I like to think of him as a possible antithesis, born into the world unknowingly. We all know Magic needs its checks and balances and Mickey is pure light, Miklos is the counter but instead of him being inherently evil he's actually more the anti hero,

Sure, yes, I've seen the comics. I know exactly what he got up to, but if you were to give him an entire retirement plan with no jail time, he'd give it all up in a heartbeat, not to mention the modern comics,

He seems more like the trickster who can be the most incredible brilliant mind like Mickey, but he just wants to lounge around and be an absolute menace when he gets that wild hair, otherwise he's enjoying being lazy,

They aren't related they're both just necessary to make sure the OP Light Mouse has his shadow, and the world keeps balanced,

You know i get why people would think Miklos is some sort of evil clone or counterpart of Mickey when they first learn of him since the evil doppelgangers are normally from a mirror dimension, and normal evil doppelganger are pretty rare these days. But Miklos is just normal evil doppelganger, he had life before Mickey as a quick-change artist. He was going to retire after killing Mickey... He not a clone, he not au version. He just a dude who so happen to look like Mickey. Which way more common than you think... I swear should put doppelganger that isn't Miklos, a clone or from an au on the trope bingo.

It may seem out left feild but I noticed everyone seems to have children and me and a friend have been going through lots of "the one friend in your circle thats not a mother/father" memes and for some reason two links connected and i thought id ask lol

Daisy Duck is one without kids but a lot of toons have the opportunity of Time on their hands a lot have struggles but over time managed to have one or even two during economic rises and falls especially since most come from the Boomer Gen where ALOT of Toons conformed to the so called norm,

But again, a lot have just struggles in general,

Goofy and Marceline Goof lost 4 girls in stillbirth before their miracle Max was born,

Julius lost his wife when their Daughter Willow was born,

Daisy Ducks never had bio kids as a result of raising her sister Donna's children,

But I mean there are princesses like Aurora and Jasmine who don't have kids, Warner half of em don't and are the neurodivergent kids going yeah no too screwy in the brain,

Again over a century it can be really hard to find Toons who don't have kids because many just do whether Bio or through Adoption

opinions on samantha? there always seems to be some sort of debate around her since shes one of few outwardly shown love intrests of mickey that arent minnie and her marrige w mickey is very on screen (even though we dont see the wedding on its own rip)

Im asking since I've seen you get asked about her but you more explained her role in your AU rather than ur opinion of her, im sorry if you got asked that already I just really like the more obscure characters like her especialy if they get silly roles like that that teachnicly break some of disneys rules

I think she's an interesting character but the problem being is that they weren't actually married it was an illusion created by her father and they were forced to part ways, so I could never get a good opinion on her.

So we haven't seen her since, I think she was a sweet girl who's a bit people pleasing to a fault I.E using magic when she shouldn't

Btw I've never personally seen a debate got to remember I'm not in any of the discord servers if they're out there and I won't approach people on my own cause I'm afraid of being blocked I support from the sidelines unless people make it known that I'm wanted. I never want to intrude

Sorry to Flip the Frog fans but I don't know why he gives me the Vibes in a Who Framed Roger Rabbit world off screen of a Toon who is still trying to ride off the days of his glory,

Mickey is the one who is like,

"Flip I've been trying to get you to at least maybe be a side character. You can't hold your own story right now,"

and this Frog has thrown a fit over that, telling his brother to fuck off, but is still rattling on about how he used to be the main star of Ub Iwerks Studio while hes now in modern day working at a Waffle house somewhere in LA and the only people listening are the 3 am drunks or occasional late night just got off the convention floor cosplayer,

Mickey Oswald and Julius feel incredibly bad for him especially the latter two who know how it feels to be the Forgotten Toon but Flip unfortunately just can't let go of that anger at being sidelined and not wanting to slowly work his way back up,

@arzzly I am so sorry this took over a year for me to respond to your art fight of Eleanor last year I had to drop out due to chronic illness some joints decided they were not going to behave in my neck and then I completely lost your art fight information from last year when moving my tablets around, so I was waiting and keeping an eye out for this year, I loved Johannes Von Stern as I'm working with Mickey who in my world's has just as many little ones

I love the joyful Dad/grandfather Characters they are an absolute weakness,

though with his wings and everything it might not make sense for him to be lying down but I just pictured he'd be the sort to lie in a field and laugh especially if his kids are around,

But again I am so appreciative and so so sorry that this took me over a year to respond to, dealing with a herniated disc in my neck on top of all this rip I still absolutely love the art of Eleanor and treasure it, although I'm not joining in good luck to you on Art Fight 2025!!!

Old vs New-Ellis Warner-Disney,

so far I think I'm the only one insane enough to make a kid (and there's actually 3) between Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse,

Anyways Overworked Mascots for the win!

