New game! “Werewolf: The Apocalypse — The Book of Hungry Names” — Unleash Rage and wield spirit to heal the land and rebuild your fallen pack
Tumblr media

It’s 25% off until May 2nd! Furthermore, as a special offer, if you purchase "Werewolf: The Apocalypse — The Book of Hungry Names" by 11:59pm PDT on April 26th, we'll give away the "Wardens and Furies" DLC, featuring the options to play as a member of the Black Fury tribe or the Hart Warden tribe, for free.
You and your shattered werewolf pack must save the living Earth with Rage and spirit! In this interactive novel with hundreds of choices, can you defeat a Wyrm Spirit who manifests as a lie that you want to believe?
Werewolf: The Apocalypse — The Book of Hungry Names is an interactive novel by Kyle Marquis set in the World of Darkness. It's entirely text-based—1.8 million words, without graphics or sound effects—and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination.
Shapeshifter. Mystic. Hero. Monster. You are a werewolf, and you are all these things. Werewolves are the living earth's last guardians, created by Gaia, given the gift of shifting between human and wolf forms, and called to stop humanity from destroying the world.
But you have failed.
Three years ago, packs of werewolves worked together as a Sept in Broad Brook, Massachusetts, battling the Wyrm, the enemy of Gaia. While other Septs fell to the Wyrm or tore themselves apart with fratricidal Rage, Broad Brook thrived. Some said they would be the ones to stop the Apocalypse.
But in one night, a Wyrm Spirit called "the Answering Tiger" destroyed the Broad Brook Sept and defiled its caern. In fact, Broad Brook had never been thriving at all. The Tiger had deceived their senses, disordered their thoughts, and turned them against one another. Where the different tribes saw trust, in truth there was resentment and growing Rage. Where the different packs saw safety, there were security flaws that could be exploited. Where they saw the Wyrm, there were innocents that they massacred, before reporting to other Septs about another glorious victory.
Their cruel pride allowed the Wyrm Spirit to deceive them, and they mostly destroyed themselves. The Answering Tiger had servants, too, monstrous Banes and fomori, and even werewolves sworn to the Wyrm. But they were only there to pick off whoever was left.
Now, the Stormcat, once the Patron Spirit of the Broad Brook Sept, has called upon you to rebuild a pack from the survivors and fight back against the Answering Tiger. In the savage woods and decaying towns of New England, you will forge your own legend.
Build Your Pack. Human and werewolf survivors haunt the woods and hide in the cities: find them to learn what happened and to rebuild the werewolf nation. But not all werewolves can be trusted: shun those wolves consumed by Rage, and pity those who have lost the Wolf and become empty shells.
Survive the Wilds. A desperate exile, shunned by those of your old pack who have abandoned their oaths to Gaia, you'll have to survive by your wits. A winter night can kill as surely as any monster: find shelter, seek allies among spirits and humans, and learn how far you'll go to survive.
Unleash Your Rage. You are one of Gaia's monsters, a living weapon, herald of horror and death. Now the Apocalypse is here: wield your Rage with savage cunning and keen discretion, or it will swallow you whole.
• Play as male, female, or nonbinary; befriend or romance werewolves and humans of all genders.
• Shapeshift among five forms to slaughter your enemies, or outwit them to take what you need.
• Choose your auspice (moon-sign) and your werewolf tribe: Bone Gnawer, Child of Gaia, Glass Walker, Shadow Lord, or Silver Fang
• Claim your territory and heal the spirits there to unlock Gifts that let you summon animals, see into the past, or enter the spirit world.

Kara Prince AU Pt 9
Guilt washes over Kara. All it had taken was a few careless words at a party to bring Lena's greatest enemy to her door. Nevermind that this Lex was different from the one who had haunted Lena in those other realities-- he had found her, because of Kara.
When they return to the cottage that night, Kara explains who Lex is, who he might become, and why he had set his sights on Lena. She tells Lena about the other reality in which she had seen a version of their lives, one that had prompted Kara to seek Lena out in Metropolis, thereby opening the door to let Lex into Lena's life.
Lena listens, and takes it all in stride. Where Kara expects blame, she receives only quiet acceptance. Instead of outrage, Lena takes her hand in gratitude.
