen was an original character that we created for the “Duck Dodgers” series to be Marvin’s boss. We costumed her in a vaguely Cleopatra-like outfit, to complement Marvin’s Roman style armor, and the classic look of Mars. We were delighted to have Tia Carrere join the cast to play Queen Tyr'ahnee, who quickly became a favorite of the show.
