Having to live with the damage you caused when you were not well or deep in trauma is the hardest part of recovery.

#it doesn’t matter if it was a misunderstanding #or if you didn’t mean to #the end is the same #someone I love will always hate me and that just sucks #but then I also don’t know if I was trauma bonded or not #the world will never know #personal #finding out three years later and you are blocked sucks #I still don’t even actually know what happened #even after therapy sessions #my therapy suggested it was a misunderstanding but how can a misunderstanding cause so much damage and ruin a friendship #I guess if I had known I had c-ptsd at the time maybe #oh well #gonna be sad about it and stay in my lane and respect it

my dad says that the worst day of his life was when I was 7 and we were fighting so I screamed that I hated him.
