does anybody have any tips for this?

Background info: so I’m beginning to realize I’m a shapeshifter. I’m a nonhuman, I’m a pseudohuman with what I thought was one physical form and a lot of mental/spiritual forms, although I appear as a human to all actual humans. Sucks. But the other day, I looked in the mirror and realized something off. It looked as if my body was shifting into my modernized wendigo form (fuzzy-ish, long limbs with too many joints, around 12+ feet tall, feet skull and antlers for a head, and only back hoofs). Which is odd, since wendigo is “only” a mental/spiritual form for me. (The only physical form I’m aware of is an avian, although as I mentioned, I’m beginning to think that I might be able to switch between all my forms, including mental and spiritual).

Anyways, to my actual question, does anyone know how to control a human illusion? Obviously I’d still want to appear human at times, I don’t like to admit it but I’ve grown slightly connected to this human life I have. Tips are appreciated :).

Just read an article about a study concluding there was no link between the covid vaccine and changes in menstruation.

The metric they used was the number of people who went to the hospital because of heavy menstruation.

Now, I am not going to claim that this entire study was conducted by folks who have never menstruated, because I have no data on the study designers.

But I am going to strongly imply that anyone who thinks anything short of actually bleeding out would get a menstruating person to go to the hospital during an airborne pandemic, and when almost all concerns about menstruation UP TO AND INCLUDING "I BLEED INTO MY ABDOMINAL CAVITY EVERY MONTH" ARE SHRUGGED OFF BY THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY isn't listening to people who menstruate and probably shouldn't be publishing studies that will absolutely be used as the basis for future medical decisions.