"Thank you for telling me," she says softly. "But I have a feeling he would have found me eventually, whether you had spoken to him or not."
"Come back with me to Paris," Kara urges, gripping Lena's hand tightly. "He knows where you are, he might--"
"He will not chase me from my home."
There's steel in Lena's voice, brooking no argument. Kara bows her head, only to lift it again when Lena's hand cups her cheek.
"With you here, I have nothing to fear."
But before long, Diana sends word from Clark that trouble is brewing in America, and a warning that their help may be needed in due time. Barely a week later, a string of attacks in Metropolis has Kara's cousin calling for aid.
Despite her misgivings towards her cousin, Kara can't bring herself to refuse the call. Diana raised her too well to ignore the peril of so many.
Before Kara leaves, however, Lena presses a small crystal into her palm. It's tethered to a narrow leather lanyard-- simple and rudimentary, but precious in that it was given by Lena.
"Wear this," Lena urges. "For protection."
Kara loops it around her neck right then and there. With one last kiss, Kara lifts into the air and soars away, feeling as though she's left her heart behind.
Once in Metropolis, it doesn't take long for them to discover that the perpetrator of the attacks is none other than Lex Luthor himself. At first, they believe it will be a simple thing to take down a single human, but Lex proves resourceful. His allies spread all three of them across the city, and when it comes time for Clark and Kara to choose whether to stay on Lex's tail, or dismantle the bombs he'd placed throughout the city, Kara insists on being the one to track him down.
With the Lexosuit, Lex is a match for Clark-- but he is not a match for Kara. She is stronger, faster than her cousin, with an edge he could never hone himself into.
She is going to stop Lex, and protect Lena in the process.
The task is easier said than done, however. Lex's suit is stronger than she remembers from the other reality, more agile in the air. His lasers too pack more of a punch, and send her tumbling through the air until she's left breathless and acheing.
She takes a moment to gather herself on the roof of LexCorp, propping herself on one knee as Lex hovers in front of her. Gloating, as is his wont.
"Does my bastard sister know what you are?" he asks. "I wonder what she'll say, when she realizes she's been loving a monster--"
All of a sudden, the crystal flashes white hot around Kara's neck. In the next moment, an explosion collides with Lex's chest, sending him tumbling backwards in the air. He lands heavily on the roof, giving Kara the opportunity to look to where Lena stands beside her, another fireball already charging between her hands.
"Lena! How did you--?"
"The charm. Point to point teleportation spell." Lena shoots her a wry smile. "Looked like you could use some help on the news."
Kara grins back. "I love you."
Lex laboriously clambers to his feet, the movement made cumbersome by his smoking exosuit. He glares at them.
"Lena-- sister. Fancy seeing you here."
"Likewise," Lena retorts.
Lex's eyes lock on the magical fire between Lena's palms, and glint with interest.
"It seems you might have something special after all," he delivers. He stands, booted feet clanking against the roof. "Join me, Lena. We are blood, after all. Together we can--"
A second fireball collides with his chest, and the suit's faceplate clangs shut just in time to avoid a faceful of fire.
"Your blood means nothing to me," Lena declares, her voice strong and sure.
Lex scowls menacingly. "Then you'll die with the rest."
With that, his faceplate snaps shut and he shoots off into the air. Before Kara takes off after him, she looks at Lena to check in. Lena nods.
"Keep him busy."
Kara obeys, chasing Lex around the city, landing whatever blows she can. As she does, the wind picks up around her, quickly gathering into a fury. She struggles to stay on course, and sees Lex do the same as Lena builds up a veritable hurricane. Soon a driving rain pelts Kara's skin, stinging her as she flies across the city.
Clouds gather overhead, dark and menacing. As thunder begins roll, Kara understands what Lena is about to do. In an instant she changes tack-- instead of chasing Lex, she begins to herd him back towards Lena as the pressure around them builds.
When LexCorp comes back into view, Kara delivers a mighty kick that sends Lex careening towards his own building. Just as he rights himself before impact, Kara sees Lena lift her hand and bring it down in a fist. As she does, an arc of lightning flashes down with a deafening crack as it connects with the helm of the Lexosuit.
