to make your life easier

these are tips to make your life EASIER with a restrictive €d! take it from someone who has learned from past mistakes :)

1. DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF EVERY SINGLE DAY! thats the biggest and most important thing on this list! as someone who used to weigh herself every hour of every day, it reaaaaaally ruins your mental health. You CANNOT gain if youre heavily restricting. The pounds you gain on the scale even tho you restricted are not actual weight.

TAKE A DEEP BREATH!

The best thing i did for my mental health is to weigh myself every 3-4 days! That way the w€ightloss seems even more significant and you‘ll feel so much more accomplished!

2. DO NOT eat foods that make you bloated! I made the mistake of eating a lot of broccoli and then i was bloated for days and i felt AWFUL! Now i know that i dont like what i see in the mirror when i eat that, so i just avoid it all together.

3. Take a progress pic every month. BUT NOT EVERYDAY! Once again, with more time passed between two comparisons you will see much bigger results. Stay consistent and it will pay off anyways.

4. If you get cold really easily, LAYER LAYER LAYER! And always carry small heat patches with you

5. Hydrate yourself like that‘s your passion. Drink stupid amounts of water but ALSO SUGAR FREE DRINKS! If it makes you happy, drink lots of diet coke! I swear by my diet coke and idc if its unhealthy. we have an €d, we really shouldnt care about health when it comes to diet drinks. indulge.

6. do not work out when youre sick. i made the mistake and it took forever to recover. let your body rest and then you can pick up where you left off. but pleaaaase dont force yourself ever. it only makes everything worse.

Sorry its so late buf i am in an Edling mood tonight and I will never stop thinking about the idea of how theyre the epitome of right person wrong time.

(obviously in a context of like fandom shenannigans where canon events arent 100% set in stone like edling arent canon but also idc !! they are to me! im ignoring it let me be insane) ANYWAY

Even if they wanted to be together post promised day Ling has all the responsibilities of Xing and his clan and Edward would never hold him back from that for a second. Im of the opinion that brotherhood Edward feels a lot of guilt for wanting love from the people around him particularly those he sees as good (winry, alphonse, etc) especially if hes done things hes perceived as hurting them (maes’ death, the transmutation, etc etc). Which is why I think Edward connects with Ling so well cayse he doesnt carry the weight of a lot if his past mistakes, and then when the stone happens its like goddamn it i roped this guy into my shit again. Like i dont know Edward doesnt really dedicate himself so fully to people outside of winry and ed a lot so its interesting like!!

He cares about a lot of people like the majority of the allied cast and we see him be openly affectionate towards Nina and Hughes pre their deaths but I think Ling is the only person hes ever decided to stick with WITHOUT alphonse? I may be wrong but the whole sure Ill stay with you and trust my brother and Winry to stay safe and follow you around the outskirts of the east for a week till the promised day to protect my new friend is so??? what?? huh???

But anyone my point is post promised day Edward cant really ever see a future with Ling because of all the responsibility Ling holds outside of him and its veyr tragic imo like especially because in a different scenario if Ling didnt have those responsibilities and Edward wasn’t so dedicated to the people around him to a fault of never thinking about his own desires I think they could have the possibility of a future.

Like I have read a lot of fanfiction abiut Ed traveling to Xing and living with him there but?? I realistically cant see him ever doing that just solely because Edward is not the type of person to settle down! like its my one and only criticism of the fma manga is that I cannot see Edward ever being satisfied with a simple life? Like even in Fma 03 which is my favourite interpretation of Edwards character once he gets stranded in our world he learns?? Rocket Science?? For the chance to get back to Amestris but he doesnt really seem to take that goal all that seriously especially considered Alfons ends up getting involved in a lot more aircraft projects than Edward like Edwsrd genuinely enjoys learning!!

Im pretty sure he was the one who dragged Alphonse into Hoenhiems office when they were kids after he left, probably to Al’s reluctance of if they were allowed in there, and started ripping through all of his old books just to learn. Edward never stops and it gets so bad that he never stops to even consider himself constantly worrying about getting his brother back or improving the states of others lives especially when! ya know! the whole country is at stake!!

