Honestly I could see them doing this specifically for Bell so she could decide how she wants to interact with her species, if at all. They get pretty into studying old magic when they retire.

But if they give the ritual to her to decide to use it, and it brings back all dead sheep, is there a little freshly executed pre godhood Ewen among them?

I've been debating about a pre God Ewen and freshly defeated post godhood nari interacting in some side thing anyway

yes, but it'll backfire cause now nari smells like both of them together, which you basically only get when they're cuddling in bed so it brings up embarrassing thoughts all day.