Almost as soon as the first bolt dissipates, another strikes Lex again, and again and again. The blinding light sears across Kara's retinas, forcing her to close her eyes until the brilliance fades and she hears the Lexosuits thrusters sputter and fail.
She opens her eyes to see Lex drop like so much stone. She catches him suit and all, the still smoking hull hot in her hands. When she deposits him on the roof, Kara reaches down to wrench the faceplate off.
One look at Lex's features confirms what Kara already suspects: dead.
She looks up at Lena, who comes to stare down of the corpse who was briefly her unwanted brother. Features solemn, Lena swallows thickly, but remorse is absent from her eyes.
"He can't hurt anyone else."
It's all Lena says.
When Clark learns of Lex's death, he looks at Lena with suspicion and trepidation. Lena remains indifferent to it, but Kara stays close, a buffer against her cousin's heavy judgement. He may not kill, but Kara knows that Lena has done what was necessary to ensure no one else would fall victim to Lex's schemes. Diana, too, understands, and does nothing more than place a hand on Lena's shoulder.
"You should not be here when the authorities arrive," Diana warns gently.
Lena nods, turning to Kara. "Take me home?"
Only then does Clark speak. "I'm afraid we have some questions for you, Miss....."
"None of your business," Lena returns smoothly.
Clark bristles. "But--"
"I am not beholden to you or whatever organizations you work with, Superman," Lena continues. "I prefer to keep it that way."
"You can't just--"
"Leave it, Kal," Kara bites out.
Shocked by her growl, Clark takes a step back, visiblt deflating. The tension in Kara's shoulders only ease when Lena takes her hand. Kara gives it a gentle squeeze.
"Let's go."

Frot Fighters: Mason Brooks v Wolfboy (bgeast.com)
There are times when a movie role was made for a star.  Take for example,  Mason Brooks in his match against Wolfboy, Evaluation Day.
Tumblr media
Mason Brooks v Wolfboy (bgeast.com)
SPOILER ALERT: I highly recommend viewing this match in its entirety before reading this post.
So let's begin with the "Fight":
The match opens with our man Mason conducting his evaluation of the upstart Wolfboy. Things start off well for Wolfboy, excelling at the physical inspection only to be blasted for his "attitude" and "lack of discipline".
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mason: Good stuff there but ...
Tumblr media
And the fight begins ...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Words to live by from Mason Brooks: Every wild animal can be tamed
Then we'll get to the Frot:
Following the brief fight between these two studs, Mason begins his work. Yes, the man is a fantastic wrestler but the after-match, well the after-match is his truly calling my friend.
Tumblr media
Mason: I'm going to have fun with you.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
While not a true frot; this wasn't really a true fight either so I guess it evens out.  Our view abruptly ends during the discipline round with the evaluation still in progress.  I'd like to think that the Wolfboy is still getting the Mason Brooks treatment on a regular basis with the hopes that he can one day join the pack.
Tumblr media
------- So there you have it.  If "discipline" is your thing than the ending will be right up your ally.  I prefer the frot portion of the evaluation but as with all gay wrestling, it's up to you to celebrate the match how you will.

...but imagine a Stiles whose musical tastes were influenced by his mom. Imagine him blasting Meredith Brooks or Alanis Morissette or Fiona Apple in his jeep. Or having Ani DiFranco playing in the background while he researches shit for the pack.
Imagine him ignoring the massive, brooding side eye he gets from Derek, or the smirks tinged in sadness from Peter (because Talia had similar musical tastes, actually).
imagine him scream singing "Bitch" in his jeep, really getting into it, while parked in Ally's driveway because she needs to go grab her coat, with Chris standing guard on the front stoop, his brow quirked in deep, albeit amused, judgment.

Not Alone After All Bio
Name: Echo
Species: Cybernetic Mutated Bat
Family: Redscar (After Redscar broke Echo and the rest of batch 90 out Echo pretty much saw Redscar as his father)
Allies: Millie Fitzsimmons (the first human that he's actually come to trust), Growler Afton (someone who also trusts him with the protection of Gregory), Brooke "Harrison" Afton (she actually provides food for Echo's pack aka the cohort against Afton)
Enemies: William Afton
Hobbies: Trolling William Afton on twitter, playing video games, pulling pranks, Going out for Pizza (He likes this one pizza place called Guido's)
Echo was known as Remnant Experiment 97 when he was in the lab once he was freed along with his pack Redscar gave him the name Echo because of his Batlike ears. It was also cause of Redscar that Echo was introduced to things like video games, social media, and pranks.