So in a circumstance post promised day where Ed decides what he wants to do (my personal favourite interpretation is either an alchemical researcher outside of directly performing alchemy, ie revolutionizing the circle matrixes and discovering nee combinations or becoming a professor of some kind) I dont think he would give that up to settle again. And obviously Ling cant exactly up and leave being Emperor unless he decides he doesnt want to, im not the most knowledgable on Lings characterization so I wont speak there but!

They have so much fun together and compliment each other and genuinely care about each other so much but their happiness and fulfillment as people to themselves and others make it so its nearly impossible they would ever realistically end up together and its really doomed and tragic!! idk i think about it a lot.

imagine. during the dance chloe and red are scrambling to find the watch, they see the vks, they find bridget crying because her best friend isnt there, she thinks ella bailed on her, they have to find the watch but, they gotta make her feel better right? red comforts her while chloe chases after them to find the watch, ella comes to the dance late after deciding, fuck my stepmom, get your hands dirty parallels, something something, the four of them all stopping the vks together, THEN they travel back.

i should just write a fix it fic for this movie at this point damnn i impressed myself

Also, this would have a pretty thick authentication system. I hope I can figure it out. But I'm thinking some sort of level system where the more you are active the more access to the server you get. This will help with any raids or creeps. You would need to have quite a few days of talking in the main chat to get access to more and more channels. And the more sensitive ones (like body checking and vent) would be the kinds where you need to be talking daily for a week to get type thing. It sucks but I really need to weed out the minors, creeps, people who dont have 3ds and the like.

Summary: Tech's injury on Serenno left you in a fit of worry. As much as you wanted to change the outcome of the incident, the past already happened. He was here with you, in the present, injured and in need of somebody to take care of him.

You were upset, you were furious, you were every emotion that wasn't anything 'happy.' That mission was stupid and reckless and they shouldn't have gone whether they would've been rich or not.

Are you kidding me? Castle Serenno? The former home of Count Dooku? Was that really the price of freedom? Almost getting yourselves killed for money? All the money in the world wouldn't matter if they died!

Is what you wanted to say as you were carefully setting up some bandaging for Tech's fractured femur, who, insisted it be called his fractured left femur. On a separate wheely table, you had all of the bacta bandages and several other tools that Tech provided you with.

You weren't sure if he wanted you to do it because he didn't trust himself enough or if he just wanted you. You'd like to think it was the second option considering he was definitely intelligent enough to patch himself.

"Why would you agree to go on that mission, Tech? I know you, Wrecker and possibly Echo agreed but you? Agreeing to this? That's outrageous!" it was a more toned down version of what you initially wanted to confront Tech with but you didn't want to scare him off like that whilst he was injured.

"Outrageous is the correct term I would use but as soldiers of war, paying a price for freedom is certainly worth the effort," he bargained, maintaining a stern tone of voice, being careful not to directly yell at you.

He remembered what Romar told him, that there is life outside of war so his ambition to retrieve the war chest upped. Tech was definitely dispirited when his femur was crushed and the war chest was the last of their priorities.

You grumbled, your face feeling hot from the anger you've tried to contain. Lashing out at an injured man was inappropriate, "Y'didn't even gain anything from the mission besides an injury—which could've been life threatening!"

"Fortunately, it was not. My left femur was crushed so it is only my lower half would have been threatened. If I was situated four meters lower then yes, I would also be inclined to agree with the term 'life-threatening', otherwise, I am fine." Tech was too exhausted to continue speaking, hoping that was an enough of an answer for you.

He didn't speak anymore, wanting to discourage a potential argument.

You checked on him multiple times as you prepared the equipment, noticing how he always flickered his gaze to the cockpit and back to his datapad.

You audibly sighed, gaining his attention from time to time, lowering your voice so you weren't harshly talking to him.

"Tech, you know nothing bad will happen to your datapad and the cockpit, right? You're injured, can't even walk properly and need rest," you said, to avert his gaze — mainly to you.

He swallowed shyly after his actions had been brought up, "Once you're able to secure my fractured femur, I am more than capable to sustain my own mobility," you dropped your shoulders, sending Tech and not-so-approved stare.

