This comic is a little intro into one of the many changes the Lamb will undergo. As, throughout the story, the Lamb will tackle their new role of a God. Will they become the just and noble God they wish to have existed, or will they become like their predecessors? That is yet to be determined...

You mentioned that your red crown is tied to the realm of dreams as well (unless I'm misremembering), so how was it for Anthea to learn how to access it, and have they ever tried using this aspect of the crown to help the twins to sleep?

Narinder's the one with the sleep domain since it's similar to death! He was the god of Death and Sleep, however lost access to his sleep domain whilst in the Gateway, you can read some little notes here

Like he used to be able to aid in people falling asleep/watch over dreams, but since being in the Gateway cut him off from the mortal realm nightmares began to fester without him there to ward them off. Thus when he learns that Anthea suffers from nightmares he tries to get them to sleep in the Gateway to try and have a chance to peer in to see, but his power is still limited there, especially without the crown as Anthea bears it while vessel. He can't really help them by reforming the dream, and instead just tries to sense the nature of what they're seeing and wake them up if it's negative.

Post-betrayal and Anthea's rise to being the Red Crown's new bearer officially rather than just borrowing it, Death is the only domain they inherit since it was the only one they acted with while vessel-Narinder never taught them how to access sleep. The Crowns have less of a specific domain and more-so morph their power to best suit their bearer's personality, like say if Kallamar and Leshy traded crowns while there would be hints of the others' domain at the start but they'd shift back to what they were quickly, since Chaos is against Kallamar's nature just as Pestilence is against Leshy's.

Narinder became Death due to his nature-he was always kinda lonely and felt ignored, and thus becoming a guide to lonely souls suited him, since he was more of a god of the Dead rather than Death-aka guide and guardian rather than an executor.

I think Anthea drifts to more of a 'Rebirth' domain-so mixing Life and Death as opposed to just Death, both due to their access to resurrection and due to the way they naturally inspire others to try and be better. Like their cult is kinda a place where even the Bishops can be 'reborn' by atoning for their wrongs and starting anew.

But that's not to say Death and Sleep are now unguarded-Aym and Baal gradually were transformed via the power Narinder used to force their aging, and are kinda akin to demi-gods now. Aym became more sensitive to Death and Baal to Sleep, and while they don't rule either domain, the boys can act on them. Aym can sense if someone's dying, and Baal the nature of someone's dreams.

(or maybe might switch the twins' domain sensitivities? not sure what I like better but it'd be the same premise just opposite for the twins if I do)

Hey… You know how The Goat is labeled as ‘The Lamb’s dark counterpart’ or something along those lines?

Imagine if the Narinder there was also considered the ‘Dark counterpart’ or something like that, and the Narinder we get in-game is the ‘nicer’ or ‘Light’ variant.

That being said, I love the interpretations that The Goat’s Nari is a big ole sweetheart.