Now when Echo first met Millie he noticed that she was being attacked by Funtime Foxy and because Echo did not want her to be killed he ran in there and saved her life. He also helped Brooke reprogram Funtime Starlow, and he pretty much became Allies with Millie Fitzsimmons.
Echo has heard many stories about the Darksteel Dragon however what he doesn't know that his best friend Millie is actually the Darksteel Dragon's cousin
@mellowwolflady he'll be in for a shock when he eventually finds out that his best friend is related to the Darksteel Dragon

1: FAVE OC ⭐ -Which of your characters is your favourite right now?
How could I chose between my children...
Yukiro. It's Yukiro. The Samurai in search of exceptional allies while recovering from near death. He just keeps my attention so much, and I'm sitting on so many images and scenes in my mind. They're rattling my brain going let me ooooout. Yukiro is kind and serious and sleepy and pretty and earnest and loyal and his confidence is packed in quiet grace.
Extremely close second is Brook, the cowboy who's actually a bird. The campaign he's in is so good, and he gets to go through the best of horrors. I love all the little contrasts about him. Brook is earnest (it's a thing for me mkay) and caring and has at most two and a half braincells and makes jokes while looking Very Serious and he's actually constantly feeling all the things.

Amin Mela Lle Chapter 1: Raspberry Tarts and Birdhouses- Samwise Gamgee x OC
Samwise x Adelaide Stoor
Description: Legolas and Alphine are getting married! As Sam and Adelaide watch Alphine walk down the aisle, they can’t help but think about when they realized they were in love with each other.
Word Count: 2.2k
A/N: And we've come to my 300th fic celebratory 7 part miniseries. Enjoy
It had been just after noon when word finally gotten out: Prince Legolas Greenleaf of the Woodland realm was marrying the great witch Alphine Barrowes! It was a huge event, everyone was talking about it even before the actual day was upon them.
Naturally, being the son of a King, many people were invited, but the people that Legolas and Alphine made absolute sure of that would attend would be their friends from the Fellowship of the Ring. Gandalf, Gimli, Sam, Frodo, Lalia, Merry, Brooke, Pippin, Camelia, Aragorn, Issa and Boromir as well as the allies they made (such as Citra, Haldir, Mirabella, Eomer, Eowyn, etc) were all invited to the joyous occasion. Every single one of them showed up, not wishing to miss the happiest day of two dear friend’s lives.
The wedding was held in the palace chapel of Mirkwood’s palace (unsurprisingly). The chapel was absolutely packed with beings of all races. Elves, Dwarves, mortal Men, Hobbits, Fairies and even a Wood Nymph all sat mingled amongst each other as they awaited the bride’s glorious entrance. King Thranduil, Queen Aster and Legolas all stood at an altar waiting patiently, smiles on all of their faces. The Hobbits (plus Gimli and Lalia), being so short, were given permission to sit up front so they could see.
Samwise had opted to bring a plus one, Adelaide. She, like him before the journey to Mordor, had always wanted to see Elves up close. Now that she had, she couldn’t have been more giddy. Here she was sitting in her prettiest dress (one that she’d made specifically for the wedding) beside the man she loved waiting for two friends to get married. Of course she didn’t know Legolas or Alphine personally, but any friend of Sam’s is a friend of hers.
Finally, the anticipated moment arrived. Music began playing from somewhere that neither Hobbit could really pinpoint, and everyone stood up respectfully. Every guest in the room couldn’t help but gasp as the bride appeared. Alphine looked radiant, like some sort of angel sent to grace the peoples of Middle Earth. She looked so elegant as she began walking down the aisle that for a moment Sam thought that she was floating. Gandalf, being her oldest friend, was the one guiding her since her parents weren’t exactly in the picture.