Even if his statement was true, the constant movement wouldn't give his poor femur time to heal.

"That's not an excuse to throw away resting time," you mumbled, eyebrows furrowing, trying to suppress the dismay in your voice. You unbuckled his knee-piece to get his left leg bare so there wasn't any obstruction when applying the bandages.

Next was his long array of tools as well as his blaster holster that was held together like a belt. You reached around his hip to unclip it, letting the items fall limp.

"I can manage," was all he mumbled before letting you finish up with taking off his trinkets.

You were now face-to-face with Tech's bare denim-blacks and eye-level with his crot—

You coughed, gaining his attention again, "A-hem," to save him from unnecessary pain, you stopped, not progressing with his outfit.

Tech seemed to have reached over to his holopad as you were taking his belt off. You rolled your eyes, coughing again so he would actually look up from the screen. How are his eyes not sore?

"Yes?" his eyes peaking just over the screen. The unexpected eye contact sent you to a blushing fit after having to pry your eyes away from the... view.

Your mouth opened first but nothing came out immediately, your eyes darting quickly to look everywhere but directly into his gold chocolate orbs.

"I won't do it for you so I don't accidentally hurt you, but could you roll up your jeans?" you waved your hand around, shyly, averting your eyes to the oh so lovely floor of the Marauder.

"That wouldn't be smart. Compiling my wear on top of my fractured femur is most likely to cause pressure," when Tech speaks to you, you could listen to him continue for hours on end.

Your eyes made their way back to his eyes before they widened slightly. He was already looking straight at you, unaware of what he's doing.

Although, it didn't really answer your question, "So?"

"I suggest I rid of the jeans so it is easier for you to mend," he discarded his datapad, letting it rest against the panel of buttons.

"Do you need to stand up?" you shoved back every stutter from escaping your throat.

"I do."

You quickly stood up, scooping him gently as he put pressure on his right leg for support. For his privacy, you looked away as fast as you could before you could see him clip off his crotch piece and dip his gloved fingers into the hem of his jeans. He slowly pulled them far enough down his thighs.

"How uh, far do you need them down?" you practically crushed your eyes as you shut them, overthinking the intention of your question. Fortunately, Tech took it like every other question he'd been asked.

"Only beneath my thighs, you may put me back down and remove the rest."

You tensed at his words.

"You want me to—uh, remove them?" you carefully helped him back down into the chair, the tops of his thighs exposed and the slightest view of his exposed boxers.

He didn't answer your question immediately, taking the time to clip his crotch piece back. You were internally disappointed at the loss but you were snapped out of your thoughts when you heard Tech speak again.

"Considering my state, leaning parallel to my legs would not do my femur justice. You have the mobility effective enough to remove them without further injuring me."

Any response died at the back of your throat. He's right. Always is so, you didn't object. Tech watched you delicately take the jeans off his legs and once you passed the area of his fractured femur, he picked up his neglected datapad and tapped away.

Your angry thoughts about the Batch attending the war chest mission, dissipated. You were quick to wander along his bare skin. He was muscly and toned, slightly upset that he would be hiding all of this under his outfit.

With a quick, mental slap, you addressed the serious matter at hand.

The bruising around the skin was extreme, a cloud of purple and scattered layers of green-ish yellow taking up a large amount of the thigh. You admired Tech's level of toleration of the injury. 

Hoping you gave it enough time to soak, you reached over to the prepared bacta bandages.

Once they were ready, you gave Tech a heads-up, "Bandages are ready, it'll be cold," you carried the white fabric onto Tech's thigh, subconsciously lifting his knee up to wrap it around, forgetting to warn him about that too.

Tech hissed, gritting his teeth at the movement. You heard him, mumbling apologies after apologies, doing your best to get the wrapping secure and done with.

You slotted a tan fabric layer to keep the bandages from coming loose under his thigh, bringing it up to clip it down. Once it was secure enough, you sighed, sitting back on your heels.

"I should've been there to help earlier," guilt slowly inched towards you. You stood up, pushing the table into a compartment. Your words caught the attention of Tech who shockingly put away his datapad for the time being.

