Like a lot of fitness enthusiasts I was skeptical about “crawling” on the floor like a primate but you’ll be surprised at how a simple mobility routine can change your body for the better! Carefully constructed “primal” movement patterns have totally changed my life as well as my clients. Five trees over a one square mile of trees I climbed in under an hour. Trees I spontaneously climbed without any intention. It will be useful to listen to my commentary. It will help you climb safely should you ever decide to climb like I do. I’ve only been climbing trees 🌳 over lockdown. In by Christmas I expect my weight to reduce by 10 lb. This will mean I have more chance to jump up to a branch or down. To be honest it takes guts for this massive change in my lifestyle.