Sam barely managed to tear his eyes away from her to get a glance at Legolas. His eyebrows shot up when he realized that the Prince had begun crying. It seemed that the sight of his bride alone had brought up enough motions that ultimately made tears form in his eyes. He turned away to rid his face of the tears silently slipping down his face, and once he turned back around there was an undeniably wide smile on his face and love in his eyes. It was a sweet moment that made several people coo, including Adelaide from beside Sam. As he looked at his beloved after seeing the unbridled love that the Prince held for his own love, Sam couldn’t help but think about when he realized that he had fallen in love with Adelaide.
Sam hadn’t ever been a stranger to Adelaide’s tea shop. In fact, almost no one was. Her shop was quite possibly the most popular in town because everyone loves tea, but sometimes they just didn’t want to make it. But Sam was different, at least he liked to think so.
There wasn’t a week that went by where he didn’t visit her little tea shop at least three times. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 10:00 on the dot. His order never changed, which made things much easier for Adelaide. He always got a cup of ginger tea and a raspberry tart to energize him during the day (and on Sundays he would have rose tea to relax). The two of them would always make pleasant conversation as he drank his tea. When she had other customers to tend to, he would wait patiently for her to finish before continuing talking.
These little moments wouldn’t be what made Sam realize that he was in love with Adelaide, but a single seemingly random day. It was a Thursday to be exact. He had walked in then paused when he realized that his usual order was at his usual seat. At some point she had learned his usual order and began having it ready by the time he arrived. When he walked in she would have a mug of ginger tea and a raspberry tart to energize him during the day, just like today.
Until this point he hadn’t even thought about it as his mind had been occupied as of late. Winter was on its way and he was trying to prepare the gardens he and his father tended to for the upcoming cold weather. Now that Winter had passed and Spring had happily bloomed in the Shire, he had more time to think about other things. And now he noticed his usual already sitting there. He glanced around, searching for Adelaide, and found her already busy talking to other customers. A small smile appeared on his face as he carefully took a seat and took a sip of tea.
“Ah, good morning young Gamgee,” he heard from behind him. It was Adelaie’s uncle Abbo Stoor, who now stood beside him.
“Good morning Abbo,” the boy greeted kindly. “What brings you to the shop this morning?”
“Well, Rosamund wanted some peach tea, and who am I to deny my dear wife?” The man responded with a jovial smile as he leaned against the table. His eyes landed on the tart that sat in front of the younger Hobbit.
“Is that a raspberry tart?” He questioned curiously, earning a nod from Sam.
“It is. Would you like one?” He offered, already preparing to slide his plate closer to Abbo. The older Hobbit quickly shook his head with a scrunched up nose, almost disgusted.
“Oh heavens no, I despise my dear niece’s raspberry tarts.” His answer visibly surprised Sam and his eyes widened in shock. He loved those tarts, they were his favorite.
“Really?”
“Oh yeah,” the man responded. “They’re not a fan favorite ‘round these parts, I believe it has something to do with her using brown sugar instead of regular sugar. I’m pretty sure you are the only ones who eat those things.”
“Really?” That was all Sam seemed to be able to say aside from, “Why?”
“Why would she make them just for you? Samwise, if you’re needing help figuring that out then you’re more hopeless than we all thought.” Neither Abbo or Sam had time to say anything more before Adelaide appeared by their sides.
“Here you are Uncle, I hope Auntie Rosa likes it,” she spoke kindly, holding out a brown bag of what Sam assumed were homemade tea bags.
“Of course she will, my poppet,” Abbo responded jovially, taking the bag and pressing a kiss to her temple. “You have a good day now, and don’t work too hard.” With that, he made his way out of the shop as Adelaide waved.
“Will do, and tell her I said hello!” She called softly, earning an okay from her uncle before he was out the door. Once he was out of sight Adelaide giggled then promptly faced Sam.
“Good morning Samwise, how are you enjoying your tea?” The boy just stared at her with a rather silly looking smile for a moment before he realized that she had asked him a question.
“Oh, um, yes I am.” The girl looked elated by his answer, which made him smile again.
“Well, is there anything else that I can get for you?”
“Uh, yes actually,” he spoke before holding out a bronze coin. “Why don’t you swipe a raspberry tart for yourself?”