"It was not your fault, it was only a matter of gravity and my unfortunate placement when the crate fell," he peaked around the corner, watching you bring out Crosshair's old rifle case.

"I know but could've at least like, pushed you out of the way or maybe be in your position inste—"

"No. It would not be wise to be in my position and the thought of you taking 150 kilograms similar to I is excruciating."

A small grin crept up to your face, analysing his sentence and repeating the fact he thinks about you.

You took out any remaining blaster ammo out of the rifle, double-checking that it was empty. You clicked off the sniping lens and propped it back into the case.

You chuckled, closing the case, "You think about me?" Tech's eyes blinked rapidly, processing your bold choices of words.

"Yes... well, if I was not, communication would be quite difficult." You chuckled again. There was some truth Tech's excuse, you suspected he added the last bit to cover for his answer.

The rifle in your hand was now safe enough to act as a crutch to support Tech, who was still jeanless.

You scooped Tech under his arms to help him stand up on his now supported leg. You made sure the rifle sat comfortable under his shoulder and his bandages sat on his thigh properly.

Now for his jeans.

This time, you weren't as nervous about the whole jeans ordeal. However, Tech was the opposite. Because his datapad was on the panels, the distance to reach it for himself was impossible, having to distract himself some other way.

You brought the jeans up below Tech's thighs, allowing him to put them up himself. Tech gulped, trying his hardest erase the image of you in such a compromising position.

"Sorry I wasn't there," you mumbled, placing him back down onto the chair.

"Like I said, it was not your fault and in the midst of a mission, it wouldn't be very efficient to mend me inside of a vertical war chest on the extremity of a cliff." Tech's way of comforting you was unique but it certainly helped ease you up.

"Now, you need to rest." Tech was now in arms length to reach over to his datapad, finally continuing whatever beep bop boops he was up to.

"Thanks to you, I am capable of considerable mobility. I am fine."

You rolled your eyes, snatching his holopad from his grasp. You waved your thumb over the shut off button as a passive way to threaten him if he doesn't get rest, "You are not."

"Technically, I am."

"Technically, you're not."

when ur sitting on his lap while hes rolling a joint at his desk, energy drink cans all over his desk makes u whine at the mess, you always tell him how much you hate the mess!! but he doesnt care. if its a problem, u should clean it then. turning around to put ur hands over ur chest, puffing ur cheeks, he notices ur sudden attitude and sighs,

“what’s with you?” he speaks, eyes not moving from the joint in his hands as he finishes rolling it, taking the joint into his hands, he looks into ur eyes with a smirk. “lick here.” voice stern, not wanting to have to repeat himself.

you dont move, no word escapes your lips as you look at him with confused eyes, tilting your head to the side. “what?” you ask, a hinge of bitchiness in ur words makes him scoff and roll his eyes.

“are you dumb? i said lick.” he moves the joint closer to ur lips. when you dont stick ur tongue out, he rolls his eyes, using his free hand to use two fingers to put into ur mouth, tugging on ur tongue. you whine when u feel the cool contact of the pads of his fingers touch ur warm muscle, instinctively, you start licking at his fingers instead of the paper.

“the paper, not my fingers, dumb bitch. have i not fucked enough sense into you?” he spoke bluntly, removing the fingers from your mouth, he uses that hand to smack your cheek, squishing your cheeks together cooing at you when he hears your whines. “you’re so so so cute baby.” he hums, rubbing your red cheek ‘n smiling softly, a sigh coming past his lips. “do you understand what i mean? i said lick the paper, please.” he spoke softly, still, with a stern tone.

you whined softly ‘n nodded, giving little kitten licks to the paper infront of ur face, trying to avoid eye contact with him as you licked, too embarrassed to stare at him while ur tongue is lapping at the paper that keeps the joint together.