With the now prototype of Ellis on the left I thought he was leaning towards Bugs a little too much he's supposed to be Mickey in the face especially the eyes other problem the original gives off a childlike/younger vibe when he's supposed to be an adult,

I finally have been figuring out the Disney Style so I really like what I've come up with for his semi final(cause honestly I'm never done tweaking these guys) design,

Now to draw Maisie and Lila his twin sisters,

honestly I always assumed franny was older than oswald, i guess mainly because of her last apperance she just seemed like an older woman, that and the fact her role was confirmed to be close to oswald and keeping him grounded in the new series

Also while im not big on oswald X fanny i think making her be his sister would be rather weird, i think she was closer to a friend or one sided crush at most

Nope Fanny was Created after Oswald in 1927, I tend to agree but as a writer sometimes characters have to evolve be changed even if it's strange, you do what the studio wants,

Especially in this instance it can be a bit of a conflict since well Oswalds a Dad and the bunny kids are confirmed to be hers, so Ortensia is the Step Mom to them, but there's 420 of them,

Like I'd want to agree with the one-sided Crush or friend thing, but then that would make this out to be a baby mama situationship with Oswald.

Which okay yes that'd be kinda funny but I feel like has been over used comedy wise and Fanny deserves better cause I don't picture her as the type to leave her kids without their Dad,

With the concepts, I was basically going off how Disney might've handled the Oswald show. My personal HCs are very different from how I presented them, for example

In my world of Off the Animation Table a Who Framed Roger esque world, Fanny and Ortensia are like sisters and take care of the Bunny Kids and are both of his wives as one of the poly groups Mickey has Fanny show up as a healthy co-parenting Momma since the public can be strange about poly groups if they appear in any Disney Company Productions it's how they go see this is how you behave guys with seperation,

Even though off screen they are still all together lol

I just learnd about the canceled Oswald show concepts that got leaked and oh my god!! im so sad that it got sent back! While i do agree with some people on fanny looking a bit weird i think it would be exciting to have her finally back and oswald looked so happy for once and had more friends on his own like the duck lady or the turtle plus the backgrounds looked beautiful and ortensia got a more distinct look from minnie and just ohhhh honestly the only real worry i had with it was fanny possibly getting "the bunny lou" treatment as it was reffered to? But Oh it all looked so perfect i was really looking forward to that before i realized it got canceled 😭😭😭

i cant help but ask what did you think of them and what do you assume it could have been about? Since youre a big fan of oswalds and seem to know alot more about him than me hahaha

I was honestly thinking it was possibly as somebody pointed out Coming of Age story that quite possibly it was basically Oswald as a teenager/Young Adult going to the big city to find himself perhaps get a job to achieve the Mechanic shop of his dreams

In the middle of all this meeting and falling inove with Ortensia not sure where Fanny would have come into play because I did find out recently Fanny actually originally had a switch over to being his little sister, before becoming the femme fatale Universal really did not know what they wanted to do with her,

So I question if Fanny was supposed to be his little sister again and yeah honestly I really do not like fannies design or tencias was okay but fanny has always looked like Oswald's doppelganger just like Mickey and Minnie, I mean have you seen her in the Disney Racers series

She looks adorable and not like Minnie's copy I thought they could drape her ears back and give her a cute little bandana with the side curls it'd be very cute design wise and Olay more into the little sister storyline,

I wonder if the other characters were meant to be people he met on his adventures that developed into people he got to know you know the regular customers maybe Turtle lady was supposed to be a regular Customer because she's abnormally fast and tends to burn out her engine in a plot twist because everybody would assume she's super slow,

The one character looked like possibly the lead mechanic of a shop

And maybe sometimes Oswald had to run out into the actual City to attend different jobs

I think it had a lot of potential but Disney's acted very weird with Ozzy where they've had a lot of opportunities to bring him forth and they either cancel the show or just not do anything even though the fans have very much vocalized they wouldn't mind seeing more of Oswald,

Let alone letting Mickey have a big brother and I think that's the other thing that I was like they should have taken the risk maybe they could have mentioned that he has a pretty famous little brother that he's disconnected with I think it would be really funny if they had had an episode where the two ran into each other or he had to begrudgingly as fpr his child star brothers help and Oswald was constantly going he's my half brother or he's adopted because he's got beef for some reason,

Mickey Mouse in a Who Framed Roger Rabbit world does have a human toon form but he initially was very uncomfortable with it because he looks like young Walt Disney,

If he drops the falsetto he already sort of sounded like his Dad but now he looks like him too,

However the other reasons are a bit funnier i.e not having his tail thus loosing balance and running into door frames going from 2 ft tall to 5 ft 9 his equilibrium is messed up, his brother Oswald would definitely be laughing at his clumsiness.
