I have wacky ass dreams! Legit almost every kind, almost always vivid. They range from goofy to what the actual fuck.

Nightmares etc will be censored and/or have a cw/tw, I always try to be a safe space. Never feel bad for needing tw/cw's❤️

About me!!

I'm properly diagnosed with like 6 different mental disorders, I take meds to treat them, occasionally sleeping meds, recovering from wisdom tooth removal at the moment, memory issues, and am generally traumatized so we got some wacky stuff happening in my head, along with three concussions. Mentioned this as they all influence my dreams.

I have (currently untreated/undiagnosed) sleep apnea and something kind of similar to type 2 narcolepsy, which we're still trying to work with. I'm incredibly stressed and going through a lot currently, which causes more weird things. I also occasionally suffer from insomnia?? And then the complete opposite.

Weird things that happen to me in my sleep!

I get sleep paralysis, mumble (rarely sleep talk) and move around and touch things, used to kick in my sleep. Been told that I do this, along with having woken myself up by petting/scratching my wall, ex partners, or bed exactly 3 times, then going back to sleep. I smile, frown, laugh in my sleep, woken myself up by doing so.

Lack of oxygen mixed with sudden REM sleep during sleep episodes causes vivid, and sometimes lucid but not really, dreams. When it's bad I twitch a shit ton. I give myself tarot card readings sometimes, I sometimes associate dreams with spirituality and my subconscious. I believe in deja vu.