“wasn’t that hard, was it? good girl.” xiao caressed ur thigh with his free hand, running circles along ur soft skin which made u whine, ur hips stuttering on his lap.

you hum at the pet name, feeling goosebumps rise on ur skin as he touched ur thighs, lookin down to see him playing with the thigh highs you love to wear for him, they were pink with white lace at the top, the fabric tight on ur skin to make ur thighs slightly pool over the thin fabric. xiao loved it. xiao is 100% a thigh guy idc he loves thighs especially fat ones

a minute or two passes that he’s been playing with your thighs, earning small whines n whimpers from you as he snapped the fabric back so it hits ur skin, the skin slowly turning red from how tight the fabric is against ur plush flesh. xiao hums, picking up the joint from his desk as he seemed to forgot about it, your body distracted him so much from what he was meant to do :( you’re so mean to him!!

xiao holds the joint between his lips, fetching the lighter from the drawer in his desk, he lights the joint, taking a drag as ur still seated on his lap. he laughed slightly as the smoke hit ur face, making you whine and hit his chest with ur fists. “stop! i already told you i dont like it..” xiao scoffs at ur protests, mocking ur whines. he takes the joint between his lips again, taking a long hit and blowing it into ur face again, watching the way ur eyebrows furrow, ur lips form into a pout and trying to escape his grasp he had on ur hips.

“stop moving. i bought you cute shit too and u dont even use it, you just bitch ‘n whine.” xiao tsked, placing the joint down into the ashtray, his hand that was once holding the joint, now on ur hip. “why not, too much of a baby to handle it?”

you shake ur head repeatedly at his remark, bouncing on his lap slowly as you keep whining. “ ‘m not! jus don’t like… the smell..” you spoke softly, looking into his eyes, they were starting to droop and turn red, the weed hitting him pretty quickly. you have to admit, he did look very pretty in this state, the way his eyes were lidded, ‘n the way his voice was softer, raspy, making you fall more in love with him. sure, you didnt really like how he always smoked, maybe he was right. you could try it!! he did buy u pretty pieces too…

but you’re not a baby!! u wanna prove him wrong n show him u can be jus like him!! it took u a minute to really think about if you should do it or not, like there was a devil and an angel on ur shoulder. you sigh and take the joint from the tray, hands shaking slightly as u hold it to ur lips, taking a small hit, you breath the smoke into ur lungs, coughing as it escapes your lips, earning a small chuckle from xiao as he watches your reaction to the smoke.

xiao looked at you with wide eyes, seeing as you took the joint from the ash tray and in between ur lips. he tsked as he took the joint from ur hands, seeing as there was now lip gloss stained on it.

“wasn’t that bad was it huh? how do you feel baby.” xiao looked at ur dazed expression, chucking softly as ur face turned red from all the coughing you’ve done, handing you a bottle of water from his desk. “here, i didn’t even tell you to do it, guess all that talk has gotten into ur skull finally, huh?” you nod while drinking the water, an “aah” sound coming from ur lips as u downed the water, resting ur head onto his chest, feeling his heartbeat against ur ears, lulling you into a state of calm.

xiao used one hand to rub ur back, adjusting himself in his gamer chair so you two could sit comfortably, the other hand holds the joint back to his lips, taking a long drag. drag after drag, he taps ur thigh, tryin to get ur attention. “you want another? almost done. prolly can get one or two more puffs out this.” he asks, you shake your head n whine, lifting ur head to look him in the eyes, bloodshot eyes meeting his, making him chuckle at ur expression. “oh baby, you’re gone huh. and you only had one hit. such a baby..” xiao coos, pinching ur cheek with his fingers. he took the last two hits from the joint, throwing his head back as the thc was flowing thru his bloodstream, tilting his head to the side. you take note of his neck on full display, n take advantage of it. you smirk slightly n lift ur head up, latching your lips onto his jaw, suckling on the soft skin, earning a groan from the man under you. “fuck… stop doin” that.” xiao mumbles, ashing the joint onto ur thigh, which made u flinch n lift ur head up to meet his eyes.

“w-what the fuck, xiao?!” you whimpered loudly, rubbing ur hand into ur thigh, trying to ease the burning pain on ur leg.

it only made his smirk grow wider to see your reaction, you used to beg him to mark you, hit you, hurt you. but now you’re complaining? what’s gotten into you lately? does xiao need to fuck more sense into you, that you belong to him? only he can do these things to you?