“Oh, that’s very sweet of you Sam, but I’m not really a fan of those. They’re just for you,” she responded simply before walking off to tend to a customer that had just walked in, leaving Samwise staring after her in surprise. So Abbo hadn’t been lying? Adelaide only made them for him? Several emotions ran through him. Genuine giddiness, yearning, tenderness and warmth, all too intense to ignore or push away as they culminated into just one emotion: love. Samwise loved Adelaide. The very thought brought a smile to his face as he lifted the delicious tart and took a bite, savoring every flavor.
While Sam had been the first to realize that he loved Adelaide, she took a bit longer to realize that she loved him. Not because she was in denial, but just because she wanted to be sure of her feelings and understand them.
Since Sam had finally processed the fact that he loved Adelaide, he had decided to show it by making himself more available if she needed help. Of course he had only done it subtly because there was no way he would outwardly profess his love unless she had explicitly shown or said that the feeling was mutual. He just simply didn’t have the confidence for that.
Even when she didn’t ask for help he would offer it. Sometimes when he finished working early or just had some free time in general, he would visit her and see if she needed anything. From time to time he would help her clean up the shop so that she could go home early. If there was nothing he could help with he would sit with her then offer to walk her home. The girl had noticed these good deeds of course. It made her happy to know that he was so willing to be of service when she was in a predicament.
One of said predicaments was the birdhouse in front of Adelaide’s house. It was impossible to deal with. For her, at least. It never seemed to stay straight, no matter how many times she had tried to fix it, it always somehow tilted to the left. Rudolph from next door managed to fix it, but no one could do it better than Sam. When he messed with it, it would stay upright a little longer than if she or Rudolph would have.
After the sixth time asking, she would have assumed that Sam would get annoyed or tired of her constantly asking him for help, but no. Every single time she asked for his assistance he would do so with a smile on his face and a dismissive wave when she apologized for bothering him. Just like today.
It had been a nice Sunday afternoon. Well, at least it would have been if Adelaide hadn’t been so frustrated. That stupid birdhouse had become crooked after a Fall wind swept through the Shire yet again, which she had been attempting to fix since late that morning. She let out a small huff as she stood on her tiptoes to attempt to reach the miniature house.
“Good afternoon Adelaide,” the girl heard from behind her, which nearly made her fall back in surprise if she hadn’t caught herself in time. She whipped around to face who had addressed her, and was delighted to see Samwise standing on the other side of her fence.
“Oh, good afternoon Sam,” she greeted politely (albeit exasperatedly). “How are you on this fine day?”
“Well, I believe I am doing a bit better than you today. Is it that birdhouse again?” He asked kindly, already opening the gate and stepping inside.
“Yes, what else would it be?” The girl giggled. “Do you mind?” She inquired hopefully, smiling when he nodded.
“Of course,” he answered as he walked over to the house. Sam was taller than her by several inches, so he had no problem reaching the birdhouse. Within a couple of minutes the small house was standing proudly upright once again, and he had just done what she couldn’t be able to do in at least an hour. Adelaide had no idea what his secret was, it looked like he had just done the exact same thing she had. She shook her head amusedly and sighed dramatically.
“You are a lifesaver, Samwise Gamgee,” she praised, not missing the small twinge of red that appeared on his cheeks.
“It weren’t nothing,” he responded coyly, wiping his hands on his pants. “Is there anything else I can do for you while I’m here?”
“Well, if you have time…” Adelaide trailed off hesitantly, and Samwise cut her off eagerly.
“I do. What is it?”
“It’s my tea plants,” she explained. “They’d been growing normally up until yesterday. Now they’re just droopy and they’re not as bright. I don’t know what could be causing it.”
“Well, let’s just have a look at it then,” the boy said, already beginning to head towards her garden.
Adelaide went to follow him, but then paused as a thought hit her. He was always coming around and helping when he was needed. It didn’t matter what it was. It could be her not understanding why her flowers aren’t blooming at the right time, her needing help carrying groceries or supplies for the shop, reaching fruit from her trees, and many more things. He would be right beside her to help no matter the circumstances.
That’s what solidified the fact that she loved him. And that thought caused a wide smile to form on her face. One that she couldn’t have wiped off or forced away no matter what she did.
“Adelaide, are you okay?” Sam questioned worriedly upon realizing that she hadn’t followed him. The girl faced him with that same smile and nodded.
“Never better, dear Samwise.”
