#okay starting from the beginning of where ppl usually dislike him. apple woods chapter.#he doesn’t give hero/partner the CHANCE to explain themselves despite them being relatively good recruits up until that point.#and that legit might be my only gripe with that chapter bc!!! stories need conflict! I LIKE the conflict in apple woods!!!#hero and partner being punished so something they didn’t do!#the misunderstanding! how team skull (Skuntank) actually outplays the main duo with a clever yet rotten trick. I LOVE that it segways into-#one of the more sweeter scenes of guild members looking out for eachother. I LIKE APPLE WOODS CONFLICT.#but chatot just. not giving them a chance. is so dumb.#I’d personally fix this by having a lil montage of hero/partner fucking up on jobs. A LOT. and chatot giving them a pass every time.#and let the perfect apple incident BE the one where he puts his foot down and doesn’t listen to them. bc he’d given them loads of chances.#and doesn’t want to hear any excuse.#but yeah. I legit dont mind him during that chapter except for that really stupid and frustrating moment.#NOW. #arcane critical #sorry that i wanted the show about the two sisters to be about the two sisters. it will happen again.#to be fair i actually really liked jayce in season one. you know. back when he was a good character.#he was still my least favorite by far but i didn't hate the man.#well okay maybe a little. but not to the extent i did before arcane came out (league jayce SUCKS).#i thought they were going somewhere interesting with his arc back then.#that he'd have to come to terms with the undercity blood on his hands. on EVERYONE's hands.#or alternatively that he'd shy away from it all. willingly blind himself to the suffering that piltover has and continues to inflict.#hell it'd compliment caitlyn's arc-he knows caitlyn. she's a good person. there's no way a good person could cause so much harm right?#have that be the breaking point of his and viktor's relationship-viktor who is from the undercity.#viktor who has experienced that suffering first hand. viktor who's main goal has always been to alleviate that suffering at any cost.#but the jokes on me for thinking that the class divide would be the main plot point of the show who's setting is the class divide region.#my bad everyone! anyways shame arcane only got one season. i was looking forward to the next one. ah well these things happen.

i do not enjoy harry potter anymore and even when i did, snape was not a character i ever liked, but for some reason my ‘for you’ page is just full of dedicated snape stan accounts and i hate it
